Best Thai food in Midland, some of the best Ive had overall. I usually get the curry or tom khai and always delicious.

Ate at Thai House a few years ago and didnt add it to my rotation. Tried it again last week and the food was very tasty. It is the best option for Thai food in Midland or Odessa. Food

THANK YOU THAI HOUSE!!! I got food for a family of 3 and everyone loved their plates. Another customer who is a regular suggested the chicken fried rice, my daughter added her BBQ sauce (she puts it on Everything ) but loved it. I had the shrimp fried rice and kept saying, this is wonderful after every bite. My husband had the ginger chicken and finished his plate before I could blink. Needless to say we are fans and will be regulars as well. This is what weve needed.

You can only do carry out at night. Would have loved to eat in in the evening. But the food itself was outstanding we need more Thai restaurants in Midland and I was just happy to find this one I was craving it!

This place is great for cold days. Hot teas and delicious curries to choose from. Great noodle dishes. My favorite and a must try is their Koy Soy noodles. Amazing. Great dumplings also! give them a try!

Paid for ticket when ordered then got to restaurant and price was increased. Sad part is this is second time it has happened. Got order home and it was burnt. Used to really like this place. Parking: Restaurant next to a gym. Parking pretty crowded.

Only issue I ever have is the amount of time it takes to bring the food out.

Tried the Kao Soy because I literally just watched, Someone Feed Phil, Bangkok episode last night and they had it on there and I had never seen it at another Thai place. It was delicious. The broth will make you happy. Its creamy, spicy, a little oily. Mmm! So flavorful! Ordered crispy veggie spring rolls too but they werent great, veggies inside were moosh, so thats why the 4 star. Ill stick to the main dishes! Kop Khun! ;)

I had the Thai tea - its so good it could be a dessert in and of itself! My entree was panang chicken curry. SOOO good! It did seem to take a long time for the entree to come out. I ate there for lunch but be aware that dinner IS ONLY TAKEOUT.

This place blew my mind!! And I don t even like Thai food and I can honestly say it s the best I ve tasted. I got the Thai Fried Rice. I 100% recommended!!

The staff was incredible. I have never seen so few workers work so efficiently. If you like spicy, go for hot at the very least. Medium is mild. Will go back with friends.

Everything we get is always good great flavor and good portions

Food took almost an hour. They said it was because they only had 2 cooks but it was amazing that as soon as we said something about it our food was out in like 10 minutes. Then there was no apologies or offer to reduce meal cost. Everyone around us was getting their food quickly. Just seemed like our waitress had forgot to put in order.

Hands down the BEST Thai food I have ever eaten. I m obsessed with their thai tea and all of the curries here are amazing, you can t go wrong with anything on their menu honestly. The service was great, they were busy for lunch and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Marie gave us awesome service and we cannot wait to come back again!

Very good food! We couldnt eat in as dinner is take out only. I had the yellow curry and hubby had a combo fried rice. The Thai Tea was really good!

Only doing takeout. No problem. The problem started at the 45 minute mark when two others who came in and ordered after got theirs first, and then both dishes tasted like all the noodles were pre boiled in dirty water. Both the chow mein and padciu had hardly any flavor. No wonder the guy in front of us was asking for extra sauces. The fried Thai dumplings were decent. The rest was worse than Panda Express. I miss Amarillo Thai food. First and last time here, go at your own risk of you like taking chances.

It was a nice place I went at night so I didn t get to really experience the atmosphere like how it would be during the day. The food was soooo good. The fried rice is the best fried rice I ve tasted the noodles to. Also try the yellow curry chicken .

Its good but its too much for the amount they give you. Like the curry I dont know about dine in but about take out, the curry they give you amount of a or like a 11yrs. Its not that Im mad about it, I just wished they would give what you for pay for and thats what you get but a decent amount.

