Had the chicken curry with rice, the grilled chicken thigh and banana fritters. Everything was very tasty. The owner was very sweet and let us taste the curries before we ordered.

Glad I stopped by this restaurant while in town. Ive never had Filipino food and it was great. The staff are friendly and accommodating for our first visit. I dont live in Milton but would gladly go out of my way to eat here again.

I had the pork stew. The pork is a little dry. Authentic taste. Relaxed environment. Good price.

Visited for the first time today - atmosphere is great, the staff were so friendly, and the food is delicious! Will definitely be trying more menu items in the future.

I ordered trays of pork lumpia, garlic fried rice, and pancit for my work function and all the food was hot, fresh, and perfectly packed for transport. Everybody loved the food and there weren t any leftovers at the end of the day. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming and treated me like family.

Best Filipino style spaghetti

A locally owned shop with yummy hot food. The owner was so friendly and let us taste all the food before ordering as we were unfamiliar with Filipino cuisine! We ordered longanisa, beef stew and curry chicken. I highly recommend dining in so you can eat it nice and hot! Will be back!

5 stars all around. When I am in town I eat as much as I can as my father makes Emma s a staple in his restaurant rotation. The food is the best and the service is top notch. The variety and quality cannot be beat, thank you for satisfying my appetite for unbeatable Filipino food.

The food here is amazing! Filipino cuisine is on the come up and Emma s in Milton is a must stop shop. The Caldereta is my go to along with the palabok! If you re craving a dessert, the Sago, Halo Halo or Taho is a must as well!

Emmas kitchen is exceptionally tasty Filipino food. This was our first time trying Filipino food and Wow! We got the lumpia, beef tapa and caldereta. Delicious home style food. They also sell a hot sambal which enhances the heat level. Emma and the staff are super hospitable.

Incredible service and food! Their catering is top notch, even pulling so many orders together on holidays. Cant recommend them enough!

Ordered a chicken dish from Uber Eats. Found food very flavourful, but found plenty of tiny bone pieces in my rice. Also got more bone then actual chicken.

I love having a Filipino takeout place near me! I don t have to go to ssauga or Toronto when I m craving Filipino food . Tried their Lechon belly last Christmas and it was amazing! They also sell whole roasted pig and make it in house! My other faves here are: Palabok, halo halo, taho, fried danggit, fried bangus belly, arroz caldo, etc!! Amazing!

Our first time in a Philipino restaurant. The staff was excellent and let us taste the dish before we ordered....very good food.... fatty....but thats where the flavor is! We ordered the fried potato cake ( dont know the name) with a shrimp in it...!! We walked out of the restaurant fully satisfied!

Picked up some Okoy (sweet potato & shrimp fritters), chicken afritada (chicken stew), monggo (pork & mung bean stew), sisig (pork hash), and tortang talong (eggplant omlette). Each dish did not disappoint! My favourites were the Okoy and chicken Afritada. Eating them made me feel reminiscent of my Kapampangan family parties growing up; it s a taste of home! Eating here provided some brief comfort to my homesickness. I will gladly be back next time I have a craving.

So many choices, havent tried everything but so far so good. Will go back to try others. Also good for take out.

My husband and I had such a positive experience here! The staff are so friendly and did their best to help us decide which dishes to try since it was our first time trying food from the Philippines. Everything was delicious and the store itself is spacious and very clean. We highly recommend the chicken Adobo and macaroni salad. All of the chicken is also halal!

Had a really great experience and lunch here while I was in the area. Upon entering I was warmly greeted. I arrived after the lunch rush, and am new to Filipino cuisine so the proprietor was kind enough to explain the various dishes (and even let me try a couple samples). Everything looked and tasted delicious! Their house made sauce and sambal were AMAZING! Ended up buying a jar to home.

Emmas Kitchen doesnt dissapointment in terms of flavor and variety of choices of Filipino foods. I would highly recommend their Fried Chicken with mushroom sauce and java/coleslaw. It is very affordable and a 5 star for its juiciness and crispiness. My bigtime favorites are chicharon bulaklak, chicken skin, dinakdakan, and laing. A must try!

Well-run, clean Filipino kitchen serving popular dishes & snacks. Pork bbq skewers, okoy(shrimp fritters), various vegetable dishes are some that I ve personally tried & enjoyed. Will definitely return to try other dishes when I m in the area (Miton).

Wow. So. I was looking for home cooking on account of not feeling great and not wanting to do it myself. Then I remembered Emmas Kitchen. THANK THE GODS So good, flavourful, hearty, well done all around. Theyve expanded and finally got that trash pizza place outta there. You have to go in and experience it for yourself. Dont be intimidated...they are awesome and will gladly describe and make suggestions with regards to your taste. The food is good, portions are good, quality is high. I dont like giving 5 stars usually, but ya... really good stuff

Ordered takeout lunch here today.. bangus, bbq, and menudo. The food looked delicious but was unfortunately so dry! The menudo also needed more patis. Sorry chef, pls try again.

