Zeenat has been most hospitable. We had a birthday celebration dinner, as it is the birthday person s favourite place, and Zeenat went an extra mile to accommodate us and our cake cutting ceremony. Thank you Team KK.

The most scrumptious broccoli soup ever! Nice portion, good price, friendly staff, welcoming environment. Heavenly tasting milkshakes! Mouthwatering appetizers! Definitely coming here again and again. I wish i took some pics but i was too busy gulping down the yummy food

Super dissapinted with the management and service ... We went to eat at the restaurant tonight and ordered sliders and burgers. Upon asking for ketchup, the person serving us brought us one small container with a little ketchup. When we asked for another one he told us he would need to charge us for the second small serving of ketchup to eat with the 3 small sliders that we were gonna pay 20$+ tax for. Also he reminded us that he had given us chipotle.and garlic sauce on the side so he really couldnt give us any more ketchup even though the Chipotle and garlic sauce came with the order or sliders and the second order of the kettle burger.

It was out favourite hangout place back in Pakistan when we were young. And I can never forget their cake Alaska. I went there a few weeks ago with my friends. And we had ordered sandwiches and they were fresh and really good. The ultimate thing was their cake Alaska. It was out of this world. The presentation was different but the taste was amazing. The only drawback is that only one person is working in the kitchen and one person takes the order. So the wait time is more

I gave a 1 star because the place was filthy. It was soooo dirty. I dont think I have ever come across a cafe this dirty in my life. The baby chair seemed like it has never been cleaned. The food had so much dirt and hair . The place needs a deep cleaning

Came in for a quick late night snack. Ameen was there to help us select the best shakes and appetizers. Very friendly and quick service. Definitely will come again.

Food was mediocre. But the service was horrible. We waited 32 min for the Chessy fries. Only to have the cashier storm up to us with full attitude and tell us there is only 1 chef and we need to wait until it s our turn. Seems like the attitude comes from the owner. He wasn t using any utensils or gloves when placing the fries on the plate. Not only that, he told another cashier to shut up in front of another customer. If he s treating his own staff like that, then obviously he will treat the customers like that.

Lovely as always! I was in there yesterday and the server named Zenat was amazing! She was patient and kind and helpful and I can keep going we really enjoyed having her as our server. Another bigger party about 8-10 people were sat enjoying someone s birthday very loud but we ignored it. Until they started rudely talking to Zenat blaming her for things out of her control they were pushy and so rude and making rude comments and laughing about it to the point where myself my daughter and husband along with another woman her child and partner were concerned. We spoke up and supported Zenat after they left I asked her if I could give her a hug she is so polite so sweet and working so hard under pressure and these people were super hard on her! I wanted to share because this is the world we live in. People don t care about people anymore (not everyone) but It s so sad to see a young woman working so hard without being nervous staying professional even under that much stress and pressure from them staying respectful when their requests were odd their comments were degrading (I understood their language, they were talking about her when she wasn t around too) and I just wanted to come on and say thank you to Zenat! you are a beautiful person so kind and hard working! I wish you all the best! kopper kettle staff the food and service and all around atmosphere will keep us coming back!!

Kooper Kettle has a nice variety of deserts, meals, and snacks. Meals are always fresh and tasty. Portions of the meals are very good. I like the desserts they have, it s always freshly made and well presented. Staff are very friendly.

Pay attention to the one/two star reviews - theyre more accurate. Fancy decor and too pricey for small portions of food that NO WAY justify the prices being charged for what theyre serving! I ordered a dessert called Edge of Desire and I was sorely disappointed. I paid $17.99 plus tax for what should have cost no more than $10 even if they want to include their overhead costs. Looked great in the picture on the menu - a large square serving of a brownie coated with crepes and covered in Belgian chocolate - what I got was just a couple of flat crepes drowned in Belgian chocolate garnished with three store bought Two-Bite Brownies, and no ice cream or whipped cream on the side. This is NOT what I expected at almost $20 (incl. tax). No shame in ripping the customer off. To the owner - stop over-charging customers for food that does not justify the cost. Bottom line, the price, portion, and quality of the dessert was an epic fail - wont be returning to bother with anything else.