Its almost impossible to eat here. Ive attempted to go there 4 times but they have been closed every time. They were closed for about a month for vacation, fine, I get it. They close on Saturday and Sunday, so when I travel in on the weekend, they arent available. They close midday as well. No service from 245-5pm. They arent really easy to get to, so just pick somewhere else so you dont arrive and see they are closed again.

Best Place to eat in Midland!!! The curries are a need for this coming winter. I can always ask to make each dish in whatever way I want. And they are always open during my lunch hour.

I hate to give a bad review, I ve eaten here several times and it s one of my favorite spots for curry. Sadly I won t be back. My family came in 15 min after they opened, got our drinks and watched the whole restaurant fill up around us. We then sat for an hour and 15 min watching everyone get their food. We waited long enough and decided to leave, the cashier talked to our waitress to get the ticket for our drinks, and our waitress admitted our food had been done but she didn t have time to bring it to us yet. I don t know if it was a staffing issue or an oversight but they lost my patronage. Don t come in if you don t have a couple hours to wait.

Went in for lunch yesterday with a couple co-workers. Waitress was extremely nice and attentive, even with how busy she was, she always made sure we were okay! The only downfall is that the food took so long to come out. We were Patient because we kept overhearing our waitress tell every table around us, how the kitchen was working as fast as they could, and was so apologetic! If you dont have a couple hours to wait for your food to be ready. I wouldnt recommend. Food was overall good Service 5/5 Wait time 1/5

As Thai is my favorite cuisine, I crave it frequently. Unfortunately, I left this restaurant unfulfilled and still was craving authentic flavors. The basic elements that you expect from Thai food are just not there. Their Thai l tea is the worst I ve ever had. It is way too sweet and somehow still watered down. I don t recommend trying this place if you are craving actual Thai food.

Been going here since the new owners bought from the original owners more than a decade ago or longer. But their food and service never disappoints! Always fresh, hot and delicious.

Ive been coming here for years and its easily my favorite restaurant in Midland. The food is always hot and fresh and amazing. The service is always given with a smile and theyre fast. The prices are very fair especially in todays economy. Absolutely a wonderful place to eat.

Ordered my food an hour ago at 5:30 said it would be here by 6:30 just got a call from the delivery service in New York City telling me it would be another hour to 80 minutes before I would get my food I understand that paying for the convenience of having it delivered but when you re paying three times the price for items and it taking three times as long I got a problem with that haven t been able to taste the food I will post a rating for the restaurant after I ve had my food but for now on do not order delivery because it s managed by somebody on the other side of the country the fees that they charge you were not worth it I hope to one day go to the restaurant and actually eat there I m sure it s really good

Unfortunately, I wont be coming here .again....worst noodle dishes..... Rice dish was OK though.

Best food experience ever. I will definitely be coming back for more. Every plate has their own unique flavor, and they create the plate specifically to your taste. They have a lot of options such as currys, pad thai, basel rice, and always always always ask for their hand made thai tea.

When visting Midland, Thai House is my absolute favorite!!! I order the shrimp basil fried rice thai hot or the massamun curry. They can make your plate to your liking whether you like it hot or thai hot, chicken or shrimp. Oh and never forget to order the bangkok rolls before your main course.

Had the chicken chow mien which had absolutely no flavor. Egg rolls were decent. Maybe I ll give them another try in the future.

Everything in the menu is amazingly delicious!! Great service, friendly servers and big portions, I eat here almost everyday, everything tastes fresh and homemade!

So glad this place is open again after being closed during the shutdown! Dine-in at lunch and only to-go at night which is cool, when I can go at lunch I call ahead and check to see if they are busy, because sometimes they are packed! My friend loves the ice they use, very crunch-able :) the Thai tea is so pretty with that little bit of cream, I hadnt seen anything like it before! Yummy! P.s- Their coconut curries with steamed rice are naturally gluten -free, and all of their vegetables are /so/ luscious, chicken is perfect. Finally curry!

