3200 Andrews Hwy #200, Midland, TX 79701, United States
we will reopen on 29th June 2020 . Dining in accepted .welcome back!!
Super yummy soup and dumplings! You can watch them make the noodles and dumplings at the window. The food was very hot and fresh, and everything was delicious! We tried the beef bao, red bean dessert bao (which was super cute!), tonkatsu Ramen, and a beef roll. We loved everything and will definitely be back!! The staff was very nice and helpful as well 😊
Handmade dumpling and noodle. This is our second visit because we enjoyed the meal last time. No disappointment. The dumpling and noodle are great!! They served stir-fry peanuts and they are tasty.
I’m flew in from Houston to Midland on a work project for a week. Yesterday some of the people on the project started feeling under the weather (sneezing, stuffy, runny noses, coughing). We all believe it is from the dust and dirt from the move project. I wanted some comfort food and some recommended Tokyo1. I found the Noodle House on Andrews Highway and decided to dine there because it’s a small business and it is always a pleasure to dine in small establishments as you find many jewels that way. I should have realized as soon as I walked in the door things were not going to go very well. Once seated I was asked what I’d like to drink. I asked if they had hot tea for my throat. The waitress abruptly said, “NO! THESE ARE THE DEINKS WE HAVE!” She slammed a menu on the table before me and pointed at the soft drinks. I passed on the soft drinks and asked for water no ice. The waitress brought me a blue cup with water and there were bubbles on top of the water. I was not sure if the cup was not completely rinsed of soap or what the problem was. After a bit, the bubbles subsided and there was this white sediment or film in the top of the water. Needless to say, I did not drink the water. The waitress immediately asked for my order. I ordered the chicken Tonkotsu ramen. As I ate and patrons left, they were all greeted as they left with a Goodbye or Bye. I asked for a to go container for the noodles I did not finish. The waitress gave me a bowl to go, no bag, no to go utensils. I signed my check and started toward the door. I did not get a Bye or Good Bye greeting as I left as the other patrons. Made me feel good that I did not leave a tip at all. The food was mediocre … I’ve had better in smaller cities like Conroe, TX. I will never everrrrrr recommend this establishment to anyone. If you’re looking for good food and hospitality…THE NOODLE HOUSE ON ANDREWS HIGHWAY IN MIDLAND, TX IS NOT THE ESTABLISHMENT! As I write this review, I must also say that I noticed I was the only person of color in the establishment at the time. Maybe “My Kind” are not welcomed in that particular location, who knows, but what I do know is I will NEVER EVERRRRR spend my money at ANY NOODLE HOUSE and I do not care where it is located! WORST SERVICE EVERRRRRRR!!! Two thumbs down 👎🏽👎🏽
Fast fresh friendly staff the food was Amazing fresh hot made on spot very clean and ready to serve and answer any questions the chef and cooking team were awesome I highly recommend this place for any time noodles 🍜 💯 💘😍
I loved everything about this restaurant! The noodles for my ramen were made fresh almost in front of me and everything had a high quality that you could taste. The staff was very attentive and they made me and my party feel very welcomed. The tonkotsu ramen with pork belly was definitely the best thing I ate there. Definitely a hidden gem
Not what I was expecting to find in Midland, TX. Had a decent number of reviews in the area so I checked them out. I noticed the guy at the counter was hand pulling noodles so I had to ask which dish has the hand pulled noodles. The waitress told me all of the noodle dishes are hand pulled and she recommended the spicy beef noodle soup. It wasn't very spicy, more like a mild to medium spice, but it was very good. The slices of beef had good flavor. The noodles felt springy and fresh. I also got an order of the spicy baby cucumbers. It was good, but the slices were a bit large so the center of the cucumbers had little flavor. Green onion pancake was pretty standard but the sauce with it was good. I couldn't pinpoint what the sauce was though. And I also had the steamed pork dumplings. Not too bad. Overall, this is probably one of the better Chinese places in the area. I will probably visit once more before I leave for home next week.
