Ordered the juicy Lucy on fire and it was not seasoned at all. The sauce was on the corner and spilled right out. Please season your burgers and sauce in the center.

Overpriced. Average taste. Toppings and patty size disappointing. I would not come here again.

Tasted bad. No seasoning or flavour. Portions small. Expensive.

There was too much oil on the buns.

Pretty dry and disappointing. Especially considering that the one at port credit is immensely tastier.

We were there on a Saturday with the whole family and we really appreciated the food and the service. The staff was very nice and took care of our special requests.

Place is good for family too. Food was good. Tried juicy lucy and Nashville chicken. Best thing is they are open till midnight.

Burgers were burnt. The last three times I have been here the burgers and the beef bacon were very over cooked. This place used to have amazing burgers, but recently they re always burnt.

Usually we go to the ridgeway location which is amazing and i always order my favourite utility steak sandwich but today we went to milton location for the first time and it was very disappointing, meat is burned and not tender , bun is dry and fries is very oily. We will not be back to this location

Bought one funnel cake cost $19 total Lots of ice cream hardly any funnel cake which was definitely premade and re- cooked today. Almost like they were trying to hide how bad it was. The cake It was flat, dry and hard .

Only personal opinion and hoping feedback is constructive to assist them. Had chicken burger combonwith dine. Presentation is good, but the moment you pick up the burger, it all starts falling off due to bottom sogginess. Either sauce control or bun firmness. Jalapeños nuggets are also OK but not with great batter coating for fry. Atmosphere is quiet and lot of tables to sit around. Would be great if the bottom of the tables were scraped clean as well.

Amazing food and service!

I don t know how the food taste at this location cause i am trying this location for first time . I tried the another locations its really good. The only reason i am putting this review to let the owner know that the customer service is really bad. They are such lousy people the are not busy but still there s no one who gonna pickup the phone . I tried more than 10 times with different numbers nobody answer . Also they going to close at 10 and i am trying to call them since 9 pm. Such a bad service its better to go to another location at least they know how to work.

We used to eat at this location, and the burgers always were the best. Today we bought again, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. Im sorry to say that, but today we eat the worst burgers in our lives. The chicken was spicy, and my kids couldnt eat. Beef burgers were dry and tasteless. Today was the last time when we bought food from burger factory.

Juicy Lucy on fire is their best beef burger. My whole family loves it. Factory sauce gives their burgers a unique taste. Tornado fries had a lot of oil in them so not recommended

Great food ,amazing manager and trustworthy staff

Went with my friend and it was a great place! Great atmosphere the smell hits you, the food cannot get any fresher! They had great customer service, the manager was a really great guy to talk to. The burger itself was so flavourful and is so worth the price. Great place definitely coming back!

I was just at this location I was treated poorly infront of other customers. Screaming the money I had was fake. I left the location went to the bank to verify was told its real. My wife called and I called tand they hung up the phone. This is not the way to treat anyone. I have already reached out to head office. I was humiliated.

Loved their cheeseburger with the extra factory sauce! A nice hot meal on a cold winter night was just the thing!

A bit pricey in my opinion but no complaints in regards to taste and quality. The fries are usually always crispy and the beef is well salted.

Nothing juicy about this Lucy! This used to be mime and my kids favorite place to eat. But somehow the other, the Milton location is biggest hit and miss I have come across. Burgers were dry, and packed oddly, all the veggies were out of the burger, no I didnt order my veggies on the side. Three burgers, three family members, 60 bucks in, same reaction from everyone. Service is good, food is below mediocre at best. Only the Milton location though.

Good place for burger lovers...

The food is good and the toppings are fresh and have been the same since I started dining at the Resturant. It s a bit pricey but a rare all halal burger joint (if not the only one in Milton). Not much competition, but is a go again until a better halal burger joint shows up in Milton. Staff are 10/10 Friendly and nice, kudos to the team!

One of the best burger joints i have ever ordered from. 5 stars rating is from myself, my wife, and 3 kids. Compressor was juicy and ingredients were fresh. Highly recommended.

Nothing special about this place-- The beef wasnt too flavourful, the bun wasnt remarkable, and their signature factory sauce is weird. If you want to try a truly life-changing burger for the SAME price, try Gladiator Burger on Erin Mills.

Food was fantastic, called ahead to find out about gluten free options for my girlfriend and the manager was upfront and honest. Atmosphere was great, the staff are awesome, friendly and charismatic. If we re ever in Milton again we ll be back. Shout out to the manager for excellent customer service and overall friendliness Dietary restrictions: Girlfriend said Gluten free bun was great, couldn t tell the difference from a normal bun.

These guys can make some really nice burgers and fries, but the poutine isnt really that great. Honestly the amount of burger you get isnt amazing considering how much youll be paying, but what you do get is quite delicious. Note that the beef burgers are halal.

