Fun place and remodeled
Been coming here for years. This will be the last time unfortunately. Was here on Sunday 07/14/24 around 12:45 PM. I don’t expect much,but do expect some type of customer service. I walk in and immediately felt like I was bothering the staff. One of the staff members was rushing customers out by charging them while sandwiches where being prepared. That placed me in a difficult situation where I had to explain at the register why I wanted to order two sandwiches and why I didn’t say that at the beginning. Unbelievable. Needless to say that I left and went somewhere else. Hopefully management will contact me and discuss this because this was unacceptable. In the past I’ve gone during lunch time and it hasn’t been like this.
Very well maintained Subway, with the food kept fresh and the restaurant kept clean. I don't normally give reviews to large chains, because typically you know what you are going to experience within a relatively narrow range. That said, I wanted to give this place 5 stars because they earned it.
Went in with my family didn’t even get to order we let a lady go ahead since we were a big group and the subway worker rolled her eyes like we did the worst thing in the world will never go back to this location
Mobil ordered for a quick lunch and they put someone else’s sandwich in my bag ( receipt taped to the outside was mine) called them they told me to go back and then they unwrapped the sandwich with no gloves to see it was wrong. They pulled another mobile order unwrapped that sandwich without gloves and figured out they put them in the wrong bags, okay cool. She proceeded to wrap my sandwich up without gloves and give it to me and tell me to have a nice day. After touching her face and such to clean up after another employee accidentally spilled on her. Grossss is an understatement. Sandwich is in the trash and didn’t have time to get something else on my lunch break.
Every time I come, the manager is constantly belittling or getting onto the employees in front of us customers. About the silliest things. Right now it was about them not having their backpacks in the front. The other time I came, she was rolling her eyes and complaining how slow the woman was at putting the sub sandwich together. I would definitely not want to work under her. She needs to be trained on how to treat her employees. She was actually serving today. Usually when I come she's working the register or walking around complaining. They also had the meats covered with the tin cover so we couldn't see any of the meats or cheeses they were putting in our sandwiches. Never seen that at a subway.

Mrs daphne took care of me I recently had surgery and was craving subway she made me feel special and comfortable her store was clean and will definitely be back her energy was what this world needs more of never did I expect that from going to subway if I could give 10 stars I would thanks again mrs daphne for being such a angel
There was a lady with a good attitude getting are order till this guy named David appear and started complaining that he was tired of people from work and problems with employees with a bad attitude intimidating the employee that was getting us are order and since I was paying with coupon ..he thought we didn t know how much we where goin to pay without a coupon so we stud quite.I think he didn t know coupons still exist and what there for.He kept on complaining that he was tired doing other peoples jobs complaining complaining.

I go to this subway regularly. Like 3-4 times a week. I purposely go out of my way to go to this one. The hospitality and kindness there is like no other. The manager is the sweetest soul, and all the employees are always smiling, super positive. I m pretty sure they memorized my sandwich after the 2nd time there as well. Hell I normally don t leave reviews, but I enjoy this place too much.
I mean lets face it. Subway is not a complete health change. The bread is still bad for you but the overall sandwich is great.

I chose where to stop for lunch but I had forgotten Subway no longer carries Roast Beef. Still a good sandwich but sure wish they would bring Roast Beef back. I dont care if all sandwiches are the same price. I like Beef!
First time here. Probably the only restaurant in Midland that actually has some tables closed due to Covid 19.. this is the only place Ill eat from now one. Since the whole city seems to not respect the face mask mandate. The two employees were so lovely. I dont talk to anybody here since I just moved to the city. The employees made me feel like I was back at home.. I also like where the Subway is located.. u find it wierd that police pass by every second but I guess I felt safe and uneasy at the same time haha due to recent events. But yes the lovely employees were spectacular. Soon as i come up with more money Im going back to enjoy another Veggie delite

Ordered my sandwich online and when I got home half the Ingridients were missing on my sandwiches . I call to complain, the lady answered said she a new manager and didn t know how handle situation so she told me call the next day. I call the next day and was informed by daphney ( the store manager) that they had ran out of toppings so that it was not her fault and that I would not receive a refund or remake of sandwich. I could ve been informed of this and I would have go e else where to get the sandwich the way we like them. She was very rude and hung up on me after saying she would call the owner to see what to do. Never received a call back. So I ate a dry a$# sandwich with no toppings and a couple crumbs of lettuce. Worst subway sándwich ever.

Terrible service. Lady who was making my sandwich asked me how many sandwiches I would be ordering when I said 3 she sighed very loudly, had an attitude & rushed me the entire time because she hadn t had time to eat herself. My sandwiches were made sloppy and the bread was hard. If they hate their job that much they need to go work elsewhere.
Showed up to eat lunch and the makeline was filthy and there were meatballs in the chicken container and chicken in the ham container. Lettuce was everywhere and looked like no cleaning had been done. The part that got me was the fact that the Store Manager was the one working. After I said never mind I changed my mind she sighed and said well bye then. Having managed a subway before I would advise people to not eat here. Eat at your own risk. Food poisoning is definitely possible with the insane amount of cross contamination.

What a cluster. The register went down, the line backed way up, orders were getting mixed up. The manager was GREAT. She handled each crisis and got the customers in and out. Employees and customers took it all in stride. Way to handle the pressure crew. I was impressed. Great job!

I love Subway, I can usually get in and out pretty quick and the employees are pretty nice. Ive only been to one where I thought the employees were out of line.
Cleanest subway I ve ever been in but it took 20 minutes to make two sandwiches and I was the only one in the store. Wasn t even greeted until about 10 minutes of standing there. One guy just told the girl you got this? And started taking trash out while I just stood there. The Italian herb and cheese bread was basically black and sounded like someone crunching a chip when they cut into it and the ice machine had a receipt with the words no ice broke down written on it.
Sandwiches werent made properly as i ordered them online. Both subs I ordered werent toasted as i had asked them to be. Lady was very rude when i went to go pick up my order. I simply asked if my daughter could get a fountain drink instead of the milk and she rudely told me just dont get it then. Then told me to leave the store because i asked her if i could get my daughter a fountain instead of the milk again. Will not be going back to this subway again. Poor customer service.
The lady that was working was making my sandwiches then this guy comes in for his shift and she asks him to get more lettuce after he empties the lettuce he pushes it down with his hands no gloves on disgusting when I told the lady she didn t seem to care. Totally nasty stay away from this place unless you are a health inspector. Ps it was about 5 pm on September 28th 2018 manager please investigate.

Ordered 2 sandwiches online with the app and said it would be ready by 3:05. Got there and the food was not ready, which I normally don t care about but then I got home, bit into my sandwich and found a long black hair. DO NOT EAT HERE.
Decent enough sandwich place but the employees are always unhappy and the way they make your sandwich makes that very evident.
Need to have more than one person working. The man working was rude, had too many customers to handle alone, and Waited a hour to even order.
