Both the subs we received were soggy and messy because theres no option for toasting the bread.

Best subs I have EVER eaten. They give so much meat, and dont overload the sub with condiments, which is awesome. I will never return to Snubway. We ve been to Firehouse twice this week, and tried 3 different subs between the 2 of us. We plan on trying every single sub available. My personal fave so far is the steak and brisket with cheese. Just WOW. Mouthwateringly delicious. Service is good and staff is polite. They have a bunch of hot sauces you can take home in a little container with a lid. Not that you ll want to add anything to the already wonderful flavours. Again, just WOW. Kid-friendliness: They provide a little plastic fire helmet to kids for free! So cool! Delicious every time we ve been. Great service, quite a small lobby/ordering area and tables but it s never disappointing in the service and taste department.

I have heard great things about this place from everyone and wanted to try it. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The lady that helped me was very nice when I tried to order something and it wasn t available and I didn t feel rushed when I was trying to figure something else out.

The bread was amazing for the subs and the meat was superb

Had the French Dip...lots of beef....not as processed as Arbys but not freshly roasted either. Had a very garlicky flavour it was good but maybe a tad bit too garlicky for me. The dipping jus was definitely powder based but still pretty good. 27 bucks for a large sub and a bottle of Coke is a little pricey although I did ask for extra cheese and probably didnt need it as it was alot of cheese. I am just used to Subway see through cheese. Good quality cheese as well. I would order it agaon but would skip the extra cheese.

Mushy and wet subs. The buns should be toasted which would avoid the wet and messy sandwich . Not very good. Would not try again.

This place sucked The food was terrible They dont give you no salad I was totally disgusted No place to sit You cannot see them make your food So you dont know what theyre putting on it I will never eat there again The food sucked They dont ask you if you want anything on it or anything Im done and the sub was like buying one out of the Mac Store cooler disgusting it was just meat and bread nothing else not a vegetable insight There was absolutely no conversation just wasnt worth the price very expensive Ill stick to Subway at least you get something there And they ask you what you want on it and you cant see what theyre doing What are they trying to hide

Asked for no mayo or mustard but they forgot the Italian dressing. Asked for chopped pickle on the sandwich, there was barely any. Overall sandwich was really boring with no sauce or anything to flavour it. If youre getting takeout, the bun gets soggy (this was white bread, maybe the whole wheat would hold up better). Ill add we had multiple locations where I used to live and never had issues with soggy buns, or barely any topings. I get the same thing every time. The only difference is I had a white bun this time instead of wheat. The meat was good quality, have had firehouse in other cities but probably wont return to this one.

Ask for any sort of sandwich thats customized and theyll just give you one closest to it on their menu without telling you.

Medicine Hat we went in ordered 2 subs and had a 51 dollar bill and made them fix it so we get home 20 min later to eat and wrong stuff they put on it .so went back 20 min and waited manager didnt give us discount or anything so made a new sub and it was half size of other sub returned and missing main topping for meat joke people do better . every check bills

Just like everyone, we went to try the new sub option here in The Hat. Yes, the cost per sub is a tad more than the other place, however, when you consider the amount of meat you get on your sub you definitely get more for your money. The quality and taste of the meat and toppings is also WAY above the other place. My only issue was my bun was a bit wet and soggy, I did take that part away but not sure if you got one and let it sit to eat later if the whole thing would be soggy. Another thing that maybe wasn t the greatest was the layout of the store .There s not much flow . When it s busy it s difficult to get your drinks, subs and leave as people have no choice but to cram into the space right in front of the door

Hands down best subs Ive had. They even threw in a couple for me to bring back to the office. Tried the Pastrami, Meatball and Brisket Cheddar. They were all absolutely amazing, Id say the brisket was the winner for me, but Id eat any one of those again. Other coworkers were blown away as well.

Ive been waiting forever to try. Went on friends and family and i tell you, it was worth the wait. This will now be my new go to sub shop. Food was delicious, staff ,friendly. I recommend 100%. My only problem is deciding which sub to try next .

Location is in pre-opening construction. Awesome quality subs when it does open though!

Gave us free subs two days before opening and were terrific.
