McDonald's in Milton

Disgusting cold food. Long waits. I truly believe the business runs this way because there is nothing else to quickly grab in Milton at times. Save your time and money.

I had a crispy chicken sandwich. The last time I had one it was good, but I think this one had been on the shelf for a while. The bun was stale and the chicken was dry. The french fries were also stale.

Slow and inaccurate. An embarrassment to McDonalds.

By far the absolute slowest service ever. Drive-Thru is by far the worst thing ever at this location

All the food was cold and it took forever to get food you would think that being busy would ensure at least warm food but it was terrible

McCrispys had no sauce. Foul rock-hard bun on Big Mac. Gave us the wrong drinks. How many ways can you mess up a simple drive-thru order??

Just bought a drink . Ordered from window. Took forever.

Ordered 2 McChickens with cheese. Both had cheese, one had no chicken.

I watch the manager Chris blow his nose and come out onto the floor immediately after and start making food for customers. Absolutely disgusting Behavior

My family and I had stopped by the drive thru of Milton McDonald s, I had placed a mobile order at 5pm we arrived at 5:05, there was one car in front of us and no one behind us, when we got to the second window we were instantly told to go to the railing, we were very confused by this as they only do this while busy. We proceeded to sit there until 5:20 while three cars had been severed. the young lady working the drive thru proceeded to look at us from the drive thru window Then 10 minutes a different worker came out saying our entire order had disappeared off there screen and we would have our food in a few more minutes I proceeded to go in and ask the drive thru girls name as this has never happened to me before, as I asked for her name the women who came outside (claimed to be a manger but no manger talks to people they way she talked to me) started saying it s not her fault stuff happens I just explained this to you yes i understand things happen but the order was purposefully wiped off the screen and forgotten about which should not be okay and Milton really needs to look at who they allow to be manger as they are supposed to be the face of the company

Every time I show up at night it takes like 30 minutes

10 min for 3 burgers

It took 40 minutes before I canceled my order, and the crew were fighting with them selfs. They werent that busy.

This restaurant, the franchise, and corporate do not respect or care about you. Waited for 45 minutes for my order. Missing food; when asked for my other drink and fries, I was treated as if I was trying to steal from the restaurant with the manager on duty exclaiming I did not see that on the receipt. When I went to get lids for my drinks, they were out of lids. I contacted who was listed on the receipt for this issue, and they never responded. I did contact corporate after not receiving any response, who just said to contact the franchise; they included them on this response, but I never heard back again. These people do not care. Dont give them your business.

Forgot my bun on my mc chicken and got a quarter pounder deluxe and got just a quarter pounder

Today is 03/23/24 HUGE SNOW STORM and I was starving driving myself home from work. I stopped to get a cheeseburger...it was evident that they were short staffed. The lady in front of me ordered the entire menu and then placed another order behind it...I got to the window to pay and the man that greeted me was kind, professional and I received THE BEST FOOD IVE HAD FROM THIS LOCATION...IT LOOKED LIKE THERE WAS ONLY 2 OF THEM...THEY ROCK AND THEY COULD EASILY BE YOUR GREATEST EMPLOYEES, BUT I TRULY HOPE THEY WERE SHOWN AN EXTRA ACT OF KINDESS FROM THE RESTAURANT FOR SHOWING UP TODAY AND DOING A PHENOMENAL JOB...KUDOS JOB WELL DONE.

There is a smell in this restaurant and it s really quite putrid and I m not sure if it s sewer gas or if there s something rotting in some unclean corner. Place seems fairly clean but that smell, it here every time.

On two different occasions, my family went there. The lobby smelled of dog feces. I looked at the floor and the bottoms of peoples shoes to see if there was a reason for it, and there wasnt. Why did it smell like that days later when re-entering? Dirty Fry Oil? Unkept employees? I dont know, but gross nonetheless! Very common for food to be made sloppy, cold and not to specification.

Go there sometimes for lunch milton McDonalds is so quick and also do a good job still smile even on busy days.

I was very hungry the food was really good, albeit rather costly.

I love the new Lemonade!!!! I also watched a heartwarming interaction with a door dash driver that had to come back. Must be a good crew on closing.