I've seen the restaurant many times but never stopped in until today and I tell you, I'm kicking myself for not stopping sooner! First of all you know a place is good when you stop by at 1pm and it's still almost full, plus there were several delivery orders while I waited for my food, they're obviously doing a good deal of business and I can see why. I walked in, asked to place a go-order and the two ladies who helped me were very attentive and nice. I was given a menu, decided on Tonkatsu Ramen with pork, the steamed pork bao and shrimp fried rice (you may laugh but this is my go-to to tell if a restaurant is good, it's harder to make delicious fried rice than you think!). I paid (around $38 total) and was told my wait would only be about 10 minutes. Watching the two ladies work, they were extremely good at their job, they checked on tables, refilled drinks, cleaned and put away clean dishes all quickly and unobtrusively. At this restaurant the kitchen area is small, and to my delight open to the dining area, only separated with a counter. Watching the chefs prepare dishes was like watching a choreographed dance, it was obvious they know what they're doing, and that expertise shows in their food, and then some! I drove back to my residence, about 20 minutes and in that time everything was still hot and perfectly cooked. Honestly, I never expected to get ramen this good in Midland Texas! The noodles were perfectly cooked, the pork was sliced thinly, was a good mix of fat and lean and tasted amazing, the broth (of which there was enough for 2 bowls!) was rich, flavorful, perfectly seasoned and had the most wonderful mouth feel! Even the boiled egg was perfectly cooked with a firm but still creamy yolk. The steamed BAO were also perfectly cooked and filled with well seasoned, delicious pork. Lastly the shrimp fried rice which was completely packed in the to-go container, easily making enough for two meals, was absolutely perfect! The rice was tender but had the slightly crispy edges that you should get from the "wok hei", the shrimp were large and flavorful and the veggies in it were cooked well and small enough to add to the flavor without being intrusive and the green onions on top were a nice touch as well. My meal came with ample condiments, utensils and a very nice pair of wooden chopsticks that I didn't have to break apart and then go about removing splinters from. Noodle House is definitely a gem and would be great in any large city, in little ole Midland Texas, they're PHENOMENAL, I wish I could give 10 stars!!
This is the best authentic Chinese food i have had since i went to china. EXCELLENT!!! Recommend spicy cucumber appetizer. Boiled pork dumpling and onion pancake were excellent too. Returned two months later when back in town. Had spicy wontons and coworker had sliced noodle soup. excellent again.
This is always my go to spot for me and my girlfriend also enjoys it a lot! Food is always great and the customer service is excellent as well!!!
Really good. I ate the dumplings and the beef noodle soup.
Made a stop here traveling from Big Bend back to DFW. Some of the best Chinese food I have had in Texas! The Beef Bao is my favorite Item. Will come back to this family run shop again!
Awesome food handmade noodles.
Small, family owned, and absolutely delicious!
It was my first time to eat there awsome place
Update: The food and service has been awful the last few times I ve visited. The noodle dishes lack flavor. The improper and downright unhygienic food handling we ve witnessed has forced me to never return. What a shame as it was a favorite of mine for a few years. This place is a little gem! I live in Odessa and happily drive 20 miles to eat here! The food is flavorful and made fresh to order. The pan fried noodles (extra spicy) are my absolute favorite! Their spicy beef noodle soup and chow mein are also great! Honestly, everything Ive tried has been delicious! The service is fast and the establishment is clean.
The food is very tasty
Very good but prices are higher then normal 15$ a person or more
I don t think I should say much! Just look at the picture.
Nestled in the heart of Midland, this exceptional ramen establishment has captured the hearts of locals and visitors alike. As a trio hailing from Big Spring, my wife, our roommate, and I have found ourselves utterly enamored with the culinary delights offered here. The quality and authenticity of their ramen dishes are truly remarkable, prompting us to make this restaurant a mandatory stop during our visits to Midland. In fact, we are so impressed that weve already committed to frequenting this establishment upon our eventual relocation to the area. The depth of flavors and the consistency of their offerings have solidified this ramen spot as an essential part of our dining experiences. For anyone seeking an outstanding ramen experience in Midland, this place comes highly recommended and is certainly worth multiple visits.
Just left Noodle House. Went to pick up a remake on some sesame noodles with Shrimp. Was told it would be 15 min. I waited 30 to make sure. Showed up no order was ready. No one spoke a lick of English that could understand why I was even there. I told them I called about an order they messed up. I was told it would be another few minutes for them to make it. I dontt know about anyone else but they got me working 60+ hours a week my time is valuable. This was the second trip for them to get it right. No can do. The first batch I got was undercooked and all stuck together. Very overpriced for Basically ramen and no meat or protein. Seriously this food is not that good. And for what you spend on just Noodles they should be ashamed of themselves. BTW this was takeout ordered online so the language barrier should not have been an issue.
