Bad tasting burrito. Asked for a huge burrito proceeded to make a regular sized one with the smallest scoop of toppings. workers don t care, tasted so bland and mushy. save your money and time. go elsewhere.

They always make my food in a timely manner

Walked in to place an order and the woman at the counter was unnecessarily rude. Now that I read the other reviews other customers had the same issue with her. Wondering why no action has been taken until now. Wouldn t want to interact with someone like her again.

I always come here after a good session to get my fill of my protein. My go to is a pulled beef burrito bowl because its lower calorie compared to a burrito but still has the same amount of protein. If you also have a gym pass, you can get extra free protein provided you show them your pass. This is my go to burrito place in milton.

My first time ordering Mexican food from this restaurant and i most say I would not be ordering anymore Mexican foods in my life.

I ordered chicken and tofu burritos for me and my friend. The one who took our order was good but the another lady who prepared our burritos was rudest. There was hardly any vegetable in my burrito. Rice was not fresh. It doesn t cost much to be polite.

I got the pulled beef burrito and it tasted like it was doused in salt so I d get the chicken. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience - the place was a bit unsanitary. There was a worker in the kitchen wearing open toed sandals so her feet were out where food was being made which is a health hazard.

Servers are not well trained. They are giving smallef portions. If you ask for bit more than too they just put less than half scoop.

Very unique and distinct burritos

We just moved to Milton and this is the second time we ordered from here. They sent the completely wrong order but with the right receipt taped to the bag. We called to explain this and to ask for our correct order and that did not try and resolve this and give us what we ordered but we were told that they didn t make a mistake. The woman we spoke to was very rude, and kept explaining that she made the right order. We ordered two big crispy fish burritos and instead got one chicken burrito bowl. We eat burritos many times a week and this place will never see our business again.

Ordered for delivery 2 fish burritos from this place and got sent 1 bowl. Called the restaurant to inquire and they told me that they didn t make any mistake. My order bag clearly had the correct order receipt so obviously it was their mistake. Woman on the phone was super rude and not help at all. Just ruined my day to interact with her! Not ordering here again.

Inconsistent quality. We regularly order the quesadilla and today it was not as good. Quesadilla was falling apart, cheese was not melted on the fillings. Wife noticed it was rushed and was not pressed on the griddle when assembled to melt the cheese on the fillings. Hopefully this improves.

Call them they dont understand english and rude behaviour.

Ordered 2 veggie burritos, the staff was rude and literally yelled at people in the store. At 6.30 PM they were watering down the beans with hot water right in front of us. They literally scraped off the rice from the bottom of the bin. I definitely did not get regular sized portions. Ridiculous service.

Ordered burrito in Uber app with buy 1 get 1 offer, but missed to enter the qty as 2. So ended up getting only 1 and contacted Uber for help but they couldn t do anything. However, the staffs at Milton outlet are very kind. Knowing our situation they added 1 more burrito free of cost . A VERY KIND ACT. Thank you team Milton.

Really good food and the kindest staff I met

We got 2 Huge Pulled Pork Baritos and wafle fries for dinner. Very disappointed. All the condiments were fresh and lots inside, however there was very little pulled pork in it. This is the 2nd time this happened. So no more burritos from this place.

We read a lot of good reviews about this place so we decided to try. We ordered a big & huge steak burrito from the Milton location and was completely disappointed. mcdonalds own chipotle burrito makes better food and you can never go wrong with burrito boyz. 1. the meat was not fresh, and it was dry with no flavor 2. 80% of my filling is rice. there is no balance in the other filling. disappointed and were not going back

Tried this restaurant for the first time. Ordered the chicken quesedeas, beef tacos and chips and salsa. The meal itself was okay, and was filling, will go back again as it is a nice change from burgers and subs. Next time I will skip the chips and salsa. Its literally a small paperbag of nacho chips and 2 servings of salsa.

Ordered 2 HUGE burritos today, and to my disappointment as soon as I opened the bag, the burritos are in 2 different sizes. The burrito that I ordered for myself was a lot smaller, too bad I didn t take a photo as I was already starving! I started eating and noticed my burrito was mostly filled with rice and barely had the other toppings in it, when in fact I even indicated on the note to add more coleslaw. This store has been my go to place for a burrito eversince and even though we ve moved out of Milton. Today s scenario changed that. Moving on the 2ND BURRITO, I went to my brother in law & my sister to check if they had the same problem as mine, they said the amount of toppings in their burrito was okay . and you wouldn t believe what my brother-in-law said . that there was a HAIR strand in it. Nevertheless, I called the store to report it. I spoke to the lady manager told her about my 2 orders, and she said she will check on the cameras and will call me back. So she said, she did check the cameras, and verified that the servings I got for my burrito was the standard. I know it wasn t, as I was just there last week and noticed the difference right away. For the hair strand issue, she told me that it was IMPOSSIBLE for that hair to get into the burrito. Just to compromise with my complaints, she gave me a credit for 1 huge burrito after offering me a 50% discount for the burrito which I refused to take. Okay .. To be honest, I wasn t quite happy with my conversation I had with the manager because she didn t ask for apologies, I did (for the inconvenience I might have cause her/them). 3 stars as it wasn t bad for the other times I was there. Thanks.

Good place to buy burritos and tacos. Great thing is they are open till 12 o clock. I bought chicken tacos and baja chicken burritos. Both were overloaded with chicken, which is great and taste wise I would say good, not the ultimate, thus 4 stars not 5.

Good place with good and delicious food. The service is really fast, I placed an order online and it showed pick up time after 20 min however, I got a text saying food is ready for pickup in 5 min. Its a bolt service. With every to go or online order they write a cute little note on the lid of the food or on the side. Its a really cute and nice gesture to thank they customers. A must try place!!

