My family and I went for Sunday lunch. I cant say enough of how amazing this food is. Ive never been to Italy but Im sure I transported there when I was eating here. It made me wonder why this place wasnt packed. Definitely will be eating here more often

I think they truly have the best pizza. The calzone is wonderful and it s huge, good to share. The dishes are good, salads are great and prices are reasonable! Great place to eat.

Every thing was amazing. Husband and I went for date night. It was clean, quiet, service was great and food was very authentic and delicious. Small family owned business, one of the owners came out to thank us and get feedback. He was so nice and truly appreciated our business. Would recommend and will definitely go back.

My son and I frequent this restaurant when we are here working in west tx and I will say this has to be hands down the best Italian place I ve eaten at. The food is cooked fresh and at order making it just hat much better. I would recommend the chicken Murphy with its rich creamy sauce that makes your mouth not want to stop eating. Definitely worth a try if you never been here. :)

Food was amazing definitely the best Italian food I ve ever had, the fettuccine Alfredo was creamy and the Alfredo was full of flavor went amazing with the fried option for the chicken. Food takes a good minute to cook but it s definitely worth it for the quality and flavor you ll be munching down on!! It s for sure made with love and dedication and the calamari was definitely the best calamari I ve ever had not soggy or fishy!!

I just ordered a pizza from the official website, after the delivery was late for 20 min, I called the restaurant. They took no responsibility and didn t even try to help me out. They just said its our contractors who deliver, you call them. When I called their delivery contractor, they canceled the order for miscommunication even though they confirmed that address I put for delivery is correct. And it all wasted 1.5 hrs of my time

Stopped for lunch on a weekday and we were able to be seated and served quickly. Food was excellent, loved the pizza. The chef came out to see how everyone was enjoying their food. Highly recommend trying out Fuoco if you get the chance!

We usually dine in but decided to take out this time. Got home and food was still hot, and as delicious as when one dines in! If youve never eaten here, I definitely recommend!

Each time I have came I have been impressed. First order was the lasagna and I feel in love. So then I tried the pizza and now I m forever a customer. My boyfriend tired the chicken parm a was very well pleased. The service, the food, the setting was all very well pleased with it all.

My second time to eat here and it was so dissaponting. My last review somehow got taken down, but it was just as bad. Went on Sunday for lunch, ordered chicken pacata that was so burned tasting you could not eat it. The pizza was soggy and my kid only ate one bite. Chiefs salmon was so salty that it was also inedible. Server was never around and sat with finished plates for over 20 min waiting on her to show up with the check. Tried to give them a second chance, but will never go back.

Wife had the cheese tortellini, I had the beef lasagna. Both were very good. Love the ambiance, the soft Italian music in the background really sets the mood. Our waitress, Luljeta, was really nice. Definitely coming back to try their other dishes.

Our go to spot for affordable, high-quality Italian food. Favorites include the Greek salad, chicken parm, and their pizzas. You can even have cocktails at The Blue Door, and Fuocos will deliver pizza right to you at the bar top or your table. Food : 5/5

Very relaxed space to enjoy a higher quality, authentic meal. The staff is beyond courteous, and try their best in order for you to enjoy the experience. This is one place in Midland that my family will frequently enjoy. Bess, Youre the best! Food

I have eaten here now on two occasions. On both occasions the staff has been professional, warm, and friendly. The food has been great! The mussels marinara was delicious. The calamari is crisp, with a light coating and not over cooked. The eggplant parmesan was delicious. The chefs salmon was the best seafood dish Ive had at a restaurant in the basin.

Wonderful!!! The atmosphere was relaxing and we could actually hear each other talk without having to yell. The staff was very nice and prompt-we never had to wait for drink refills. The food was very good! We will definitely be coming in more often. Update: tonight we had the mozzarella caprese and it was absolutely amazing! Once again the staff was super nice and the food was great! I just cant say enough about how good the experience here is on all levels. If you havent tried this place, you are missing out!

Best Italian food hands down, been to every Italian place in midland and odessa, none compare to Fuoco, enjoyed visiting with the owners as well, great people. Cant go wrong with the pasta or pizza. Favorite calamari , always crispy and cooked to perfection.

Lunch with my hubby the other day and it was great like it always is. Staff always provides great, friendly service. Place is clean and has a nice vibe to it. The portions are huge and fresh. Keep up the good works guys!

The service was pretty good. We enjoyed the appetizers and the manicotti, but our meals left more to be desired. The veal marsala was more heavy than savory, and the breading on it was soggy. You could tell the sauce was thickened instead of reduced. We wont be back unfortunately.

