3rd time coming by, first time was when it opened, obviously all good, 2nd time came, after 10 min I was told there s absolutely no space for 5 people.. all booked, in rude behaviour 3rd time came to take out staff is absolutely rude, no greeting, what do you want, alcohol smell . have no intention to coming back again, I think I had enough of this place I ordered 2lb of wings was all dry and French fries was a small take out box for $30 it was slap in the face with service on top

Been going here for past 6 months regularly however yesterday was a very bad experience. Ordered boneless wings, Half of my order was wrong so told the server regarding the order which she acknowledged. Took it back only to bring the remaining order in a small bowl. It was not presentable and seemed disrespectful. Asked the server if this is how a wrong order is brought back to which she replied you had some so youre only gonna have so much since seemed very disrespectful and embarrassing in a room full of people This was not the first time an order went wrong neither will It be the last time. The way this was handled was extremely disrespectful. There are more aspects to this however I would be contacting st Louis head office for that instead of blowing this up here as to how the server behaved with us following this and how we felt. Keep in mind I am a big tipper and the first time something went wrong this is how these guys handled it.

Im adding to my post below as I have ordered from here several times since and the food was hot and tasty. But, anytime you try to go into this location there are always people smoking right at the door. Very unwelcoming as a non-smoker. Seems like they are more interested in keeping the regulars (smokers and drinkers) content than attracting new business. Really not impressed. We ordered for pick up: chose chicken tenders off the kids menu for my daughter and the chicken was very thin and burnt. Our wings were overcooked. I would have expected at least carrots and celery with wings like every other place does but I understand that is only offered as a side. I have been to St. Louis Bar and Grill in Mississauga and it was great but our experience at the Milton location was sub-par to say the least.

Natasha is the best, this lady no matter how she is overloaded, she is always smily and very welcoming, anytime i call her, she already knows my order. I wish everyone get lucky by finding loyal and passionate employee like her. Plus their food is so tasty and generous, i can say its the best branch for St. Louis so far. Highly recommend

It was my first time there, and I really liked the wings and the delicious dessert! I would repeat again, but the service was not the best, since although the girl was friendly, she forgot that she was serving us and we waited a long time for her to return to the table, so we had to ask someone else! And the same thing happened when asking for the invoice! And the place was lonely so I cant imagine what it would be like if it was full.

Went for lunch, our service Casandra was amazing, she was so sweet. The food is on par with other locations. I can never get enough of their dill sauce! Washrooms are clean.

We went to this location on Friday night It was a great experience, the atmosphere and food were great . I would recommend the restaurant for a great night out.

Service was good, no complaints. The food, not so much. The boneless chicken wings were overcooked and dry. Same with the kids chicken fingers. The fries are the proper size, large steak cut, but you guessed it, overcooked. The perogie appetizers were very tasty but not as advertised. They were very small and all the perogies combined were the same size as the sour cream. Its definitely not worth $12. The ceasar salad was very good, and I recommend it. 2 adults, 1 child, no alcohol $93 is not worth it.

Food was great, Service was a bit slow considering the place was mostly empty. Its never fun having to wave down your server constantly for drinks or more food. Wings were great as usual, and beer was cold though!

The bartender Madison was amazing tonight. Even when a party of 9 came in and were told that last call had happened and still decided to stay. She handled everything like a champ and deserves a well needed break. The other server Victor, was always chatting with his tables and making everyone feel welcomed. And Taylor the hostess was running around cleaning all the tables within minutes and still had time to help out her fellow co-workers with their tables. The one cook I was able to talk to was also very sociable! Chris made a wonderful addition to my night with the pleasant conversation! Highly recommend coming to st.louis ( during their working hours ) for some wings!

What a great experience tonight at St. Louis! The restaurant was quite busy, but we were greeted and seated as soon as we entered. We chose to dine in the bar area. Our server Madison was also the bartender and was very busy, but she always approached the table with a friendly smile and checked in occasionally to ensure everything was ok. The food was delicious, fresh, hot and as exactly as we had ordered. Deep fried cheesecake for dessert was a great suggestion from Madison. The restaurant was clean and well staffed. Way to knock it out of the park St Louis! Oh, If youre going to watch a game they have lots of TVs and had hockey, basketball and football on! Thanks for a great evening St Louis! We will be back!! Parking: Ample parking spaces, well lit and easily accessible.

Five stars from me. I love coming here, and always have a great time. I adore the entire staff for their great service, smiles, humour (always lots of it), and friendliness every visit. The owner who Ive met is a great man also who provides a great environment and actively supports local charities and causes. I highly recommend this bar and grill for anyone who needs a drink and some pub grub. My favourite menu items are the wings with the dry lemon pepper seasoning, and the chicken quesedilla entree. I also appreciate the little things this location offers like good quality napkins, high quality take-out paper bags, wet naps, candies, colouring books/crayons, and ketchup squeeze bottles at every table. All these extras cost $ to provide, so I m thankful for them.

