This is by far the best subway in town. Doesn’t matter if I come at night, or during the day it’s always consistent and each and every employee is so friendly and has great customer service. The place is always very clean as well. Well ran thank you to the manger and employees of this store!

My six year old got a grilled chicken sub... Turns out half the grilled chicken was actually cardboard (see photo). Filled a complaint and was offered a 6" replacement... Too bad I'm not from medicine hat or I would swing by just grab it and throw it in the trash..
The customer service at this location was unacceptable during my order last night. I made an order through the app to be picked up within 15 mins while on my way to work. I had confirmation of my order but the restaurant had no knowledge of my order. I was told to wait while current customers were served before they would assist me. I showed them my confirmation and when they checked the system my order was found but their machine had run out of paper and they didn’t see my order. I was told to sit down and wait until they had time to complete my order when they had time. It was almost 40 minutes later when I had the sandwich’s I had ordered. It was extremely unprofessional how the staff treated the situation, I have been a regular customer but I feel like my business will be appreciated elsewhere.
So normally I love this subway.. I usually get this one dude and he’s so happy and awesome so I’ll give it two stars for this experience cause it wasn’t him 😅 so they have this new kid there, hes made my sandwich before.. first he didn’t cut my foot long in half… & secondly he tried giving me 3 slices of onions or 5 green peppers.. lol I had to ask him to add more 3 times. Bad experience!
They can't get an online order right ever. Ordered last week and they forgot the cheese on all four subs. Ordered tonight and they forgot the cheese on all 3 subs, and one was a steak and CHEESE sub. Even after I put a note to not forget the cheese. They are not answering phone either, so it won't be rectified again. Wish the old owners were still around. At least the old staff could get an order right!
On Aug 6th I placed an order for 2 party platers for August 8th. I wrote down the instructions and gave it to the employee with my order. I asked for lettuce cheese and the meat to be on the sandwiches and for the other vegetables to be on the side. they were for my 12 year old daughter’s birthday party an hour out of town. My husband picked up the subs at the agreed upon time and did not check them. Several hours later when we were ready to eat we took the subs out and realized there were onions, green peppers and cucumbers on the sandwiches NO lettuce and NO cheese. So not only did we not get any lettuce or cheese AT ALL but there were onions cucumbers and green peppers on all the sandwiches meant for 10-13 year olds. I called immediately asked for the manager to return my call. A couple days later she called while I was at work and I couldn’t talk so I called her back that afternoon and she wasn’t there she did not call back. I have tried several times and she’s never there and has not returned my calls. Poor service and extremely poor management skills. Very disappointed she never followed up on such a big mistake. Even just an acknowledgement and apology would have been great. Now they have lost my patronage and I intend to share my experience.
I went into Subway at approximately 3:30PM. Two staff members were sitting behind the counter not sure what the were doing. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by coming in. They never washed their hand before putting gloves on and when I got my food, every table in the place was dirty. If it wasnt busy the tables should have been cleaned and things should be getting stocked as the fridge and chips were 3 quarters empty. Just wont go back to this subway. The others in town are great.

This Subway does not take coupons in store, even when the app states that they are a participating store. Tried to use coupons twice, but the system says that cannot be used. Also, does no one wear hair nets anymore?
It was fairly busy when I showed up and I was surprised how quick they got through everyone

Had a breakfast sub really liked the fact I could add my extras and it was a great breakfast sandwich, staff very friendly. Went back had a lunch sub wS very good service excellent.

Ordered 2 footlongs, food was great but the service was even better they werent busy but the lady who made my subs, Pawan, was absolutely amazing and super nice and pleasant and asked about my day and was patient when i was waiting for a text for the 2nd sub

After placing my order and arriving at the till a young man with, i think, the name jutaner was on his personal phone. He didnt say anything just rang my order up pointed at the debit machine and went back to his phone. Worst experience ever
Not usually one to leave a bad review, but I just ordered two sandwiches, and they were both disappointing. They were very over toasted, there was next to no sauce on either, and they were so skimpy on the toppings, all I could taste was bread. Big Oof.
Good location. Staff have always been very nice, good on orders, no fuss with coupons. We will be back.
If you love Subway, you should eat here. They sell subs that are just like all the subs from other Subways.
Somehow had put banana peppers on my sub and I was unable to eat it.
This subway is good! Good service, good sandwiches, and when you order double cheese, its always an amount worth paying for! You see, Im a cheese lover, and consistency is how I judge a subway. The redcliff drive location will give you an unmeasured amount that always ends up being less. When this location always gives you two scoops, measured in a little cup so its always consistent!

Went there tonight for a sub. There was water dripping from the ceiling on to the glass food prep area. They young man says I know and proceeded to put a soup bowl on the counter to catch the water.. We left without any food.
Bread was hard and dry, lettuce was brown and yellow. Spinach looked awful wound up picking out the meat and eating separate

I visited the subway on 5th Aug around 5 or 6. The customer service was just perfect. I was in a rush and they made a couple of footlongs exceptionally delicious. Would strongly recommend this subway.

January 22, around 5 pm: I had three new staff, both of the ladies on the food line couldnt remember the 4 sandwiches I ordered - two were the same - I asked for all the same bread, cheese and toppings on all 4; also ordered soup and the male cashier didnt remember to give me a spoon
The food here is always great. Sometimes Ill have the soup, but normally a sub sandwich is in order. Either way, it always tastes good and is well made. I love the staff here, especially at lunch time during the week. Thanks for the awesome food and quick service!

I ordered a footlong seafood sub period after watching the girl put Seafood on my sub there was more bread than Seafood. I had asked her if she could put a little more Seafood on the sub and she had said we put Four Scoops on there and these are the Four Scoops on the ends of the sub there was no Seafood.

My ft long roast beef on cheese bread is always good. The place is lacking its fall cleanup, there is bugs in the covered lights and dingle berrys hanging from the greasy fans. Its not enuff 2 b turned off completely yet but soon very soon.clean it up c.h. subway
The service is so hit and miss that I would recommend trying a different location if youre craving a sub.

Please teach your staff how to make subs/wraps. I didn t pay for a sloppy mess with literally one piece of each vegetable. & you d think paying customers are more important than standing around and gossiping. There are 4 people working, get real.
