Went through the drive through got a 10 piece McNugget never got my sauce came back around the drive through to get my sauce the lady had a 2min fight with me about the sauce when I never got mine just a shitty worker who can t through the sauce in the bag.

Havent had an order right in any visit within the last two years. Shame on me for going back.

They keep saying only accepting cash 3 times this has happened in last week something fishy going on

Worse place to eat service takes super long time , they don t do refill on drinks and want to upcharge you for everything.. definitely not worthy .. next time go across the street and eat at Wendy s

Horrible experience tonight we ordered junior chicken sandwich and i took bite in my first bite i got ruber from the sandwich and it was real rubber i show to off the staff members they were agreed to rubber not chicken but there manager ( TINA ) was arguing that was piece of chicken when i told her to see it one nore time in front of us then she just walk away from the drive thru window . So we are not stupid that we dont know the difference between chicken and rubber . Stop playing with peoples health .

In town for 1 night, stopped for a meal through drive thru. Got back to hotel, my double quarter pounder is a single and the bottom bun is wrong. Literally worst looking quarter pounder I have ever seen. Check your order, before you leave. Literally open the boxed. Food

Last time for me, can only take getting stone cold food from a drive through window so many times before saying never again. Why even be open at 9pm if your just going to give customers cold food from hours before. Its just way too expensive to end up with garbage.

Its mcdonalds. The food tastes like carboard the only good thing they have is their coffee. Max rating a mcdonalds could ever get is 2 stars

Ive had enough. This will be the last time I visit this location. They forgot my sons happy meal I did not realize until I was home. So now I have crying 4 year old asking where his happy meal is and now have to drive 1/2 way across town to get his meal while mine gets cold

Every time we go to this specific dunmore location food is always forgotten, sauces forgotten, burgers missing items that are supposed to be on them. Its bad, bad. Its been like this for awhile now. The customer service is not the best either. Nothing is done about having to drive half way across town and back, should at the very least offer to replace cold fries as we all know how gross there fries are cold. Ugh. Im just so frustrated at this locations service. We are constantly having to drive back to pick up missed items and then our food is cold by the time we get home to actually sit down to eat. Lesson has been learned. We will no longer go to this location. This place needs improvement in a big way. Nothing is offered as an Im sorry for wasting your time and gas and realy our money as we dont pay for cold food but anyways. Im just frustrated. This place is just terrible. Do better!

Just went through the drive thru and I ordered a milkshake with my meal. They handed me a bag and drink. I asked about my milkshake and they asked to see the receipt. Said it wasnt on there. Instead of realizing they gave me the wrong order and fixing it, they walked away. Not pleased at all. Id give less than 1 star if I could.

I visited McDonalds and unfortunately had a disappointing encounter with one of the staff members during my visit I experienced rude behavior and lack of attractiveness. This behavior made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The staff member Nepali Ritu behaved rudely to me. This kind of behavior significantly impacted my experience and made me feel dissatisfied with the service provided. I would suggest that McDonalds consider additional training for the staff members on customer service at etiquette and professionalism clear guidelines should be established to ensure all consumers are treated respectively. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall customer experience at McDonalds thank you for considering my comments

I ordered two hamburger with no ketchup, no mustard and with pickles and corrected myself 3 times and they proceeded to add extra of both with no pickles and the lady proceeded to glare at me while giving me my food

How do you rate McDonalds? Like compared to all dining Ive ever done in my life? Just compared to other fast food? This visit was fast, food was piping hot, ordering was a bit disjointed through the speaker and screen in the drive thru. Compared to other fast food brunch, this was definitely better than the norm.

Absolutely garbage I paid twice for my food because one of the staff is to dumb to understand that I paid a the first window I m never eating for here again and going to complain to the manager

Always a favorite. Dont be afraid to ask for what you want your way. Parking: There is plenty of room with easy entry and exit. The drivethrough entrance is a little tight to get into when it is busy. Kid-friendliness: Ballroom for kids Wheelchair accessibility: Powered entry on doors.

I was in dunmore mcdonalds , there was a manager called bridgette who was really rude and arrogant towards her workers. I was just sitting there and observing the whole thing and felt like things like this should be dealt with. Thankyou.

This place was cold. The fries were cold. Service was prompt though. Staff were polite.

