Coffee Culture Cafe & Eatery in Milton

Cute place, quite popular in Milton. We went around 4-4.30 pm and it was quite full. They offer a nice selection of cakes and other sweet treats. Prices for coffee and tea are good. Also they offer breakfast, sandwiches, soup, and more. Havent tried any of the lunch items, but we will go back.

Baked goods were stale. Coffee was average (latte). Good not great. I was looking for a proper Barista coffee that wasn t Starburnt.

Theres bacon in certain omelettes, it isnt obvious out of the gate. Please be clear for your clients sake who dont eat pork.

They need to hire more people to accommodate the amount of customers they get! Vanilla latte was perfect! Must try their caramel carrot cheesecake! We asked girl at front if they could maybe clean the table for us she said yeah but never came! We were there for more than an hour! Please look into it! Also, washrooms were pathetic. With the number of people coming to the store i do expect it to be a little messy but it was not well maintained.

Stopped by for a coffee and pastry to find the place quite disappointing. The coffee and pastry were okay but the cleanliness of the cafe, especially the washrooms, should be addressed my management.

I waited 35 minutes for a bagle with egg and cheese When it came out - there was only half an egg and the wrong cheese . I feel robbed of the money I spent in this establishment and feel like something should be done about this POOR service . I will not be coming back here due to the ridiculous wait times and poor service and attention to orders. There are much better coffee places on this street that respect their customers

Just visited this coffee shop. They need more staff because it should not take as long as it did to order a coffee. The baked goods didnt taste fresh at all and the service was sub par..we sat at a dirty table for 20 minutes before anyone came to clean it. Not impressed at all with this place

Potato soup is absolutely delicious!! Coffee was lovely and the service was warm. Its so cozy and comfortable in there.

Tried a chocolate avalanche. It was average. However the cappucino and punpkin spice latte were not worth the price at all. At home coffee tastes way better than that.

Chill atmosphere and vibrant location

Decided to visit one of my favourite places to work at with a friend. However was extremely disappointed at the customer service we received. Simply asked for some hot water which we received with plenty of resistance will you be buying other things? . Stingy coffee shop that needs improvement. Off ny list unfortunately

Its Sat, its packed with people, and theres only 1 staff working.

One of my most favourite places to go and grab a nice pistachio muffin alongside a latte combined with the most wonderful vibes of this place. If you are looking for a chill but cozy place to catch up with friends, read, work or just relax, look no further because this is the place for sure

Not overlit like some coffee shops, it has lots of woody tones around the room to make it comfortable,. A good little place to sit and think, enjoying decent coffee and tasty snacks. There were a couple of people with their laptops open, apparently writing the Great Canadian Novel. Combined with the friendly staff and the good service it looks like Coffee Culture has actually accomplished what Starbucks endeavored to do, but fortunately without the horribly over-roasted coffee of Starbucks. Parking: You shouldnt have any trouble finding a parking spot.

Good service, terribly expensive food and coffee

Good place to have chats and coffee with family and friends but if you want to relax in a peaceful environment, this place is not for you since its quite crowded at times and too many people murmuring and chatting makes you a little agitated. Parking: Small busy Plaza, sometimes parking is not available, so you have to wait or move on.

Had a few 3-star experiences but this will be my last visit. 30 minutes and $12 for an English muffin with most of the cheese on the wrapper. And watered down snack-size soup. The insanely high curb in the parking lot also scraped the underside of my car. Never again.

Waited over 15 minutes to order a coffee with no line. Servers were working incredibly slowly and formed a line of 6-7 people when there was only 5 people sitting down.

Walked in. No one else in line. Two people behind the counter. Stood there and waited. And waited. Never acknowledged. Not even a be right with you. So I left. Not going back. Owner replied to my original post and asked me to reach out. So I sent an email with my contact information and heard nothing back.