Have been here twice and my most recent visit was last week with one of my girl friends that was visiting. Wow this place is amazing. I ve had their chicken curry, pad thai, and basil fried rice.. absolutely delicious. The service is excellent! Very attentive staff and when my girl friend forgot to ask for no peanuts (allergy) they made sure to remake her pad thai asap. She thought the food was amazing as well. Oh and the Thai milk tea is delightful.

Well didnt know it was take out only for dinner. So it sucked that we had a group and had to find something else or order take out... theres not a lot of options in the area so we ordered and went back to the hotel... food was ok the others liked it.

The Thai House in Midland is such a treasure. There just arent enough quality asian places in Midland. Even fewer places serve anything remotely spicy. Though they dont have any Thai chillies/birdseye peppers, you can expect a little Thai flare in your meal. The owners and staff are always so polite, gracious, and kind. Take note, that as of this point in time, they are exclusively a take away restaurant. Fortunately, there are a few great parks and museums close enough to enjoy your meal al fresco.

Ive been coming to Thai house for a decade and the food has always been so delicious.

Great little hole in the wall Thai restaurant with a lot of menu options. It was packed at lunch todah. Had the Thai Dumplings, Chinese Dumplings and cream cheese wontons for apps and they were all great. Had the red curry with beef today and it was amazing! Last time I had the yellow curry with chicken and I loved it too! Definitely will tell my friends about this place.

Best restaurant ive been to here! I had their Tom Kha Kai Sour Soup & Squishy Bangkok Rolls & their Thai Tea & Sticky Rice Custard Dessert were so good together I wanted to combine them! If only they add Sticky Tea on the menu!

One of my favorite places to eat. All the staff is friendly. All around great experience.

The food is good, hot and spicy as I looking for. However, I have been wait an hour and half for the order. They have a lot of customers to take care so Im feel it ok to worth the wait for the good food.

Portions werent that big but the taste was very good.

Spent 21 dollars for 1 desser and 1 entree. Its a bjt pricey for the amount of food you get. The taste was ok.

This is the best place to get Thai food, and that s a fact! I usually get the Pad-Thai or the yellow curry and they are delicious every time. They can and will be spicy (which in my opinion is good) but if you don t like a lot of spice, you can ask for different spice levels, which are almost always true to the description. Joe (the owner) is incredibly nice, and gives away candy when you pay out. I have never had any dish there that I didn t like, and I ve probably tried half of the menu! My only two complaints are, like other reviewers have mentioned, they are kinda pricey. My other complaint is they go on vacation fairly frequently, so be prepared to see a closed sign sometimes. However, the food is amazing, the atmosphere is quite enjoyable, and the staff is very friendly. If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I would. Take my word for it; go there right now- you won t be disappointed!

I think I got the panpang curry medium heat and the daisy got the yellow curry. Both dishes were complete winners! Ive had a lot of curries in a lot of cities including Barkers row in London. And I can honestly say these dishes have been two of the best curries I have ever had. Owners were super and gave the kids candy treats. But be sure to speak easy of the king

This is a small family run restaurant. The wait staff is super friendly and the fish tanks are crazy fun! Their Pad Thai is off the charts for Midland. The Thai tea is homemade and super strong. There is normally a wait at the lunch rush and for dinner. You can sit down on the front couches and you might even meet some cool people. If you dont want to wait just go during the off hours after 2.

Sometimes there is a long wait, and sadly they arent open Saturday or Sunday, but the food is delicious! And they always give you a full size KitKat bar on the way out!

We came here yesterday it was good, compare to another place we went too, they even give free candy bars out for dessert, I was shocked, service was good. Food was Hot as in fresh not microwave. Nice favor, I thought the potion size could have been a lil bigger but I liked it.

Best Thai food experience in Midland. Great curries. If planning lunch, try being there before 11.15 AM as it gets crowded very quickly. They are shut down for a few months every year, make sure you check before going.

the food and drinks were great. the only thing i may complain about is that she forgot my drink so i had to ask again and the food was too hot. the maintainance of the place itself wasnt in too great of shape but the cashier gave me candy for free, so that was very nice of him.