They need to pay better attention to the orders. Manager was great at revolving issues though

Young guy at the cash took a whole 10 minutes to prepare an iced coffee and still somehow forgot to mix the syrup and the coffee. First sip was so bitter it left a reeking taste in my mouth for the next hour. He didnt seem to realize the other lady working at the drive-thru did not care in the slightest and seemed annoyed at his weird flirtatious advances as she was busy actually working. He should stick to try and preparing food at least somewhat right and timely before working on his game.

I can honestly say Ive never been so disappointed in McDs before . But since the beginning of the year the food sucks and the burgers no longer cover the bun or taste like this used to . And everything is smaller and the prices are higher . And even the poor cant eat there anymore. Sad to say but McDs in Franklin county Vermont exactly truly suck . Went through drive-thru today to get kids burgers. Everyone, from the person taking the order, to the person taking payment, to the person delivering food, everyone was very pleasant to interact with. Unfortunately, once I pulled away and looked in the bag one was missing; not a huge deal but I went back through the drive-thru and they promptly fixed it, the shift leader even gave me a free apple pie for the inconvenience. Great service!!!

this worker looked at me straught in the eye after i have been waiting for assistance for 10 minutes. she then walked away and then didn t do anything. she just stood there. THEN i NEVER got assistance until the MANAGER came over and RUDLY asked me what i wanted. THEN a family came in after me and got their FOOD FOR 5 BEFORE ME. THEN MY CHICKEN NUGGETS WERE BURNT AND THEY FORGOT MY SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE THAT I PAIED FOR SO guess who had the eat their nuggies DRY??? ME

I have never been disappointed with this McDonalds until tonight. I had a order for delivery and when the driver got there they didnt have it (but on my app it said the driver was waiting and then it was somehow cancelled at a time it was not even near. (It was 10:10 but the app said it was cancelled at 10:28).

It was disappointing because they brought out my order the same way I ordered it. I was expecting for it to be completely wrong, therefore, I give it a 1 star. Every time I order through the drive thru or at the cash register, they always give my order completely wrong, and I have grown to expect a wrong order but, today I recieved the order completely right. Absolutely disappointing. My day is ruined.

I watched an employee sneeze into their hand and proceed to hand out food. I asked another employee their name and they told me it was the manager. Me and my husband will be driving to Winooski from now on.

Very dirty, the person taking the order coughed in her hand while handling food and money. There s also a smell. It s gone very downhill since they ve changed over managers.

Theyre cheating their drive-thru stats. They have everyone pay and then pull up into one of the mobile order spots. Then you sit another 10 min and wait for someone to bring your food out to you. This way it looks like they are crushing their 2 min time limit on drive thru but theyre actually falling really far behind. Dont go drive thru here, go in side if you can.

Went in for lunch yesterday waited for ten , one even said hi. Manager come out from back looked right at me and two other people waiting and went to the back with out saying a word. Them man behind me walked out the lady in front of me left then I left. The place dirty and disorganized, its a disgrace to call it a McDonalds.

You Need to hire your employees who are more diverse.because there was a worker that Did not understand me because I m from a different place and when I paid and was about to go to the other window she rolled her eyes at me and left and did not understand that I was saying triple cheeseburger so I had to say it 5 or more times.

Pulled into drive thru plenty of workers u can see waited 5 to 7 mins and knowone takes our order. Check website again is supposed to be open till 12am. Very disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would.

This place is a joke they just throw what ever in a bag or on a burger weather it was the 2 10 piece nuggets that only had 5 and 6 each to the 1/4 pounder deluxe that didnt have anything on it but cheese. Train your people before putting them on the line

I ordered on the app. I waited 7 minutes in line. I was then asked to pull ahead into a waiting spot. I wait an additional 21 minutes

Mid afternoon drive thru for iced coffee and mocha frappe. Both created as ordered and quickly. A nice afternoon pick-me-up whether you want sweet or simple.

Over priced, and everything full of chemicals for preservation. NOT good for you

The food was not as fresh this as usual but I understand because of making food ahead but there needs to be more freshness no matter what prices are getting higher and if that is the case I and people want freshness Kid-friendliness: They were very nice and respectful that goes a long way

Its McDonalds. I got coffee. Sometimes I get oatmeal or my family might get hamburgers or whatever. Its McDonalds. Parking: Sufficient, but watch out when backing out of spots so you dont back into entry driveway or drive thru. Wheelchair accessibility: Appears accessible.

