For fast food its hard to beat. Prices still seem reasonable. Food always comes quickly. Asiago chicken sandwich is amazing.

Wanted to use coupons but they wouldnt accept them cause they expired 2 weeks ago. Most other restaurant take them up to a year after they expire.

I got a baked potato without butter or sour cream and my large chili was filled half way. Not to mention my family had to 30 mins. I went to call them and apon calling. I was basically told that your supposed to eat your potato dry unless you ask. Then my question is why is is called chive and sour cream. Not going back here. The burgers in our meal were also ice cold

The staff make time to be friendly even though they are excessively overworked when I seem to order.

I have been coming here once a month for ten years and this was the worst service Ive had by far. Girl at the cashier was extremely rude, almost annoyed that I was ordering food. I respectively asked 2x for no pickles and ketchup, and of course, guess what I had on my burger. Food was cold-ish, floors seemed dirty and to top it off, same girl cracked a highly inappropriate joke to a co worker about genitals. She then said you didnt hear that. Just extremely disappointed with it. Perhaps if this girl hates her job this much, she should work in a different industry.

I like the food that has always been served and would recommend to eat here.

Order is missing items or wrong items every time I ve been here.

This is the most disgusting Wendy s I ve ever visited. I can t believe I ate the food after I saw the bandaid on the self-serve counter. The napkins were empty and no worries about falling down in that area as our shoes stuck to the floor from all the spilled pop. The bathrooms are 100% disgusting. Menstrual blood on the toilet seat and the other stall was out of order.

Just got home with my Dinner from Wendys. I ordered a Daves Triple with Cheese Combo (no pickles , lettuce or tomato). To my surprise I ended up with a Daves Single with cold unsalted fries. Needless to say Im far from impressed. This is the last time Ill be disappointed fortunately because Im seriously done with this restaurant. Never coming back! I was looking forward to enjoying my meal I paid for...unfortunately I chose something that was too difficult for the staff to grasp...guess thats my fault. Thanks for ruining my dinner

Entree salads have downsized overall. The chicken in the Caesar salad isnt as good, only one salad dressing included now. I used to recommend Wendys for their amazing salads but definitely not hitting the mark anymore!

Friendly fast service, correct order received. This location has been recently upgraded. Parking lot has lots of stalls on west and east side of building.

Drive thru is too slow every time I visit there waiting is 15 minutes. This very irritating.

There were a few of us eating here and we all got sick from something we ate. Theres never a clean bathroom anymore..... In the mens bathroom, the guys had to hop over wet pee puddles . Womens bathrooms had no toilet paper, nonworking toilet, and soap was not usable.

Need to keep bathrooms and drink counter area more clean. Usually very dirty when I go in.

Came here with my mother today through the drive through. Got a spicy chicken sandwich with a chili on the side. I asked for extra crackers and hot sauce to go along with my chili. After we made our order it was radio silence. Didnt tell us the price, didnt tell us to drive ahead. Anyways when we got home, about 4 min drive away. I noticed there was no crackers at all, no hot sauce. My sandwhich was cold dry and rubbery. I dont know how long that piece of chicken was sitting around but i couldnt even eat it. It was absolutely disgusting. Wont be going back anytime soon.

Not much to say, If youre looking for a fast food restaurant and quick service, this is the place.

Bacon Mushroom Melt. 8.50 For a single burger...the size of a small burger almost anywhere else. Barely any Mushroom cheese sauce. If I hadnt lifted the top bun off I wouldnt have known there was anything on it other than cheese slices. I think its time to stop restaurants from skimping and putting as little as possible on burgers. I realize that making something look like the picture may not be entirely possible.... but theyre not even coming close to making it worthwhile. I returned the burger and got my money back. Wendys is getting worse and worse. Maybe Ill visit there again in the future but I doubt theyll do any better with the rest of the menu. Plus, why are there 2 drive thru windows when they only use one? The person taking the money is the same person giving you the food. They actually tell you to stay at the first window and not pull ahead. Not saying it happens but the person could be taking cash and then handling food?

Counter staff is extremely rude. I was missing half my order the guy at the counter started swearing at me under his breath while getting the rest of my order together after telling me I didnt order drinks or fries even tho my receipt clearing showed I ordered combos and a side of chicken nuggets.

Based off of my couple of experiences with this specific restaurant, I understand their low rating. Must be a new practice to cut cheese slices in half like were too dumb to notice. The food industry sure has changed from when I worked in it. Save your money and go else where. Prices are so close to a restaurant burger so you might as well just get a better quality burger and pay the extra $5 bucks. I used to love Wendys, but Wendys in Medicine Hat sucksssssss

Thanks for sending completely wrong order through skip. Reciept was right but didnt receive at all what i ordered. Its as simple as writing the right number on each bag. Guess that is a hard. Dont be on skip if you cant do it right. What a waste of an hour.

Sunday morning ordered 4 sausage egg on croissant waited for twenty minutes.. Was going thru drive thru thought when he came it was ready but was not.. Waited another 5 minutes.. So 25 min for drive thru is not fast food.

Ordered 2 spicy chicken combos around 8 this evening at the drive thru. The person who was at the window was very rude. When she handed over the drinks and the sandwiches she was looking at the other side and didn t say anything. Won t visit this location again.

I felt like a burger so decided to head to Wendys at about 10:15. Before leaving I checked to see their hours and it says it closed at 11pm and that their hours had been confirmed by the business 7 days ago. When I arrived at 10:20 they were closed. Other than that my experience at this location has been great.

