Excellent place for Flamed Grill Chicken. Garlic breadsticks were superb Service fast and friendly Great Ambience and very clean Fudge and red velvet cake slices were icing on the cake! Overall great experience and highly recommend!

We ordered beef burger combo for take out, burgers were okay but buns were so hard we couldn t even bite them. They felt stale, we were so looking forward to enjoy the meal, but were very disappointed by the quality of food.

The food quantity has gone down, I ordered half chicken and double leg, although the half chicken was fine but I was surprised to see the double legs, there were tiny pieces of legs in the box, wish I took a picture.

Loved the food and speed of service. However, the cashier showed me the price on his screen if it looked okay. Then, he guided me to tap the card after clicking. My bad, i did not notice how much i was paying( lesson learned). He charged 40% in tip. I would have given a tip anyway, but by choice. Please be careful in what u pay. It does not hurt me to pay some extra few bucks, but it hurts when ppl try to scam you like this.

15 dollars for 4 pieces of 4 cm shrimp? Burger made out of stale bread and undercooked but burned chicken? The burger was even drenched in sauce, ON THE OUTSIDE. hard to eat, didn t even taste that good, and was small. only compliment i have about the food is that the peri peri fries were good. the place is overpriced, and made poorly. do not recommend. there s a lot more places to grab food within 100 meters of this place.

Service here is bizarre. I ordered their beef burger and asked if I had options for how well I wanted it done. Guy at the counter was confused and said it was just medium done. Then I asked what kind of cheese I could put in the burger, and he says uhh... just cheese. I asked WHAT KIND? Gouda? Mozzarella? Havarti? Blue? What do you have? He turns and asks the guy in the kitchen and the answer is Mozzarella so I said okay lets do that. Later when they bring it to the table, its your nasty veggie-based yellow slice if cheese like the imitation slices you get for kids at Walmart. Clearly wasnt mozzarella. Disappointing. While we were eating, my wife was opening her bottle of mango juice and it slipped from her hands, and shattered all over the floor right next to our booth where we were sitting with our two young daughters. I asked the staff to clean it up. The dude came and simply picked up the large pieces of glass and then walked away.... leaving ALL of the juice and plenty of small, very visible pieces of glass on the floor. We finished our meal and I had to get up and stand next to the booth and physically lift my wifes legs to help her pivot so she didnt step in the liquid or glass as she stepped out, and then picked our kids up off the bench. We walked out while the mess was still on the floor, and nobody was bothering to clean it up. Really poor service. Would not recommend.

Quality has really gone down. I ordered the family platter and upgraded to white meat. I asked for extra sauces and the staff just ignored my request and gave me the bag as is. Im not sure why they have ti be so stingy with the sauces. Anyhow, upon bringing rhe food home, I noticed the chicken is uncooked and has a terrible smell like its gone bad. The peri fries given were also very dry and hard like theyve been refried multiple times. I wont be revisiting this location again.

Rishabh (the man at the counter) was extremely friendly with his service. There was a miscommunication in our order, we called the restaurant to see if we could get it fixed. Rishabh told us we could come in to get the order fixed. The chef Ranjit prepared us a new meal and both of the gentlemen were very understanding and kind. The food was amazing too. Would recommend this location to anyone craving some great Portuguese food.

In june 19th 2024 I asked for lemon chicken it was spicy. I asked for rice it was spicy. What a waste of money. I walked there 15 minutes and 15 minutes back home in the heat. Food

Very bad customer service and even though food is good. I called to place order and the person said hello and just hung up . Since then I am trying to call since one hour and no reply so had to call another restaurant. Also the other number mentioned in the official website some Turkish restaurant picked up. Very disappointing

If you enjoy waiting 45 minutes to an hour every time you come while watching the staff joke around, come here. I never complained in the past as I delays happen, but this time it hit 2 hours, and the lady working on Friday March 29th at 730pm did not apologize once. Actually decided to give us attitude when we simply asked why it took almost 2 hours.

