The food is always delicious and quick. The service is always great. Very clean environment, friendly welcoming staff. Michael and his team do an absolutely wonderful job, and always enjoy coming here!
I stop in here on breaks multiple times a week. For a couple bucks more than at A&W, I get a healthier meal with quicker service. The gals here usually remember what I like to get, so that personal touch is lovely too. :)
We pre-ordered online and it was ready to go when we arrived - great healthy options while on a road trip. Manager even came over to check if everything was okay. Great little stop!

New building, very clean inside. Food was good, service was adequate, the staff didn’t seem too engraved though. Unfortunately they don’t have any lactose free options (cheese). It was 7.05pm, and soups not available. Staff mentioned they “turned them off am hour before closing”, I take it she meant the heating on the soup? Not sure why couldn’t gage it as after 5 minutes the soup still would be warm. Anyhow, we didn’t get what wanted originally, but got fed at the end.
Been going here for the past few years...it's always a great stop along our road trips...it's food that tastes good and is good for you. We always feel satisfied and never sick. So glad they finally reopened one in my city of Winnipeg! Food: Tastes amazing! They always have a variety and is it can be prepared so that it is good for all dietary preferences. Protein (meat or falafel), no protein... veggies only, your choice of dressing, salad, etc .. 🌯 wrap or a bowl...so with or without gluten! I feel the wrap varies from size to size depending on who is wrapping it, but it's always tasty. I'll have to upload more photos from past visits to demonstrate. Atmosphere: big restaurant, lots of seating and high ceilings. Staff: knowledgeable and always make the food accurate. Cleanliness: usually the restaurant is very clean, including washrooms (which they openly pride themselves on). Unfortunately during my last visit, the washroom was "grungy", the dishes were piled and the seating was not cared for. I understand, not all staff are as passionate and to some it's just a paycheque. Overall good, and a must try. It's a better chain than the other healthy option... We will be back!
While the prices are high, I do really love the food. Your getting great quality food from friendly staff and the serving is large and filling. I was particularly hungry tonight so I sorta scarfed my food down but I reccomend at any time to go ahead and give them a try when you have extra funds :) (picture is after I've moved my meal to a personal bowl at home)
Nice clean restaurant, good menu but not a huge selection. I had concerns that I'd be disappointed, I mean, what man eats salad right? But I was pleasantly surprised, I ordered the signature salad with chicken and it was delicious. It was also a decent portion, I could have eaten more if it was supper but for a light lunch it was perfect. Recommended.

Ordered a wrap from there twice, and it was LOVELY. Food, and staff are great.
Portion sizes seem to have shrunk. And the lettuce in my salad was not fresh.

Used to be my go-to spot for lunch, but the prices have been creeping up steadily over the past few years. Now I just cant justify spending $15 on a small wrap when there are places nearby that offer more (and better) food for less. The food is good, but not worth the prices anymore in my opinion. Its fair to note that the staff at this location are exceptionally nice and quick at what they do. Store is always clean and looked after. Not a bad place to eat, just too pricey for me.
I love going to this place when in medicine hat. My favorite is the Budda bowl. Food is always yummy and fast

I have been going over to get my same lunch every time. I always order a kids quesadilla and sometimes a drink and I pick it up! The service and the food are amazing!!! I certainly appreciate the little things they do and they are always smiling and happy!! If I could do more than 5 stars I would!!!

I like Chopped Leaf, locations and food; however, I stopped and ordered a cranberry pesto sandwich, but when I started to eat, I realized that the chicken portions were pretty much nothing; I asked the staff if they had forgotten to put chicken and they told me that it was pre-made and it was the actual amount. I have been in other locations in AB, and I cannot believe that. If the owner wants to save money on products, they should save money for the clients and not charge for the animal protein in the sandwich. The staff we very friendly and tried to offer another portion, but it was not the point. Please dont think customers wont notice that.

