While the food was not 5 stars, it was a nice breakfast and would 💯recommend this place to anyone in Midland Texas. Staff was excellent. Atmosphere was just like most diners. A lot of cute artistic stuff throughout the place. We wish the owners nothing but the best.
Delicious food! I went here for the first time and their breakfast was delicious! I will definitely be returning for more good food. I didn't realize this gem was here in Midland.
This morning was my first visit. Was there shortly after they opened. Typical “small town” diner. There were tables of what one would call “regulars” that had people drifting in and out of. The table next to me, the guy came in and sat down and as she was filling his coffee cup she said “your usual?” to which he shook his head yes. Great services. Clean. Food was delicious.
I've been twice in the last 2 months. First time I got their special, which I believe it to have been chicken fried chicken. I got their jalapeño gravy and another side-all really good - and the service was good. I went again today and got the patty melt and the garlic cheese fries- none of it was good. Fries were old and not fresh, although they were homemade. The garlic cheese was good, and the patty melt was mediocre. Service was ok, not sure if they were down waitresses or what. It's hard to say if I'll go back again. Food is good depending on what you get. 🤷♀️
First time here, won't be the last definitely a fan. Walk in greeted from acoss the room not sure who said, sit where you want. Has that small town feel seeing g regulars talking to the wait staff and they call them by name and say usual, as they are giving them there drink before they ask 😉 Servic was very attentive, my coffee cup stayed full and it wasn't always filled by my waitresses, the food was brought to us hot and they were pretty busy, it was bout 6:30 am breakfast time, parking lot was packed. Just love the constant chatter of people talking and laughing and hearing silverware hit plates and spoons stiring coffee cups
Excellent food and service! Parking lot has been redone which makes it more accessible and the interior has been steadily undergoing needed improvements. All new floors and ceiling tiles . Perfect little place to enjoy a meal.
Never been here before but decided to take a shot. I'm beyond happy about this place. Let me start with the waitress around 10:30am on Saturday. She was young but seemed like she been working with 10+years experience. She is someone I hope to have again serve me! The food is pretty great! The atmosphere is warming! Will return very soon! Thank you for a great experience!
The service was friendly, explained that they had daily specials, pointed out other local favorites, the wait staff seem to know some of the customers by name and what they normally get and had it ready, I would definitely go back

This place was busy but there was plenty of room. I gotta say, the service was okay, nothing good, nothing bad. Breakfast was good, but nothing special. I will note that I ordered a coke with my breakfast, and it came as a 16.9 plastic bottle....did not expect that. After looking at the menu, it is listed that way, I just took it for granted that a sit-down restaurant would serve a beverage in a glass with ice.
Ok all I need to say is this if you have been searching for a true chicken fried steak look no further. Real steak and breaded to perfection. Great job

Early risers and oilfield businessmen are plenty here. Service is fast, food is solid. Nothing flashy but a great place for an early morning hearty breakfast. Prices are fair and they are starting some upgrades that will make this place a long running staple for downtown Midland for a long time.
Everything was fine except for the waitress wasnt much for small talk. Had an omelette the old fashioned way cooked eggs, then the ham n cheese on the eggs, then folded over..NOT mix everything together and fold it over
Our waitress was cool even through our accidentally making a mess. She cleaned up and fixed our order that the kitchen messed up quickly.

Nothing fancy. Just great food.
Good old-fashioned greasy spoon. Tasty, traditional diner-style food with wait staff that are personable characters. Huge chicken fried steak and burgers on the menu. The only down- side is that sodas are bottles, not fountain, but that only affects those who dont drink iced tea and/or coffee with their meals. I have yet to have a bad experience in my visits over the years.

It was my first time and food was really good. The only reason for four out of five stars was I like my hashbrowns crispy and all our table was barely cooked. Waitress was great and place is clean. I will be going back soon.
I got Two pancakes, bacon, eggs and grits. It was excellent. Just like I ordered. The waitress was great. Also restaurant is clean. Highly recommended.

Hmm, reviews 5 stars??? Well I order the Huevos Rancheros the green chill out of a can, so were the beans, about the only thing that may not have been out of a can was hashbrowns. No biscuits for Biscuit & Gravy. Seriously not real Mexican food. Sadly.

Great spot with simple eats. Basic diner food like omelets, pancakes, burgers, etc. Hubby praised the cheese burger and fries he got, and my BLT was great. Waitress was very patient with us as we had a few questions for being there the first time. Friendly staff.
Friendly atmosphere
Great food and great service! It s an old school style diner. Definitely brings back feeling of old breakfast houses where lots of regulars and men go daily for coffee and everybody knows everybody.

I was served by a sweet girl named Angie. She was was polite and professional. She was very helpful and waited on us on a fast and timely manner. I will continue to comeback to this Dinner with this type of service.
Big place, excellent food, hours open are kinda weird. Advertising early hours from Monday to Saturday which is not...sometimes not even open.

A very family atmosphere. Always greeted with a smile, the place is usually busy in the morning but you still get good service. Its a good menu, nothing fancy. But all is good. If tired of commercial. Try this place out. You will come back

Having lived in Midland for several years I was recently shown this amazing hole in the wall diner. It has a great atmosphere, food and curious staff. I would highly recommend any of their food. It was so good I came back the next day for breakfast!

I love this little gem! You walk in air down and with in 5 second your drink order is in, in 5 minutes your food order if you know what you want! The staff is incredible and I have only been twice and my waitress remember my drink of choice. Check them out! I love them my favorite is the hamburger steak with mashed potatoes.