I come here all the time, and order a Juicy Lucy on fire, and the man who works there always treats me with the utmost respect. I really appreciate everything he does to provide the finest service. Today, I ordered a juicy Lucy a little earlier, and they included a little gift with it too. I really appreciate their honesty, and so glad they are located near me. I will continue to come here for many more years to come.

A far cry from a good eat, the beef if we can call it like that was dry, its taste was more on the stew type of meat, buns were past the fresh time and the french fries a complete disgrace, you can do a lot better and still save a few dollars in other burgers shops. These guys really need some food wizard to give them some advice. I hate to be disappointed when I go somewhere for something so simple as a burger. Theyve got the place, the set up and the customers dropping by but dont seem to know what to do with it.

I have now tried at this place multiple times. Every time I try here, the buns are stale and not fresh. Patty itself is decent smash style but the burger is always way too saucy. They put too much of whatever sauce you ask them to put.

The burgers were dry , tasteless not even salt , the buns were stalled and fried and potatoe tornado was cold . This is the 3 rd time I have given them a chance , Will never go again we ended up feeding it to our dog .

Food was awesome and I spoke to a guy and I really wanted to acknowledge his great customer service and willingness to make sure that the customer is happy! It was something that was very refreshing and different and almost hard to find in the fast food industry nowadays I m super appreciative and thank you to Brandon for going the extra mile and for also making sure all my sauces were on the side like I like! Brandon honestly is the best person to speak to there, it seems as though no other coworker of his has time to speak to their customers they just push you off so thank you for taking the time it meant a lot!

This used to be a regular option for when we decide to eat out. We haven t eaten here in a few months and to our dismay the owners must ve changed. A very unwelcoming staff and the food quality has simply disappeared. The buns taste stale, the burgers were dry as a bone, and the wait time 27 minutes for 3 sandwiches is absurd. Along with the price tag of 65$ I am extremely disappointed. This location has lost its edge, it reminds me of the Brampton location. Will not be returning. No longer a family favourite. The staff is terrible here and the food followed suit. The Mississauga location is in another league for food quality.

Was at a seminar near this location and upon our 20 minute break I came here and ordered the Memphis chicken burger, which took the whole break to cook. I was looking forward to it, only to realize it was basically all breading with very little chicken. I asked for lettuce tomato and onion, and was let down again when it was half an onion with a slice of tomato and little lettuce. Not worth almost $15, would not recommend with the high prices and will walk to The Works instead for next time!

My 5 year old couldn t eat the cheese burger because it was disgusting. No wonder the restaurant was empty. And then to charge $20 dollars for a burger that s inedible should be a crime. Won t go back ever. !!!!!!

Its unfortunate that I have to change my review but I wont be eating there again. I dont think its right to tell an underpaid under the table employee thats its okay to go on vacation and then when he returns you tell him go find a job elsewhere. Knowing he cant say anything or really do anything about it. I hope the owner of this branch learns to treat his employees with care and respect. Do better. Will not be giving this place my money again.

Love to be at this place every week. The vibe is so pure when you enter the door of the store. All the staff members are so kind and talkative. Always guide you what is best to eat. I have seen the first owner who works with the team and never let them feel like a boss. It is friendly place. I remember you guys to visit it once as all the menu items are delicious. Mine favourite are all the chicken items and the chocolate shake and chocolate funnel cake. Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian food and halal food as well. I think except veggie burger and sides these guys are having everything halal.

June 10, 2022 Today i have the worst service ever in this restaurant. I asked them to cut the sandwich in half since i ordered and add mayonnaise it comes with no mayonnaise nor they cut it into half. I asked the man who gave it to me to cut it he gives me a plastic knife and i tell him please add the mayo then ask him please cut he says he is busy and gave me another knife and he was rude. I as a google local guide I never ever recommend the service on this restaurant and would never ever visit Burger Factory again in whole. I am writing this review before ever eating because i am really upset of the service. After eating i found the sandwich was very salty. I went back and spoke to the lady to tell her about the food she said she will get me another one and she got me another one. For her only i will make it 2 start otherwise wise if there is under zero i would give it. Old review Amazing and testy me and my kids loved it

I took my family here once over a year ago on the recommendation of one of my friends. We left despite being hungry because the staff were rude and unfriendly, which killed my appetite. My family and a different friends family joined me today in coming here. Once again, the staff was impolite and unprofessional. At the time, I didn t write a negative review, but now I feel like I should. Even if the food is bad, I would eat there again if there was good service and hospitality.

Blown away how ignorant the person was tonight, told him the viniger packets wer empty and he said so and kept doing what he was doing. Burger was over priced and ordinary, fries wer garbage, regret going there tonight, big waste & to get that kind of treatment makes this place go on my barred for life list.

The girl in specs at the cash counter is really arrogant and rude. She needs to smile a bit and let customers speak. We have been to this location multiple times and it s always a case with her. Food is fine, just issue with one employee s attitude.
