Horrible experience they already charge for the sauce for the tacos and tostadas. I ordered tacos and they didnt give me salsa. It came out at .75 cents for the first and last time I come here, very managerial and very rude waiters.....horrible experience now they charge for salsa I order tacos and they wanted to charge extra manager and waiters very rude first and las time .... awww manager said that he had to charge for.salsa because everything its expensive and I said I know ...have u looked at ur price....

Terrible attention from the manager Fabián, our family made a reservation and after we had already ordered and everything made several members get up and leave the table, practically the place was taken away!

Bad atmosphere. The person who pretends to be a manager is rude, he doesnt know how to be a manager. He does not communicate in a good way and discriminates against his diners.

The service is very poor, they treat customers in an indifferent and rude manner, very bad service, really.

The restaurant is a disaster, the manager is a detestable person.

First and last time I attend this establishment, I do not recommend it at all, very bad service from the rude manager and does not know how to have good customer service, he does not know how to look for solutions if not problems, super bad service.

The food was delicious, I ordered beef fajitas and the meat was very well seasoned and juicy. The waiter was very friendly and his customer service was top notch. I highly recommend this mexican restaurant because is very authentic Food

What a bad place.

Went to the new location yesterday. Our waitress took our drink order and brought it to us and never returned, although she did clean tables around us and then head to the kitchen without saying a word. We waited like 15 minutes before getting up and asking the hostess if we could pay for our drinks because we were leaving. She mumbled a word we didnt understand, walked to our table and just started cleaning it up. We were shocked! She didnt offer to go get the waitress nor anything. She seemed to know why we were leaving and just walked passed us and went to clean off our table and she said something to another waitress, that wasnt even our waitress. Horrible experience! Never again! We speak Spanish so them being Cubans (as I believe they were) was absolutely no excuse. They werent even busy and both these young ladies just saw us sitting there and refused to acknowledge or come back to take our order!

Food quality was not good. We had the beef fajitas and chicken enchiladas. The beef was mushy and water like it was reheated and not fresh. The chicken tasted like canned chicken. Would not recommend both meals

Food was not appetizing at all. Had the chicken enchiladas with red chili came with beans and rice. Chicken tasted like salted canned chicken with seasoning. Rice was hard and salty beans. Food quality is not good. Its hard in west texas to get decent food in a restaurant. Gave this place 3 tries in 3 years and this was my last. Staff was good and place is nice.

We were ignored for 20 min. We were seated promptly and asked if we wanted a souvenir picture. Other people were seated and served while we waited and watched others seated after us severed food and drinks. So we left after 20 min. I never knew who our server was. We went to Chili s across the street.

There is sometimes a long wait but well worth it we were told there was a 45 min wait but they sat us quicker sat in the bar area the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere was wonderful had Jalisco chicken the plates are huge and well worth it ...my sister and I had the same and tea and it came to 35.$and some change with tip it was a bit over 40.00$ so worth it

Great place to bring the family, business dinner or a meal with the guys. Favorite thing here is the ceviche.

Have selective closing hours. Website says they close cose at 11pm but 10:15 said kitchen closed. POOR! Tried to give them another chance today food cold manager poor did not care. I actually think they gave us food that they served to someone else. We ordered and waitress went to kitchen and came right back with fajitas on a skillet that were cold and soggy. Manager did even offer to make more just said waitress said they were hot when she brought out. Poor management.

The restaurant, food, and service are very good. The parking lot is rough and the grounds around feel dirty and unkempt. There other restaurant feels like a nicer location when we were there Parking: See above. Lots of very large potholes, poor landscaping.

We had lunch, there , the chips seem stile Or like restaurant change brands on corn tortillas . I always order # 16 Big plate and portions. Well I ordered #16 . Plate smaller, food portions smaller WAY SMALLER . also. LESS FOOD BIT TASTE GOOD.TACO HAD NO CHEESE , LETTUCE, MATERS. JUST MEAT AND STILE CORN TORTILLA

Everyone is price gouging these days, so I dont appreciate getting charged a card fee on top of the food price. You restaurants need to fork over your credit card fees on your own. Stop thinking people like me wont notice, I will never go back!

If youre looking for good authentic Mexican food, this is not the place for you. I tried the beef enchiladas and the meat taste like soy meat and beans tasted like out of a can. I will not be going back.

