Food is always good, service consistently good, and the managing partner, Aaron, is dedicated to his business and this community. We eat there weekly. If ever you go and there is a problem, just bring it to their attention. They will make it right. The Midland Tx Roadhouse is one of the best in the nation. 👍🏻👍🏻
I always love texas road house. It's atmosphere, its family friendly. Though the music is quite as loud that hard for me and the waitress to hear each other. Food was good not as what I remember this time it not as seasoned but it's a easy fix , appetizer was great, and even our waitress Sam is wonderful, she always check on us , as me and my friend enjoy our wonderful dinner and chat. Overall still a great experience. Here in midland tx, texas roadhouse 😊
First off I’d like to say the service was great. But I’m there for a good meal and I can honestly say it’s the worst I’ve had in awhile. We all three of us felt the same way. My burger was honestly just nasty. The meat had no flavor and it was really juicy but the juice was just water…? The bacon tasted Microwaved in the cheese tasted fake. Same for my buddies burger and the other guy had a steak that was way over cook and had a bad taste he said. They were super busy, so maybe they just rushed the food out, but it tasted nasty and I felt bad the whole next day. BUT the roll and fried pickles were good.
My server, Mike was by far the best services I've gotten here in TX. Food was great. I will be back, definitely recommend
Only reason for the 2 stars was that the food was good, the service however was completely lacking. Went here because I wanted a steak and I had eaten at Longhorn and Salt Grass steakhouses, the host was friendly and accommodating, asked me if I wanted a booth or to set up a flat top at the bar so I figured why not the bar. Once I sit down Aubrey, the blonde her bartender asked if I would like a drink, I requested an ice tea unsweetened. She gave me a menu and some silverware, and then brought my ice tea, there were obviously people she knew sit next to me because she spent most of her time chatting with them and with a couple guys at the other end of the bar about 10 minutes later she took my order, I ordered the grilled shrimp appetizer and the hand cut 11 ounce sirloin steak. Well about another 15 minutes went by after taking my order and another person who I think was an expediter brought out my steak, but no shrimp, she went and talked to Aubrey and shortly after that my shrimp showed up. Nobody ever check back with me during my meal, was never asked if I wanted anything else got my check and left. I have worked in the food and beverage industry for many years, I’ve been a server, a bartender and I have been a dining room manager, and it amazes me how places like this don’t train their people to treat all paying guest and customers, the same whether they’re drinking or not. The food was great, but the service is probably the worst I’ve seen in a long time. If you do go here, I suggest sitting at a booth or don’t waste your time and money. Longhorn steakhouse definitely has a lot better service and just as good food. Update 8-6-23 Received a personal call from the Manager Aaron and he apologized for them missing it on service, we talked and he was very professional and polite, I changed the rating to 4 stars for the simple fact that he took the time to reach out and discuss the matter, I have no ill will towards Aubrey and hopefully we can just put this behind us and go forward. Very respectable that the manager took the time to reach out to me, the food like I said was great and I’m hoping to eat here again on my next visit. They are not busy for no reason….
Too many employees airing out their differences or frustration in the restroom.. like 2 locked in a stall together or by the bar area. Food was great! Our service was awesome! Thank you to Nikki for providing excellent service and drinks.
The place was pretty busy like always. Our waiter actually forgot about us for a little bit, but she made it up by being extremely attentive thereafter. The steak was great and the rolls are always irresistible. The tater skins were a bit cold, so that was slightly disappointing, but I was able to use some of the Chili to warm it back up.
The waiter sat us down and never brought us the bread on time.

So we take the kid out for a birthday dinner. The waitress is not very friendly and just never comes back. By the end of our mail we still havent seen our waitress. If you go to the Texas Roadhouse in Midland everyones experiences may be different on the day in the waitress. Most are friendly others well youll see what I mean. Takeout 30 min late, manager gave bs excuse, my order sitting getting cold, kids not qualified running takeout. Manager rude. Not the first time. We are done. Never come back. Expensive, cold, late.

I mean it s Texas roadhouse every time I ve ever been to this particular one or any other location service always good food always fantastic. I just wish they d put one in our town already so I wouldn t have to drive an hour to an hour and a half just to enjoy a dinner at once in a while. Parking: Parking only gets hectic because it s a fantastic restaurant for the bigger cities. They just need to make the restaurant bigger or bigger parking lots for smaller cities build the restaurant to the size necessary.
Never made it to table was on wait-list for over an hour when it keep saying 35 mins. Was paged to be seated and told to wait longer that our table was not ready. We did curbside service for dinner time. Was super excited to get Texas Roadhouse roles as everyone knows they are the best. Maybe its just the butter. We got two different types of cheeseburgers I got a steak salad and my husband got the pulled pork. I dont know if they were just busy but the burgers did not have any fixings come with them they are very dry one was actually burnt couldnt eat it. I had the steak salad I asked for medium rare the steak was well done I also asked Fresh Ranch no one was put into the to-go container. We also got a cactus Blossom because they are super super delish but they forgot to put the sauce and with it so therefore and I give it a one. We also got the pulled pork sandwich it was more like a brisket the meat was good but it was super super thick and chunky not recommended to put it on to a hamburger bun and try to eat it as a sandwich he also got loaded fries by the time they got to us the cheese was super hard we tried to microwave it and eat it just made it harder I dont know whats going on but we used to love Texas Roadhouse and now I dont know if we will come back we might just go to Outback and try them.

