Jack in the Box in Midland

This is the worst Jack in box. Ive been in line for 15 min.There in their palying around. Im still in line waiting ..I would be embarrassed if I was the manager of this establishment. Cause your tge one that hired these people.Next time, I will go somewhere else.,really now i order off the app,35 min ive been waiting out here ,i. So pist people getting tgere before me

Maybe this is the dirtiest jack in the box I have ever eaten at, I was here for about 30 minutes and in that time no one bothered to clean even a little, apart from the person who takes your order has a very rude attitude, like If he hated his job!

Tis is da worst fast food jack in a box I ever ate, tis is sad tat u people would serve people totally extreme grease on all ur foods, today order 2 number 5, and wen I came home and opened da bag, everything was pack with grease, da double hamburger was pack with totally extreme grease even da wrapper and da holder was pack with grease, people like u should get fired, look at da lady at da window totally extreme fat, cau of eating all tat grease fat tat u put in everyones hamburgers, fries, curly fries and everything tat u serve through ur products I will neva in my life goin back there, u all should follow Wataburger style of making hamburgers, cau everytime I go there, no mo heart attack grease like jack in a box kind, u all should take out da heart attack grease from ur hamburgers before people get sick,fat, and especially heart attack grease and die. The Restaurant it s super Dirty, the bathroom it s very disgusting, it smells disgusting as well.

Was told through the drive-thru speaker they re not taking any more orders. Asked if they were closed and the lady said no that they re open but they re not taking any more orders.

Went really early to grab breakfast on my way to work. It was gross.

The place is clean, well lit and as in all these places, good space between diners. The cost is relatively low. There was a person who didnt understand my English well (or I dont speak it well), and he gave us turns with an employee who spoke Spanish (I can swear it was Dany Trejo), very friendly by the way. Compared to the Jack in de Box from Mexico, my respects go to the one from Mexico. There is no problem for parking. Recommended if you are looking for something quick to satisfy your hunger.

The food came out of the drive-through window so hot we burned our tongues on it. There was a bit of a wait for our food, which I never mind when the food is hot and fresh. The staff are quite friendly as well.

The jack in the box on rankin rd. In midland texas. The lady there is so rude and I order a ice coffe with Bubba, and the Bubba was so hard. She has bad customer services. Also they have kids running around the kitchen. I dont recommend it.

I used to like this place. But my opinion has totally been changed since my last visit. We sat in the drive through for 20 minutes! Just waiting to have our order taken. Still no response.. so we finally got had enough of their Bs and we left. We wont be going there to eat ever again

Lady in the speaker rude ash

lady working deive thru was rushing us when i had order something else because they didnt have what i wanted and was rude. had to wait for our order in the front of course at this time im getting mad because why would she be rushing and being rude and the food wasnt ready . to top it all the same damn lady closed dinning room 30min when i had to order something else , not to mention a child was going and hanging out behind the counter that dangerous for that child to be behind the counter by the kitchen.

3 people working the grill and nobody taking orders. After 6 minutes and a line of 5 people the gal off to the side gorging on a pizza finally moved over to take our orders still trying to choke down a mouthful of food. Took another 15 minutes for the order and the little broken bits of curly fries had a bit of a burnt oil taste. Table top was sticky which dovetailed nicely with some of the other interesting clientele gracing this hovel. Pretty much done with this franchise.

Okay I have to leave a review because my food and service was fantastic!!! My husband and I were passing through Midland and Jack in the box seemed appetizing. We were greeted with great energy. The food was fresh and brought out quick! We re definitely coming back!

Like 3 days ago I put that everything was good. My boyfriend and I went in today. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl . The 2 Mexican lady that were cooking the food one of them quickly told the cashier I dont feel like making it tell her were out of it. The funny part I know Spanish so I told my boyfriend what she said. We go out to eat and we return back if we get good service. You wont be seeing us anymore. Imagine how many times they have done that to others customers.

I was left cold by the prices, slowness of order, and two conflicting order-takers at the drive-thru.

Its simple and cheap.

They say they open at 6 AM, but was there 3 days last week @ 6:15 n closed. Finally, I caught them open this morning. They do have a great breakfast food though.

I dunno what it is about THIS particular JIB..? I usually come in late at night, because of my work schedule... Everyone working is always smiling and happy... Theyre busy, but they work together as a team which is nice to see... They always put out HOT food, which is awesome... Most restaurant reviews are about the food, but this crew does AMAZING every time Im in there!

