Always great service and friendly staff

Liked the service and had a server, and a trainee both were great food was ok nothing that I would come back for exclusively. The atmosphere was probably better further inside the doorway . Our table was just outside the tile to the entrance, so plenty of distracting foot trafic.

Came in with my daughters hockey team without a reservation. Andy, and his servers were nothing but welcoming and accommodating. Thank you BP Midland. North Bay JR Lakers. Food

Ordered 7 cheese ravioli twice. First time was naked, dry ravioli with a dollop of sauce. Second chance order had sufficient sauce, but zero cheese. 30 dollars for chef-boyardee level pasta. Never again. Food

This is the one of our favourite Boston Pizza place to go always.

I had the grilled chicken power bowl and it was terrific! The veggies were fresh and the quinoa was warm with the chicken! The dill dressing on the top gave it a wonderful zing!

The Pizza Flights were awesome. Especially when you cant make up your mind what Pizza to have.

My wife and I received a gift card from happy dining with several restaurants, including Boston pizza which we had dinner at and attempted to use the gift card which they could not determine the amount on the card and finally said it was a $50 gift card but only $42.50 could be applied to our bill The remainder was a service charge we contacted Boston Pizza for the principal of the matter more than anything and we re told it is not an affiliate of them and to contact them. If there is an issue, you would think out of customer relations they would ve simply apologized and gave us perhaps a $10 credit for our next meal well Kelsey s is just as good if not better and I can guarantee we will not be supporting that business Obviously, $8.50 is not gonna change our life and I am not gonna waste my time contacting happy dining

Very Slow kitchen backed up? . appetizer arrived 40 minutes after drinks. Food was off and not the usual. No one in our group thought it was ok. All good was not good tonight. Pizza, wings or fettuccine . We are all very disappointed. And $139. We know it isnt always like this. Not sure what happened. We told server.

Food was great as always. We had a large group and I m unsure if that frustrated our server but he kind of rammy at times. Oilers playoff game was on when we were there and the signal was a disaster. The screens were glitching out and it was hard to watch.

This is the best Boston Pizza Ive ever been to. Not only are the staff terrific but their new huge video wall makes it THE place to go to to watch any big sporting event.

Went there 6:30 on a Sunday night. It was empty in there, not busy at all. We waited an hour and a half for our meals. Needless to say after that amount of time in a highchair, sitting at a dining room table, the kids were restless. We couldnt even est our meals, the kids didnt even want to eat. We just got the bill and put the food in boxes. No explanation as to why the service was so slow. Would not recommend.

Food was horrible, out Thai bites were dry and seemed to be reheated in a microwave from previous day, not to mention the insane prices.

Out of all Boston Pizzas, where we had dinner with kids teams , this one in Midland is the best. Collingwood, Stouffville, Huntsville... they all are slow, not very pleasant, let you add gratuity on ttop of their 20% already sneaked in. Not here in Midland. Great personel, good food, all orders for kids and parents were right , no hidden gratuity on bill. This is only Boston pizza I dont mind to recommend

Can somebody explain why it cost me $42.00 for a dish of Jumbolia fettuccine, comes with one small slice of garlic bread and cheese. I got one extra. A small ceasar salad. It was not delivery, it was crimal. Never again will I order from them again. I would not suggest any of the below list.

Kid-friendliness: When we had lunch, there were several tables with children, they were having fun, running around and not bothering anyone. Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room for everyone.

Kaylie our server was amazing! So great. She kept looking back at us to see if we were okay, and when she saw that my grandfathers cup was empty she asked him for more. Great place to eat

My daughter and I went for dinner last night. The service was great. Our server was fun and polite. The food delicious. Vegetarian options: I had the 7 cheese pasta .and we both had sweet potato fries. Jen had a large beef sandwich with Ceasar salad. And jus to dip. We both had a Caesar to drink...mine was a Virgin Caesar...so yummy with celery, bean and thin slices of a salami.