It would be really nice if they would fix the ketchup pump. Over the last 3 months its been a huge inconvenience and doesnt seem to be something management is addressing even with numerous complaints.

Only place open on Christmas Eve to grab a snack while on ElCapitan Twinkle Light Tour. Newly renovated, very nice. The new seasoned Parmesan and Garlic fries were not as good as I had at a different McDonalds.

We brought our kid there for the play structure and ordered to the table. Our order was taking forever, so I went to the counter. They were calling our order (which was bagged) number even though the receipt said Dine in table 10. I dont fault them for maybe missing the dine in table 10 once, but our order was likely called out a few times without them rechecking the receipt. So the low food rating is because the food was cold. The atmosphere is low because the bathrooms were a disaster!

First of all, how can you mess up the fries that bad. Its so easy if you just put in the fryer for 30 more seconds but yall are too lazy mf and want to finish your shifts as fast as possible. Second of all, why the chicken nuggets are so small (from a friend)

Everytime I order from this location they mess up my order. I got a crispy honey chicken combo and they sent my my meal with no fries and no drink. now Im out a meal for the evening and delivery fees are expensive. If you want your order done properly you have to order from the other location in town. This restaurant is incompetent. *edit* so after I ate this sandwich I got sick and spent the whole night with food poisoning. Now Im really sick and suffering pretty bad all morning. This restaurant needs to be investigated.

I had gotten a skip order, the whole order was fine except my poutine, who ever was working the night shift put less than one pump of gravy on my poutine, there is supposed to be more than that because without it, it s literally just soggy Fries, I worked at a McDonald s for three years and everytime I messed this up a manager talked to me, I hope someone talks to who ever was working Jan 21 after 1:00am that did the skip orders. For real dude, I ain t paying crazy prices for low quality, maybe before you guys raised your prices, but now that it s this expensive, I expect it to atleast be done right and to the golden standard as it was called during the training

Cold dry fries. Burgers were also not fresh. Nice enough staff, but overall food was not great.

The coffee cup received today came apart and my coffee spilt all over. The rim came unglued in the 5 mins it took to drive from McDs to my apartment. So much for my free coffee.

Terrible. Went at 11pm after work to try the chicken Big Mac. Apparently this location does not serve chicken after 9pm. It seems that it is only this location that does this here. I got stuck in the drive through for almost 30 minutes at 11 at night because they messed up a bunch of orders also. 30 minutes stuck in line and I didnt even order anything.

Great location, to start with. Its just off the Trans Canada Highway, which makes it accessible to both travellers and local residents. Theyve got a variety of options for breakfast and lunch. And its always the place to drive through for kids meals.

Drive through lane is too small. A big truck barely fits without damage. Food and staff were great.

Got three different meals from here tonight only to find all of them to be gross. The burgers were greasy, not crispy and the only things good about them were the bacon. The fries were all awful, they were greasy, limp and crunchy in the wrong ways, meaning not fully cooked. Overall ruined the experience. The only reason I give two stars instead of one is because I also got an ice cream cone, and that met expectations.

Best coffee in town.

My tea with cream and honey was consistent with other franchises, which I appreciate. Drive through was prompt, and the attendants were pleasant. All in all, a good experience for a convenient cup of tea.

Today around 2pm, I ordered a large half decaf coffee with 3 milk, and got a large coffee with cream and sugar. The drive thru attendant could barely hear me when I ordered, and when I got to the window to pick up my coffee the young guy that handed it to me was wiping it with a cloth because it was dripping. The service today was sub par. If you can t get a simple coffee order right, it s no wonder other people are having issues with their orders.

Tried out the Big Mac Grand ... Bigger but still the Big Mac taste you look for! That little extra fills the gap that gries used to take so I just ate less fries- not a bad thing although I luv their fries.

Went through drive thru at 10pm and found they do not serve some dinner items off the menu, ex. Filet o fish and wraps? Whats up with that!

Last night I ordered 10 piece nuggets with a large fries and while the nuggets were good, the fries were very soggy and appeared to be undercooked. Was quite disappointed.

Our go to McDonalds when driving through Medicine Hat. Theyve given it a good refresh, and the play area is now segregated. They could probably use a fly bug trap though, as the building is filled with them.

I ordered a coffee and 8 people in front of me ordered food and I had to wait till they all got there food then I got my coffee . It takes 30 seconds to make a coffee , not sure why I had to wait 20 minutes for it .