This is my first time here and it was meh. Cheesecake burrito was good, however, my partner s burrito was burnt and had little to no sauce on it. Would only recommend for late night because they were the only burrito place open past 10pm. 3/5 :/

5 star goes out to Vivek at this location. Burrito wrapped to perfection and an absolute pleasure to eat. Every bite is even and so so satisfying. About to try the bowl and Im so glad he was here to make it.

Not completely happy with the size of the burrito - I ordered big bean and cheese and the other is a big ground beef. There is a significant size different(i had already eaten a little less half before taking the picture)- I dont like as many toppings so I only have beans, cheese, cilantro and sauces that being said if Im paying $10.50 for beans and cheese I want $10.50 worth of beans and cheese in my burrito... you shouldnt be relying on the extra toppings to beef up the size of your product

I normally dont write reviews for food establishments that I dont enjoy but the chicken burrito bowl was terrible! It tasted like it was sitting there for a long time. I tried the shrimp one previously and it was just okay. I wouldnt recommend.

I ordered a battered fish huge burrito with extra protein which cost over $20.00 and once again they barely put any fish in the burrito. This time they made it a huge burrito by filling it 3 quarters full with chow mein noodles.

I ordered Organic Tofu Burrito and it was really good. Staff member was able to assist me with the vegetarian options. Their customer service was little slow because they only had two staff members working. The staff member who was taking the orders was also preparing them as well.

Understaffed and super unreasonably slow. Like it was mind blowing. Dude must have just come back from a meditation retreat.

I ordered a medium ground beef burrito. It was all of six, maybe seven, inches in length and costed $13.00 all-in. ($11.49 + HST). Thats expensive. (See the pic of the burrito relative to the tiny napkin.) Service was quick, it didnt take too long but the friendly clerk at the cash register had me repeat every single thing I said. (Did I stutter?, asked Stanley.) The burrito actually tasted pretty good and they even added guacamole (other places add a buck for this!) - although in a portion enough to cover the tip of a teaspoon only. One smallish ladle of ground beef was added (!) but at $13.00 I feel they could be a little more generous. Naturally they tout how they serve the largest burrito in town...and they may or may not achieve this by stuffing the tortilla grabbing the largest handfuls of iceberg lettuce they can and adding a spoon of rice so large the high angle of repose has it falling off of the spoon. FREAKIN HUGE BURRITOS...huh? The restaurant is very clean and tidy and I appreciate that you can sit down and enjoy your snack, er..your FREAKIN HUGE BURRITO. A paper plate would have been nice but you eat out of the wrapper like a stray animal. Hot sauce was a bit of a joke as they sort of just paint one side of the tortilla spreading tiny dabs with the back of a spoon and advise you that this amount will suffice because our sauce is so hot. Two hours later I found myself drinking six sizeable glasses of water so either the burrito was a tad salty to add flavour or I was simply dehydrated from work. Overall, a four out of five - one point off for the dastardly high price of $13.00 for a smallish burrito, for poor listening skills when placing my order and for skimping on pricier ingredients. I didnt EAT BIG and...I WENT HOME. Thirteen dollars poorer...

How hard is it to remember to put meat on the fries? Twice I have ordered loaded fries and neither time did they put the meat on. Tried this place again and got the completely wrong burrito. I can eat almost anything, but I feel sorry for the person who got my burrito. Thanks for the free food, feel free to keep screwing up my orders.

Long Wait!! Order Ahead!! Even then your stuck waiting outside. Bad service to the customers who arrive at the front door. Waited 12 minutes outside. Waited 7 minutes inside with no one in front of me. I had to ask if they can serve me. They kept taking the orders over the phone while customers waited outside the store behind me. Too many staff scrambling not knowing what to do. Who to serve what order to take? Proper managing and logistics is required. I know this place is just getting started so please take this as constructive feedback to improve and better this business.

Been to the Milton location 3 times now. Rice not properly cooked , noodles not offered and dry and hard, hygiene is what will stop me from every going back to this location. It was questionable. Gloves left on to handle money and make your burrito, never once saw anyone wash there hands. I ve been to about 5 different locations and this one I will not return to and it s in my home town. Do not recommend this location.

Totally disappointed. Ordered a fish bowl from this location. The quantity was so less mostly filled with lettuce and the beans were literally a spoon spreader across. The fish wasnt even a full fish from what it seemed few crunchy pieces of fish skin. Paid $17 dollars for empty bowl and bottled of water. My advice to this location to be more generous atleast make the customers feel their money is spent well. Will not go bak

My wife and l come here on weekly basis since it open. We have never complained once. Friday around 730 the door was locked, a come to door and us... they to make their orders first, then lf they jave enough food, they will open the door to the public. What kind of poor managed business doesnt know how to do a weekly food order

The food was delicious and so fresh. Staff was a bit overwhelmed and muddled up our toppings but it was still great. BUT. Unfortunately 1 staff member wasnt wearing a hair net, and my son had a hair in his burrito i hope the manager reads this and contacts us....

We tried 2 orders of FB s Fish Tacos yesterday. How can you not toast the tortillas? Unbelievable. The tortillas appeared to be straight out of fridge and turned what was otherwise a solid 4/5 taco into a 2/5 taco. Please throw the tortillas onto the grill for a minute or two, this shouldn t be too much to ask for.

Most restaurants when they open have a getting settled period. My burrito was very very dry, and was rolled strange. It was like eating it in layers. One topping at a time. Will try again in 6 months to see if it changes.

Asked for a bean & cheese burrito with rice topping, and the whole thing was like this. Spice level wasnt bad, but underwhelming just the same. Bonus points if you can spot the beans in here. Barely passes, but this will be the first and last time for me.
