We had pizza and Cesar salad. The Cesar salad had so much Parmesan cheese on it it was inedible. We had so many flies that we had to fight them off our food.

Not a local and visiting Medicine Hat from Calgary. Was looking for a family friendly pizza place and came across this. Pizza was great I had the Desi Chicken and the others had chicken fingers, meatlovers, vegetarian pizzas. Crust was good, crisp on outside fluffy in middle like it should be, toppings were fresh (warning Desi Chicken has a nice spicy kick!), and portions for the price were generous! They also have a bunch of Arcade 1Up games, fooseball and air hockey tables for free. Great for entertaining the kids, while you re waiting for food. Only feedback food did take awhile to come, but I think the guy was short staffed. Also, while most of the games worked a couple were down. Would stop again if passing through the Hat.

This is THEE BEST pizza crust in Southern Alberta without a shadow of a doubt. The service and hospitality were unmatched in Medicine Hat. The games they have are a unique touch, however could use a bit of repair and maybe a couple other younger kid options. Its great to play air-hockey and Foos-ball while waiting for dinner to come out. The staff remembered us the second time we visited and that made us feel very welcome, thereby enticing us to come out for a family dinner-out night a 3rd time now. We have ordered their pasta as a take out and were blown away as to the portion size and smart packaging in a small pizza box. This made for it to be a great picnic or rainy day eat-in-the-car meal. We Love Going to The Next Level. They really do kick it up a notch with all the unique and yummy pizza flavors.

Our hockey team was in the Medicine Hat area for a tournament this past weekend, and Next Level was recommended to us to try... I was able to book a lunch for our entire team {and their family members} Approx. 50 people easily with no complication. We arranged to have lunch prepared buffet style for an extremely reasonable price and it included: 4 types of pizza, 2 salads, and soup. We arrived and the food was ready fresh and hot, the restaurant was very clean, and the manager was extremely helpful. One of the best parts was that they have free video games, fooseball and air hockey, which kept everyone entertained and having fun!!! They also serve ice cream and have a ton of flavors! I would go back in a heartbeat and I 100000% recommend Next Level for anyone looking for a team based event!!! Parking: Easy to park, lots of available space Kid-friendliness: VERY kid friendly!

This has been the best pizza my boyfriend and I have ever had in town. The ingredients are fresh, the crust has a nice chew but I dont feel like Im eating bad bread (looking at you pizza hut). We joked that we had sold our souls for good pizza. Safe to say, next level pizza gave us a fantastic date night dinner.

Had a 4 topping large pizza. Wife loved the sauce, I really enjoyed the crust. Lots of cheese. Overall pizza was excellent. Also had the meatball marinara baked spaghetti. We both agree excellent flavour. Looking forward to the inside opening soon with bar, milkshakes, ice cream etc.

I normally don t leave a review but This place is just amazing! They had pizza, chicken wings, ice cream with many different flavours to choose from, they have milkshakes that they make with the ice cream(I think that s how it works for them I ve never tried their milkshake before). They also have a mini arcade of old classic games. Overall a great place. We tried the chicken parmesan and butter chicken pasta dishes, they both were delicious and were nice large servings - both sauces were great. Also got the milkshakes for the drive and they did not disappoint either!

You have to try the Koobideh Kabob!!! Absolutely delicious!!! The saffron rice was fluffy and bursting with the taste of Saffron! I also tried the Paneer Tikka pizza and the flavours really shone through, making a wonderful satisfying meal ! For dessert, I tried the Gulab Jamun! A very warm and wonderfully delicious dessert! With the burst of these delicious flavours, I ll definitely be going back! Vegetarian options: Can chose to order meals without meat if you are a vegetarian! Parking: Parking is available at the front of the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: There are games set up for Kids in the restaurant!

I m convinced nothing can beat this locally owned shop. Not only do they most definitely have the best pizza in town, they also have a little bit of something for everyone. Fun arcade games for the kids and the option to have a cold one for mom and dad. Mixed with the most friendly staff in the hat you definitely have to try this place out!

