I had an incredible experience at Boardwalk Burgers in Milton! We tried the Sriracha Burgers, and they were absolutely phenomenal fresh, bursting with unique and amazing flavors that truly set them apart. The service was just as outstanding as the food. The staff member who assisted us was exceptionally kind, considerate, and helpful, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. This is definitely a great spot for anyone looking for delicious food paired with excellent service. Highly recommend giving it a try you won t be disappointed!

Very expensive compared to other burger places around. As a quick run-in and pickup place, we didnt expect the local to be be anything than bare minimum. The food was reasonable quality and the staff were friendly.

Excellent spot in Milton for a good, quick burger! Service is excellent with a nice family running the place. I ll be going back frequently so i can try all the different items on the menu. Vegetarian options: A rice based veggie patty for the burger and a beyond meat patty also available. Parking: Tons of parking in the area

Crispy chicken burger was ok, veggie burger patty had raw rice in it and the portion size was really tiny. $3 extra in the combo to replace fries for 6 pieces of onion rings which tasted like they were fried in the stale oil. Not worth the cost, get Harvey s instead.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location. One of the staff members behaved in a way that felt creepy and inappropriate. The fact i am married which makes it even worse. This type of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I expected better conduct and a more welcoming environment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure a more respectful experience for all customers.

Ordered beef and grilled chicken burgers. There is a lot of competition for good burgers these days, and this place is more on the mediocre end. It has more of a frozen patty taste than gourmet burger. Patty was on the dry side, as was the overall burger. It is cheaper though.

Just tried the mushroom Swiss burger today. What an awesome burger! Fries were out of this world good.

Buy 1 get 1 promotion in-store, but when we went to the store, we were told they are closed for the day. Closing at 9pm when your store hours are till 10.30pm? Why advertise so big when you are not even honoring the promotion. Drive to your store was a waste of time and energy. Pretty bad customer service.

I went during their Customer Appreciation Day and it was very busy. I was excited yet felt bad lining up on my own with a huge order for my family at home. My order takers name was Harpreet and she was very helpful and made no fuss taking my large order. Unfortunately there was a mistake on my receipt and I was overcharged. However, fortunately for me right when I had noticed the mistake I had come across the owners father who was also super kind and got his son to come look over my receipt. The owner came out regardless of the long line, quickly understood and acknowledged the mistake, and provided a refund on the overcharged portion in under two minutes. Harpreet also showed keen interest afterwards to know where it went wrong, was very apologetic, and did her best to rectify the situation. I wasnt mad at all or would even blame her considering the size of the order I had. I can confidently say the high level of service and the good energy that I witnessed in the collective of the staff during my visit and resolving my dispute, not many other places would match. Not to mention my large order came out way faster than I expected especially considering the length of the line. What you, the reader, probably care about the most though is the food itself and that of course did not disappoint either! I personally had the Hawaiian Chicken Burger which was great and the rest of my family was happy with everything they got as well!

Delicious variety of Fries Burgers & Shakes. Great halal variety with vegan and veggie options. Lots of toppings. Burgers are juicy and cooked with perfection. Very impressive quality & service. Highly Recommended Glad to have them in Milton.

It was my first time visiting Boardwalk today and let me tell you I m glad I stopped here with my family. Amazing food and service was great considering how busy it was. For sure I will differently stop here again. Highly recommended.

I hate to give bad reviews but after reading a review that had the same issue as me is concerning. I ordered a cheeseburger and cookies in cream shake. I didn t wait long so that was great. The milkshake was awful and it had a sour taste to it. I went up and asked the employee to see if I could get a refund, they offered to make me another one. They first let me just try the stuff that came out of their ice cream machine and it was also tasting sour and I had to spit it out. They did refund me. I was not the only one to have this issue as someone had this issue 5 months ago. I later saw one of the employees try the milkshake and not sure if they tasted what I did. I hoped they get it fixed and I hope I don t get sick from it. Overall the burger was okay nothing special. The service was good and I was very thankful for the refund.

Staff was very nice. The mushroom Swiss burger was great. The cheeseburger was good too. You can tell its not a frozen patty. We also got the bacon ranch fries, it was just okay but I will still try the other flavours. The bacon on the fries was really crispy though and gave good texture. Will definitely come back.

This is a lovely restaurant with amazing owners and staff. The food was delicious and they did a great job accommodating my wife who is celiac meaning she has an allergy to gluten. They were able to do the fries in a separate fryer and had delicious gluten free buns and awesome chocolate milkshakes! We will definitely be stopping in again next time we are in the area! We went to Boardwalk with our family for a Sunday Funday family lunch and this cute and palette welcoming joint was absolute perfection. Run and managed by a true definition of a Canadian family, the ambience did not disappoint. It was amazing to see the owners daughter so enthusiastic and welcoming to every single customer who walked through the door and even rang everyone up with such confidence (ask her what the fan favourite is and she won t disappoint - thanks for the recommendation of bubble gum shake- it was amazing!). Now let s get to the real review: the food. Typically when going to a burger joint you think, Processed in old oil. Boardwalk Milton couldn t be further from that. The quality and freshness of meat was outstanding and you could feel the difference of quality food. The combinations were amazing and price point is right at par for life today! I will definitely be back and recommend everyone try Boardwalk out! 10/10 recommend!!

Best burger place I have been to! I travel alot thru north America and this is my favourite. I came because they have gluten free buns. You cant tell they are gluten free, they even stay together! There s one in the city where I live, but I just hadn t found time to go. I stopped in Milton on the way home from Toronto and it was definitely worth the stop. The fries were crispy and exactly what you want from a burger place. The cheeseburger was on sale because it is Saturday and it was a very solid, gimmick free cheeseburger. Just a solid cheeseburger with regular ingredients. No fancy sauces. Why cover up a good burger patty? The bun was really great too! Fresh and it didn t get soggy or fall apart. The perfect ratio of pickles so you get a little in every bite. I will definitely go back!