Really good Ramen! We love most of the food here except the fried rice dishes. They are mostly oil without flavor. Make sure you try the Ramon and the pancake dish.
If I could give this place no stars because that is probably the worst Asian food Ive had here. Ive been to a few and this one is by far the worst. The broth was not taste, the dumplings were not exactly fresh or seem even seem homemade, the service was so rushed. Idk how this place was busy, but it was not tasty at all. I normally do not do reviews, but I had to share my opinions on this place.
Bunch of fat people the waiters are rude and food tastes horrible ate here once and I went blind
I always leave the place very satisfied
Food and service good .atmosphere not so much
Let a buddy convince me to come for some reason. Ordered the #18 cumin dry wide noodle. What came out was a weird wet sloppy mess that looked like noodles swimming in a brown watery gravy. They insisted it was the right dish but didn t look anything like the other review pictures or the menu or the picture on the wall. Steamed dumplings were pretty lack luster. Maybe they were good before, hard pass now.
Fantastic. Spicy food.
It was my first experience at The Noodle House. The food was phenomenal! It came out hot.. .. not warm. The appetizer and main entree. we re on point. I highly recommend. I will be returning. Thank you. Food
Only come here because my daughter loves it.
Pan-fried Noodles (Beef) and Pan-fried Bao (pork) for lunch today was very tasty. Noodle House is my place of choice for Asian-inspired comfort food.. Check them out, they have dine in, take out, and delivery options.
Delicious home made noodles.
My go to spot for anything from noodles to sweet red bean bread! Service is amazing and so is the atmosphere!!! 10/10 recommend!
Delicious Pho. Love the little cucumber salad and the #8
Noodles are great and made right in front of you! You know they re fresh and it s also cool to watch them hand stringing them! It s a really good place to try for a take out kind of night.
This place has delicious pho with noodles made from scratch on site!
I LOVE THIS FOOD SOOOOO MUCH
Full house at lunch, good sign Rumor has it noodles are house made, didn t read that on their menu or website though black pepper garlic ramen all flavor was at bottom of broth, wish that flavor was throughout bc it tasted plain until the end. Liked the steamed bok Choi on top a lot.
The atmosphere was sketchy. Service was OK. Food was horrible, bland, dry, and no flavor at all, only food good was peanuts, and eggrolls.
Amazing food the flavors are really delicious and fresh because it s made right out and front of you. Kid-friendliness: Kids love noodles and the chicken chow mein can forget the chicken fried rice too its fantastic.
Watch them make your noodles after you place your order.
if i could give this place zero stars, i would. was hospitalized for the worst food poisoning you could possibly imagine. 3 whole days of laying on the bathroom floor not being able to even keep down water.
The only place I will go eat noodles! Everything about this restaurant is perfect service and food! Also you get to see how they make the noodles so you know they are made from scratch
Came to midland for business and was happy to find this place. If fact the food is so good that we ate there both nights. Noodles are made in-house as you can watch the chef make constantly. Hands down the best Ive ever had. And the steam dumplings are a must to get. The only negative review I can say is its crowded.
A gem in the middle of the desert! Ive traveled quite extensively around the US and this has to be one of the best ramen spots Ive ever been to. Hand made noodles, perfect broth and the bao are the best Ive ever had!!! I wish I could give this place more stars and had a reason to visit Midland again.
Best pho in town and steamed bao is perfect with it, or spicy wonton. Very polite crew is working here. And its cool seeing them pull the noodles and cook them immediately.
Tonkatsu ramen was delicious and portion was big. Server never let my tea get below half.
SO DELISH! I m from out of town and stopped by before my flight. So glad I did. food was flavorful and mindfully prepared. I like that you can watch them cook. Service was great. If I come back, I will be eating here again!
I ordered some pork rib noodle soup to go and it was amazing. It was a good amount of food, I made 2 meals out of it and it was tasty both times. Food was ready to go quickly and didnt lose the heat or freshness in the truck on the way home, customer service was amazing!