Not sure why my order took almost 2 hours. We ordered at 630 for delivery, the eta was 730, at 730 the food was still being prepared and the new eta was after 8 (which was after the original latest eta). So we changed to a pickup order. We got to the store at 750 and had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes to get our food. When we asked them why it took so long they told us its Friday and didnt even apologize for the wait until we asked them for an apology. TERRIBLE service

We stop buying at this location 5 years ago because of bad experience with our take-out ordered. Then tonight April 16, 2024 my husband went back and ordered for take out, one whole spicy chicken and half lemon herb chicken, when we open the containers the chicken are not fully cooked n smell is not good maybe because it s not cooked. We will never go back to this location ever again.

The service isn t bad ordered for pick up. It was not much to judge. The chicken is not good- has zero taste unless you soak it yourself with spices. The fries are good. Garlic bread is ok.

Dear Manager, I would like to tell you what s going on in your store this evening. I ordered over the phone and was told 7-10 mins for my meal. I showed up 12 minutes later. I have been waiting in your store for 17 minutes now and your staff is pretending like I m not here and continuing to joke around with each other ( I understand the language ). At the very least I could ve got an update , when I ask , I m told to have a seat? The lady also just throws the bag and goes next. At the very least, I could ve been spoken to nicely at the very least. Super disappointed today

This was our first time here, and we got takeout but sat in the restaurant to wait. The food - a whole chicken in lemon and herb seasoning, 2 large orders of fries, and 4 garlic bread sticks - was a hit for my husband and me, and our 4 year old son. It was really thoughtful that the staff included 2 other sauces for us to try. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place!

I ordered some food a family meal from there and let me say how disappointed I was. I ordered from here alot so I know the quantity am supposed to get as I order the same thing all the time. The chicken was good but ain t a chicken suppose to have wings cause i definitely didn t see any and for the fries which they say is large could barely feed two people so I called and complain to the manager FARHAN on duty and told him why are my fries I a white bag and the amount is so little he s like they don t have the regular box for the fries so they put it in a bag am like well the quantity is nothing and I eat here all the time and what I have in front of me is a joke he s like what you want me to do he can t help me. First of all if you don t have the right packaging to put your food in don t serve it or make sure they get the right amount your pricing is based on what the packaging can hold not some substitute don t want to sound petty on this complaint but it s the principle. Plus where did you get those bags from is it even sanitary advise your customers that you don t have the proper packaging and make me make the decision if I want to go ahead and order

Had a chicken wrap and wings, simply delicious and fresh.

I wanted to place an online order for double leg with 2 sides so i checked their website the total price with peri peri rice and roasted potatoes total was 19.20 CAD due to some issue with mode of payment i decided to call and place the same order at the same time, the guy and then a lady over the fone said it would cost 38 dollar because its out of the lunch window. Ok thats fine, next I told them cancel order and I placed same order on Skip, and it was 28CAD. Something with tax and tip. So what is all this different prices. Finally the order arrived and the roasted potatoes are raw I called them and they took my number and told we call you back but i know they wont . They are ripping off peole and not delivering good food. Never going back.

Kudos to the crew of this Galitos location. We ordered last night over the phone and the lady crew was very accommodating to take our take out orders. Even with their very tight schedule and lots of orders, they were able to prepare our orders a few minutes ahead of time they gave. Food tasted fresh and delicious. Great place to dine too. Thank you Galitos Milton for making our family celebration at home extra special with our take out food from your restaurant.

Combo was too good and reasonable price

Love the food, and good size portions, but sometimes the chicken comes in a little too charred.. and their sauces are Amazing!! Tried their strips with rice meal a few times now. Though their peri peri vegetables side was very disappointing.. the chicken was great.

Amazing! Our favoutite place in Milton since moving here in winter of 2022. Service is fast, food is delicious, and prices are affordable. We get amazing service every time we come here, which is now weekly! Would recommend if you like the spice! If not, just ask for sauce on the side.

Where do I even start? I have ordered from them several times and they have managed to burn my food every single time. It s quite impressive actually, they re capable of producing identical burn marks consistently. If you like your food burnt, this is your spot!