We ordered through an app and we received only part of our order. When I called them to see why, the said they were out of meet for part of my order and canceled it without calling me or offering a substitute. Even when I called, all I heard was we are sorry and no offer to fix it.

Love the ambience and food

Went for some quick dessert, some girl told us she ll take our order and didn t come to our table for 10-15 mins. She kept chatting with her friends and had her AirPods in the whole time and we had to get up to tell her we re ready to order. She went to the back saying she s gonna come up and take our order, but then we find out through another employee that her shift ended and she s not even working anymore. Only one person was working now and we kept waiting. Ended up leaving because of this poor service. Very disappointed to say the least.

The staff was friendly. Ordered the kettle crepe speciality with milk chocolate drizzle and Oreo ice cream for my daughter. The presentation was nice and the crepe was fully loaded with strawberries and bananas. The taste was OK . It was my first time visiting and not sure I would return. The price $$ is a lot for some of the items on the menu. I paid $21 for a crepe with fruit and icecream. If you are vegan don t bother. There is 1 item on the menu that is vegan and it s a veggie wrap. They didn t even have any non-diary milk option for coffee. I recommend if you would like to try it out but you aren t missing anything especially if you are vegan. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian option but no vegan option. Visited this place on May 14, 2023. Future haven for rodents nothing like it used to be when it had different name and possibly different management. The place is filthy, had to ask the employee twice to clean my table and it was still dirty after she unwillingly cleaned it (see pictures). There was food/napkins under every table, dirty rags and trash on the floors, dust in every surface you could see, chocolate fountains were filthy and the display glass for desserts looked like they were not cleaned for months. Observed employees taking orders and payments then preparing food touching salad, fruits and food without washing hands or gloves.

The blond guy is name is ameen the best worker ever place smells very nice is very clean comes the moment I need something makes sure I am satisfied and have what I need food portion is just right the food texture is very good very tasty and is all made by him and I m honest impressed because he looks like a teenager and if he is doing all that is honestly impressive and deserves 5 stars and if possible I would have gave him 10 stars

Cake Alaskq was more like a warmed brownie but tasted okay. Not something you wanna go back to, but we also got some macroons, and they were the worst macroons we ever had. Service is good, and its a nice sitting place. I would still try something from their recommended menu.

The place was all dirty starting from the floor, the tables and washrooms. It is understandable if the place was packed, but the place was empty. Food is not the greatest and too expensive for what you experience. I asked for a red velvet cheesecake but with the amount of chocolate on top I couldn t even recognize if it was a red velvet or a chocolate cake. Very lack customer service, it seems like a good place but it needs to get better in cleanliness, service and food.

Amazing food, service, and atmosphere for couples and families to enjoy! Would highly recommend getting the edge of desire if you are a big fan chocolate things! One of the best dessert places in the GTA. P.S: if you don t want dessert they have an extensive savoury menu with amazing dishes!

Love this place! Only if they put a calorie count for each serving, so owners please consider that. Food is certainly overpriced as I paid $114 for 3 people and the service is slow because I noticed only one cook doing all the job and it took about half an hour to prepare our food. Horrible experience, I would not recommend this restaurant. Server has a terrible attitude and no customer service experience. We ordered our meal and gave our dessert order at the same time and 90 mins we still didn t have our dessert . Server refused to cancel the dessert order even though we had to leave, charged us and still didn t bring the dessert . We left without eating the dessert that we paid for! The owner was standing right there and had nothing to say ! Shocking experience !!

Strong recommendation to NOT visit this restaurant as the staff do not know how to deal with their customers. We ordered at 8pm on 24 August 2023 as dine-in, the appetizer, entree as well as dessert. The appetizer and entrees came out together and we waited 45mins for our dessert only to eventually leave the restaurant without our dessert and also having paid our bill in full!! We basically paid for dessert that we never got and when I told her I am leaving upset she replied that is ok. The server told us she cannot give us a refund as she had no clue when the dessert is coming out! I personally work in food industry, we have a family owned franchise and our customer service is what matters to us the most! You can bring the food and the ambience but without knowing how to treat your customers you are only wasting your time and your customers money. It hurts me to see such poor attitude! I am pretty certain the owner was standing and watching all of this happen! Will never step foot again in that restaurant!

