Basic subway. Staff person didn't know what tuna was, when I was asking if they had a sub including it. Very minimal amount of veggies added to my vegetarian sub- I had to ask for more.

Avi and the staff were great. The app screwed up and charged us for our subs but the order did not go through. He honoured the charge and made our sandwiches anyways!! Food is always good!!
The staff was super kind and helpful, along with being extra kind to our kids. One of the staff made sure to check in on us after we had ordered to see how we were doing letting us know we could ask if we needed anything. I've never seen this at a Subway but I think this is my new favorite location! Thank you 👍
We use this location the most as they are typically terrific. Today, however, we placed a large order for an group lunch. We were told they are out of mustard? Literally everyone wanted mustard! There is a Wallmart across the parking lot that has alot of mustard. When I called to ask about this, I was told because the supplier did not send it, they don't have any? They are so focused on customer service, yet They would rather make the customer suffer instead of simply grabbing some relatively inexpensive mustard? This is pretty dumb in my personal opinion and shows a complete disregard for customer service? I guess we will go back to the other location that has mustard.
I have been eating same dish from different subway shops all the way along trans Canada high way. This is the first time I get a tiny portion . I have been filled up very well until now.
What a delightful surprise! We came to this Subway shortly after 11am, 3 staff were diligently working. I've never seen Subway staff work so hard! The restaurant was just opening for the day, or so it seemed, as staff took down chairs. We were greeted, and our order was taken! To our surprise, they had Seafood sensation. While we couldn't see it on the menu board, we saw it on the line. So we got a 6" seafood sensation and a 6" veggie, both made to our liking. We had made one a combo, with a fountain drink and 2 cookies. The cherry cola was very fizzy but very tasty too. The cookies were good. The washrooms were clean and well stocked. I am especially happy with the staff here--they kept busy and made our orders accurately. They seemed genuinely happy to be at their job! Thank you.

UPDATE - We went to try again after a bad experience months ago and not only was the quality great, the customer service was amazing! They have really turned this store around and we will become regulars again. This place has really gone downhill. The service and quality is awful. You get 3 slices of meat or else you re charged extra and just told by employees that there s a shortage . If your going to start charging more For subs then at LEAST provide the same quality as before you took it over from the previous owners.

Dined here June 11, 2023 early afternoon. The entire store was immaculate. Ive never seen such a clean Subway and it being my fave place to eat, I visit many locations. The staff were great, the food was great and looked fresh. Excellent experience!
Time to reformulate that terrible gf bun, if Superstore can bake such a decent gf bun surely a sandwich store can
The food was fresh but the service was absolutely horrible. They have absolutely no people skills whatsoever.. The owner should address this before he loses more business. It was comparable to walking into a funeral home as far as the sadness and demeanor. It felt as though I was forcing them or obligating them to serve me. No sense of client service whatsoever.
Another pretty good Subway experience. The bathrooms and interior of the restaurant have a slightly alarming number of flies though. Obviously bugs in the summer are inevitable but this location had more flies in it the two times Ive been than any other business in the area at any time. The food here was fine, and staff were nice, and the location is great - right off the highway while passing through the city. Just wish the bug problem gets taken care of.
Sends me coupons in the mail, that can only be redeemed online- You d think having the real life coupon, would make more sense being able to redeem in real life

You guys baked an old dirty onion into a cookie that was given to me. Ive worked at a Sub Way before, and the only way that could ever happen is if you arent washing dishes properly, if at all. Disgusting, and it smelled like old tuna. The cookie sheets should never come into contact with vegetables under proper cleaning.

This feels like another average subway. Short wait, consistent quality, great toppings. Im disappointed that subway made massive menu changes in the last year. Many of the old good sandwiches are no longer available, or else have a new variation that doesnt taste as good as they used to.
Lettuce was brown and the staff werent willing to open new lettuce. This used to be the best Subway in town until new management took over. They have successfully turned it into the worst Subway I have ever eaten at.
Ive tried three times now to get a bowl of soup only to be told it either isnt ready, we dont have soup today, or Sorry, there isnt enough for a full bowl.. The sandwiches are delicious, but I really wish youd put greater emphasis on soup.
We went for dinner on a Saturday night (5:30pm) and were told they ran out of bread. Who runs out of bread???
Customer service was great, it was fast and exactly as I like it. Restaurant was clean.

All old staff are gone.... and its unfornute because today was ridiculous. Out of many things, dirty, slow, just a horrible experience overall.
They are friendly and the food is good.
No wraps of any kind, only two kinds of bread, and had expired chips, not saying it s the staff but this subway is not one I personally would ever come to again. Even overcharged us for half the order

Not impressed. Last two times at the subways close to wal-mart, they were outof meatballs, and low on chicken. Was there at 7:05pm yet place is opened til 9pm. Will not be coming back as there is one other location to go to that always has everything you ask for. This is the second location that I am not impressed with

I always ask the sandwich artist what i should have and the girl that made mine did an excellent job. The bread was soft and flavorful. The toppings were fresh and the service was pleasant.
My family and I went in for dinner tonight (March 21, 630pm) and the two gentlemen working were so helpful, kind and welcoming. They helped my two eldest children choose their subs(asked them what they wanted, not me. Huge props!) And were very patient. (3 kids. Two adults! Lol) Thanks for the great ,fast and non stressful service!

Went at 830 for breakfast. Had 2 breads to choose from. Asked for eggs. No go on the eggs. Asked for chicken. No chicken. The food containers looked filthy like they hadnt been changed from the day before. Service was good but Ill never go back.
Not a bad location. My sub was good. I was disappointed they didnt carry all the menu items that I see in other stores like falafel.
Young kid making sandwich didnt cut foot long in half looked stoned also moved slower than a snail. Other staff act like they couldnt care one bit how their day goes
Slowest Subway Sandwich Artists I have ever had the misfortune of ever encountering. The younger bald girl was friendly enough that the older woman did try to be friendly. Both were slower than snail spit.

The first location on Dunmore was closed and didnt say anything on google or the internet. Than staff were slow - seemed like a lack of confidence or communication. Food was ok, but I probably wouldnt come back. Drumhellers location is a prime example of a good subway!
Where to start? Maybe with the giant long hair cooked into the cheese topping on my sub? Worst subway staff ever. Are always sitting in the back on their phones, even the manager. When they finally do come out theres never a smile and they are very rude. Will not be back to this store. Would rather give no stars but no option to do so.