Ive brought my kids here so many times... and we most recently came for our date night instead. Sharing our dinners is fun and allows us to taste more dishes! My 8-year-old grandson took me for valentines dinner. I explain that to the staff They were awesome. Service was great, and they made a point of asking my grandson all the questions about dinner. Went tonight for my birthday, food was great, service was wonderful, no complaints. Went to use a prepaid visa which was a gift from my boss, 100.00. Was declined, waitress tried again declined. We paid by other means, no problem. Came home, called the number on the back of my visa, was told it was declined due as the card was only for 100 dollars and charge was for $114.99. I stated no, bill including taxes and an 18% tip was $95.98. I was informed that this establishment charges $19.99 fee. I was shocked as amount shown on POS stated $95.98. So I called this restaurant and spoke to manager, Matt, he didn t seem to care, stated that would be a head office thing. I had to ask to leave my name and number so owner could get to me regarding this fraudulent behaviour. Very disappointed! Update, owner Andy called me explained every restaurant in North America would have an extra 20-40% added on as a pending transaction to clear. Something to do with tipping. He was well aware and explained this process with ease, and even had suggestions on how he would have made it work if someone else had no other means to pay. He was great to speak with. I wish Matt had been as knowledgeable and kind to speak with. So changing me review from 1 star to 4 star. Thanks Andy!

Unfortunately my sister and I both got severe food poisoning from eating here on Sunday. On top of the much smaller portions, it has been extremely painful dealing with the food poisoning. We both had the chicken Thai wrap, there is never any chicken in the wraps anymore, but I guess less was better this time around since we got severely sick.

Went to Midland BP on Wednesday nite. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Medium carbonara za, really hot & fresh, attentive waitress, never an empty drink glass. We tip well, as all 3 of our kids were, or still are, waiting for a living. How many people are aware that wait staff have to tip out a percentage of their gross table sales back to support staff. So if you tip zero, they are out of their pocket 5 percent of your bill?

It was a birthday and we went for that experience . They brought a free dessert but the joyful singing and picture taking did not happen and they couldnt care less. VERY EXPENSIVE the bloom is off the rose

Extremely disappointed. My family and I go to this Boston Pizza often. Sadly we are finding every time we go the service is getting worse or non-existent. It s upsetting that it takes way to long to get food, or your server looks at you then promptly proceeds to keep walking somewhere else. It would be amazing if servers would use their manners when someone says thank you. Every time we go and get same meal - sadly every time the steak is either under cooked for well done or way to dry. This was a go to for our family but it may have to change. Extremely upset. Kid-friendliness: Never had any issues with my children at this restaurant. Even when accidents happen and messes happen they ve always been great!

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Midland. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! This is a nice relaxing spot to grab a meal in Midland. The one dinner I had there, we had very friendly service and his name is Matt. He is very accommodating. As soon as we arrived, he immediately approach us and ask about our order. Thumbs up to this man!

Have been to this location a few times, usually for lunch. Went again on Apr 12 and it was great as always, friendly efficient service, good food and nice atmosphere. Its our favorite lunch stop in Midland.

Good service. Had a chicken ceasar salad, was good. My friend had a pizza, that was good. The appetizer was calamari, not bad for frozen. Beer cold, white wine good.

This was our first time at this location. My husband and I went so we could we watch the Leafs game. Once we entered the restaurant we were greeted by very friendly and attentive hostesses. As soon as we were seated we met our waitress Brittany. Honestly I think she is the best waitress we have ever had anywhere. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. I had the Hawaiian pizza (thin crust) and my husband had the vegetarian pizza. Both were excellent choices. Thank you to the manager for substituting the moscato wine in the sangria for Pinot Grigio and thanks to Brittany for asking. Next time we are in the Midland area we will be sure to come again.

Manager is nice, got a burger with a cooked patty and beef wrapper still on the patty. Absolutely disgusting and I wouldn t have written this otherwise. Apparently I have a gift card in the mail. First come first dibs cause I ll never eat here again. 2 stars cause my dog was happy.

