Best Olive Garden around, best kitchen staff for sure!

It was a great meal after the parade with family. Kid-friendliness: Its somewhat kid friendly. Not big choices other than pasta for the kids. So if your child doesnt like pasta, probably not the best choice. But kids like the food. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accommodation

Did a carry out for this on. The gal on the other end of the phone was very nice and made sure we had thought of everything. The food of course was excellent

Loved the lobster ravioli and the coffee is always top notch.

We had the chicken parm, it was over cooked and dried on the ends, it was not very good, very disappointed!

Busy atmosphere, but the waitress was very nice and on top of everything. We always had a drink and food came out nice and hot. Wheelchair accessibility: Wide enough doors and decent amount of spacing to get a wheelchair thru. Bathroom too

The waitresses were awesome. The food was hot temperature wise like it should be.

The lunch food options are good, the new Garlic Herb pasta sauce for lunch is good at first but overpowering as you keep going. Otherwise great options. Parking: Plenty of spots available even though the place looked full. The lunch rush isnt there for too long.

The waitress Cady, was friendly and kind and helpful I would give her a ten instead of five stars I wish every waiter and waitress were friendly,kind and helpful like her.

The only good thing was the seafood Alfredo. Salad had to cores in it, 2 olives and soggy lettuce. When asking for another salad it was like how dare we. Poor attitude from there on.

0 star for service , Waiter Riley took 25 min to get drinks to the table Had to chase server for refills when refills were asked it took a while to receive. At arrival of our meals/drinks it sat on the serving tray while he took off to do other things. and when ordering waiter was sidetracked by the traffic outside. It was NOT busy and there was many staff wondering around

Wonderful experience!!

My first experience at an Olive Garden. The food was better than expected (for a chain), and our waiter was attentive and very friendly. Id go back in a heartbeat. Vegetarian options: The mushroom sauce is amazing.

Went with a group of 9 ladies after golf and we had the most amazing waiter!! (9/17//24) 3:30ish. Never a drink unfilled, nice and great service!! Food was good as well!! Food : 4/5

Every Olive Garden has little bit of different taste even if all the location has same recipe. Maybe because of different chef s magic touch at this location. My family really enjoyed dinner here. Food

Our plans were cancelled at the last minute, so we ended up at Olive garden. We had pasta, soup, salad, and bread sticks. Our server Ryan was efficient, pleasant, and kind to our grandsons. He turned a disappointment into a good experience. I cant say enough good things about Ryan!

Its alright, it would be much better if everything was made from scratch, so that makes it one step above fast food. If someone was too open a restaurant where everything was home made they would be setting on a gold mine.

Becca was our server, and she was great. Drinks, soup, bread sticks, and salad was always filled. She gave a us to go cups and GREAT service!

I had the Taste of Italy. The chicken Parmesan was over done, but otherwise the evening was great.

So I actually was just checking the menu and wine list, trying to decide. The host staff was extremely patient and attentive to my needs. I decide to cook at the hotel. Very curious and polite. Parking: Road is very busy but follow Google Maps took me right there.

The food was amazing. I would recommend it.

A little pricey for the serving sizes I ordered the shrimp scampi with noodles. When I think of shrimp scampi, I think of garlic and butter when it arrived I could not taste the garlic. I cant taste the butter, but there was a definite over powering amount of lemon and I dont care for lemon. You probably get about 10 pieces of shrimp and about a half a cup of noodles for $21 other than that the other food was pretty good. I ended up with some cheese sticks. They did take it off the bill.

This resturaunt took more time and care of my husbands food than any other place we have EVER been. We mentioned his shellfish allergy to the waitress and next thing you know the general manager came to the table and introduced himself. Very friendly, kind man (who even offered us a free dessert due to us celebrating our anniversary.) And asked about my husbands allergy. Assured us he personally would be watching over his food to make sure no cross contamination happened so he could rest assured and enjoy his meal. Our waitress was also very attentive and friendly. We didnt take him up on his offer of dessert as we got to full on the delicious food we had. Which was also quick to arrive. Would give this experience 10 stars if i could! Thank you and your staff for an excellent experience. Will return again in the future

Our server was Payton. She was Excellent and made the whole dining experience great. She was very attentive and had a great personality. The food was very good and fresh tasting. No complaints on the food. When we left, we notified the manager how great Payton was. We will definitely be back and asking for Payton Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs

Holly and Katrina had our group (Tri-city dinner group) and they were both very polite professional and made our dinner very enjoyable the food came out quickly and the whole table was served at the same time not easy to do with a group of 14 very pleased

The service is top notch. They accommodate my dietary restrictions, which makes for a very nice dining experience

the only thing good about this place is its food and its still dry. the resturaunt was messy and dirty by the time i had came into the resturaunt. It looked like chuck norris had a fight or somthing with one of the waiters. it sucked

Wow, I haven t left my house since Covid 2020. This was my first outing and truly was incredible. And I owe it all to my wonderful, kind, educated, gentle server Cortes. Just wow. Made the atmosphere so comfortable and welcoming. Will be celebrating all my birthdays here from now on, even until I m 80. If I make it that long lol. Thank you Cortes, I ll never forget you. P.s I ll be adding you to my will. Expect a phone call from my lawyer in s few years.

Knocked it out of the park! Last minute showed up with a group of 20 for a dinner with friends and family. They exceeded our expectations. The staff was super friendly and accommodating! Everything was fresh and tasted wonderful! I highly recommend olive garden for all your needs. Even though it was a Friday night the wait staff made sure to aid to all our needs.