My first time ordering food from Next Level Pizza was a great experience. I Ordered combo 2 (2 large pizzas, wings, cauliflower bites and 2L drink) . The pizza was very good and the wings were fall off the bone good. The service I received was top notch and the dining area was modern and very clean. It is one of the best pizza places i have been to and will be coming back again.

Disgusting!!! The pepperoni on the pizza was cheap and tasteless. Crust was dry and chewy. Wings were mediocre at best and they even gave me buffalo instead of BBQ. I will never visit again, for sure!

Here we go! After working a 13 hour day working in a kitchen, I SURE didnt want to cook when I get home. Im sure chefs and cooks understand this on the deepest level. And previous experience owning a pizza joint, I have come to see pizza in a new way. 3/5 Pizza needs 5 things to be great, hear me out. 1. Crust - its a must for quality (slightly overcooked, decent flavor, tastes like it was made with 24 hours. 3/4 of a star if I could) 2. Sauce - it adds moisture and flavour. It has to be good and unique. (Not enough sauce to be worth noting. ) 3. Cheese - I mean, hey, how you doing? (Not the best cheese Ive had on a pizza, not the worst. Was overcooked.) 4. Price - Ok from a dollar stand point, standard, affordable, competitive. From a VALUE point of view, you also get what you pay for. Both are very important to consider, as it may or may not lead to return business and customers. (See number 5) 5. Quality of ingredients - the better quality of ingredients does in fact make a superior product. Which also in turn cost a bit more. (Food cost of crust and sauce is so minimal, these must be fantastic. Other toppings such as produce are usually not too expensive either, my meat lovers pizza had no veggies. Protein and cheese are the most expensive items, I get that. But the quality of both made me a little sad.) Just my first impression. Ive waited this long to order for two reasons. For them to train their staff, and I didnt really have a need too. Every person has their top 2 pizza places. If they dont order from #1, its #2 (which may need replacing) 3/5 stars

Ordered 3 pizzas online ahead of time for a 545 pickup. The boxes felt warm when I picked it up however once I got home the pizza was already getting cold. Prompt delivery, delicious pizza!

New locally owned pizza place. Ordered a Medium Pepperoni Overload. Little bit different than I am used to as the pepperoni is large in diameter and the cheese is on top. But every bite had pepperoni on it and a good amount of cheese. Wasnt disappointed. Id recommend to try it, but it wont be for everyone. Pizza came with a free garlic sauce which was delicious! Friendly service, fair prices.

When I arrived in Medicine Hat on June 3rd 2022, I wanted to find a local quality pizza place that was not a chain restaurant. The large Canadian thin-crust pizza that we picked up at 7:35pm at Next Level Pizza was soggy. They used baseball-sized slices of cheap salami that they used for pepperoni. They clearly dont know how to layer the toppings on a pizza as they put green peppers and mushrooms underneath the pepperoni, and put all the cheese on top with no cheese under the toppings. The large salami and cheese blanket created a moisture barrier causing the pizza to go soggy. The pizza resembled a large wet cookie. I dont recommend this place, Ive had better frozen pizzas from Walmart. Cheaper too, this 8 slice pizza was $24.00. Not worth it.

The pizza sauce is different not in a good way. The pizza was also so salty i could hardly eat it. Only reason its not a 1 star is because the cheesecake was really good.