I can never say enough good things about this place. The food is delicious, the asiago BLT bagel is fantastic and their peanut butter cookies are amazing. Lots of other delicious food and treats. Staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is great. Super comfortable seating, very cozy and not too loud. Great place to bring a laptop and set up for school or work while you enjoy some treats. Love it here. Also the pistachio muffins are great! Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring your child for a treat.

Too loud and expensive. Need more employees. Ive been standing in line with 1 person in front of me for over 5 minutes. One person takes orders the other fills them. Im still waiting to order. Finally ordered and had to wait as the clerk made more coffee now Im 10 minutes behind schedule. Ill be going to Tims from now on.

Staff was nice. However, there was no management around to ensure that the place was kept clean. Floors were dirty, ketchup stained to the legs of the tables, next to the window, hair that had fallen from someones head looked like it had been at the window still for a while. More focus should be on keeping this place clean. For the above reasons, I cannot recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat at a clean place.

Their staff is too slow

Food tastes good, staff is friendly, but the internet speed it desperately needs improving. It s 2024, even the lightest browser usage needs more than 1mbps to operate normally. I ve come here 6 times over the last few months and it s the same story.

The older gentleman is not very pleasant and is stingy with napkins! Its a tad pricier expected. Tables are dirty, hence the need for napkins to protect our cookies.

Been here several times for breakfast with family. Having coffee and some bagels. Its good.

The coffee and snacks are really good here but the place gets really busy. Perhaps the owners need to reorganize their space a little bit to make it more friendly for groups. I see a lot of individuals sitting in a 4 person booth with their laptops for the long run. Taking away space from being a good meeting place. Coffee is really good here !

This was my first time eating at this location, and I was very unimpressed. I ordered a clubhouse sandwich and pulled two long black hairs out of it. The employee was nice, and took it back and made me another one. Then, as my friend was halfway done her salad, she pulled a short curly hair out of it. None of the employees had curly hair . The food tasted good, but when you find 3 hairs in your food in one sitting, there s a problem.

Poor and rude customer service, gave the order in the restaurant for eat in, when it was ready, the guy said oh we prepared it for to go, shrugged his shoulders and thats it. No number was given when order was placed, but when the order was ready, the same guy rudely said oh you should have your number. Well how if it wasnt given in the first place? Also, why ask for here or to go when you wont respect that? This rude guy was there on Jan 30th afternoon. Spoiled the whole mood. If you are grumpy, dont work and spoil the day for others!

One of my favorite placed My Serene Spot So quiet and elegant, service is great and the hospitality is warm .. very welcoming staff. Food are amazing and various my favorite plate is Power Up Sandwich Highly recommended

Great place for coffee lovers

It was good when they served nice quantity of meat with the asiago steak and cheese bagel but today i got the smallest bagel possible with barely any meat for the same price as always. Looks like an egg mcmuffin. At this point, its overpriced for mediocre food, and the coffee is mid. I cant keep any of my receipts for coffee shops, thank you.

Been here twice. Its a perfect place to hang out / work / have conversations. The ambience is apt to get your creative juices flowing alongside your fav cup of coffee. Id give it a full 5-stars but both times I went here, the mens washroom was a mess.. something management should look into.

Great service from the team here. I always enjoy the food and drinks. Only down side to my visit was that they werent staffed well enough to stay on top of cleaning the tables during peak period. Still worth the try! Vegetarian options: They have plant-based milk alternatives available. Dietary restrictions: There are some plant-based milk alternatives available for their beverages. There are tree-nuts on some menu items, in case allergies are a concern. Parking: The plaza has a good-sized parking lot to park for free. When the plaza is quite busy, free street parking is close by and easy to access.

I walked in this morning to treat myself to a hot drink on this miserable February morning and my day completely changed as soon as I walked in the doors. I saw a man, sitting in a booth, sharing his snack with his dog. This put a huge smile on my face. Any establishment that allows dogs, will forever have my business. The gentleman serving me also seemed genuinely happy to be there. It was an all around great experience.