Delicious!!!
Seemed really good at first but when our food came out (which came out in shifts we all ate at different times) the dish I ordered wasn t spicy as indicated and apparently we were the biggest inconvenience to the waitress. I get it we all have off days, but damn girl fake it till you make it a little. I left feeling like I did something wrong. Just disappointing unfortunately.
I really like this place!!!
Love this place. Love the food. The sweet red bean buns was so good it does taste flowery but i would order them again. The pork bao was delicious.
Excellent food every visit! Noodle soup with roasted chicken never fails!!
First time eating at this restaurant. I love Thai food in general. The dish I had was unusual from what I was expecting and a little weird tasting at first but as I continued eating the dish, I learned that it was very a delicious flavor. I am 100% happy I tried out the restaurant.
Very good noodle well priced and the steamed dumpling are well prepared.
Tonkotsu ramen is spectacular. Great to watch the chefs whipping up the noods
We ordered different items from the menu, and everything was exceptional. Service was quick. It was about close time, and they didnt rush us. Weve had that experience before at other restaurants where they start cleaning or giving us the tab for us to leave, but here they where patiently waiting, at it was a holiday. Price is very reasonable. Highly recommend.
The worst customer service I ve experienced since moving to Midland. The waitress was not helpful at ALL. She was flat out RUDE. Won t recommend nor go back.
This is the absolute best Chinese food Ive had in years. The fried rice reminds me of The Chinese Kitchen Restaurant we use to have here in Midland. The food is Amazing, I havent been dissatisfied yet. Vegetarian options: Im sure all you need to do is ask them. Kid-friendliness: If you have kids that like cooking, they always have a cooking show on the Big Screen Television
Hands down best bao in town
The free peanut appetizer had a nice roastiness with a combo of slightly sweet & salty taste that made it quite addictive. Cucumbers were nicely marinated with a depth of flavor & crunchiness. The pan fried bao was juicy & had a nice crispy seared bottom. Only con was the filling was a tad sweet. The noodles had the right chew/al dente texture making it a perfect combo for the chicken & bok choy. Service was attentive & not surprisingly, it was quite busy since it was Christmas Day dinner, but surprisingly, who knew Midland would have yummy Chinese hand-pulled noodles?
I ve been wanting to come here for a while. It is truly authentic food and incredible. I watched the chefs cook for about an hour and they are extremely skilled. The ladies taking care of the front of the restaurant are incredible and fast. I think everyone should come here and have an Authentic Bao and or dumpling you will walk away impressed.
Delicious noodles and scallion pancakes. Very nice staff.
Amazing food and excellent service!
Try this place for the 2nd time and the food is great i order noodle soup, pork dumplins, cucumbers appetizer cold, the rice was amazing soft from the ones I have ever tasted...
Horrible service. My wife and I saw three tables seated and received drinks before we even got menus. When I mentioned to the waitress she just looked off and told me yeah, yeah, yeah . I won t be returning.
New to the area and our first first time here, so we trird a few things. Everything was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. Will definitely be back.
My first time here! I guarantee that I will be back! The food and service were terrific!
The food is delicious! But the equipment is never cleaned. Expect bits of the previous order inside of your food.
Excellent taste and quality... Great Chinese food
By far the best noodles and bao all made right in the restaurant. Great prices and nice staff. Get the ramen it s bomb and bussin! I try to eat there once a hitch and never disappoints. Get an extra boiled egg you ll thank me later!
The food is always hot and delicious. Everything is great, which is evident by the number of people always filling this place up.
Vegetarian options: Great
Our service was terrible today. Ive had lots of great meals here but will not again. My food took 45 minutes longer than my friend that was with me. They brought hers out within 5 minutes. When we asked she said that that meal always takes that much longer but Ive ordered it many times without that issue
I love this place. It can easily beat most places in Houston Chinatown. They make the noodles and dumplings from scratch right in front of you all day. The youpu noodles, beef noodle soup, short rib soup, and the dumplings are amazing. I also liked the spicy baby cucumber and spicy beef appetizers. I wasnt a big fan of the wide noodles with cumin sauce. I was a little confused by the ramen on their menu as it seems out of place for a Chinese restaurant, but I tried them anyways. They were a bit bland and I would not order them again. This is kind of a small restaurant. Its better for groups of 1 to 6 people. There isnt really enough room for big groups.