I travel so when Im in town , I go to one of these, I love this place, & i was so disappointed, my tacos were cold & tough, & curly fries ,were awful, they tasted like the oil needed to be changed, & staff no smiling faces or greet me when I walked in the door, so so disappointed

Love this place, the food was nice and hot I had me a buttery Swiss burger with the famous curly fries hot and crispy just like I like them. The service was fast, cashier Angel was really friendly suggested me too try the mini churros with a vanilla shake and it was an awesome combination I loved it . The place was really clean definitely going back

Probably the most disgusting burger I ve ever had. The meat is drenched in oil to the point where it was leaking. The Mayo and ketchup were smeared on excessively. But to just put the bow in a ribbon was that the fries were cold. I ll recommend you eat out the dumpster before I recommend jack in the box.

Food was mediocre fries were cold, person who took my order seemed alright until I came to the window to pay. From there he gave me dirty looks, laughed at me for no reason when I talked, said something to a girl working while gesturing towards me and laughing. I had to ask about large straws and was told they only had small straws. Would have been nice to find this out before I got a large drink. I had been on a long road trip so Im sure I looked a fright but my money was just as green as everyone elses. Parking lot was super dirty and gross too. Avoid if you dont want to be treated rudely and pay almost $30 for cold food.

I come from out of town and every few months I go to midland and I always stop at Jack but these last few time in the past year the doors are locked and no one answers the drive thru. Its between 2 to 2:30pm when I come around theres workers but they are completely closed. No sign put up nothing. Why is it closed why do the employees not answer the phone or the drive thru and just say there closed something. Im sure a lot of business is lost during this time being closed. I almost forgot to mention. The phone number on their hours of operation under provide feedback is not the number to whoever needs to hear the complements or complaints its just some lady that isnt associated with that jack in the box.

Definitely not a place to go eat. I went with my father at 8pm and our food was definitely not good. The ceiling was coming down in all kinds of places I watched the cook use old fries for our food and I know it was old because I watched them re-fry fries they had sitting in a basket and the fries we got were cold, the other cook left our burgers on the counter where their was no heat warmer for our food to get cold. The drive-thru attendant was playing with a teck-deck skate bored while standing around doing nothing, the front counter girl didnt bother to ask if I wanted any condiments so I stood their for another minute waiting for someone to ask me what I needed meanwhile 2 burgers took 15+ mins. Not only was the entire meal luke warm and my burger had cold cheese all over the wrapper and the meat taste like it had been cold good 20-30 mins prior and none of the fries had any type of seasoning, but the drinks they have out of 25 in the soda machine, their was only 3 drinks available. If I was the manager or the gm of this jack in the box Id be beyond embarrassed that this was happening. I watched 2 different people within a 10 min period come in bc they were missing food.

Just left there no condiments no napkins they where too busy mingling with each other the food take forever

They were the fastest crew but at least they got my order correct. Last time I visited this location all the workers had walked out and it was being run by two people!

Went through drive thru ordered 2 tacos and mini tacos drove all the way home to open my bag and my 2 tacos were not in the bag and my mini tacos were not in there as well instead there was a box with fully loaded fries. Went back mind you I live on the west side of town asked to speak with a manager and there was not one on duty. Mind you the young man that I talked to remade my order,but this is a common problem at this store.

For those who don t know the teriyaki bowl is the best

All the people are friendly, service is great & food is really good. I like and recommend the tiny tacos.

Seemed like everything I wanted they were out of....Tiny Tacos, Churros, Shake...just dont have your hopes set to high...that way your not really let down by this place

So its not the first time this happens, they missed stuff on my order, the first time i ordered a burger and it came with no meat, and this most recent time i ordered a munchie box, and they gave 4 onion rings and no tacos, tbh i wouldnt recommend going to this jack location specifically

Fast food

Jack in the Box is close to our hotel so we stopped in for lunch. One of the things ordered was a vanilla milkshake. Back home, their milkshakes are delicious. So I was expecting an actual milkshake with whipped cream and cherry on top. What I got was what looked to be soft serve in a cup. Couldnt even drink it with a straw. Literally had to eat with spoon. Ended up throwing it away.

Damn, those who work there dont give the orders you ask for well.

Even in such disbelief at the 7 large curly fries and 7 jumbo jacks, the customer service was great. Would go again, just to hear the tremble and worry in their voice after i say, can i get 10 jumbo jacks.