Top notch healthy food
So where do I start? My wifes wrap looked really good, and she enjoyed it. However, my experience wasnt as good. I ordered a full Pegasus salad and added chicken to it. We also dined in, so my salad was plated in a white bowl. When I first saw it I thought, wow that looks good! But, quickly I noticed a faint orange stain on the white bowl, and when I felt it, it had a gritty texture like it has been dried or caked on. I returned the salad in hopes that it would be properly remade. When I got it back, it honestly looked like it was dumped into a new bowl and more dressing went on top. All of the chicken and Greek vegetables sat in the bottom of the bowl, protected by a mountain of dripping romaine. I knew I shouldve taken it back again, but I really wanted to give the girl the shadow of a doubt and that she remade it very fast, and mixed it in a bowl before plating it, which would explain the disheveled presentation. My blood sugar was dropping, and I needed to eat, so...... As we left the store, and in a very emotionless and calm tone, my wife asked the girl if my potentially contaminated salad was dumped into a clean bowl and reserved to me. The girl started to stammer and didnt know what to say, in which my wife asked, you did didnt you? She then admitted to it. What a GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION, to make to a new customer who also is a journeyman chef of 25 years experience in the trade. WE will never eat here again. May I suggest a food safe training course in how bacteria are transferred, the types of bacteria, viruses, and parasites that are found in a kitchen, and more importantly on dirty dishes, and how to prevent cross contamination.
Delicious food and a great choice for those are conscious on the kinds of food that they eat. Great healthy options. My Pegasus wrap was absolutely fantastic. Nice little restaurant as well with a nice layout. Vegetarian options: A very vegetarian friendly restaurant!
Quite disappointed with tonights staff Aug. 12th. 730pm My wife and I went for a soup and sandwich and werent even greated so I said hi whats the soup this evening? Her reply with a bad attitude was. Soups off so we settled for a sandwich. Then I watched her pull a knife out of an ice cream pail of kind of soapy water not wipe it off and cut my sandwich. Atleast my sandwich was clean and yummy lol. This employee needs to understand she works till 8 not 730 and to try harder at her job.
Wrap was built well held up not too over stuffed and satisfying. Thought this place was putting their value into being a healthy alternative but was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted.
Ordered a Baja Quesadilla but realized after the first bite that there wasnt any chicken, cheese or veggies in more than half of the quesadilla. Unfortunately didnt find out until I had walked home
Walked in for the 9.99 soup and wrap combo thats plastered everywhere. This was at 3:00. Was told they ran out of soup at lunch for the day....open 11-8 assuming lunch ends at 1. They had soup for 2 hours out of the day and then was like nahhh we dont need to put any more on. Ended up leaving and going to Freshii which had a similar 9.99 soup combo and it was amazing
The food is amazing, but the service was ho-hum. They did a their jobs, but that was all. The food speaks for itself, but enthusiastic staff makes folks want to return.
It was 12:30 and the soup wasn t ready and an 8C day. Salad was good, but I was looking forward to soup. It was even advertised on their electronicboard.

I had a delicious meal from this location today. The spicy chicken sandwich, and a salad I designed. Both were incredibly tasty, and the staff were both quick and efficient. If you re looking for a healthy option that tastes great - this is it! I will definitely be back!
We stopped buy for just something to nibble on after a long day of traveling, and both found something to try. The salad was fresh and had a fabulous flavour, the quesadilla was crisp and hot with a great flavour. If I was to make a suggestion it would be to take the food out of the boxes for those dining in.

You would think that a place that doesn t seem to have a lot of business would put more effort into the quality and presentation of their food. Ordered a quesadilla and it tasted okay I guess but it was cut so badly that the tortilla was torn and I could barely eat it cause everything within the quesadilla fell out. Take more time with your food, we don t mind waiting. Especially when we were the only ones in the store.
We are very particular with our order at Chopped Leaf. This was our first time at the Medicine Hat location. They got our order right, first time with no hassle and it was one of the best wraps ever! Thank you!

Food was fresh, and quick, with appropriate prices. Sandwich selection was good and unique, and the rest of the menu sounds appealing. Sandwiches could use a few more veggies, though. The potato soup is top shelf. Atmosphere is clean and pleasant, and they can accommodate kids. There are also some USB plugs for charging devices. I had the cranberry Pesto sandwich on multi-grain, and it was excellent. The multi-grain bread takes some jaw power to get through, so dipping in soup is a great option. Their daily chopped water beverage is 2 bucks, which is about what Id expect.
Always good! One of my favorites places to eat. Clean, staff is awesome and the owner is always kind and courteous! Check it out!

Salad rolls had wilted/brown lettuce that was mushy already, we sent it back, the server said we make them fresh every morning took the rolls, no apology, no offer to replace I guess that means no sense going back

Buddy was knowledgeable about menu items. Aware of what was popular and what to recommend. I got the popeye wrap with chicken as my protein and it was pretty good. Nothing you couldnt make at home but if you want to feel like youve eaten and drank something healthy, then check out the chopped leaf. Quesadillas are pretty small but somewhat expected.
The food and service was great but I couldnt help but notice the washroom was in need of cleaning.

The Chopped Leaf is an amazing place to go! I just tried it for the first time today and I was blown away by the quality of their food! I got a caesar salad with chicken and it was absolutely scrumptious! The chicken was moist and well seasoned, the romaine was so refreshing and there were no brown spots or rust spots on the leaves! These people really know how to make a caesar dressing, as it was light, creamy, and typu could taste the garlic in it I would go here every day if I could! The staff was focused yet friendly and you could tell how much they got along with eachother and how well they worked as a team. This is a good family place!Good job Chopped Leaf!
