I drove all the way to get today s Halloween kids for my kids, its was only 8:30 and waited in the drive thru line, till I hear that the Halloween offer is over!!! Like I hate when these locations are ran by cheap people! Like really cheap people!!!!

This location always has cold food. It doesn t matter if I eat in or take it out. I like an and w but this location is not a good one. If you are a walk in customer prepare to wait and be ignored as they only care about the drive through.

I ordered burgers and the ketchup packs were just thrown right on top of the food which is uncleanly. Ketchups are touched by everyone and lying around openly so it should not be touching the food. A suggestion for next time.

Great deal for a $4 teen burger but if I knew it was going to be over a 12m wait for 1 teen burger I wouldnt have ordered it. Thats way too long for a fast food restaurant.

Worst staff, doesnt care about the customers, called them at 3 am couple of times, didnt receive the call. I had to Come to the store not knowing if thing i want is available or not, if it wasnt itll be a worthless trip for me at 3 am in the morning, i tried calling again after reaching there to check if the numbers right or not, if not then Ill let them know the problem. But in relaity the call rand, for several times, there was this guy and a girl working there, clearly not busy, (i was literally in front and the phone and them were right in front of me) didnt bother to answer the call. I was hungry, i had to get my food, otherwise i was so mad with them.

I have serious concerns about the cleanliness and the hygiene practices at this place. I ve seen workers handling the cash register and then touching their faces, noses, and ears before preparing food, without washing their hands or wearing gloves. I m not surprised by the reviews from others who say they got food poisoning from this place. These practices raise health and safety concerns. I believe a health inspection is needed to address these issues.

Fatema was so nice, even though their ice coffee machine wasn t working, she was very pleasant to help us out and find an alternative. She deserves a raise!

This A&W has the best customer service I have ever experienced and out of every single fast food place in Milton they treat you the best. I had an issue where I was given the wrong item. Fatemeh and Bindu did their best and corrected the mistake and reassured me that it was just a mistake. I have been coming to A&W for a really long time hands-down the one on Thompson is the best

After 10pm if you go to drive-thru and order onion rings, they always say they are out onion rings. When placing the order in uber at the same time they will accept the order.

I just wish they would stop turning off mobile ordering around 10pm onward :( Idk if its an issue with stock not being enough during the promos or something but it blows I miss out on the promos cause of this, and I dont want to drive to the other milton location which always has mobile ordering open when I can walk to this one. Update: so as you can see they replied to my comment and are gaslighting me. I wish I took screenshots but this location turns off their mobile ordering at the times I mentioned, and now are lying about it. Its not that serious but you just turned a 5 star review into 1, great job management!

We frequently visit this location and appreciate the friendly, fast customer service Fatemeh provides especially when we go in the morning! The food is always fast, fresh and delicious! Fatemeh is always so pleasant and treats her customers well with a big smile on her face. We have also had the same experience with Gurpreet too! Atmosphere is a gas station but at least it is nice and clean and newly renovated! There are no tables inside to eat (but there are some outside).

They charged me for the all day breakfast then when the food came out they told me they didn t have it and side eyed me. Disrespectful

Writing this review right after getting my order. Its Saturday, April 20th 11:40 am, I ordered a sausage n egger sandwich for myself and a buddy burger for my son. The attendant had a rude tone when I was ordering my food. And then they made our food terrible it just looked like they slapped on all the garnish and condiments....so unappealing!!! Ive been coming to this a&w for 3 years and Im very disappointed with todays service. Such a waste of money. I hope the staff see this review and do better because I like a&w and I really hope they can improve their quality of service...you need front of house and back of house training....dont care how busy it is...Im willing to wait for my food if its done right. Terrible customer service!

I visited the restaurant recently to try their newly introduced Piri-Piri Potato burger. However, it was evident from the flavor that they used rancid oil to fry the patty, and moreover, canola oil, which is not the best choice. Unfortunately, after consuming it, I experienced severe swelling in my throat, leading to inflammation in my tonsils. The discomfort persisted, had to see doctor and took medication. Needless to say, I wont be returning. Its disheartening to see such lapses in food quality standards these days.

Very bad customer service. I went there last night around 3 am and the girl said that we cant make any food because our fryers are under cleaning. I mean what the hack why do you say it is open 24 hours!!!!!!! when you dont have food for customers ready and they have to wait 1 hour until cleaning finishes. I drove 10 minutes to get food and had to return without it. Very disappointing

Why is the frozen drink machine ALWAYS down? EXTRA frustrating when you order a frozen drink through the app and they refuse to give you a refund when the machine is down. Is there an actual valid reason the machine is down all the time or is this bad management letting employees get away with being lazy or not doing proper maintenance causing it to break?

The chicken patty is getting thinner and thinner by the day This is harberno. I tried the Nashville too which was even worse and also had some elasticy strings in it as well. Tasted weird. Not coming back Food

Veggie burger and sweet potato fries are great

The crowd serving at least in the evening is not great. I saw there was also a health concern in one of the previous reviews about them serving moldy bread. Quite frankly from the behaviour I have seen, I believe it. They also randomly close depending on their mood or randomly decide not to serve certain foods. I would advise to avoid this location.

Had to stand around for over 10 minutes they were serving the uber eats or skip the dishes drivers even as I stood a round and was there before them. The staff did not know how to even smile.

I tried the Nashville chicken and it tasted flavourless and dry. Had the same sandwich at other locations and it tastes way different. Will stay away from this A&W location.