Service was ok. The Bill surprised me and the managers attitude surprised me... We got city water and coffee was terrible. We got charged 7 dollars for city water, it was not even bottled water.. 5 dollars for gross coffee. The manager made it seem it was our fault for not liking their drinks and still charged us for it... I didnt know Midland restaurants charge for water at least get RO water one suggestion...

Live this place. Ive been here several times, never disappointed. Recently heard there is a thrird peneing in the same town all by the same owner so that must say something. For me Garfield location is perfect for dinner while the ambiance at Loop 250 is great for lunch.

Food is always good, service was horrible today but what made today experience the worst is the manager walking around with his shirt unbuttoned. Bro...nobody cares that you have a bear crawling out of your chest cover it up! Be professional!!

I judge most Mexican food restaurants by: 1) How good is their frozen margarita? 2) How good is their salsa/hot sauce? 3) Can their servers speak English well enough so that I can communicate with them effectively without them having to go get help or an interpreter. On this visit, the frozen margarita was a 5, the salsa was a 2, and my server was a 5!

Worst place to eat, food was not prepared right I ordered the Jalisco steak, steak had no meat just fat, rice and beans had no seasoning whatsoever. Asked for a beef enchilada with no cheese (asked 3 times no cheese). It had cheese the first one, removed cheese, but that didn t make difference meat was salty and no flavor,got a second enchila that one had cheese too. I would give a gas station steak burrito more stars than this place. Let s not start with service the staff is unprofessional, asked for few options of food and waitress didn t know anything. I would not recommend this place, but i do recommend the Alon that s right on the corner or even chili s

First time here and it is OK . Wont make a special trip out this way . Few things needs to be worked on . Such as the music being so loud , can t even hear my husband who is next to me . The service is just ok ! The food was good , but nothing spectacular. The wait for the check was about as long as it took for us to get our food . So too long . They also are not busy.

I was overcharged $110, my original ticket was $44 including a 20% tip, my bank statement read $154. The waiter was a short bald guy, he was terrible as a waiter I always had to ask someone else for help. Once I found out they overcharged me I went back for a refund, the manager assured me I would get my money back in 2 days, and I didn t get it, I went back a week later and I tried again getting a refund he assured me that I was going to get it, to this day I haven t gotten my money back. All I can say is save your receipts until it hits your bank. As for the waiter he still works there just watch out for him ask for someone different.

We dined in and had leftovers and when I was eating the leftovers I discovered a shrimp tail in my food that had obviously been bitten as it was only the tail left. I ordered Jalisco Chicken, and not one person in our party had shrimp. They are recycling uneaten food, DISGUSTING. I will never eat here again, ever!!!!! The health inspector should investigate STAT!

I have already been to this place several times because I love the variety of dishes, everything is very delicious and prices are not as high as in other places. I will continue going to this place.

I m NEVER one to post a review when I have sub-par service but this is so far below sub-par that I had to say something. We were seated at 11:22am. We were presented with a server that couldn t differentiate between the words water and high chair, then responded with little English . We asked for water and waited 5 minutes for two glasses to be brought. We were seated closer to the bar, so the bartender noticed us and came for assistance. After only listening to half the tables drink order, she proceeded to start walking away while we were still listing off drinks. When our drinks arrived, we asked that we have just a couple minutes to review the menu once more, after the questionable service, and was then presented with a THIRD server who only rectified the situation because we enlightened her what had been happening. From 11:22am - 12:20pm we were juggled, and mislead entirely. Horrible service this morning. If I could give half a star I would.

Fajita meat was too salty and they brought me 2 burritos on a plate, meat only......nothing else. The menu in the restaurant and on-line show beans, rice cheese, letttuce and tomato. Come on waiter dont blame the kitchen, review your orders. A female employee stopped by and asked how the meal was....when I started explaining she walked off.

Food was great. My son loved the ground beef quesadilla. And the jaliscos chicken that I got was fantastic. Deffinately recommend.

The attitude of staff is mind blowing. The only smile or kindness we received was from the Hostess. Our waitress was disgustingly rude and impatient and many, many other employees stand with snarls watching patrons while they dine. The food was fine- nothing great, nothing terrible. It was the attitude of staff that makes this place an Absolute No Go.