Good ambience, value for money and nice coffee.

The baked goods are actually really good and the smoothies are yummy!!

Surprised that the turkey sandwich was so tasty! But very disappointed that my friend had to pay 1 dollar for a cup of tap water. From my understanding thats something restaurants provide for free. Charging 1 dollar for tap water served in a dirty glass is not a good look. If I return Ill be sure to bring my own water.

Hello - so you asked for my information, and don t even reply back? Just showing social media that you reply to reviews, but you do nothing about it?? Hello. I have been a customer at Milton location for the last 6years, and have 1 favourite drink ALWAYS, caramel frozencino. Today I believe there was a new employee who did not know how to make this drink. The worse flavour ive ever had. We got 2 drinks the same, and both were just not right! I would like to take this opportunity to request all employees are trained for making drinks properly. Very bad experience tonight!

Descent coffee and deserts. Better tasting coffee than Tims in my opinion. Free wifi and comfy seating. However on several occasions they give me an apple fritter that is almost half the size than the one in the front display. Very disappointed with greesy business tactics to save money.

Had iced coffee and egg and cheese muffin. The egg and cheese muffin tasted pretty bad, there was no flavour surprisingly. Maybe the cheese was too thin? Coffee is OK. Nothing special

Today, I savored the most delightful beverage, a chococino. To make it even better, I requested Ashok to add a dash of coffee, and he skillfully crafted the most exquisite flavor, surpassing any Ive tasted in other coffee shops. The texture was incredibly rich and creamy. Despite the bustling atmosphere, Ashok managed to maintain exceptional customer service. He proactively engaged with the people waiting in line, assuring them that he would assist them shortly, all while efficiently preparing the order for the first person in line. Furthermore, as soon as a customer departed, he promptly attended to the table, ensuring it was meticulously cleaned and the seating area was neatly arranged for the next guest. This dedication to service created a fantastic and memorable experience! Thank you Ashok, and all the staff!!

So disappointed. Asked for oatmilk with my coffee and was charged extra. Why are plant-based users have to pay extra for a tablespoon of plant-based milk? Why punish people who cant tolerate cow milk products? I certainly wont go back. Vegetarian options: No vegan options for food which would have been nice

I am literally sitting at this location as I write this. The older guy who took my order was unfriendly from the jump, I ordered a hot hibiscus tea & the a large cappuccino and a carrot caramel cheesecake for dining in . He made everything in a rush and gave me my drinks in to go cups ( which I didn t mind) , he also gave me the cheesecake ( the thinnest piece he could pick) on a plate and expected me to carry all three orders to a table, which I managed by retuning for the plate at the counter. The worst part is as I was drinking my hibiscus tea and took the lid off to cool down as I took sips, I spot a piece of hair in the side of the cup, it was clear it was an arm or hand hair. The same man was around cleaning tables , I called him to show him the hair in the cup and handed him the rest of the tea. All he said was oh , sorry about that and took the cup and left. Now as I write this I should ve probably taken a photo first for the sake of this review before calling him. I still have my cheesecake & cappuccino left , I can t drink or eat as I am already disgusted. I asked him for my receipt and now am waiting on it to leave. What a waste of $18 plus this morning. This ruined my entire experience here this morning and the man didn t care to even offer a refund or something to compensate for even just the hairy cup of tea he served me. I asked to return return the cheesecake & cappuccino as they were was untouched , he continue to dismiss me and gave me back the cheesecake in a to go container. I didn t want a confrontation this early morning. So I sat quietly writing this review. I will e-mail the company and hope for action to resolve this issue.

Great little coffee spot. I love the bagels, and the coffee is delicious.

Would give 5 star if my drinks were filled to the top. Always seems to be a smaller sized drink in the larger cup size. Orher than that, food and drink are excellent

Came in on a Sunday morning with my wife and kids. Were new to Milton! Ordered power up breakfast bagel and coffee and a butter tart! The food here is beyond excellent! 12/10 experience. Fresh, well balanced and melts in your mouth. My black coffee was a bit sour but the food made up for that! We will def be back!