Tried the chicken chow mein, and it was amazing. Its definitely the best Chinese restaurant here in midland. Ill be coming back to try the rest of their menu in the near future.I highly recommend everyone to give their menu a try.Very tasty!!!
I love this place. My favorite is dish is the Youpo noodle with beef. It s so delicious and flavorful. I like how you can see the chefs making and stretching the noodles too. I m also a huge fan of their potstickers and beef steamed bao. As for their soups I ve tried the beef noodle soup which comes in a huge bowl. The wait staff here is also very attentive and friendly. Give this place a try, you ll enjoy it.
It was my first time coming out. The food was very bland and no flavor. The chicken on the chow mien tasted bad. I wouldnt make a trip specifically to eat.
The food is fresh and tasty and the staff is friendly and polite. They give you generous portions saved leftovers the next day. It was interesting to watch them cook the meal. Traditional authentic cooking.
It was so good best pho I ve had in midland , great customer service !
Its hard to believe that in Midland Texas you would find excellent dumplings, but thats exactly what you will get , absolutely amazing,
my favorite spot in wtx for ramen.everything is good & fresh. the staff is lovely
Love this place!!
Buyer beware. The pricing advertised on their site is not the actual price. Its about 18% more when you pickup your order. The food is good but dont take me for a fool.
Everything about this place is awesome!! One plate Oder is enough to feed your hungry stomach cos you get lots of food in there! ^^
This place is so good! Chicken fried rice and pork steamed bao is my go-to.
Great Food
Great spicy beef noodle soup
Food is always good. Reasonably priced for the portions, staff is quick and friendly. A chill place to go alone or with friends.
Stop playing. This food is bussin. I have not eaten noodle like this. Ever. I shall spread the word of this spot and I will ne back
Been twice, great food every time. Love the fresh handmade noodles.
Food is FRESH, service is fast and the place is small but clean. You can watch the dough and the pork dumplings being made by hand. So yummy!
The food was amazing. I wish I lived closer so I could eat there more often.
They have such good Ramen and bao buns. Everyone should give this place a try Food
On my. My love for this place is great. The noodles are handmade in front of you and the broth is so delicious. Must try.
WORST food poisoning. was in the hospital for 3 days and couldn t even drink water. i was so dehydrated, hungry, and miserable. the food tasted good but was put in the hospital later that night
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at a local noodle restaurant that left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. I visited the establishment with high hopes, but unfortunately, the way the staff handled my complaint and the subsequent treatment I received were simply unacceptable. Upon trying the noodles, I realized they were not to my liking. Being a polite customer, I approached the lady in charge and kindly informed her of my dissatisfaction. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, the chefs took it upon themselves to make a mockery out of me and my dining companion. It was an unprofessional and embarrassing display that left a sour taste in our mouths. To make matters worse, despite the poor quality of the noodles and the rude behavior we encountered, we were still expected to pay the full price for our meal. This lack of accountability and customer service is truly disheartening. It is basic courtesy for any business to acknowledge and rectify a customers concerns, rather than ignoring them and charging full price. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and understanding when I voice my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism and customer care. It is evident that they prioritize their profits over the satisfaction of their patrons. I strongly advise potential diners to reconsider visiting this establishment. The lack of respect and unprofessional behavior we encountered during our visit were inexcusable. There are plenty of other noodle restaurants in the area that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a quality dining experience. It is my hope that the management of this restaurant takes this review as an opportunity to reflect on their customer service practices. A genuine effort to improve and address customer concerns could turn this unfortunate experience into a learning opportunity for them. In conclusion, I urge you to think twice before visiting this noodle restaurant. The disrespectful treatment and refusal to acknowledge customer dissatisfaction make it a regrettable choice for a dining experience.
Gross , broth tasted like mop water
Omg the food is so good!
Easily one of the best restaurants in town. Everything is delicious so you really cant go wrong with anything you pick. I love the roasted peanuts they bring before your meal! The beef noodle soup and green onion pancakes are my favorite.
First time going, had no idea what all they offered, service was unfriendly and very impatient while we were still looking at the menu to decide on drink. If you have a child who is a picky eater, this is not the place to take him, they do not sell a la carte. Vegetarian options: Definitely not a kid friendly place.