My boyfriend and I decided to do dinner from here through Door Dash. Not only was the driver rude and forgot our drinks. But the food was horrible, both our burgers and fries were cold. They didnt make our burgers the way we requested them to. We tried to call the restaurant to file a complaint but the phone just rang and rang. Plus the mail box was full. We spent 35.00 on food that we couldnt eat. Worse service ever, between Jack and the box the Door Dash driver, very disappointed with the service and the un edible food.

I appreciate that someone is finally fixing this place up cosmetically but they also need to work on their customer service. It shouldnt take 15m to get a mobile order when noone is in the store and only 1 car in the drive thru.

I rate according to the type. This is fast food, and my grandsons chose it. It is my first time at a Jack-in-the-Box. The kids ate and enjoyed it all ..mini tacos, loaded mini-tacos, small and ultimate cheeseburger, curly fries, and onion rings (for me). The drive-thru teller was patient with me as I switched and added items. And he was still polite at the window. The only unfavorable spot is how long it took to get our order. Not extreme, but still long.

Almost every time at least 9/10 times we have things from other orders in our order, or we have missing items. And the hours are wrong, they are only open till 10/11 when its not Saturday. Usually I get the loaded tiny tacos but they always mess it up and dont put the fixings on it so I stopped getting that, this last time I ordered cheddar bacon wedges and ended up with a 3 piece tender.

I ordered through DoorDash. They never put any sauce in the packet and when you get the food the restaurant is already closed so you can t do nothing

Wow 55 bucks for some cold fries and basic bacon cheeseburger all slopped together so the bacon is in a ball in the middle. I ask for extra lime avocado and get one extra sauce. Th he tiniest chicken nuggets I have ever seen. Jack need to go to this store a fix some shizz

This location is a mess! I dont even know where to begin... workers walking around like they were lost, only one guy (tall guy) was running everything. Items were missing from order and things we did get were missing toppings/wrong. Floors were so sticky sounded like squidward was walking around...

Their times say they are open till midnight but if you go after 9 they tell you they only take door dash orders and turn you away. Why would I go on doordash to pay extra to pick up my own food what there s a jack in the box app and they are supposed to be open till midnight taking orders. Ridiculous!

With three people, it took 25 minutes get my order

Food is OK. The only bad thing is the wait through the drive thu. Its not the staffs fault they are just understaffed.

Slowest drive-thru line

I waited 32 mins for my order and they still forgot my drink and fries, another 10 mins for this . 42 mins in terrible!!!! Food was cold and seemed like they just forgot them super unacceptable service, it supposedly is under new management but this is by far the worst service ever!

Waited for an hour when they were dead we finally get to the sign to order and it takes them another 30 mins to even get back to take our order

Drive thru people need to know you can hear the long sighhhhhh when you say hang on just 1 second...

Me and 5 other cars waited in the drive through before we all decided to back out and try going inside. The others drove away but when I went inside there was one employee flirting with a man. Very obviously ignoring me. Did not acknowledge not once. 5 minutes later someone else finally came to the register to take my order. Im more patient than most. But I would rate this experience at a -3 if I could.

Cheep on their price

Orderd in the app. Went inside and waited said 7-9 min. After about 15 or so min I went to try and get an update and sat there ignored for 5 min. Finally the curly haired guy doing drive thru ask what I need I said I have an app order and he states they are out of the materials needed for that order. I ask well for a refund he says you have to cancel in app. I go to app it shows order completed. I go back and try to talk again everyone ignores you. After another 5 min someone else comes and then the curly hair guy buys in again being rude saying you have to cancel in the app we do not do anything. I try to call the store and goes straight to a full voicemail box. I am now just going to dispute with my CC since I did not get my items but they need a manager in there and better customer service skills.

I waited at the drive thru and no one greeted me. I asked are you open she said they were very busy. It was 11pm. One car in front of me. I stayed there for about 15 minutes. Waited for 3 items for 30 mins. I saw the cashier thru the window walking around. Another guy cleaning the ice cream machine. I honked my horn I was irratated 30 mins was ridiculous. She finally had my order I asked whats going on. She said the guys in the back were old and slow. They need better management on their shifts. Employees need to move a little faster and get the customers out the drive thru. Will not go back to this one. Second time I went and Employees ignored the customers and couldnt do their job.