HORRIBLE service. When we walked in we were told to seat ourselves.. at dirty tables..waited 30+min for our dinner only to have to send it back because it was wrong. Our kids were not even offered dessert, instead we were met with I ll bring the bill . I m Not sure if it is because everyone who works at this location is incredibly young and inexperienced..but the service was appalling. Food after it was sent back to the kitchen and came back was stone cold, fries were not fresh. We sat under a fan and we were freezing the entire time. Disgusting establishment!!

Google says this place closes at 12 am on Sundays. I came here at 1045 they told me last call for food and drinks is 11 pm. They said they always close early on Sundays. Horrible....

So great! What made it amazing was Mary and Cherry! Best servers and customer service anywhere! Ive had the pleasure of crossing paths with both these great people in other local service industries and to be reacquainted with them again in yet another service industry was such a great ending to a long week. I dont go out, but will now with their friendly attitudes and attention to detail with making sure everyone was served and no one was left out, I will be making St Louis a now weekly stop, and make sure everyone else knows its the place to go, FANTASTIC WINGS AND FRIES! Unsatisfactory experience with a pick up order for a family meal. Placed an order online to pick up at the Milton location. Upon arrival for pick up we are advised that one of the items is not available. There was ample time to advise us that a menu item was not available ahead of the pick up time. Whatever, we look past this and order a different appetizer which we had to wait approximately 25-30 minutes for while the rest of the food is complete and waiting. We get the order home and we notice an issue with part of the order. Specifically with the 2 lbs wing combo for which we ordered half to be tossed and the other have to have sauce on the side. No part of it was tossed and no sauce was provided on the side. I phoned to complain and the only resolution they offered was to make another 1 lbs of wings and provide sauce which would take approximately 25 minutes. I explained that this is a family meal we are trying to have and would appreciate having the order remade as all of the other food would be cold. They said that is not possible due to the cost of remaking the $80 order. At that time I requested a refund and returned the order. They issued the refund and lost a customer. They could have kept the money and simply remade the order. We went elsewhere after returning the order. I would like to say that previous to this we have both dined at the restaurant and picked up food from the same location and were always satisfied. Had they simply remade the order instead of issuing the refund we would have been satisfied and they would have been in the same position financially but with a satisfied client.

Good patio spot in milton. Glass walls has a view however with the sun it traps the heat and is a sweat fest. Food is really great! Wings were cooked to order and how we like. Tacos were good...suprised as they were served cold. Still good flavor. Service was great.

Best chicken wings Ive ever had in my life. If you can handle a little bit of spice, get the breaded wings with spicy garlic parm sauce. I went on all you can eat wing day, and I must have had about 25 wings... couldnt stop eating them. Also a great atmosphere and great service everytime I come here. So far I have been served by Mary everytime and she is a great server who does a good job everytime

My wife and two other friends hit up this spot for a late night (10:15pm) wings sesh on Tuesday July 19th. The place was very accommodating and allowed us to bring our friends dog on the patio, which was a really nice touch. Our server, who I didn t get to catch his name, was more than excellent. (Caucasian/light brown hair tied up). He went above and beyond to help us with our requests, and kept such a friendly demeanour. Top notch service from him. The food, which were the wings, hit the spot for all of us (got 4 different flavours). I d definitely come back here for the excellent service and tasty food. Keep it up guys!

This is one of the best bar and grill in the Milton region. Prompt and enthusiastic staff makes it an even better location to watch any sports activities not only with friends with the family too. This location has a patio which is right on the live location where you can easily spend hours having fun with your loved ones.

Placed an order online to pick up at the Milton location. Upon arrival for pick up on time the waitress said she would check at the kitchen for my order status. 15 minutes later the waitress came to me and apologized that due to an error that occurred in processing my order they did not receive my order, so just started preparing it then I had to wait for additional 25-30 minutes. It could have been the worst experience until the store manager did her best to resolve the problem. She contacted me several times, kept apologizing, admitted they did not meet the level of service, and promised they would revisit the order processing procedures and ensure that all staff were well-trained to handle online orders seamlessly. Hope the store properly addresses the issue in processing online orders, so no one would face such issue again.

Ordered my meal through Skip the Dishes. When my meal arrived, half the order was missing. When I called the restaurant, I was told that yes they missed half the order and I could go pick it up ...that defeats the convenience of ordering via Skip the Dishes.

went here for the 5 year event last weekend had a blast and the 2 for 1 wing special was perfect while watching the fights. the vibes and customer service was on point.

I dined at this restaurant Nov 11th last night with some friends and was so happy with my experience! Despite it being a busy Saturday night we were sat down and taken care of right away. The food was served fast, it was accurate, and delicious! The staff were so accommodating and consistently checked up on our table throughout the night and granted our request to watch the Raptors game on one of the TVs. Shout out to Meeri, Junior and Cherry for your excellent service and teamwork!