After being treated poorly at another establishment, olive garden was happy to accommodate our bridal party of 15+!! This was my first experience at an Olive Garden and it was wonderful! We had 5 children under 14 and they were great with the kids and taking our orders. The bride and groom left glowing and our experience was changed by %100! Thank you for turning out night around!

Too pricey

Waited almost ten minutes to get to ask for a water to drink. My husband s lunch came out with my salad. Waited 45 minutes and my food never came. Asked for it to be boxed up because we couldn t wait any longer for the food to come (it had been an hour at this point) and was handed a fresh out of the oven plate to box myself without a towel to hold the plate. Charged my husband for bottomless soup and breadsticks but he was never offered a refill because our serve never came to check on us and he never got a chance to request more, so one bowl of soup. Turned the server light on at our table, didn t come, had to get up and go to the hostess station to ask for them to find our server. I absolutely LOVE Olive Garden, and my husband isn t a fan so it is a rare treat for me to have him take me to eat there. I m extremely disappointed and I don t think I m going to come back again.

I eat gluten free. So happy they have tasty items available! Great food and service!

They put the dressing on never ending salad and they only have Italian and ranch.....

Here from the UP for surgery, The entire experience was wonderful. Food was delicious, Our waiter Samuel B gave us excellent service, had great energy, and exceeded expectations. He is very knowledgeable of the menu and had good suggestions and highly hospitable. Thank you Sam!

The web site had boasted a 2 meals for 25.00 but when we got to the restaurant the manager would not honor it. We still decided to order food and the food was great. But to not honor what your web site has posted is not very good business. Thats no different than giving me one price when I get there and giving me a different price when I go to pay.

Delicious food and great service! The only complaint, I ordered the eggplant parmesan, but the serving size was surprisingly small.

We dined in last night. Amber was our waitress last night & wow Olive Garden keep her! Super friendly, personable and just on top of everything, never had to ask for anything. My nephew said she s the nicest bestest waitress ever! :) we will ask to sit in her section from now on. Food was perfect also.

Chef(s), I was so impressed with the gnocchi I sample the Tuscany to see if it could be beat! Tuscany was a triumph like the last! Meals showed up promptly and tasted absolutely delightful! Once I completed my Chicken and Shrimp carbonara I moved to grab me a last minute Minestrone! Just as I thought, absolutely outstanding! Filled to the brim, I can say thanks Midland Olive Garden! Because of you I can end todays tummy madness on a positive note! The entire family and I enjoyed start to finish! Amazing!

Ordered shrimp Alfredo, it was so dry, noodles over cooked. Used to be my favorite restaurant but it has really gone downhill. Wont be going back.

Olive Garden has been doing it right since forever. The amount of food you get for your dollar is incredible. Literally always have good service and food is always prepared correctly. A well oiled machine.

Always a good place to have a nice meal with family.

Long story short, I had a party of 35 people. I had a reservation at a restaurant named Luckys steakhouse. When our party arrived the staff was unable to seat us. Evidently they overbooked. When I called Olive Garden in Midland, they were able to seat 35 of us in 30 minutes!! We had amazing, friendly service. The food was delicious. I definitely recommend them!!

was told there was a 10 minute wait on a Tuesday at 1230 in a vastly empty restaurant by 3 hostesses. Really?? Why am I waiting 10 minutes when I can see 30 empty tables? only 1 waiter/ waitress on duty and 3 hostesses??

Phenomenal customer service. I can t remember our waitress name (I think it was either Amber or Ashley) was extremely helpful when we had a family emergency pop up right as our food was coming out. She helped us box our food and make sure everything was okay.

Food came out of kitchen slow.

Stopped here with my family on the way up north for a camping trip. Good location, not far off the freeway. Service was quick, and waiter was friendly. Our food came out almost immediately. Cups were kept full and waiter checked on us multiple times. Food was typical olive garden as expected. Bathrooms and restaurant were clean. We were in and out in 45 minutes - much better than hitting fast food on the way and not much time lost.

We were seated much quicker than anticipated. Our server did a great job. I ordered the 6 Oz sirloin with fettuccine Alfredo. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the fettuccine was delicious. This is now my favorite steak in town.

Food was great as always. Our server Lakin was exceptional. Definitely an asset to Olive Garden! Worth the stop for sure to eat here.

My daughter and I love going here. The bread sticks and the Chicken Gnocchi soup are soooo delicious! The staff was amazing and very helpful with our special order needs as well as our desert-to-go order. One of our favorite restaurants!

Staff were absolutely wonderful. Attentive and friendly, yet unobtrusive. Food is standard OG. Not Italian in the slightest for anyone whos ever been to Italy, but tasty I America! Loved the table games.

All in all I don t think I could ask for anything better! The service was great and fast! And the food was top notch!

11/13/2023: Visited on a Monday, early evening. Tried the bottomless pasta bowl. It did not disappoint. Enjoyed the alfredo on angel hair, marinara on spaghetti and the 4 cheese marinara on rigatoni. Salad and breadsticks were great.

Nicole was the most wonderful waitress at Olive Garden tonight. She was incredibly attentive and had incredible customer service.

Have to love the Olive Garden. Feels almost high class when I go in. The staff was super friendly, even though most of the people were newer. With patients for the unknowing was a perfect birthday dinner for my father. Highly recommend.

Everything was fine with the dining experience but when I came outside to leave someone door dinged my 2023 Camero. 1400.00 to fix. Need more room in parking lot
