The food was up to Olive Garden standards. The order it came out was backwards. We got our drinks first. All good so far. After a fairly long wait our food came out. I was confused and asked our waitress if we had ordered salad. She said yes we did, but the food came out too quickly and she hadn't had time to make the salad. About 10 minutes later the salad came out and about 5 minutes after that the soup came out. In my experience at Olive Garden, I enjoy the salad or the soup BEFORE my meal. After all the plates were stacked up, she came by and asked if she could pick them up for us. She then asked for the first time if we needed drink refills, about 40 minutes AFTER the drinks were brought out to us. Mine had been empty for at least 15 minutes by then. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and say that she seemed very inexperienced.
Our server was not attentive to us at all. She was very sweet though. We were seated at 1:30 and had nothing but cold bread on our table at 2:30. The food was very average and the soup was runny. The manager however was very professional and took very good care of us. He was apologetic and was also gracious toward the server. He was really kind. The manager showed excellent leadership.

Restaurant was pretty empty. The waitress was great. She asked if we needed anything multiple times and kept our cups full. She did ask if we wanted more soup/salad. I've ordered shrimp and chicken carbonara and I've never had issues with taste, this time the sauce was very oily / buttery and I didn't enjoy it. My husband's seafood Alfredo had a small hair which we noticed when he was pretty much done with it. Service was great, food wasn't.
I went with a group. Things I liked. I am ok paying from the table on the kiosk. If you oder your appetizers by the kiosk, the kitchen gets it faster. The cost is around 22$ a plate. I did get the salad and soup lunch special 9.95. The first soup was barely warm. The second soup did not have to much actually chicken in it. No one refilled my water. My teenagers did not like the special lemonade that said it tasted like water. But the waitress replaced with something else. The bathroom was ok. Overall, the waitress was kind and very sweet. Maybe I should have asked for more water. But I did push the button to get the server, but she did not come. Also, the table with a lazy Susan did not work. I needed to get up and help pass stuff to others.
My first inital experience at this location during dinner was great and everything was fantastic to the service and food. As I gradually come during lunch the past two times which includes today was a literal dumpster fire. The service was also slow, salad drowned in dressing or not enough dressing, run out of appetizers and the Calamari ordered was over cooked and very salty. I ordered just the soup and salad lunch, and my husband got the chicken marsala. Through my second serving of salad the serving we asked the eta on our food. The server stated they ran out of zuppa tocana at 2pm. How do you run out of soup already?? My husband's chicken in his dish was cold and under cooked. The food took over 30 minutes to come out. I hope we don't get food poisoning from today. And then I ordered the chicken, shrimp carbonara with broccoli. It was very bland and oily, and the broccoli was dark ends were not cut off. We will not be returning ever again and give the place a zero rating.

Today, my family and I decided to dine at Olive Garden for lunch, a ritual we usually look forward to on certain days and weeks. Unfortunately, our anticipation quickly turned to dismay when our salad arrived before the main dishes, revealing an unexpected and unwelcome addition: a hair unmistakably present amidst the greens. The sight was truly disheartening, casting a shadow over what should have been an enjoyable meal together. While I've always appreciated the flavors and hospitality at Olive Garden, this incident has made me reconsider returning. I sincerely hope that Olive Garden addresses and rectifies this mistake, ensuring that such mishaps do not recur and that their patrons can dine again without worry.
Stopped by and I had the best experience ever. Our waitress was so wonderful and she had the prettiest name ever. The food really hit the spot and there was no wait. Me and a friend really enjoyed our dinner. Thank you Nat
Anyone else hate the lies on breadsticks in the oven while watching other tables get them from your own waitress? Listen if each table is only allowed a certain amount tell us. Or forgetting to bring them to us, fine. Tell us. But to lie and say they just got put in the oven at the beginning of lunch rush is stupid. Never going back.
The restaurant is empty and they ask you to wait 15 to 20 minutes for a table, how can that be possible, terrible service?
Terrible service, the worst in all the restaurants in Midland, I spent half an hour waiting for me to sit at a table, they moved on to other families, I asked and the guy Juan at the entrance said that he decided who was going to sit and who wasnt.
The workers here need to one, be more polite and willing to serve their guests. Two, keep their personal opinions about the work duties/enviroment to their self and not discuss it around guests. There are managers is charge for a reason. Will definitely not return to this location. Guests should never feel like a burden.