Boardwalk has one of the best chicken burgers and fries, I personally love the chipotle and bacon fries with a crispy chicken burger. Boardwalk is definitely a must try!

The service here was great! However the food isn t the best not going to lie. I would give it a solid 5/10. The burger meat was mediocre and the poutine was terrible. Very stingy with the cheese and gravy. I also ordered the chicken sandwich which was decent def Bette than the burger and added sweet potato fries which were pretty disgusting. Very soggy and oily not cooked well enough and only gave roughly half of a cup worth which really was frustrating considered you pay extra for that. Wouldn t go back

This place has great food, the burgers were so fresh and delicious! My son loved the poutine (and he s very particular about his poutines). There s something for everyone on the menu, from kids to vegetarians and everyone in between. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. It was refreshing to walk in and be greeted so promptly and in a friendly manner. I was asked if my meal was to my liking and if everything was ok, very attentive. Great customer service, which I find is hard to come by these days. By the time I left I felt they genuinely cared about my experience and wanted to make sure I left with a positive one. The restaurant was also kept so clean! It s definitely a must try!

Gone here a couple times but today I specified I did not want fries more than once with the order taker. Bill looked a little higher than I anticipated and when I got home with my fries on the receipt and in the bag I wasnt happy. I dont need fries on top of your filling burger for lunch yet you charged me and gave me fries. Im sorry but when you are billing me and giving me stuff I specified I dont want I will not return.

Boardwalk is a really great burger & shake joint for me & I enjoy the classic beef, however this time, my friend brought Nutella & Cookies n Cream shakes & they were very bad. It tasted sour unfortunately. At first we thought maybe it was just us, so then we asked our housemate who also confirmed our suspicions. Then we thought about mixing it, yet the taste remained sour. So Im not sure if it was our bad experience of Boardwalk Shakes OR our bad tongue buds, but we didnt enjoy it.

The food was so fresh and super good. The shakes are great too. The only issue they let a person with a dirty dog who had no leash on and was not a service dog in the restaurant. The dog was wondering in the restaurant and it pooped outside right in front of the doors .

Weve done take out a few times now and have really enjoyed our meals. The service is always friendly and quick! The veggie burger with mushroom and Swiss is my go-to. My kids like the chicken strip, burgers and milkshakes. Prices are similar to fast food burger spots but for far tastier food.

I was craving a good hamburger and tried few places last couple of week but finally this hit the spot. The food was fresh, juicy and so tasty, the cheeseburger was done to perfection and the strawberry milkshake was perfect. Oh and the food leaves such a good and satisfying after taste. As a chef I appreciate good food and acceptional customer service and I definitely recommend this place.

We had burgers, the chicken sandwich and the chicken tenders which were delicious. The parmigan fries were good. Food was hot and quick! We look forward to trying the desserts next time.

New, clean, friendly, and gluten-free, dairy free Beyond Burger (includes a GF bun) and a gluten-free fryer, just for people like me. They take your orders very seriously. You can go there knowing they care about you. Also, the first two times I went, were almost a year from each other, and they remembered me and my Mom, though she did not come with me the second time. Since then I have dined in, taken out, and had it delivered. I also dined in and got some great work done on my laptop. An amazing place to eat and work. Real good burger and milkshake:) we liked it a lot after a cold walk of shopping at the outlet mall. The service was great, everyone was helpful and gave great recommendations on the menu for our first time. Would love to come back again next time.

First time trying it. Was amazed by the service! Portions of food a great! Place was extremely clean. Felt more comfortable eating here then most fast food. Their garbage wasnt overflowing like most other fastfoods. Tables clean floors arent sticky. This will be my food stop everytime i visit my family in the area!!! Tasty shakes. Nice service. Price equivalent to Dairy Queen. Allowed me to mix multiple shake flavors in one. They did ask me to leave a 5 star review though since I said I liked it, which is why Im leaving a 4 star one.

My wife and I did takeout this evening from this location and ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger, Crispy Chicken, and the Chipotle Fries. All orders were fresh, tasted excellent and we felt we got our moneys worth. Staff at the front register was friendly and explained everything so we understood that things take a bit of time to cook which is great for new customers. Will be back again.

Good food , But it is kind of expensive. A Burger on its own is $8.99 , but I got a combo, which raised the price up to $14.00. I got the Crispy Chicken with fries and the Grilled Chicken with Onion Rings. Food

I was completely impressed with their service.Moreover, I ordered the cripsy chicken burger which was really finger-licking and price for that was worth it. I really recommend this place for visiting with family amd friends.

Good food, good music, and a commendable service by staff. I tried organic Veggie burger with fries and Oreo shake everything was delicious. Will come here again and highly recommend.

Raw meat. I went in this place for the first time they made my burger rather quickly I thought to myself oh that was fast. It wasn t until I ate half the burger that I realized it s completely raw which is so dangerous for ground beef. Definitely will never come back again.

Best burgers I ve ever had

The place was rather empty when we dined in. The servers helped us with the order. The patties on the beef burger were a little dry for my liking and so was the bun. The service was very good though throughout our experience. The chicken burger had a very cold slice of cheese which was not even melted. Seemed as if they just slapped a cheese slice from the fridge and never warmed it with the patty. Not likely to go there again

Customer service was good. They are polite. Restaurant is clean. But the food. I ordered 2 burgers and the buns were cold and sticky. I would prefer not buying again.