My waiter was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the soothered grilled chicken with grilled onions and mushrooms. It was delicious, juicy, not heavy and satisfying!!! Compliments to the chef!!!
Good prime rib if your looking for a lunch option
Had great service from the waiter but the last 3-4 times my family has come all of our steaks have been way over done. We all order medium rare and they come out medium well or well done. Cooks need to be trained properly on how to cook steaks.
Hector was our server today.. He was absolutely amazing and kept up with our needs **refills** bussing table as we were done with plates! We have never had that kind of service here before he s a keeper!!! Can yall have 10 of him!! Friendly & great service!
I was so disappointed that I went out here to celebrate my birthday and Alexis the service manager would not validate my coupon because I ordered the 7.99 shrimp appetizer. The coupon only excluded the combo appetizer but she still wouldn t take it even though I did purchase an adult entree. It was very disappointing. I do not recommend this location due to poor service
My first time at this location and was not greeted or asked how many in people in the party. There was another group of 2 that walked up and they immediately got acknowledged before me even though I was patiently waiting.
Placed a take out order and when I came in to pick up my food I was met with a group of THE SWEETEST girls that were happy to grab my food and brighten my day! Thank you girls for your amazing attitudes!
These folks over at the roadhouse are the best! Super friendly and very attentive. Making you feel welcome while serving delicious food is their specialty. The restaurant is warmly kit and full of energy. The food is cooked to perfection every single time. The quality is nothing less and perfect and everything is tasty and fresh. Super clean restaurant their prices are staying great despite rising costs of everything! Go check them out for sure!

I went today to eat. I dont complain very much but my ribs i ordered wasnt cooked good but the manager was very nice and the waitress was very nice also but I still love texas roadhouse and still my favorite restaurant. . I will still go there to eat. The people there are so nice and helpful. Thank yall so much.

Haaa!!!! Distinction in every word. Few places like this. Variety on the menu, tasty food (I had the opportunity to try several dishes). The attention, very good. Space a little limited, between tables. Price a little high, but the result is well worth it. Clean bathrooms. Good lighting. Pleasant atmosphere. Of course, on packed weekends, you have to wait, but its worth it. Ample parking. In addition, it is not necessary to wait for the terminal, since each table has a fixed one. Recommended.
On few occasions I have felt like a king at the table, I live just across the street from the great Texas Road House steakhouse restaurant. My wife loves him as much as I do

Best experience ever. Party of 12 and were treated like royalty. Everyone got their order right, and nobodys drink got to the halfway before it was topped off. Service with a smile. To top it off, the meals were magnificent. A must try! You will not be disappointed!

I love Texas Roadhouse because the food is always consistent. You know what to expect and you get it. I eat at the TR in my hometown in Colorado all the time. The ladies behind the bar at the TR in Midland are not friendly to me. Perhaps it is because I am not a man? I see them being plenty friendly to the men there but they are short with me and take a long time to acknowledge me and then more time to finally take my order. I ask for one roll, because I watch my weight and do not wish to be tempted by a whole basket, not waste food. Both times I ve been, 2 different bartenders acted like it was impossible, even though every other TR I ve been to has no problem with it. (I might note if I m sitting at a table I won t make the request as it is outside of the routine of the seating people being able to grab the basket and seat you.) I mention it is not a problem before and they go get me one roll. I tip $20 on my $24 dinner at home but they deserved only $5 last night, and even that was generous at 20%. Perhaps they should treat me equal to the men and bring me one roll with a smile on their face and earn a better tip.

It was a bad experience my brother and I were celebrating our birthday and the server brought us the wrong meal they were back and forth and 2 hrs passed until they finally brought what We ordered. The server We didnt see her again after the mistake she made. She have to have more knowledge on what she does because I told her that it was the wrong steak and she said no that what you ordered I said ok..

Everything was good but the 16oz steak on our side was burnt. Very dry. Was not expecting this because usually was pretty good. Parking: Would open up and get rid of Islands in middle create more turning space.

So restaurant here in Midland closes at 11:00 pm, it s 10:20 and manager wouldn t sit us down! Rude and bad mannered. Corporate needs to do something about this.