I dont understand how a Thai restaurant doesnt serve authentic thai food. This is nothing more than another chinese restaurant.

Absolutely LOVE this place, food is always good and the people are always super great! Alice the lady up front is as patient as a saint! I dont know what Midland did to deserve Thai House but I am grateful for it. Even our large orders for the office with a million changes are always right.

Never a disappointment

I was in town for business and found this place. The food was good and service was very friendly and quick. This was a busy place with several people getting take out also. It is located in a shopping area that also has bars and a gym, which made parking tough to find. I will come here next time I m in town.

Food was okay. Very expensive and they have taken several, tasty items off of their menu. Prepare to wait for at least 30 mins to be seated for lunch. Best to call ahead for pickup and go.

I feel conflicted about this place. It is one of the most over-priced restaurants Ive ever visited. But I love Thai food, and this is the closest I will get to it this far from civilization. $2 for an extra side of rice? The portions are not huge and the prices are very high. The quality of the food is mediocre at best, and never consistent. The people working are always very nice, but it is a place that could, say, use a coat of paint, or a deep clean. The money you spend here should make it feel special, and instead it is just very average.

I have been going here since they opened. They have always been very friendly and have complimented me on my kids behavior even when they were small babies. Now they always give them a ton of candy when i go to pay my bill. And it helps that the food is very good...

When my wife and I walked in, to my surprise, the staff behind the counter stood up and greeted us warmly and excitedly as opposed to the usual West Texass indifferent and rude head nod if youre lucky. The prices were very fair and the food was definately recommendable. The owner tipped US as we walked out with a couple Kit Kat bars which I thought was awesome!

Best Thia food in town! Wife and I always have the Pad Thia (combo and medium heat) and an egg roll, each. I did order it hot one time and I wont do it again. I believe my order may have insulted the chef or invited him to a duel. Either way, I learned my lesson and wont do it again. Hahahahaha! Support local buisness.

Great flavor! I ordered the yellow curry dish. I had to wait for a while as it was too hot at the beginning. The vegetables in the dish were a little big in size but perfectly cooked. If you like spicy, definitely order Thai Spicy! It made me sweat a lot as it was really spicy!

It has been a long time since Ive been here since theyve been gone for two months, but the wait was worth it. The pad thai was just as good as I remembered, added extra tofu because they do tofu better than anyone else in town. Had the Bangkok roll, which if you havent tried, is a must, filled with shrimp and chicken and noodles and veg and served with a peanut dipping sauce. Best Thai in Midland.

This place will nickel and dime you until your meal cost $20 dollars plus when it originally cost $13.99. If you want to add a item to your plate such as snow peas, cabbage, carrots, onions its $2.00 dollars not all together $2.00 each added item. Even if you dont want a certain vegetable in your food and want to substitute it with a different kind of vegetable it will cost you $2.00 per item. The food was to say the least edible and that is it. No flavor no spice no nothing. The bathrooms are disgusting been in truck stop bathrooms that were nicer and cleaner. There is a freezer that you walk past that is rusted out in the kitchen and the decor is out dated and run down. Save your money and appetite and eat somewhere else. There are a ton of better places to eat in Midland than this horrible place. 0 stars

Although we were just passing through Midland, TX Im sure this place has kept up with its great service, thats how we found it. (4 stars for price)I had this curry and have thought about it non-stop since. It had the perfect flavor, you could taste the sweetness of the coconut, the richness of the chicken, and the spicy flavor I asked them to add in. My boyfriend had the pad thai and its always the same quality of amazing.

I ordered from door dash last night , my plate i has beef and broccoli with fried rice , & a combination fried rice , their were pieces of hair in both plates It was my first time trying and I was so disgusted , I paid 32$ for my food to have hair inside !

A little busy place during lunch hours on weekdays. I tried their Red curry and it had enough spices to make me like it.