We don t eat out but rice in this place is good. Chicken fried rice is the meal I like
Great food at a decent price. Good service.
My sister and I ordered DoorDash and upon taking off the container on the Beef Chow Mein, I noticed a crisp black charred FLY on top of the noodles. Needless to say, we will never eat from there again.
Meh
2nd time here after a year, so good! another just passing by, but this place is very authentic Chinese food and you won t regret!
Amazing food and staff
So incredible that I spent a lot of time and money coordinating a way to get a bowl of ramen 8+ hours away in Galveston, Texas. Let me preface this by saying I used to live in Midland and I loved this ramen so much I would get it multiple times a week even though I didn t really eat much at restaurants. When the pandemic hit I was devastated for the 40 long days they were closed, when they reopened (to-go only) I was there first thing in the morning waiting. Well now it s been a year and a half since I ve had a bowl due to my move. We have no shortage of ramen restaurants in Houston, I ve tried at least 20, but nothing compares to Noodle house. The noodles & broth are pure perfection. Now with my pregnancy hormones I ve spent the past 7 months craving noodle house s ramen, plotting a way to get it. I m thrilled to report that today I finally got my ramen. It was everything I remembered and more. Thank you noodle house!
Very decent Asian restaurant. Recommend the baby cucumber and the wonton soup. Ive eaten here three times, and each time its good
This place has ruined me, I can t find a ramen place comparable. I unfortunately had to work in a different state so I can t eat this for a few months. I would eat here 2-3 times a week. The consistency of flavor changes daily because they make everything fresh. I absolutely love this place. The staff know my order as soon as I walk in and they are all extremely wonderful. I have brought many people here for a first time and everyone keeps coming back. Beef potstickers and any roasted noodle soup is my go to.
Will be back, amazing
Delicious Ramen
Hand pulled noodles! This place is legit. Did not expect to find this level of Chinese food in Midland. I had a noodle dish and pot stickers and both were perfect.
They have roaches l, never will I eat here again
Great food and prices! Will go back!
A hair came out in my soup, something very unhealthy. They didnt apologize and charged me for the dish as if nothing had happened. Service : 1/5
Fried rice is my favor plate.
A surprisingly good ramen/noodle place. The bao buns were perfect steamed & pan fried and the noodles are handmade. Something you rarely even see in NYC unless you specifically go to a place that markets them doing it. The ramen wasnt a 10/10, but easily one of the better joints Ive had in general. 8+ from me. Would definitely come back and order again.
Really delicious food. Will go again if passing within 100 miles Update: went again, food is still amazing, and affordable. Service is good, atmosphere authentic. Food : 5/5
I ate in and the food is amazing
Prices are ridiculous. Getting three items for takeout and its $50.00.
Amazing food and great service
Proverbial hole in the wall. Great find for fresh food in Midland. Highly recommend. Food : 5/5
The most delicious noodles around, love the hand pulled noodle, and the beef pancake, the bao!!!
Noodle soup in spicy beef broth is the best!
I love it from the service to the food
Excellent food Hot fresh fast Food
Upgrade ! Please get a larger building because this is damn good! I will be back soon
This place is good, it put me in a food coma with their freshly made noodles. Roasted noodle soup is Food
Not good.
Hand made noodles that s great for Midland. Been from Houston my standard are litter higher that s why I give 4 stars. But overall it was good. Now I know where to go to get my noodles fix when I m in town
The people leaving positive reviews must be drunk, crazy, or never have had decent chinese food. Tried 4 different dishes- all bland, oily, and even some tasted like they were made with bad/off ingredients. The staff is also weirdly very rude, and the Celine Dion music is blasting at an ear splitting level.
The food was absolutely incredible! We ordered the Steamed pork Bao, steamed pork dumplings, chicken chow mein x2, and shrimp chow mein. They were all incredibly delicious and we even had a great view of watching them make our meal. Definitely worth your stop and worth a trip to Midland!
I m not sure how this place has good reviews. The food is disgusting, the place is dirty and the service was horrible. I will never go back.