I thought the prices were very high. A beer $8.95 . Nachos half order 16.95 and full order 21.95. $5 difference really. The place was almost empty. Waitress was good. The uniform is a bit too short. Overhaul it s was OK but because of prices I won t return

Friendly and fast service, but food wasnt great. Had a chicken sandwich with coleslaw. The coleslaw had no flavour, and the chicken was tough with a tendon running through it or something that I couldnt bite through. Good spot for a drink, but neither of us were satisfied with our meals. Kid-friendliness: There is a dining side and a separate bar side allowing for a kid friendly atmosphere, while we were able to enjoy our date on the bar side. Win-win.

Ever since Ive been here last time the food has gotten way better. I wish I had tried the pizza to see what it was like but I had the nachos which were great for the value. I wish the beef was more something else than what it was but otherwise it was amazing. Left satisfied with my family who also had a pasta dish and a beef dip which both were great as well. Overall nice place to dine if you like sit in restaurants that you can chat and enjoy yourself with the nicest servers ever.

Caesar salad with chicken, Wilted Romaine, chicken was like cardboard, even the replaced chicken was very dry. The pasta dish was also quite dry. Would never go back there again.

My wife and son had a side order of rice with their meal, the rice was very bland , so my son asked for hot sauce , which helped with the taste, when we got the bill, we found out that they had charged us 1.49 for a little bit of hot sauce, completely ridiculous , they will be charging us for ketchup next. Will not be going back.

Great meal! I had the wings and a side cesar salad. The wings were perfect, and they even gave me all flats! The cesar salad was so fresh, I mean nothing wilted. Fresh parmesan and real bacon bits! Even my father in law who recently lost his wife of 67 years really enjoyed the food and atmosphere!!

The food was so salty we could hardly eat it. And there were no onions in the French onion soup. When these were brought to our servers attention she said she would check with the kitchen and never came back. I dont recommend it. It was a very disappointing meal.

Gets worse every time I go. Beef Antonios were great. But everything else was subpar. Beware of the draft beer (large glass). If you arent careful, youll end up with beer in your eyes. Im pretty sure I will not go back.

Consistently good food from this franchise. A good variety though the pizzas are the mainstay. Restaurant was clean and comfortable with plenty of seating for individuals or groups. There is a separate bar area to accommodate the more rambunctious patrons. Plenty of easy access parking.

Food and service are awesome

Somewhat disappointed. The food was okay however, it took quite a while to have regular interactions with our server (did witness on many occasions staff hanging around the bar area but cant confirm they were service - still, appearance is everything and when you are constantly waiting for service, it is not a good thing). My food had been delivered when I was away from the table and, as my drink was empty by then and the server never came back to check on our meals or if we needed anything, I went the whole meal without a beverage (I was only drinking pop as I was driving so it shouldnt have been anything for my server to take the initiative and refill my beverage when my meal was delivered). With all the recent talk surrounding tipping and recovering from Covid within the food and beverage industry, I would hope that service would be the first and foremost aspect of dining out to focus on - not during this visit unfortunately.

I just went for a drink with a few friends. Unfortunately they are very short staffed and only hand one lady working the front and the bar. The service was slow because of this.

We hadnt been here in quite a long time as we did not have a great experience previously. We decided to give it another try and were very pleased. Our server (Brittany P) went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. She was bubbly and friendly and very knowledgeable. Our food came out hot, fresh and as ordered. Thanks Brittany P for making us happy we gave Boston Pizza another chance!

Just went for our anniversary. We go there once a month and the service is always spectacular! This month (November 22nd) was amazing... the food was delicious and the desert was wonderful. Along with that, our server was the best we ever had. Didnt catch her name, but she was super bubbly, relateable, and outgoing with tremendous attention to customer satisfaction. We cannot wait for December 22nd and we hope that she may serve us again. (Waitress had brown hair, bubbly personality and lots of energy...whoever you were, thank you )

Dine out a couple of times a month at this location, usually excellent service this evening was disappointing. Table wobbly, next to a smelly garbage can, no follow up once meal delivered. 4 servers hanging out at front counter 6ft away. Ate our meals with nothing to drink as our glasses were empty by the time the food arrived. Our server was less than interested in our table. But made sure the larger party next to us was looked after.

Dont stop for Lunch if youre in any type of hurry.... Youll need at least 2 hours.
