Best breakfast in Midland Tx. Great menudo, and great service. Huevos rancheros are awesome. Update 10/24/24, 9:30 a.m. only one waitress, she did great job on all 6 tables, chips and salsa are the best in West Texas , coffee was good and today the food was actually cold when we received it. Not the waitress fault she was by herself. I did not eat my food due to the taste and that it was cold. Hopefully next time we will get our order on time while its still hot. Tortillas were very hard around the edges but they were hot.

I arrived and waited at least 10 minutes, they attended to everyone else who arrived after me and they never attended to me, I dont know why, but it is the worst service I have ever had in my life.

Their specialty burritos are out of this world. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is nice and clean.

Space is a little small but adds to the authentic feel of the place I recommend the Brisket Nachos

Today went for lunch very poor staffing , waitress no good , I would ask for to get a me to go cup for my soup , she never brought it to me , I had to ask the Lil boy to bring it for me , n she was being very stingy with chips n salsa , good food but very poor service I hope they get rid of that stingy waitress

The food was ok, nothing to brag about. Had their enchilada plate. Was good and different from other restaurants.

I went there for the menudo. It was lacking spices, so it was lacking flavor. Very crowded and it takes quite a while to get your order taken and food served.

Came in today was totally ignored..I could understand if they where busy ..but nope they where both at the register talking personal stuff and laughing when I got up walked out No response ...Drove straight to Carambas ..was greeted seated and served all in 15... minutes .. highly recommend you go there.

I always like to order gorditas but this time they gave me bad service I spoke to the manager to express my complaint and as always the magic word sorry sorry I told him that instead of gorditas they looked like sopes all beaten very, very bad service I will never go again to buy there...as he told me I will return his sorry sorry

The food is as hone made as you can find it. The fries had definitely a latin touch and omg they are so good. We came for breakfast for the 1st time and this place did not disappoint!

The menudo is really good..

The tortillas taste store bought. They didn t listen when I said no cheese. Shredded chicken no flavor. The asado has great flavor but no spice at all. The ground beef and potatoes is something I ve never had before the way they do it is literally ground beef with hand cut French fries. Personally I didn t like it at all. Not even the salsa. It just did it give at all. Coke wasn t good either.

Very bad attitude and is a dirty place

I ve ate here and had alright experiences the servers are always nice though. But today I called a order for favor and the lady who works the phone and the window is rude and unprofessional. It s one thing to put someone on hold when they call but it s another thing to keep putting me on hold because she is preoccupied with something else interrupting me mid order. I get there and I m met with occasional eye contact by her but ultimately no hello, no I ll be right with you, and no service what s so ever. I only got service when someone else came to the front desk and started doing her job for her. All in all your only as good as your worse employee. I suggest proper training.

I ordered menudo and it smelled like throw up I still gave it the benefit of the doubt and ate it. The menudo gave me food poisoning I would not recommend to anyone.

Bad experience with the owners sister or wife, very rude, wont greet you the right way she would tell you,I dont have time to say all that. . I ordered beef stew and only got two small peaces of beef. I told her about it and she said, Thats all your getting with a grin on her face. I ordered menudo and all I got was a bowl full of homeny corn and few peaces of stripe. This place is expensive and their food has no authentic Mexican flavor, your waisting your time here...

Really disappointed in these breakfast burritos. Every time I ve driven by in the morning they have a decent line in the drive through so I figured I d give it a try. They had no flavor at all and the potato they used was french fries and they tasted stale. I wish they had given me more salsa because that was the only way I could stand to eat them. The salsa was pretty good. But I won t be back.

Waitress very nice

Worst service ever. Waiter cant get an order right even after looking at the menu. Got the wifes order wrong. I had the ribeye Ala Mexicana, came out, wasnt a ribeye to begin with, meat was tough as hell. Well according to the cook who was laughing, apparently the cow was old and tough. The cashier made it right, Ill give her that. Other than that, I wouldnt recommend this place. My daughter didnt want to go for a reason, should of listened.

The torta is delicious! My husband loves this place his coworkers introduced him and I tried it for the first time and it was delicious!

Menudo and tamales are nasty, I would not recommend for anyone.

The best Mexican restaurant in Midland, I have found. Authentic Mexican food. Has a Drive through, so you dont have to go inside if you dont want to. Also they accept phone orders to be picked up

Good Mendo

Usely my experience is great but the plate I got wasn t at all good it was nasty server made us pay for the plate even though I only ate two bits. Worst experience I ve had may not be back due to how my complaint was handled. Had to then stop and get food because I was still hungry.

I recently started working in midland and one day one of my co-workers came back with a brisket burrito she told me where to go and I m HOOKED they are AMAZING!!!

I thought everything was very delicious ,goods sorroundings, service was great, I enjoyed it very much!!

Called to make a mobile order this morning, lady had a BAD ATTITUDE. Didnt even ask for a name for my order, huffed and puffed when I asked for a total. Customer service is a big part in the food industry. Gotta do better.

Ate menudo here there wasnt much meat on the menudo tge flavor wasnt good either smell kond of bad.

Tried this place for the first time about a month ago. Have been back almost every week since. Really good salsa and chips. Queso is alright & the spiciness of the green sauce is inconsistent. Over all very good!

SLOW SERVICE . Second time this happened to us. We definitely not coming back. We are just eating chips and salsa for 40 minutes. Really??? if you need to grab lunch quick don t go there.

6.13.21 Ordered a Bacon & Egg burrito and specifically asked for no cheese (I have stomach ulcers so any bit of dairy can be incredibly painful) . Ofcourse, they put cheese on it so I go back and ask for another burrito and made it clear that I didnt want cheese on, that I had just ordered one the same way and it came out with cheese. The guy at the drive thru window didnt care much for the issue or my concerns. I got my second order without cheese but as I was finishing up...I find this in my burrito...can officially say I AM DONE WITH THEM! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Better off making my own burritos at home.

So just ate here for the first time and I ordered menudo and a egg and bean burrito. Start with the latter, the eggs seems a bit overcooked and dry the tortilla was not homemade, which is very inexpensive to make and makes a huge difference. The menudo did lack flavor (no salt) or seasonings. But the meat was tinder. They received one star because of the waitress scooping ice from a ice chest using and un gloved hand and the cup. So I know the cooks are not using them either.

The menu says one price and when you go to pay at the cashier they charge you a more expensive one.

Very good food. Very few who is open on Sunday. Their Chile Verde con carne is very tasty. Featured here is J-penos omlete with CCC.

Canned menudo taste better than this, when I got my order the sauce is orange not red , I got no onion no cilantro whatsoever, no lime no Oregon or Any spices with my order, worst menudo that I ve had in my life like I said the canned menudo taste better than this

It s always been my go to place for Menudo, but the last two times I ve gone, I paid $10 for a cup of harmony, there s no meat in it! I hate to find a new place for Menudo because I love the flavor of theirs but I can put chili powder on Harmony!!!!

The food is only second to their service. The Wife and I are regulars and try to go at least once a week for breakfast. All of it, everything is delicious. Sometimes there is a wait, its that good.

First there was a set of young black men in front of me the lady was rude. Then when I got to the counter she was rude telling me when I can and cant order something because they dont know how to charge for it. As if it is my fault. They need an attitude check. Heavy.

Ask for the green chicken and cheese enchiladas topped with an egg, so delicious!! Even though the chips and salsa is superb!