Beyond disappointed with my order tonight that I placed and received via skip the dishes. Everything that was to go on the Son of a Baconater was put in the classic chicken burger and was not put on the burger it was intended for ruining both meals. Neither burger was able to be consumed. Its sad that illiteracy seems to run rapid between fast food restaurants cooks.

I personally like their big salads but they are somewhat overpriced. Unfortunately higher prices are a fact of life right now.

Our first time having breakfast at Wendys. I love the idea of the potatoes. However, they really should be warm. The coffee was good. The buns were super moist, which was great. We found the breakfast sandwiches very salty. Something on the baconator was very chewy, almost plastic like.

Went there Friday for dinner with my sister and the service was terrible. People behind us with larger meals got their food way before us, while I watched our food sit there waiting to be given to us. The young dark haired girl and young boy with dark hair and a ball cap stood there flirting and talking and laughing while we waited for our food. When I brought our receipts and finally got our food, it was cold. We left because there was a very long line up and didn t know when we d get fresh food. It was a ridiculous wait. Terrible service.

Tip! Go through the drive through and then go inside to eat... 5 mins!Only one til open inside and always a line and long wait. 20 to 30 mins this way! Huge savings of time with the drive through!

Ordered three frostys for my kids on august 10th at 12:20pm. One of them contained these sharp white plastic pieces. No one answered the number when I tried calling to warn them they have a problem.

The place is very hit miss honestly. Sometimes you get great food with great customer service. Sometimes you get poor food and poor customer service... or anything in between. It helps them honestly that its the only Wendys in Medicine Hat as Id go to other locations if I had a chance... which Ive learnt RedCliff has one now so may have to travel there to see how it measures up and if its worth the little drive

Its not a 3 alarm fire happening in your mouth, but theyre not timid about making it nice and spicy.

Combo was warm..not hot. Fries were cold. . Baconater was warm not hot. Not as good as before. No more thanks Thought the fries were the hottest in town. NOPE When giving your fries they should be upon when the burger is on the platter. Not waiting for the burger to come . WE BOTH HATE the Pop machine. No good choices at all. Getting terrible WENDYS were Our Most Favorite place to go to. Take our grandchildren as well. But no more Good Luck Wendys

Burgers are weak there now

I recently tried the chili at Wendys, and I have to say I was quite disappointed. While I understand that food prices have increased, the chili I received was so watered down that it resembled more of a soup than a hearty chili. The lack of consistency in the texture and flavor left me unsatisfied with this menu item.

Very clean, however the crew chief on duty was very rude. Don t belittle your customers and get the kitchen staff to join in on the laughs, unprofessional. Food : 4/5

Went through drive thru when it was busy, so I wasnt wait time isnt a factor in my review, as it was incredibly busy. Staff on the mic basically whispered, heard someone speak so I just ordered and hoped someone was there, there was and my order was heard, but I guess not correctly. My order was 2 Daves singles with Cheese, along with a medium iced tea, so not complicated, when I got to the window the gentleman who was there repeated my order as a Daves Single with Cheese, Medium fry and medium iced tea, I corrected it to my original order with no fries and a second burger. The gentleman appeared annoyed by my request to have my order be what I actually ordered. After an extra 3 minutes at the window I got my food and then he said have a nice day, then I reminded him I still needed my iced tea. He clearly took this as a personal attack, he shut the window moderately aggressively and stormed away from the window. Waited another 2 minutes for a drink which he then gave to me with a snarky look and then once again shut the window in an aggresive manner. I took a sip once I had arrived back at my hotel only to discover this wasnt iced tea. The employee running the 1st window at around 430pm on November 18th took immense offense to me asking for my full order and correct order, he intentionally gave me the wrong drink and dirty looks as he gave it to me. I dont recommend this specific location to anybody looking for a quick meal. As the staff will likely mess up your order initially and then take it as a personal attack when corrected. This employee needs to be dismissed before he throws a temper tantrum at a customer for trying to get what they want to eat after he gets it wrong.

I always enjoyed coming to Wendy s but in the last 6 months this location has gone down hill fast. On one occasion we ordered and it took over 20 minutes to get to the window as service was so slow and only 3 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window I had to give my order again and wait another 10 minutes. No apology and very rude staff. When we got home order was totally wrong. I called and all they said was come back! No apology! We decided to try again tonight and again waited for almost 15 minutes and when got to the window to pay they had lost the order and had to wait again. The person taking the order seemed very confused and had to repeat the order 4 times before he got it. And again, the order was incorrect. Sadly we won t be going back to this location.

Our visit to Wendy started with no diet coke or coke zero in the beverage machine. Order was slow & was not correct. It was not a good experience.

Im going to give them anither solid review in a few weeks once the hype dies down. But, they had about 1.5 people working at 11:00 a.m. with cars in the Drive threw and a line of at least 5. Waited 20 minutes and realised it wasnt worth it for a coffee. Ill try again though. 2022/7/20 eat in was much faster. Much more friendly. Clean dinning area

Fries were nice and crispy, and had the perfect amount of salt on them. I had ordered a No. 7, Classic Chicken Burger, was very tasty, crispy, and delicious. This is one of the best fast-food, restaurants. Except for the plastic straws, those are disgusting.

Very hit and miss. Come here after work decently often, but tonight s experience was awful. Ordered a double hamburger, with very specific modifications. Was given a chicken sandwich, with blackened, burnt bacon. Not only was I given the wrong order, but the food I was given was almost inedible.

Fresh food, fast and very friendly service. Customer service is everything nowadays and they have never disappointed!
