Amazing and the server was so nice!

Fantastic portions and flavourful food. Chicken was falling off the bone and this was genuinely maybe one of the top 3 bbq experiences I ve had. Best of all it s way cheaper than the other big name bbq spots. I loved the brisket, the beef ribs and the chicken. I also highly recommend their Karan tea, one of the most comforting teas in recent memory. Would recommend getting there early, they began running out of food when we got there at 8pm

Lovely halal spot that is quite accessible to the 401. I want to give a special mention to Ashy and Mohammed as well as Akshay and Deep, they are always lovely and diligent in their work when I come to the restaurant. We ordered medium platter few days ago and dined in. This was by far the worst food we have ever tried. I don t know what type of meat they used but my husband and I have been sick since then with sever gastrointestinal upset. We have strong body and immune, idk what they put in there, for 2-3 days my husband is having diarrhea and vomiting. We only ate a fifth (maybe less) of that plate and couldn t continue. I would never go back. And I think food inspection should go to this place to see what they serve to people.

The Ribs could ve been better and the decoration kinda ruins the flavour of the ribs. The fries was good and the brisket was also does the job. Overall a 7/10 the idea was great just because we don t get something like this here, but it was pricey.

Visited here today for the first time !love how it s a 2-in-1 place with bbq food plus a full cafe with wonderful drinks and desserts. Service was excellent ! Manager even came and asked how our food was and when I said my chicken could be cooked a little more he quickly resolved it by offering some items for free plus a free ice cream for my son . Extremely clean location too - great ambiance with a big screen and big comfortable tables .

What a great gem of a halal restaurant. We were driving by and decided to try it out, definitely worth it. We tried the smoked brisket cheese fries, the jerk chicken cheese fries and the rice dunup. The flavour of the brisket was smokey and the jerk chicken was flavourful. The meat was supper soft over the crispy fries. We decided to have the cheese sauce on the side and that let us enjoy the meal more. Highly recommend. The rice dunup was a tasty and comforting side. There is a cafe attached, but we were so full we couldnt try that. Hopefully next time we can try it. Will be recommending this place to others

Went for lunch with my husband and son today at this place. I had my usual Jerk chicken sandwich and my husband and son had the Cowboy sandwich. ASHU greeted us and served it within 10 minutes. I went to this Chainsmoker Urban Halal Barbecue with my son, excited to try their brisket, only to be let down. They don t even have kids meal options expecting people to pay full adult prices for a child s portion is absurd. With prices on par with The Keg, youd expect a better experience and flexibility, especially for families. This place feels like a money grab, and honestly, it s not worth it. Overpriced and disappointing. Wont be returning.

Terrible experience. I ordered a burger and specifically asked if there were any spicy seasonings on it because I have a sensitivity. The staff assured me there wasn t, but when the food arrived, it was extremely spicy. When I raised the issue, they didn t seem to care at all. I ll never go back again

Its the best place to go for beef back ribs and brisket. The meat was juicy and cooked perfectly for our taste. The creamy coleslaw and onion are the best side dish that go along with the meat. Service was superb and we will definitely come back!

It was my first time visiting Chainsmoker, which originally my friend and I travelled to for a coffee shop, which was located in the same building, how convenient! When we saw smoked meat, not having dinner yet, we decided to order the Beef Ribs with Rice Dunup as well as the Cowboy Sandwich with Mac & Cheese and split it all. The ribs were smoked to perfection highlighting a flavourful, smokey, tangy, sweet, fall off the bone experience. The Rice Dunup was another highlight, it was absolutely delicious and seasoned well. The Cowboy sandwich also tasted delicious, and had a complexity of flavours shining through, from the smoked Brisket, to the coleslaw, and the sliced pickles. The Mac & Cheese was the only thing I would improve upon, it needs to be cheesier, and should be baked or smoked to give it more texture and flavour as we found it bland and mushy. All in all it was a great experience, well be back again!

Ordered delivery from them 2 times. First time it was great, although the rib was small compared to similar. However this second time, I ve gotten a rib with so many chunks of meat missing on the top. This was just covered up with sauce, and for 47$ delivered this size of rib is definitely not up to standard. Won t be ordering again

Had brunch here today as we were in the area, we had the sockeye salmon sandwich, waffle with chocolate gelato and a grilled cheese for our 10yo. I ordered the iced latte and my husband had a cappuccino. The service was very good, they were fairly quick and I liked the vibe of the restaurant. Despite it being a smokehouse, the cafe style serving works well. They have a separate counter to order from the cafe. I look forward to going back to try their smoked items for dinner soon. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu, although there is no kids menu, definitely something they should consider. Wheelchair accessibility: There is ample room to push a wheelchair around and everything is one level so bathrooms are easily accessible. You can pull the wheelchair right up to the table for convenient seating.

To top it all off, they provided disposable forks and plates, which felt cheap and unappealing. When, I indicated my dissatisfaction at the front-desk, the waiter had zero empathy, zero customer service skills and unwillingness to assist. Overall, it was a horrible dining experience.

This is not my first time eating from this restaurant but for sure the quality of the food is extremely dropped . Chicken was extremely sauced I couldn t even taste the tase of the actual chicken . Meat is not really smoked it looked like it was burned which the opposite of smoking ( not tender as well)

Simply Amazing, We tried this place first time and it was a great experience.Vinisha was great in explaining her menu and deals of lunch time.We order Beef burger combo and it wad way better in portion than Burger Factory or anyother burger place.It was huge, flavourfull. We tried their coffee ice cream also and was amazing as well I always wanted Ice cream in coffee falvour to tadte like coffee and this one did. Thank guys keep up the good work.

Visited this location in Milton about 2 weeks ago and it was the best bbq restaurant I ve visited. We ordered the large platter which had ribs, brisket, jerk chicken & more and the meat was tender, delicious and fell right off the bone. Everything was so flavourful and I love how tender all of the meat was, cooked to perfection. We just had dinner here in Milton this is a honest opinion we order burgers the bottom buns were so soggy because of watery coleslaw under the burgers that we had to eat the burgers without it and the fried chicken has to much salt.

I am just rating the food, and it was NOT good! For starters, the Chainsmoker burger tasted completely burnt, literally like they added coal inside, and the aftertaste was even worse. I also ordered a side of mac and cheese, but all I got was some dry macaroni and green onions. If you are planning to go here, do yourself a favor and dont get these items. I just expected something better for the price!

Everyone loved it, especially the kids who are usually picky eaters. Will be going again, hopefully consistency stays the same.

Had beef ribs, brisket fries, jerk chicken and grilled chicken. Amazing quality of food with generous portions. And a really good service. Best of all, it is halal. Absolutely recommend if you are a meat lover.