We happened to learn about this GEM through my Aunts coworker. Never been to the place as they are located in Milton and we are in Toronto. Food is always delivered to us by my aunts friend who always frequent the place and lives nearby to us. The quality of ingredients and hardwork that the owners put into their menus is above and beyond. The chicken inasal is so tasty, chicharon is something you wouldnt want to stop eating. Over the holidays we ordered relyenong bangus and again exceeded my expectations. Fiesta ham is meant for special ocassion like Christmas or New Year. One of the best tasting ham my family ever had. I hope they would put the macaroni salad into their menu as that one is quite a treat as well. Looking forward to try the lechon. I hope to visit the place in the future. Highly recommended! Update: I was able to visit the store personally to pick up food for my kids bdays few months back. Nothing but great feedback from our guests.

Came for breakfast with my family and we enjoyed it! Clean and bright restaurant - not a lot of seating area. And the staff was so nice and welcoming. I recommend!

Gem of Filipino Restaurant in Milton.... Food was great... had complimentary lumpia and pusit.... will definitely be going back.... even though its a 30 minute drive from our place..

Ordered by phone, pinakbet & binagoongan for my visiting daughter on a Sunday. Pinakbet is her favourite, but when I cook it, there would be pork & shrimps. My daughter was disappointed to find no meat/shrimp in theirs. And said that the binagoongan was more fat than meat. Not sure if we got the brunt left overs because I didn t realize they were closing at 2 pm on a Sunday. They shouldn t have sold it, since it was the scraped up bits. Hope it s a one time incident towards disposing the end bits of their dishes. We try to support fellow Filipinos on their business but this time, quality was not par with the pricey food.

The longsilog was excellent and reasonably priced; the sinangag (garlic fried rice) was very flavourful. Wide selection of foods on the hot counter, with tables for dine-in. The gentleman behind the counter was happy to explain all the dishes and enthusiastically offered up samples. Top marks for a thoroughly enjoyable meal.

We Found out this Place from my daughter, and we have been coming every week. The food is amazingly delicious . The owner and the staffs are all very friendly. Weve purchased food from here about 6 times over the past year. Hands down deeeelish. My family especially lives their chicken inasal and Chop Suey. Looking forward to ordering our next meals from here

I walked in because I was helping a friend out, and we were starved. Emmas Kitchen was next door, and neither of us had been. I walked in and was a little overwhelmed. I am unfamiliar with the foods they make, and not sure how to choose or order. Both the staff AND the customers that were present were incredibly warm and inviting. When they realized how lost I was, they explained a range of dishes on display, sometimes some history, their favourites (one woman told me each item was her favourite) and while I chose to stay a bit basic, I am ready for more. I have not been back for a bit, but I dream about going back and will be back many more times in the future. Amazing food and incredible people.

Firt time to try this restaurant. I find it great Filipino dishes with a lot of options to choose from. Though I got a small portion of rice I got the ulam on a large portion. Will be back when I get the chance.

Went here for lunch between clients. First experience going to a Filipino restaurant and I was pleased. Atmosphere was cosy and clean. Owner was polite and helped me make a selection. The beef was so nice and tender and the guests spoke highly of the food on Sunday mornings as well. I love going to restaurants and having such a warm experience. Will come back for sure! This place is unique. Its not everyday you find a Filipino restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious and they have a wide variety of things to choose from on a daily basis. The prices are very reasonable and its super healthy and delicious. I highly recommend.

Emmas Kitchen just moved into my TOP 5 filipino resto in Ontario. their location is very easy to find in the city of Milton. their place is very cozy and can sit about a standard 30 guests. the food is good, but do try their BULALO and SINIGANG...LIKELY THE BEST FOR ME. ive also ordered party trays from them, their veggie lumpia and pancit bihon/canton was TASTY. owners Emma and Norm, GREAT people with AWESOME hospitality. TRY IT if you are in the Milton area.

The staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh. Lots of selection of authentic Filipino dishes. I go for the turon, and when they dont have it prepared already, they are willing to cook some for you on the spot. Ive been to other Filipino restaurants, this ones worth travelling to in the small town of Milton.

We ve just moved to Milton from Oakville and Emma s one of the most pleasant surprises we ve found waiting for us. Definitely made us feel right at home! Emma s kitchen gives you the warm comfort of walking right into your own mother s kitchen!!! Very friendly staff and truly pinoy ambience! I lived in Milton for almost 10 yrs & its about time that we have a Filipino restaurant that serves YUMMY authentic filipino dishes!!! Ive been here 3 times already & each visit is great one. Great service! Love their Halo-halo ... plus the owners are SUPER friendly.

Wow what more can I say. The staff is so friendly and very professional while maintaining that home comfort/family type of atmosphere. I have been to many Filipino Restos but in my opinion Emmas is by far the best in Milton.where else can you get authentic Cebu style Lechon that is crispy on the oUtide and so tender and so juicy on the inside just the best.