If the smell could kill boy thats just short smells good
Place is great on food, but drinks are expensive. I suggest buy the food here and buy the drinks from somewhere else. Bought 3 bottled 20oz drinks for 11 bucks. I will not do that again. I will stick with the food only. Food was great, ordered meal by phone and was ready by the time I got there. They give you a number instead of you giving them a name. I in my opinion believe this is a great way to prevent confusion, especially when so many people have same or similar names. I recommend this place for dine in for your best experience.
I would say this spot is a hidden gem, but there was a wait at noon on a Tuesday! The food is so tasty and authentic. Service was awesome, despite how busy it was. Highly recommend!
Loved it!
Simply Delicious
HIDDEN GEM!!! Loved this spot, I go every time I m in midland
The beef noodle soup with a clear broth didnt have much flavor. It was rather bland.
Having lived in East Asia for more than 8 years Im a bit biased. The dumplings were pretty good as well as the onion pancake. The clear broth beef noodles were bland, especially compared to what you get in China or Taiwan. Having lived in East Asia for over 8 years, Im a bit biased. First time to eat here and the food was outstanding!! Small dining area but good food.
Amazing food good people
Great service, prices, and lot of food on plates.
Good
Great!
First time here was for lunch today. Have heard of this place for several months and came highly recommended. All I can say is it did not disappoint. The dumplings were amazing, esp with the sauce they came with. Main course was excellent and plentiful. Great portions and made fresh to order. Will definitely be back!
They are continuously raising prices on my fav noodle soup. :(
Great food, just wished that waitress was attentive. But other than that good experience!
excellent place, a couple of years ago I went to china, and the ramen from this place brought back memories of my trip, the taste of the food is very close to the authentic
This place has super fast service and good food. Definitely recommend.
The food is amazing really. The noodles are hand made there, we got the steam dumplings, amazing choice by the way for an appetizer. For the dish I got T ramen and the spicy one as well. The flavors are actually very good and the broth is great. I came to visit my sister and Im so glad I came to try this noodle house. I didnt take a picture of the dumplings because we ate them so fast haha definitely recommend!
The noodle here is good but the sauce is a bit too salty to my taste. Noodle made fresh right behind the counter, you can also see they made all the buns and dumplings there all made in house fresh. I love the buns they are very fresh and juicy. Good flavor as well.
Everything here is delicious and super fresh. My top choices are the pork pan fried bao, tongkatsu ramen, and the beef roll. They make the noodles by hand behind a plexiglass barrier which is very interesting and cool to watch. Definitely recommend this place for lunch!
I had the tonkatsu ramen and it was pretty tasty. Really enjoyed the broth and the noodles. Service on the other hand was not the best. Waitress obviously had attitude. Made faces at us when we asked questions. It was our first time there. We dont know why? We werent rude. Id go again for the ramen but not the service.
Favorite restaurant ever
The food it s good just a little bit expensive but that s fine,on the other hand the waiters are super rude, sometimes I just dont go because I know they are going to treat me badly, they should check that, They dont care that the client has a good experience, they just want to do the job and that you leave, I honestly dont think Ill come back
Delicious
I used to like coming here, then this hair was in my soup, I was told it wasnt a hair, that it was from an onion lmao... FYI, Im not too fond of hairy onions... They did give me a 10% discount, so I guess I should be grateful for that!!!
Not as good as it used to be, however still one of my favorite noodle places
Super great. I enjoyed the food, the service, and the price.
First time trying pho. & I absolutely loved it. Totally recommend this place. Fresh noodles, just the right spice in the soup! Super delicious didnt disappoint!
Horrible service.
I really enjoyed eating there. Depending on where you sit youll break your neck looking at the cook stretch the noodle dough.
Excellent service Excellent food
I was impressed with the spicy beef soup. The portions are large and the noodles fresh. Atmosphere pleasant with Chinese background music.
Great all the way around
Very good.
More evidence that common eateries are just a run-of-the-mill quick Buck type place where they might be bustling and excited to show pride in their business at first but when they are established they lose all signs of quality
The mixed #13 is what I ordered. Had chicken, beef, shrimp and noodles. Of course the noodles were amazing and the broth was ok. I like spicy so I had to add the chili paste which was pretty good as well. Just one TV and it plays random shows. Small place lucky it wasnt packed when I got there which was around 7. Definitely worth a try!! Parking: Parking is right in front. Plenty available when I got there.