I ordered the family night pack (pizza wings pop and cheese cake). I liked the food but what I was DISAPPOINTED with was the pop and cheese cake !! It s called FAMILY NIGHT !!! it literally came with ONE SMALL SIZED POP !! and ONE PEICE OF CHEESE CAKE ! I was thinking it would come with a 2L pop but no it came with one small pop for me and my two kids to share ?! And one slice of cheese cake. I figured it would Have been maybe a mini cheese cake that we could share but it was one slice. Very disappointed with this order. I won t be ordering again

If I could give less than 1 I would. Although the pizza is fine. Their business conduct is not. I placed my order online for delivery, ordered enough to qualify for free delivery. When it shows up, I m charged 5$ more than my email receipt says. The driver says it happens often. The time prior to this I ordered online, paid online but the delivery driver shows up and brings out a machine, having been told I had not paid when I very well did and goes on to say it s the third time they screw him over like this. Local business is important to us but when you re screwing people over shame on you. You no longer get my business due to your shady practices.

Seriously try this place. The light crispy crusts and the flavors are so unique. Love it.

Normally I do not leave reviews but the man asked me to do so if I liked the pizza, just in case I missed the request on the sign and the hand written note on the box. The pizza was satisfying. I ordered a veggie pizza with added pepperoni. The sauce was good. The crust was chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The toppings were fine and they tasted fresh. I live not far so for me it was a good choice in a pinch. Its definitely on the level for a good take away meal.

One of the best pizza in town. This restaurant is less popular but the pizzas they make are delicious and really on next level. I tried here for the first time on a friends recommendation and then I have never gone to other pizza places. I would recommend to try it atleast once.

I was pleasantly surprised with this new pizza place. The prices seemed fair - we ordered two smaller that easily feed 3-4 people. Lots of toppings, tasty crust, not too greasy. I will definitely order again. The inside of the restaurant seems pretty basic and empty - but perhaps they will update and have in person dining in the future, as I know they just opened.

The tandori chicken pizza is a new family favorite, and as fans of Indian cuisine were looking forward to trying some of the other choices. Great tasting, well priced pizza with a nice thick crust. One of these days well just have to pop in for the fresh baked pizza experience.

Tasted like the box it came in and an extreme rip off. Could have had better for $20 vs the $70 we paid. Very poor customer service. Still waiting for a callback after discussing the issues with them days ago.

Honestly, I was hopeful when I saw a new pizza place in medicine hat, especially one with unique vegetarian options. Sadly though it was very disappointing. It was only slightly warm on delivery and the quality level of the ingredients was by far the worst out of any place I have tried in the city.

We tried the new place in town, we ordered pepperoni overload and a Hawaiian...had to search for the pepperoni and the Hawaiian tasted just like the pepperoni with maybe a few pineapple bits. Wont be ordering again

Ordered online through their website, not the most user friendly on a mobile. Originally wanted pick up but there is no option to pay in store, just credit card online. Then tried delivery and it had the option for card and cash at the door. There is a tip function on the website but when the delivery came the prompt was still for a tip on the machine as well. Didnt realize that and ended up tipping 30%. Pizza was nothing special, tried 3 different kinds and Ive had better from the regular pizza chains. Asked for no green peppers on any of the pizzas and got green peppers. Cauliflower bites were good. Doubt Ill be back.

Tried next level pizza for the first time last night for supper. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the dough and toppings. Overall, the pizza is absolutely delicious and among the best in town. Also, the Cheesecake is delicious too.

First time trying this restaurant tonight. There are no choices for crust and limited for extra toppings. But the pizza is excellent, I ordered The Canadian and Hawaiian, both were excellent. Will order again!

Pizza arrived undercooked and cold, 48m to get here. Wings were slimy and wrapped tight in foil so the breading is wet, also cold. Some of the worst wings I have ever tasted. Total waste of money. Thier response to my complaint was total denial and lies. Basically said there was no order and they personally called the customer. What a dishonest and rude way to deal with a complaint about terrible food.

FYI this is basically a carbon copy of A1 pizza in Redcliff and Medicine Hat pizza downtown. Not saying thats a bad thing but its not really anything new.

Really enjoyed this pizza and wings, reasonable prices and a prompt friendly delivery service on a very cold night. Totally recommend!

Tried their Tandoori chicken and veggie supreme pizza, good quality and amazing taste. Will order again.