Food was delicious however, we had a waitress whose service was absolute trash. She definitely need additional training. I wasnt aware there is a fee to use a card as opposed to paying with cash.

Always love this place. The atmosphere is lively and fun. The food is always been really good only difference can be the spiciness level. Some days it can be spicier than others but flavors are always there. We always come back here for good food.

Typical Mexican food

Very nice place and atmosphere. Being from deep South Texas (RGV), I would give this place about 4 stars. Better than 90% of other places in Midland and has some unique appetizers I havent seen anywhere else. I would bring my family here again when visiting the town amd family again.

Used to love this place til I ate the shrimp and got food poisoning. I won t eat there again not worth it.

The location on the loop has super slow service, even though they are hardly ever busy when we are there. Service has gotten significantly worse in the past few months. They have attitude when we try to order food or drinks and attitude when we try to pay. Dont bother going.

Best queso in town!!

Today the food was terrible everything was salty, grilled chicken salad and chicken fajitas. The shrimp in the tacos were bland and overcooked. I captured perfectly how the food tasted this day in my daughters face.

It s 107 degrees outside. No AC in this place. The poor workers are suffering and the customers are getting up leaving because it s so miserable in there. It s a shame because the food was good. FIX THE AC.

We had a bunch of family in town and decided to go to Tkilaz because they had a private room that would be able to accommodate all 25+ people. Though we had a large group, we were sitting at separate tables and each family unit had separate tabs (between 2-5 people per tab). However, they only had ONE waiter/server to take care of everyone (only one who spoke English, anyway). On top of this, we were treated like one big table, so it slowed the entire night down. Our orders took seemingly forever to get taken, get served, etc. As a result, many people werent served anything for almost an hour after sitting down, not even a drink. Many of the orders were missed, forgotten, incorrect, etc. They waited to bring out drinks all at once, resulting in many of the drinks already having their ice melted before ever being served. The menus were not consistent in their pricing. One menu might say an item was $11, but another would say the same item was $13.50, and yet another might have a sticker over the price saying it was $12.99. No one knew what the price was going to be, but it wasnt worth asking the waiter as that would just make things go even slower. By the end of the dinner, it was close to 2.5 hours since being seated. In general, it was just a poor managerial decision to serve a large group that way. I dont know if they were understaffed that night, but by the way it looked, it seemed like they had plenty of staff standing around who could have helped. I think if they would have used 2-3 servers to serve our group, we wouldnt have had to deal with so much trouble and wasted time. It would have been much easier to keep everything straight, and we could have been in and out an hour earlier.

I cant believe I am having to do this! Ive called the store more than 5 times over the last two weeks to get them to reimburse the $10 tip they STOLE FROM MY CARD!! IVE TALKED TO MANAGEMENT IVE TALKED TO EMPLOYEES WHO SAID THEYD CALL ME BSCK AMD STILL HAVE YET TO RECIEVE ANYTHING BACK!! ILL NEVER RETURN!!

Went for a diaper party and very much enjoyed my food and we all had a great time.

As soon as I entered the building, I was amazed at how clean and alive the atmosphere was. The waitress was kind and respectful, and service was excellent. Our food came quickly and was well prepared. I had a cheese burger with the side of fries, along with fajita meat, and a Root Beer as my beverage. Once I received my food I found that the fries were the best fries I ve ever had; the cheese burger, simple but delicious; the fajitas soft the texture perfect, and the Root Beer, fresh! Something i take seriously because most restaurants do not have fresh root beer. So I will be returning very soon. My complement to the chef. Kid-friendliness: The waiters are kind.

I have nothing to say about the food and price but the service of the waitress named Marta is terrible. We only looked at her when we asked for the order and until 20 minutes after we finished eating we needed to talk to her to pay. Besides, they dont even explain that the menu is no longer used or anything, they need to fix that. The waiters talk too much all the time

Tried this place for lunch & had the shredded chicken burritos. The refried beans and shredded chicken were way too salty.

Food was ok. Service and staff was good. The big issue I have is the two prices credit card vs cash. World uses cards not cash. This is a issue with me coming back.

Good food, awesome service. But a red flag is that there are Termnix (Rodent Traps) boxes around the building. And their is limited to no data service. Food came in pretty quick, but there was a small wait for bar drinks.
