Mary Browns spicy chicken beats all other fried chicken franchises by taste. Appreciate this location which offers halal chicken. Just wish Big Mary Monday stayed at $3.99! It was the best deal around. Also would love if this location could extend their opening hours.

This is one of the best locations in Milton, the staff is really friendly and understanding, my kids prefer drumsticks and usually not many restaurants accept it but they always accomodate my requests. Food is always excellent!!

I had great time at this location. Great service. My order taker was Rabia and she was excellent, so efficient, welcoming, great customer service. The food was amazing 10/10 would definitely come back to this location.

Decided to give this location another shot after getting a moldy bun. Horrible customer service, order ready after one minute for pick up through mobile. Cashier admitted that burgers were already in the warmer and when she pressed ready for pickup, that s when she grabbed the orders.

The food was good but the preparation was disgusting, they soak the bun with the spicy sauce make it impossible to eat

Wow Mary Browns chicken is super underrated. This is a lot better than KFCor Popeyes. This location in particular is amazing. The chicken is always juicy and skin is super crispy. There are a lot of places that have dry chicken but so far this location has been great! Their taters are a must try. Its definitely a good change from all the other restaurants who give fries. Their spicy seasoning is very tasty too. Coleslaw was suprisingly very good for a fast food coleslaw. Highly recommend this place if youre craving fried chicken.

Delicious and fresh chicken this is the second time we ordered through their app. Staff is amazing they remember my name and order. i usually order from my wife name Ayesha. Last time i told them how i like my order and this time Boom it was exactly as in told them. Staff is polite and friendly. I would recommend this place 100%.

I had a terrible experience ordering delivery through their app. Despite reaching out to both SkipTheDishes and the restaurant, I never received my food and was left without a resolution. The customer service was unacceptable, as I was passed back and forth between the two entities, with neither taking responsibility for the missing order and both denying the possibility of a refund. To make matters worse, I was told that the food had been delivered when there was no proof to support this claim. After several hours of trying to resolve this issue, I was left feeling exhausted and hungry. Its worth noting that I have ordered from this restaurant through their app and in person in the past with great success and the food has always been delicious. However, this situation has left me very disappointed and has left a mark on how I view Mary Browns. When I finally got in touch with a manager, they advised me not to order delivery through the restaurants app in the future, but instead to order directly through the SkipTheDishes app. The only option left for me now seems to be disputing the $40 charge on my credit card. I hope that no one else has to go through this terrible experience where a simple lunch order turns into a nightmare.

Got a 2 can dine deal with Big Mary burger. Most horrible burger ever. The patty had no chicken, nothing but marinated, batterred cardboard ... not worth even it was free. Shame on the management running this shop, extremely poor quality control.

Online order specifically asking for utensils and dipping sauce... Get home with the 13 pc meal and yep, you guessed it - no one bothered to read or fulfill the ask...

Awful customer service . No chicken available for 35 minutes . What a joke . Went down the street to KFC and I was home , kids were fed and we were into our family time before Mary Browns could have had the chicken ready . I sent an email to customer service and their response was absolutely ridiculous. I won t ever give the milton location my money again . It was 80 dollars every Sunday evening .

Went to the new location of Mary browns chicken at the milton mall. The chicken burger is great. But the home fries were salty. The regular fries were hard had to throw them in garbage. Next time I go I will just get the chicken burger.

Well I went there tonight May 10 have always loved the place. First the girl didnt give my change back,then she forgot to give me my pop. Got home ,no salad! thats 3 mistakes in 5 min .Come on ,hire someone that gets orders straight not happy.

Overpriced for the amount and quality of food you get. Soggy fries. Chicken tenders not a lot of flavour. Big Mary is not big. App said the order was ready and I still had to wait another 10 minutes in the store after that. The counter person was pleasant and nice but when you see how slow the cooking staff move it s ridiculous. Yesterday, I went to the new Mary Browns at Main and Thompson streets and purchased a meal. The chicken was good except for the taters. Some of them were not fresh. It appeared to me that fresh ones were mixed in with stale ones The hard ones had to be thrown out. I was not happy about this. Mary Browns personnel have to be careful not to do this. It is quiet easy to see and taste the difference between fresh and stale taters or fries. Customers will not hesitate to go elsewhere if they are not satisfied with your food.

Ordered 13 piece chicken (mix of spicy and reg), popcorn chicken, gravy, biscuits, fries, coleslaw. This is a fried chicken place but the coleslaw was the best tasting item of all. The chicken consistency was terrible, some skin & batter were mushy, others were greasy, and some of it was just tough & hard, the chicken itself was overcooked and dry. The spicy chicken did not taste good at all. The fries were extremely hard, overcooked. The biscuits had some black flakes on them, were dry and not very tasty. The gravy is similar to what youd find on a grocery store shelf, just add water and heat it up. Overall there needs to be an effort made to cook the chicken to the correct temperature and get the exterior crispy without drying out the chicken. If theres no guidance from the original recipe then some experimentation is required to find what works. You can find tutorials on YouTube that produce better chicken for a fraction of the cost. Even a bag of frozen fries would turn out better at home than what I had here. Unfortunately, I wouldnt order from here again.

This location is good. Staff are great. Mary Brown s raised the price of a classic Big Mary sandwich to $10.16. That s just the sandwich. Not even a combo. The prices were increased already this year. Enough is enough. We will eat elsewhere.

I bought some chicken for about 8 people. Service was fine. Took some honey BBQ, some spicy and some regular chicken along with some fries. Everything was very good! The chicken itself was tender and crispy. Honorable mention to the honey BBQ flavour! They should keep it on the menu! I also tried the Nashville sandwhich. It was good but not impressive, forgettable in fact. Service was courteous and swift. Im very satisfied and so was the family. I recommend!

Ordered twice now from skip. Food was delivered fast. And hot. Fries were hot, chicken was hot and juicy and huge pieces. Last weekend was first time. Today was second time. This is my go to chicken place, from now on, no more disappointments, from that other chicken place. Heres a photo of next days breakfast. Using left over Mary Browns chicken. Nov 26, ordered again. Still the same great food, delivered HOT, was a bit longer waiting for delivery this time, but the food was still very warm. And worth the few extra minutes wait.

The spicy big Mary was made very bad. The chicken fillets were falling off. Chicken was very thin, hard and very difficult to chew.