Visited on a Saturday afternoon, quite a calm place. I have been here a couple of times and have always enjoyed the food. It is one of the spots that I would recommend if you are visiting Milton.

Nice ambience and good service

Overall just not a good experience. Food is good, presentation is nice. But the service was terrible. And nothing was clean. They have this light lamp you press to get service. The server literally looked at the lamp, turned away and never came back. She finally saw me flag her down. The lamp itself was so dirty and sticky. The cutlery wasnt clean. So it just makes you think about everything else. No one was mean or rude just bad bad service. We had to walk to the counter every time we needed something. The worst is they will not give you a glass of water. You have to order a bottle. I hate that. People around us were upset with service. Its not worth going for okay dessert and food if its not clean and no one to really serve you.

Hidden gem in milton. Their food is all halal, the best club sandwiches I have had in Canada. Their crepes were delicious and to top it off the interior of this place is gorgeous.

No words but one Just Amazing Food. U need to try Burgers Chicken here. U will never regret.

Amazing food

Nachos are absolutely delicious. Unfortunately chicken was not cooked to perfection and or contaminated which caused late night vomiting. Observed server handing over forks without cleaning after dropping on main floor. No respect to hygiene, will not recommend or return. Lava cake was not that special to pay extra price its just a regular tasted cake so here goes one star and server needs to improve service as they don t serve cutlery if not asked.

Exquisite service from staff, especially Haashim Masud

Great experience everytime we go ! The order taker was great, we mentioned to him about some allergies and he went above and beyond to check every item on their menu to make sure it doesn t contain the allergens. Very friendly staff! One thing they can improve is the number of servers or helpers can increase, there are few helpers and they get a lot of customers. I would definitely recommend this place for desserts!

I want to start out by saying that during prior visits (mostly pre-pandemic) I have had no complaints about the food or service here. However, when me and my partner went tonight, there was only one server and one chef working during what is clearly their busiest time. These workers are clearly extremely overworked. The one server (who couldn t have been over the age of 20) was responsible for every table. A short while after we came in, she was in high visible emotional distress, and when me and some other patrons tried to help her, she said she had worked long hours all week yet was fine . I am urging customers to find somewhere else to eat as long as management is treating their employees this poorly. To the server in question: you were doing nothing wrong.

My most recent visit here was disheartening. When I was there, there was one server and one cook in charge of the entire restaurant during an obviously busy period. The server was visibly distressed yet still doing her best, so this review is in no way a reflection of the server or cook. You two were amazing. I m very thankful to say that the other patrons in the restaurant at the time were understanding and accommodating as well, but I m disappointed to see a restaurant treat their employees this way. I won t be coming back here as long as this practice continues.

I decided to take the time to write a review and leave my recommendation for this cafe. I am very surprised by some of the ratings. I had the most wonderful experience here. The food was amazing and full of flavour. The servings were a little large for me so I shared them with my guest. The staff were delightful and I will 100% come back here regularly. Had such a fantastic experience with my sisters here last night. Abeer was our server, very friendly and gave us great suggestions. The arabian tea came beautifully presented and the kettle crepe was so delicious!! Great ambiance, didnt feel rushed. Highly recommend.

The service is almost always an issue here. The food is great, excellent wraps and club sandwiches , dessert is delicious too. But there is almost always an issue with food coming late, forgetting our drinks etc. They need to retrain staff or come up with a better more efficient system. Once thats fixed, its 5 stars for sure .

We tried a new item that they recently added to their menu called the Kopper Kettle Sliders. It was 3 sliders; 1 with chicken, 1 with beef and 1 with veal. We were the first customers to order the sliders and they were absolutely delicious. The only problem was that it took a long time for them to make it. Around 40 to 45 minutes. But the server was very nice and outgoing and asked us for our input on it.

Went in around 9pm and ordered one plate with my boyfriend. A couple that came in maybe 15 mins after me ordered 3 plates and got them all before us. When asked, the waitress said she mixed up the tables. 45 mins in she asked if we needed anything but obviously we were just waiting for the 1 plate. Prior to walking out since we waited for over an hour I talked to the waitress and explained my frustration, all she said was I understand and I already cancelled your order. There was no apology and no sense of urgency. Do not recommend.

