Cook’s Broaster Chicken in Middle Sackville

I would give this a 0 star if I could if you want to wait 2 hours for cold food and horrible customer service from the owner Sheila then order from here. Clubhouse with processed cheese and lettuce that’s gone bad . No discount no accommodations would not send the driver back out as they were “closing” she said the next time I order she would try to see what she could do to accommodate me. Absolutely will never be ordering from here again save your money! If you claim on your website to deliver to a designated area for free and charge $3 for delivery outside that area of 4Kms (I live 4.8 kms away) don’t make the customer feel like an inconvenience for where they live . Horrible experience

Best chicken I have had in yrs. Very tender,juiciest chicken ever. Fries so good. Prices are fantastic

First time ordering tonight and honestly blown away. Canadian classic was exactly what I wanted with the sweet sauce and fluffy crust. Garlic fingers exceeded expectations. I find a lot of place in HRM are cheesy but don't have a ton of flavour, but these seriously delivered. I enjoyed from a local friends house but I would drive from downtown to have them again

My wife and I recently moved into the area and Cooks pizza is an instant hit - excellent food and great owners. We always request well done and both the pizza & garlic fingers were perfect. We have already returned multiple times and it is a must try if you're in the area.

Called to make a pick-up ordered, went fine. Called by not even 2 minutes later to change my order because I had forgot an order for a family friend. Asked if I could add it so my existing order, was then told, "Well we don't even have donair subs right now anyways for your order." I had ordered 2. I then asked to cancel the order because if I had known about the subs, I wouldn't have placed it. Was then told either by the OWNER OR THE MANAGER, "You're about to do this after we've started making it already? Nah...screw you. You're not welcome here and you're never allowed to order from here again!" And hung up on me. I had been going there for 6+ years and never once encountered this type of behavior...

We were originally recommended to try their pizza here by my cousin's, so we did and we were quite impressed! We went back the next time and tried their garlic fingers, which I can honestly say has to be the best garlic fingers I have had in all of HRM and please do not take that lightly because I used to be on the road everyday all over HRM in my previous job, and have tried a lot of different vendors. Previously I was always a fan of Greco garlic fingers, but if you go here, you will never go back to Greco again! Also, I would like to mention the great service I received when I was there as well. I showed up to pay, and the gentleman taking my money had a mask on and disenfected the terminal before it was handed to me and after I was done (great business practice in this environment I might add). Then offered to bring my food out to my car when it was ready so I would not have to wait inside. I just wanted to pass along my gratitude, as your service was very much appreciated. I am sure it must be extremely difficult wearing masks in a heated kitchen, as I do understand what it is like to wear one daily. Keep up the great work and service and people will continue to purchase from you as long as your doors are open! Thanks again.

Super friendly people and fast. The Donair rolls were awesome. Nice balance of meat and cheese and dough was the right thickness done to a perfect golden brown. We need these in Calgary.