Felt a bit rushed by staff...wasnt offered the salad or breadsticks, the waitress was tentative & our drinks were refilled right away, but Ive had better experiences with this place.
Was nice and chill also this is way faster than ihop also you can heard the tea from the waiters it was fantastic it is mid price and the food is fresh and hot and the staff was noice i wills definitely come back
Third time here. Single person to eat so they put me in the bar. Waited 20 minutes no service. As I said 3rd time with same results. If you dont care about an individual trying to eat, dont open the bar area. Cant rate the food, didnt get to eat. 3rd time in this case isnt a charm

It s incredibly stupid on a Sunday afternoon to not allow people to sit at the bar. I came alone just to have some food and drinks and was told they didn t have seating at an empty bar. Why is it better for a business to sit one person at a table and take up space for families standing out side when there are plenty of seat empty at the bar.
Worst service I have ever gotten at an Olive Garden. Not sure what the manager was doing, but they certainly weren t managing a team that was struggling to do their best.
Our meal started with exceptional service from our waitress Adrionna who offered great recommendations and was very tentative to our every need!!! An issue came up that delayed our meal and Samuel, came to personally apologize and make sure we still had an amazing experience!

The food was ok. Ive had everything on the menu and some items have gone down, but we still love going. The service the night we went was not that great. The girl we had didnt seem to know what she was doing. Kid-friendliness: They do have a good kids selection on the kids menu. My kids love circling the food they want. Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a ramp for customers with wheelchairs.

Good mixture today, calamari had a good spice and waited on the chicken spaghetti. I tried two different drinks, spiked strawberry was a little too much, and peach tea was delicious. Cant go wrong with bread sticks and salad here. The service was good and friendly.

I was sat at a table in the bar, waited forever for someone to even notice me. Food was great, but the service was not. Plus the two girls working at the front door were so loud the entire time.
I dined in at Olive Garden this evening with a friend because we were excited about the never ending pasta being back and wanted to have a nice time. Unfortunately we were very disappointed, we were sat in the bar and waited a moment to be greeted, once we ordered drink and our pastas after receiving our salad it took a while to even receive our first pasta and before we did I ordered an extra side of the sauce I d ordered on my pasta, for both my pasta and our breadsticks. Which I ended up being charged an extra 5$ for on top of the 19$ for the pasta which was actually cold but I planned to order another pasta and salad and just take the first pasta and sauce home but than our server didn t come back until we were both just tired of waiting and when I had asked about the extra charge I was told it was because we also used it as a dipping sauce so it was extra and he promptly rushed away not checking on us again at all. After all that I paid 40$ for cold pasta and after being there for 2 hours was only able to receive one portion due to all the time waiting for our server, extremely underwhelming.
The server was great. The food was very good. We always enjoy going to Olive Garden. Its my Grandsons favorite place to eat.