First the food. It was barely luke warm. The country fried sirloin was tasty but near cold. The green beans were horrible, like plastic. The mashed potatoes were cold. The waitress solution was to place them under a heat lamp . The service was lackadaisical. The atmosphere was who cares by the staff.

I ordered the 20oz bone in ribeye cooked medium and it was cooked perfectly. The steak could have been more tender, but it was still good. Our waitress was absolutely flawless at her job. We never had to ask for anything. She was very professional and observant. The parking lot is small, but there is plenty of parking surrounding the restaurant. The restrooms were clean. I highly recommend this particular Texas Roadhouse restaurant.
Came in tonight w my family. We ordered our food and my steak was under cooked. Ribs were burnt and fries were way burnt. We tried to tell our waitress and by the time she checked up on our table it was maybe 20 mins later. Drinks needed to be refilled. When she brought our refills she ended up dropping a cup and shattering the glass to where it hit my leg and caused a cut. The only thing the waitress was able to take care of was half a discount on my steak. Service was horrible and manager never came to check up on our table

My friend and I were eating there today, and everything was good. Our server was nice, and the food tasted pretty good; however, about halfway through my meal I felt something land on my arm and it was a roach. I told the manager and she had informed me that the health department already knows and they re trying to take care of it. I understand these things happen but for a roach to land on me mid meal?? Pretty disappointed.

It was VERY busy, being that its Mothers Day weekend. We still were seated within the time frame given, not much of a wait for drinks. Ordering was a different matter, it took a bit (but again...super busy). Our orders were right, no complaints there. Our waiter was snippy, when we asked if they had chives for the baked potatoes he snapped that hes been there 7 months and theyve never had them. After that, his entire demeanor seemed to change. But the food outweighed his attitude.

MAY 14/24 FRONT HOUSE MANAGEMENT!! I proposed to my gf on Saturday in San Antonio DOMINGO RESTAURANT 5 then Mother s Day with CRUMBL 4,7 sooo My New FIANCÉ Birthday Tuesday 14 and she wanted Texas Roadhouse! So we made reservations at 6:30 pm ( we all work next day ) OUT OF THE BLUE! We get a call from a Manager saying they move the reservation for 8 pm!! We still explain our plans! So then a Manager call again at 6:40 saying ok we have for 7 pm!!! WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not the only restaurant in town!!!!! I am supposed to change my plans from months! Just cause the manager CAN NOT MANAGE!!! I have been in the food business for over 25 years I have own restaurants and this is the worts service that I have ever had!!! Not cause the table per se iT was cause MANAGEMENT AND NOT CONSIDERING CUSTOMERS NEEDS ( nothing extraordinary just an special occasion for me and my NEW FAMILY!!!!!! So WE WONT BE GOING BACK LIKE EVER!!!! I rather have my food from Any FOODTRUCK!

Texas roadhouse is very mid to begin with. But they are horrible with accommodating big parties. The manager Terry costed his restaurant a lot of money by refusing to accommodate a large party because because he didn t want to put tables together. Unprofessional, rude, and uninviting.
If I could give zero stars I would. And it s ONLY because of the manager Terry. He s rude, incompetent, and has absolutely NO customer service whatsoever. We were told THREE different times to call back to request a large party. I m already aware that they don t do reservations, but he was absolutely unaccommodating for us. He just cost this company a lot of money because of his bad attitude and idiotic behavior.

The server was attentive and accurate. My ribeye was prepared as ordered (med-rare), juicy and excellent. The loaded baked potato was excellent. It had been a while since I went to a Texas Roadhouse, but at this location peanuts didnt seem to be a default part of the experience.
Got there and they took forever to attend us. Finally we get attended and this old white lady is taking our order then leaves when we haven t finished ordering for our daughter. Food was cold and they took it back and brought it back cold again. The worst management, the worst servers, was explaining to server(old white lady with tattoos in hands) about how she charged me for the wrong item and walked away while I was still talking to her. Management didn t seem understanding at all made my complaint feel like it was irreverent. I don t know why if people like them work there when they obviously don t like working with costumers. Horrible.
Roaches , roaches , roaches . They crawl out on the table with no hesitation. It is disgusting and I have been all over several cities never had these issues in a restaurant . 3rd restaurant here in Midland that I have witnessed roaches in the establishment!!!! Get it together!!!!!

We started by waiting for over an hour to be seated. Our waitress was very rude. She served cold fries when we asked for hot ones. Then her supervisor took over our table. I asked for sprit with she brought water instead. The lemon she brought had mold in it was well. Definitely no tip was given .

And that was after a 40 minute wait to be seated. We arrived at 7pm, didn t leave until 9:30. We even had to ask for our check so we could leave.