Horrible food, ordered med fry and git the med fry box with no joke 20 fires.

Parking: They were clean, convenient and well marked Kid-friendliness: Staff smiled and asked each what he want to order and them for ordering.

Im usually not a fan of McDonalds but this one is really good & it hit the spot. I had a nice strawberry milkshake and I appreciate their use of paper straws.

Service little slow

I cant believe Im even reviewing a McDonalds, but this place sucks so bad I had to. Food is almost always cold and even the most basic orders are wrong. The people working the windows are super friendly but the ones in the kitchen have no clue what they are doing. The straw that broke the camels back was the burger I just got that had more salt and pepper on it than burger. Absolutely inedible, and I have to assume someone did this on purpose to ruin my dinner. If you try to call it goes to a full voicemail. This place obviously doesnt care at all

Worse chicken sandwich I have ever had, no mayo, no sauce, no nothing, especially taste, just bad.

Food quality has been inconsistent during a few visits, but my main issue was the lack of customer service. Management seems incredibly rude, and are just not very accommodating people to have a conversation with.

Of you could get my breakfast order right, I would give you 5 stars. But you guys get it wrong most days.

Double cheeseburger and bun did not line up making it EXTREMELY messy and hard to eat getting condiments all over my hands (making them sticky and gross) and not enough napkins for the messy way it was served. This is the 3rd time in A ROW this has happened. Lack of common sense of proper food service/food prep. I do no plan to go back.

It was alright but the food that they serve is always cold 99% of the time! Thats because of the kids who are working at McDonalds and they have better things to do, like texting on their cellphones and not worried about customer service!

I visited this location on 9/4 and everything about the experience was terrible. Food was over cooked, and I asked for extra ranch, because, sorry but one ranch for a 10 piece is not enough. I was assured they were in the bag and that i needed to move from the drive through so they could continue taking peoples money for services not rendered. I will not eat mcdonalds any more. I am leaving almost identical reviews for several other mcdonalds i have visited lately, and they all have the same problems. The quality of food has gone down dramatically (and this is from someone who doesnt expect much at all from a $2 burger), my families order is always wrong...ALWAYS, without fail, and the people working there are either instructed to not give more than one sauce per order, or they really just do not care. Oh well, there loss, i have taken my money elsewhere. Good luck McDonalds, it is sad to see what was once a great fast food restaurant and a favorite as a child be on the no longer eat there list.

Went there for a Job interview, first thing was the worthless mask, then turned me down for I refused to wear a worthless mask, people dont know nothing about biology or how virus even work.... Low I queued individuals but friendly and theyre quick even though I dont eat fast food one of my friends did....prices are okie....

Just sat there at the drive through for literally five minutes. Doesnt sound long but when youre waiting to order its a while. No one in front of me. No one inside (empty parking lot). Line behind me. Two people behind me gave up and left. I finally said screw it and left too. Two stars because usually its good here. Update: second time in a week Ive sat there at the drive through for five minutes with no answer. I could see there were people in there, not sure what theyre doing. Down to one star. Second update, just saw the new hours. So much for having an ok place to eat late. It was really nice having a place open till midnight. Maybe turn the drive thru screens off if youre closed?

Fries and chicken nuggets were horribly old....my dog wouldnt eat it .. seriously!!...the food was better when the employees was making just 8.00 an hour

Stood at the register forever while 4-5 employees are walking around. Then finally order and see car after car getting waited on going through the drive through while I get to stand around forever and wait. This seems to be the norm for McDonald s in the last year or so. I Wish there was a negative 5 star option.

I just went through the drive-thru got a double cheeseburger and a small fry and instead of eating it Im throwing it up because there was a hair in my cheeseburger obviously hairnets need to be worn not just hats if I have to wear a hairnet to make soap then hairnet should be worn for food as well will not be going there ever again

I always have a messed up order every time I go to McDonalds...plus after eating it for 30 years...its getting old. It always tricks me into going back with thinking its just the time of day but no......they just dont taste like they used to. Sorry mcds ......sigh ...not to mention I can eat real good food at a restaurant for the same price for thier decent food on the menu....why?!?!? Its a corp. They are making mad cash N its sickening to me. Just my opinion

Every time they park us and we wait forever then food is cold. McDonalds all around the area has lazy careless employees. Plus order off all day breakfast menu guarantee you get parked