Went to this Olive Garden recently with my mom and was not very impressed. Waitress came, took our orders and put them in quickly, that was nice. The proceeded to stand at the table next to us and talked for upwards of 30 minutes with them. A different waiter brought our salads after about 20 minutes of waiting, and our waitress was still at the other table. Finally got appetizers around 15 minutes after that and they were cold (brought by another waiter). Finally got our drinks right before our meals arrived around 45 minutes in (also brought by a different waiter). Meals were cold when they arrived. Our waitress didnt even check on us until we were leaving, having disappeared after standing at our neighboring table for most of the time we were there.
If I could rate it any less, I would. Arrived and was told 15 mins got seated in 5, so we were cool till that point. After that, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The table next to us was seated 10 mins later and drink orders taken. Then they received their drink order, and the waitress took their food order. We tried to waive down at least 3 waitresses to no avail. So we got up and left! Thanks for dinner, CHILIS!!!
Took my girlfriend for what I thought would be a nice dinner after a long day of work. Was taken to unprepared and still dirty table. The bread was hard as a rock. The server was unfriendly. The food had a literal stench to it and I tapped out after only 4 bites even though I was starving 45 minutes before I stepped a foot in this restaurant. 50$ is unacceptable for 2 meals that smell and taste like they ve been cooked in piss water. Save your money, time, and stomach and do not go here.
Service was a little slow but food was good as always. Cant ever go wrong with the soup, salad and breadsticks. We ordered the fried shrimp for an appetizer for the first time and it was delicious!!
Soup tasted different, the vibe (atmosphere) was as friendly as Odessa s. The chicken was off as well. Next time I ll definitely be eating at Odessa s over Midlands.

Service: Ask for Erynn as your server. She was kicking butt and taking names. She deserves a promotion. Our server might have been new. Yoshi was constantly apologizing for the long wait times then kept saying no worries to everything. I think she was nervous. Food: My Alfredo was very good; it s a dependable favorite. However, my husband said that the noodles got none of the sauce on his chicken scampi. Atmosphere: Delightful as usual.

We had a great experience here this last weekend. Our server was a nice young lady, a hard worker, and professional. It was breath of fresh air as other places around town don t require there staff to treat people good. The restaurante was very busy and I can see why. And looking around the other servers and staff also looked professional. Keep up the good work!

Food was awesome. I had to look for someone to get a drink refill, found the manager walking around, who did not hear me trying to get her attention due to ear pods. The wait staff were scarce or on their phones.

A most excellent and worth while dining experience. Good food, decently priced and outstanding service. I highly recommend going. Depending on the night and time, you might have a little bit of a wait, but the food is worth the wait. Wheelchair accessibility: Fairly easy access with rails and ramps on either side of the spacious handicapped parking.

The whole restaurant looked like it hadnt been cleaned from the night before, and this was after lunch. Ordered 2 different drinks before we found something they werent out of. Food was overly greasy. Worst experience Ive had at an olive garden.
Do not waste your time. I came here with my son and my husband, and the usual drinks>bread sticks>salad then entree was nowhere to be found, took us forever to get drinks. We kept inquiring about the bread sticks only to keep hearing they were still in the oven, the salad never came out for our unlimited Soup/Salad/Bread sticks, but I saw many others with salads and to-go salads. The waitress could not understand what we were saying and the manger kept passing our area. When I went to pay I saw the meals were not on our ticket, confirmed our payment was good. No communication at all about anything going on with our order or the kitchen. I was just happy to leave as we were there and hour, with no soup refill, no salad, drink refill and first breassticks only at the end.
Try the pasta. Way overpriced, but thats just my opinion.
The food is always hot, the service is amazing. I have never had a problem at this location. They have many options, but you could always just go with soup, salad and breadsticks. Anytime I am craving comfort food, I come to the Olive Garden.
I loved the food. The spaghetti is a little watery but besides that is delicious. One huge thing is their online website they say no wait and join the waitlist, but when you walk inside, they say there is a 45 min wait on a reservation made 20 min ago. They need to fix that. We ve been to the Olive Garden in Midland 1X before in the 4 years we have lived in the area and it wasn t a good experience. We decided to give it another try for lunch today. BIG MISTAKE! To sum it up it took 2 minutes to get seated, 5-10 minutes for drinks/ salad, 25 minutes to get breadsticks and a total of 45 mins to get a soup and lunch Alfredo. By the time the actual food came we had lost our appetite. It wasn t even crowded and there was plenty of visible staff lounging around . Never again.
The meal was satisfactory. The server was inattentive, failed to replenish beverages, and her speech was muffled by her face mask. While I respect her personal choice, this made communication challenging.

It was only 7:30 and they were putting chairs on tables and lifting seats in benches. We felt like they were rushing to get people out. Also it was freezing cold. We were there to celebrate my Sons B-day, but we just left after dinner and got dessert elsewhere.