Overall nice experience. Good food. Bit pricy but quality and quantity is very nice.

The food was subpar. It was a bit overpriced for the quality of food you re getting. We ordered the midsummer nights dream for dessert and they literally brought out 2 scoops of ice cream when the description states A crispy fresh waffle. with two junior scoops of ice creams and fresh berries and whipped cream topped with our delicious Belgian chocolate. I asked the server and he was so lost and went over to the chef who was also confused. Like you re confused about your own menu? Won t be returning.

Here with my family. Its has been over an hour and we still haven t received our food. Server is really nice but us asking when we will receive our food and getting the same generic answer of 10 minutes is unacceptable. I know there is a shortage of employees in the market but I ve been to other restaurants recently and this is not the experience we have. Note to owners, you need to do better

Garbage customer service and they show no respect to their customers. Ordered over the phone for an order that wasnt even that large. Was told it would be about 35 minutes until it was ready. I show up about 40 minutes later thinking all ill have to do is pay and pick up. Told the server at cash I was here for a pickup. He looked completely lost, told them whos name it was under and he said oops I forgot. They never even started making it! Absolutely pathetic, when I asked how long it would take or if there was anything that could be done there was no acknowledgement at all. Server just kept on saying I dont know just have a seat. I have no time for such nonsense, and just walked out. They wont be getting my business any longer.

Mid expensive food

I don t think I will ever be going back to this place, even though it s a 2 minute drive from where I live. We ordered their specialty crepe dessert to-go. I was disappointed to see how they pack their take out ofer, so unprofessional and unappealing and hard to eat - they didn t even make the effort to pour chocolate on top of the crepe. The crepe itself was extremely thin, didn t seem like it was fresh. Overall not a great experience, do not recommend, and will not be returning

Ignore the poor reviews, they re straight LIES. This was by far the BEST experience I ve ever had. I indulged in waffles stuffed w brownies, drizzled in different chocolate sauces. They were so fresh, piping hot!! And the milk chocolate combo on top was to DIE FOR!! Ugh. Incredible. Real chefs definitely work here because there s no other reasoning for such FRESH FOOD!

Made the mistake of ordering uber eats from here. The cookies that are advertised to be baked fresh daily were baked at least 2 weeks ago. I wasted money on half a dozen cookies that were rock hard and inedible. Similar experience with the Cheesy bread, almost broke a tooth eating the hard Italian bread. The Philly cheese steak was the only good meal but was way overpriced. On uber eats its $21...in restaurant it is $18. Price of this should not have been more then $12 looking at the portion size and quality.

Maybe theres a difference between in-person and Skip the Dishes, because it was literally different food. If I could give zero stars I would. The mushroom soup that was the best thing Id ever tasted when I went in a couple of years ago had transformed into what was *clearly* a ton of cornstarch/flour mixed in water (there were still lumps of cornstarch). It was pure white, with no mushroom flavour, and exactly the texture you would expect with a mixture of cornstarch, flour and water. There were maybe 15 canned mushrooms stirred in. It was actually inedible. My wifes tornado wrap was, despite being delivered promptly, soggy to the point of destroyed -- the texture had become completely repellent. We couldnt eat anything. Im really disappointed. When we first visited, I told everyone just how amazing the food was. Now Im going to be telling everyone to stay as far away as possible.

Good portion and awesome food

I was told to come to pick up the food in 20 mins. I was surprised, as today is valentines. I zipped down, as it was a dish with ice cream. I get there, and see a panicked look that they havent started. I somewhat understand when they ask for 10 mins, as again... holiday. I come back and they didnt seem to remember my order and ask for another 5 mins. 10 mins later, do I finally get it. Food Im sure will be great, but expectations were set... and failed twice. Take their words with a copious amount of salt.

Kopper Kettle has a great vibe, with attention to detail in each and every corner of the cafe. There are marshmallows and candy under the glass floors, hanging from the roof in buckets and between the walls in jars. Every time Ive gone its been incredibly busy and I would recommend you make a reservation considering they have limited space inside. While the decor is beautiful, the food is subpar, in particular the savoury food. Both dishes we tried, the cheesy fries and the club sandwiches were mediocre. However, the dessert offerings are better. The ice cream is tasty with a large variety of toppings. There are also unique crepe and cake options if you are not in the mood for ice cream.