The food is good, but they forgot two things from my order. When I called the restaurant, the girl that answered the phone was completely lost. Then she tried to offer to get me back on the next order. The next order? What about this one? The one where you didnt bother to give me the order I originally paid for? She took my number and told me a manager would call me back. I didnt take her seriously and rightly so as no one ever bothered to call back. Oh well. I guess business is so good that they can afford to forget about customer service.

It was ok very different from traditional desi food. Very good taste and very good quality. I enjoyed the chicken platter with hot sauces.

I dont know what happened...maybe the kitchen was rushed that day or what but we did not enjoy anything we ordered // beef burger (patty was literally burned to a crisp on the edges). I hope this was just a one off situation. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The way they were busy they must be doing something right.

Catered from Galito s as it was close by it was surprisingly tasty!! A crowd pleaser, chicken was extremely moist, rice was extremely flavourful among all other side dishes! Looking forward to ordering in the future.

Nicely chilled vibe, really good food - warning for white people: when they say hot, they really mean HOT - not white people hot. Its the real deal. If you pride yourself on how much Franks Red Hot sauce you slather on your food, get the medium.

The food is fantastic! I love their chicken.

I got the half chicken which was as expected but they put a little too much sauce on the plate I thought. Had to repeat everything for my order to the girl taking the order at the counter. It s a fairly clean environment and they have CP24 on the TV, which is nice to watch while eating.

I had been to so many Galito s within Canada as they are all hand slaughtered Halal and loved each and every one of them. I respectfully forced to say that this restaurant and their customer service was far below the standards. I had placed the order through Groupon and didn t realize that it was pick up ONLY which mind you wasn t mentioned to me over the phone. I had begged 3-4 times if I can sit in the restaurant and enjoy the ambience and food and I was told by cashier lady that she can t do anything for us. I even offer to pay extra to dine in and didn t ask for extra utensils but I was denied again. I was not referred to any manager and kept getting rejected to dine in. I even bought water bottles from the restaurant and even then I was rejected to dine in.The cashier lady saw me with my family and didn t even spend a minute trying to find a way to accommodate. In addition, I wasn t provided with any utensils or napkins.I would like to a know the process to formerly file a complaint for this store. I will definitely not recommend this store not due to food but worst customer service.

Vegetarian options: There are some vege options of course roasted potato, rice and roasted mix vegetables. Kid-friendliness: Have some kids foods. I ve been a frequent customer since it open in Milton and always enjoy their food, however it appear they have changed ownership/management and let s just say my last experience with them was horrible. The food it is definitely not as used to be. Too bad cause Milton already has so few options and now I have one less cause I am not returning here any time soon or at least until they get their stuff together.

As costs of groceries and restaurant chains are going up. It s hard to find a good deal on a delicious meal. Galitos is one of those rare halal restaurants that seem to be too good to be true. It s a perfect place to take your kids and get a family deal, or take advantage of the lunch specials they have. Chicken was tender hot and juicy. What amazes me the most is the large portions with the affordable pricing. If you haven t tried it out I would give it a shot.

Went back 4 years later by coincidence and still not very impressed the chicken in the burger was rubbery and thin the wrap was like a pot pie with shredded chicken. Fries were good portions for the fries were big too. As a flame grilled chicken shop they really need to focus on how to properly cook the chicken so its moist and not rubbery and for the wrap not use shredded chicken.

The chicken is tender and juicy, with the perfect amount of spice (we usually request medium), all of the sides are so good, such as the garlic bread, the fries, and the corn. And the portions are great! I might even like this place better than Nandos!!

The restaurant was not so busy and the table set up is okay not too fancy. The staff in the front was very helpful, he offered some options and I feel that we can rely on his suggestions. He was so natural. He didnt do much but he made us feel welcomed from the moment weve stepped into the restaurant. We have ordered a family meal. The garlic sticks tastes good and the chicken was impressive. The salad is okay but the dressing is quite too small. Overall experience was great .