This place is amazing for the atmosphere and the food, I love coming here with my friends and we love to sit and eat and chat and the food come out relatively quickly, and it always tastes great. Their coffee is really good too as I love getting it to go or even their lattes when I dine in with friends. Vegetarian options: Veggie wraps and sandwiches are available

The customer service was great. first time in Milton, Ontario; they were very nice, the muffin was great, and the coffee was delicious.

The most I can give is 2 stars for politeness and customer service. The food, specifically breakfast items early in the morning have been consistently not fresh and even stale. The owner has been nice enough to offer compensation, but when the quality isnt improving, then theres no point in going back. Might I add that the lattes are one of the worst Ive had. Its as if though they do not have the knowledge of making drinks. *UPDATE* I have started visiting here after a large gap and have witnessed quality food and excellent service consistently. Keep it up!

Had wonderful experience

I need to update my review as I ve been there last Sunday at around 9:15 PM and the shop was closed, although it says on google maps and on the door that it closes at 10 PM from Sun - Thu. This is very disrespectful for their customers. The location is very convenient and in the middle of the busiest shopping area in Milton. The staff are very friendly and the seating space is clean and spacious. The even open the outdoor patio during summer and fall seasons. I always recommend their sandwiches and muffins as they are the best.

I asked for milk separate and got ones with mold on it.

This is litterally the worst location I have ever been to in my entire 33 years of being alive in regards to their care for customers time. 15 minutes for a bagel? Serving two peope that came after me, before me? I need to get to work

This place is awful. First off they overcharge for a coffee that is merly ok. Secondly their website says they are open at 7 but when i walked over at 7:30 they were locked up tight and not even a person inside getting ready. The websitesays it was updated two weeks ago. They often have one person working, so if someone orders food, your stuck their waiting till their food is cooked. Not to mention if someone orders a smoothie. Im officially done with this place, you lost a customer today.

You guys need to finish and deliver an order before taking the next persons order. I was there yesterday and you served and delivered 3 other people s order before delivering by breakfast sandwiche unprofessional and no one has time to wait for this. This never happens at any other location

The food here is great, and the staff are very friendly. However, their hours on Google do not line up with reality, and there are no hours posted on any part of the business. Stopping by on a Saturday at 8 pm and everything is dark and closed off, even though it says the store should be open till 11 pm. If you want to go any time after 6 pm, its become kind of a gamble if they will be open or not.

The wait was excessive (20 minutes for a bagel), which is not great. But the cleanliness was worse. The washrooms were dirty and not cleaned, tagged with graffiti, and even the diaper changing table was covered in graffiti and looked like it had never been wiped down. Id have talked to the owner but the customers waiting to offer had already been waiting long enough and fine want to make them wait longer still

Poor quality coffee. Ordered an Americano and Cappuccino but both tasted like watered down drip coffee. Avoid!

Had a pumpkin spice latte and chocolate brownie.. Both were good but the service was really bad. Its a coffee place, so one expects a friendly staff and regular greeting but the staff was very meh.. We asked to warm our brownie but the request was totally ignored.. No response and received it cold. The brownie and coffee was so good that I really wished that service was better. But I dont feel like going back there. So its a choice between good food and a good vibe.

Good desserts, nice place to enjoy some tea. It is very busy at times. Desserts are nice, but over priced. And they randomly close at 8 p.m on a Saturday?????

The food selection looks good, the coffee is better than Chudleys up the street. But the service was utterly atrocious. I have no idea why anyone goes there. We wont be returning anytime soon. Service matters, its where a place like Starbucks excels, but this particular location has some serious issues that should be addressed.

This place is great for studying. I come all the time and will grab a coffee and a bite to eat and study for hours. Wifi is great and good atmosphere.