Will not dine here again....I was dining with my fiancé and a party of 6 we re at a single table and got up and took group pictures without wearing masks and even had the waitress take a picture of the group. Nothing was said to the guests. I paid and left before even finishing as I was beyond uncomfortable.

1) portions have gotten quite small, club sandwiches usually one slice of bread cut in half, they have cut one slice of bread in to four. This is recent change after Covid before they had half. 2) stack and cheer 17.99. Taste was its ok but it was small, for 18 $ they should increase size of it , I wish I could have say it s worth the money

Literally the worst experience! In the past i have been trying to call their number to make a reservation and nobody answers the phone. I reached out to them at Instagram for reservations and they were not able to accommodate. I finally picked up the food. This time again i have ordered delivery and the service they use with Foodlingo to deliver is not good at all. I have been waiting for my order for over an hour and now i called them and there is such a poor communication between the delivery person who said food is not ready but when i checked with the restaurant they said it is!! Called the driver back to let her know food is ready and she said she cant keep waiting for the order since restaurant delayed!! Im being the middle person here waiting for a small order for brownies and chocolate shot!! This is definitely insane !! We are here to support small businesses but the experience with this place has been so poor be it dine in, delivery or take out!

I was pretty disappointed. Although the staff was friendly and place was relatively clean, the dessert was not good. I cant speak for the food but this review is for the dessert because thats what we went for...I ordered a dessert with brownies and the brownies were the two bite brownies that you can buy from the grocery store, the eclairs were also the frozen ones from any grocery store. I was hoping for fresh restaurant made dessert but was disappointed to see that.

Only reason giving 2 stars because the kettle club sandwich meal tasted good, but to be honest, if you guys have ever tried yeh cheeze in Milton, their club sandwich is similar to taste, but also cheaper and if cut in half you get 8 pieces I stead of just 4 small pieces. This was a bit of a RIP off.

Order taker asked if I would like avocado or boiled egg in the sandwich. I said egg but its not there take a look. Also. , Price way too high and quality way too low. Only plus, is that its halal. But for me the negatives out-way the positives.

I usually don t leave bad reviews as I understand there is mishaps happen but today was beyond mishap. The restaurant ruined my whole order! They substituted my husband s club sandwich and gave it to him and he didn t even know there was egg and avocado missing from sandwich until my BIL sandwich came which was made properly. Then we had asked for fries and they didn t come with it they gave home style potatoes. Mine and my food came when everyone has finished the food. Also my crepe was cold and the food did not taste good. When I told the server of the service received she said she cannot do anything. I paid for the food which I didn t eat. I left my cold food, made my son have his food and left! I understand that you are understaffed but that is not customer s problem. You should left customers know when they come that we are understaffed so there are longer wait times. Our food came 1.5 hours time and that too wrong!

Honestly not good customer service at all! It feels like you have to keep getting the servers attention if you need anything, and then they will say they are coming, and will forget!!! The only reason i went here was because its Halal! But they dont know how to keep business, Will not be back!

The desserts were good but the italian coffee was weak and watery. Overall a nice place to visit They could improve on the cleanliness. There was leftover food on the floor at the 3 tables we sat at. What seemed like eggs, some fries etc.

I used to go there just for desert, but last weekend I decided to have dinner there. We tried the creme mushroom soup and it was woow. The only downside that they have limited seating place.

Pros: Halal Cons: pricey, ordered club sandwich, burger and regular fries. Base ingredients in the main dish tasted like boxed frozen food. No taste, good for first time if you have extra bucks to spend. Ill still try the dessert but the other food, not worth second chance.

If you are looking for a 5- star hotel coffee place in the neighbourhood then this is it for you. We loved the club sandwiches & nachos. The place is cosy and with limited places to sit, it may get busy very quickly. The wait time for your food may be higher as there is one cook to serve all the orders. Chat alot before the food arrives but be very hungry as the servings can fulfil your big appetite!