My husband got the sirlion steak and pasta, his steak was WAY over cooked to where it was super crunchy.. As for my shrimp scampi, it was not at all like I expected it to be... but everything else was fine.

I went in on Jan 1st for some food and I called and ordered ToGo they answered and put me on hold but they were so sweet and apologized for the wait and when I went to go get the order I told the lady its alright
Food was no different than any other Olive Garden but the service was absolutely horrible. Server had my table of 2 another table of 2 and a table of 8 or 9 that were having a gender reveal party. He paid all his attention to them and pretty much ignored the two of us and the other 2 top. When he did ask us if we needed anything it was more in passing as he was going to and from the big table.

I always order the same thing and this time the girl was rude never sent the order until I showed up and the food was just bad like no joke the soup that s all I got in it. The Gm tried to make it right but sending a gift card does not fix the situation in the moment I definitely won t be going here again. Sometimes all it takes is one bad experience to ruin something I could not eat the spaghetti it was that bad and the soup I didn t want to drink it since there is nothing in it it s one of the moments when you just sit and think how?

The all you can eat pasta is the way to go with the fritas chicken. I am still a bit sour about the Garganzola Steak Alfredo being removed from the menu and something changed with their chicken a while back.

Real time review 6:51 seated, currently 7:20. No server has approached us, greeted us. Drink and appetizer placed via electronic tablet on table. 7:25 Server appears, greets table just seated across from us. Server did not know who was seated first. Expressed her apology. Advised that appetizer and soft drink were placed via tablet. We added 2 alcoholic drinks as those cannot be ordered on the tablet. Menus were gathered and started to depart table without inquiring as to our food selections. Server was stopped by my inquiry to the party if they knew what they wanted. Order was placed, Server expressed additional apologies. Unsure as to the issue causing delay, but this is life people. Sometimes it happens. Server is sweet and polite, so no anger on our behalf for the delays so far. 7:31 Soups and Salads arrive with Soda. Alcoholic beverages are still being constructed 7:35. Appetizer arrives 7:49 Main courses arrive, associate prompted the server for status of our alcoholic beverages. She stated she had to wait on the bartender for those. Server is at stage where she is learning what the dishes are. Simply looking at the plate she was unable to serve correctly each dish. Notation here. Light conversation shows this to only be the servers 3rd day. This offers explanation for delays and confusion 7:53 Alcoholic drinks arrived, request for to go boxes made 8:02 Dessert ordered, Italian Donuts with Chocolate Sauce via electronic tablet 8:04 Bill paid for 104.29 via electronic tablet 8:10 Server reminded to bring to go boxes 8:14 to go boxes, dessert, and chocolates were delivered 8:20 to go box for dessert, to home salad and drink ordered 8:24 meal concluded and departure made Side Notes: The Spinach and Artichoke Dip is good, but the same dish at Walk Ons has more flavor and a larger bowl of the dip. Chicken Gnocchi has wonderful flavor, however the only piece of Chicken in the bowl appears to be a piece of chicken skin. Other than that it was delicious. This was a particularly good experience of Olive Garden for us. Service can sometimes be slow, but not this night. Our server Ino was excellent. The food was good, hot, and came out fast. A nice night for us!
Food was yummy as usual. Service was awesome. Building is a bit run down, and they dont clean the blinds theres spaghetti sauce on the blinds splattered and smeared on them. I understand its a family restaurant so Im assuming kids the splatters have been there a while and not been clean. Also chairs were sticky. It looks old and worn. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Customer service was horrible told them we would originally like to sit at the bar which was empty, but we would be seated where ever was quicker to be seated. They completely took it upon themselves to seat us in the bar while other people who came in after us got seated. No one talked to us about it, we just wanted to be seated. Period. Completely unprofessional. This place just keeps getting worse and worse.

She helped by showing me how to use the lil pay at the table card-swipy thing... The meal was hot, and tasted like typical OG...