I ordered 4 2 tacos and They were completely beaten up and they looked like they came Out in the dumpster, its mild terrible not gonna lie. Your store on 2208 rankin hwy had no employees to cover the dine in only the drive through but fail to mention this to the customers inside we were waiting a long time until i became impatient and ask what the problem was management at this location SUCKS

Yummy tacos. Cheap

I can t see much about the atmosphere in this place because I rarely see anyone eat inside but I could tell you that the staff is very helpful on some days and my fiancé is from Mexico and never had Jack-in-the-Box so when I took her to this Jack-in-the-Box it was amazing. The food was on point. It was very presentable.

Went to order via drive-thru, screen was in non-working order , waited for about a minute, no welcome or nothing. So we moved up to order at the window. The guy there ignored us for a solid 5 minutes or more. Finally a girl came over and told us we had to go back around and order via the screen, I informed her it appeared broke and no one welcomed us. Said told us again. At this point I was irritated; I asked if they did not provide customer service or what? She straight told me no and we left.

Unprofessional service

The bathrooms, the door and in general are dirty.

Waited in the drive through for over a hour waiting for a online order. The guy that runs the grill was making sandwiches with no gloves, and eating food as he was bagging it up. The manager has no care in the world that he was doing it, the whole time she was carrying on a conversation with him. This is a health issue and nasty. I don t want someone making my food that isn t wearing gloves and eating food as he is bagging it.

Tacos are good as hell

Today I went to Jack for a jumbo jack with cheese and bacon..... But mostly because I wanted to try the cheesecake.... And they forgot to put it on the bag very disappointed ... On the good side.. de food was good.... But again my cheesecake wasnt there!

This place is a joke!! Got the food & the whole order was wrong. I seriously thought I had someone elses order. I tell the lady everything is wrong & she acts like she is aggravated that Im asking for the correct stuff. She brings it out & its wrong AGAIN! I tell them to just give me a refund, had already been in line for several minutes & they had a terrible attitude. Another lady comes over that I assume was management, tell her refund me for food ill keep the milkshakes I ordered. She tells me pull around shell bring them out. Sat there waiting for almost 30 minutes for 2 milkshakes & she still hasnt brought them out. I went inside & the milkshakes are just sitting on the counter melting. Theres no telling how long it would have took her to actually bring them to me. I will NEVER be back!!

It was nearly 10:00 this morning when I came through the line at Jack in The Box. I asked them for a simple breakfast item and a large sweet tea. They informed me that they had no sweet tea ready. For the 10 minutes that weighed in line and all still nobody made any attempt to make sweet tea. Whats going on Jack in the Box do you only care about yourselves and not your customers? Really you make over two and a half dollars on one single large tea and how much does it cost you to make that tea? Seems like someone just getting off their rear and using some initiative would make your store a heck of a lot more money than your people just standing around. When I received my burrito it was maybe only six inches long. You know when you pay over $6 for just one burrito you would expect they would use the whole tortilla and fill the thing properly. Very disappointed. The cashier could not give me a simple amount of change I paid him with a 10 for a six and a half dollar item and he did not have change in his teal. The outside of the restaurant appears quite nasty all along the drive-thru theyre stains and looks like spit stains and all sorts of stuff on the glass just really kind of gross there signage is falling off of the building just hanging there like an Old rag. Maybe yall should take some pride in your store clean it up a bit or do something to make it more presentable. Hopefully you will find this review helpful and act on it accordingly. I m no Karen, but I Ordered a Ultimate Cheeseburger, ez sauce and they put EXTRA on it. It was horrible. It was oozing out of the burger, couldn t enjoy it, threw it away. Tried to call to complain, no answer and the mailbox was full.

They got to do better, now the food was hot and fresh, but as it should waiting 15 mins for it.

Just horrible and sloppy. Just shut the whole establishment down. People work hard for their money and to go and spend it to get this type of ish is ridiculous.

I came in the afternoon and they arent friendly or polite, take a lot of time to get my order on the drive thru, I was not offered sauces or dressings,they gave me my burguer without vegetables. So, Do you need personnel or just learn good manners?

Doesn t make sense to have doors locked and not have sign up! Such an inconvenience for people hauling trailers! The employees at this location are some of the slowest fast food employees I have ever laid eyes upon!!!

They decided to closes early for whatever reason. They seem to do that every time they close 1 hr to an 1.5hr before they actually should be closed.

Showed up 10:30 when the store closes at Midnight. I was told by the lady at the drive through window they were closed despite being the only customer. She also said the 5-6 people inside the store were her siblings, and they were shortstaffed.

They close early every time and if they say they close at 11 they will close at 10 drive thru is never open late or they just dont answer the intercom at all I have to drive on the other side of town just to get food if its late