Absolutely fabulous! The bruschetta and calamari appetizers were delicious. The eggplant was definitely the best I have ever had. Some of our party ordered the Supreme pizza. Best in town hands down. You will not be disappointed

Had a large group Thursday for dinner in the private room. 48 people. Food was great. Service was great. They were so accommodating and I recommend them for parties and for the food. Looking forward to going back for a date night. Got to meet the chef. Wonderful family owned place.

I called in on January 12th and asked if I could make a reservation for the week of valentines for me and my girls (table of 5) as I know how hectic restaurants can get the week of valentines and the gentleman scheduled me right in. Took my name and number and confirmed a reservation. Day of the reservation comes and I tell myself let me just call them to make sure we are all set only to see on google that the restaurant is closed on Mondays. Please make it make sense! Tried to call with no luck of getting through to anyone. Highly disappointed and had to reschedule me and my girls yearly valentines dinner!

I was so excited about this place. We decided to give a try, my pasta was salty and the meat sauce was just too sweet. The menu is pretty much Ray s menu. I would just go to Ray s better prices and environment and better food.

Had the most fabulous and wonderful Christmas party here last night! We had the private dining area. Portions are huge! Food was delicious! The calamari was cooked perfectly, everyone enjoyed their entrees, and the tiramisu, was to die for! The best Ive ever had! Wine and beer are available. Our tables were set up beautifully, and perfectly spaced out. I could not have asked for a better evening. Thank you Bes, and your staff for making our evening smooth and enjoyable! It was so nice to have great food with great service! I am looking forward to dining out again at your establishment!

We went in the afternoon for a late lunch and everything was amazing! The fried calamari was so crispy and fresh. The bruschetta was very yummy. I got the Chicken piccata and it was so good. I love all the capers. Alex, our server, was so attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this spot

Unfortunately, we werent able to dine in because our 10 year old lab wasnt doing well. So we decided to take out!! Wow!!! Everything was delicious and spoke to our needed souls!!! The lobster raviolies were so amazing! I am from NY/PA, and the lasagne is on point, too!!! We will be back, and we recommend the lobster ravioli! TO DIED FOR!

I don t even really care for Italian (but the hubby LOVES it) so I went in expecting it to be just ok like every other Italian restaurant around here but the food was SENSATIONAL. We were blown out of the water. Hands down the BEST place for Italian cuisine in Midland. Alex was our server and attended to our table perfectly, friendly and attentive without hovering and making us feel rushed or awkward. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. You won t regret eating here. We had three adults and two kids and everyone left full and happy. Kid-friendliness: We had a three year old and nine year old and they were very accommodating and brought them rolls and cups with lids.

Excellent food and great service! Everything from the appetizer to the dessert was fantastic. This is definitely our new go-to restaurant for date night or if were just craving Italian food.

We love having Fuoco as our business neighbor at The Blue Door. Our guests often have dinner there before coming over for drinks, and they always rave about the food and service. Im partial to their pizzas, especially the Pizza Bianco. They are a welcome addition to our shopping center.

The food is incredible! We celebrated our 16 yr old daughter s birthday with all of the family. Service was top notch! We will be back!

First of all, let me start by saying that I am very excited to have a new Italian restaurant in Midland. The service was good, but seemed like they were a little short staffed. I think with some refinement Fuoco could be go to establishment. However, it really needs a boost in atmosphere. They do seem to be actively remodeling; but at the moment, it seems very stale which was a problem the former restaurant that occupied this space suffered from. The lighting needed to be warmer and more dim. This is definitely not somewhere I would like to take a date. The food was a very mixed bag. I definitely think with some tweaking it could be way better. The pasta was very watery and lack luster. One person in my party s food was way too salty and another s pasta had a burnt/scorched flavor. You should always have a expeditor QC the food before it hits the floor. Now it s not all bad The marinara had a unique and brilliant flavor. It was a bit watery and could probably use a longer cook, however it is unique and stands out among a crowded field. The pizza was made very well; light with a good crisp and good flavor. The only lacking quality of the pizza was the mozzarella. I believe a higher quality mozzarella would elevate this pizza to one of the best in town. The calamari, while somewhat bland in flavor, paired very well with the marinara and fresh squeezed lemons. Also sporting a crispy and not too chewy texture. I don t want to see another restaurant close in Midland. I want to see Fuoco thrive and succeed, and they ve got a great foundation to start from.

I promise you Best Italian restaurant in town! Lobster ravioli was amazing! Very authentic, everything was made in house and fresh! Fuoco is now One of my top favorite restaurants in Midland tx for sure!

This place is still relatively new, but they are great. The food is good, and the service has that family business feel.

I love the atmosphere, got right in. Great service, friendly people. Appetizers were great. Had wings and mozzarella sticks. The beverages and server were awesome. The entrees were decent. Chicken piccata was okay. Chicken parm was good. I will definitely be back
