Hero Certified Burgers in Milton

Ordered a bacon cheese burger and it had a very tiny piece of bacon. Not very fresh. tasted like the grill needs to be cleaned

went back after swearing not to go again. got the smash burger and the pattie was so hard, the sweet potato fries had old fries mixed in. very slow service and bad experience. I cant believe they would keep the place open with 1 person in the kitchen! like ppl are driving there in bad weather just to hear that they need 20 mins for a burger!

The food quality is going downhill every day. I am a regular customer and I was forced to write this review after multiple bad experiences. The food that I am paying for has been below average when it comes to the taste and quality. For example. Spicy jalapeño sandwich is supposed to be spicy? Guess what it it as as bland as a fillet o fish from McDonalds.

Their burgers taste good but are very small and the quantity is very low for pretty much everything compared to price. Poutine is a bit too salty!

This burger joint should close down, they have tasteless burgers and not worth the money

Had the worst customer experience today. I am a regular customer, the owner and his son are awesome. Their employee on the other hand was disrespectful, rude, and condescending. He was combative on numerous occasions and called me a liar. After I told the employee that I would be making a complaint to the owner he later mentioned to his coworker that it s not like I m going to get fired if he complains. I will be speaking to the owner directly about this but made this review because the employee brushed off my complaints because he wouldn t get fired and only apologized to save face when another customer came in.

One of the best halal places in Milton. Our kids love and prefer burgers /poutine from this location.Always a fine dine in experience. I came at last minute at their closing and they still took my order with smile and patience . One of the employees Shivam was actually taking his break but he immediately started working on my order . The girl on counter named Grace was very nice . I m really impressed with their service and professionalism. The overall store at nighttime is so clean and managed .

I placed a pickup order today and the guy who was taking my order was so rude to me and questioned me about everything on my order. The chicken tenders was the only thing that tasted good rest the action burger and meatless chicken burger were not good at all. I spent around 45$ just for 2 combos such a waste of money. That guy I dont his name but he should first learn some customer service etiquette s till then he doesnt really deserve to work in such a field.!!! DONT GO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION AT ANY COST !!!!!!!!

I should have gone to McDonald s honestly. Burger was decent, poutine was salty and the gravy was not what you would expect on a poutine. Cashier volunteered a 10 min wait which ended up taking 26 mins to prepare and the place was not very busy. Had to check if they had not forgotten about my order.

I went for lunch on 28 December 2022 and needless to say I wasnt very impressed at all. The front counter associate did not greet me with any enthusiasm whatsoever and that really set the tone for my experience. Although the burgers I ordered were very tasty, the lack of solid customer service left a bad taste and poor impression. Due to which I dont think I will ever return to this location. What they are failing to understand here, is that customer service is paramount and any shortfalls, means a shortfall in return visits from a customer. The guy at the counter was not thankful for my business and he overall lacked a positive attitude. If this is what Im getting at the front, it makes me wonder what Im getting behind in the food preparation area the when my food is being prepared. Employees do not seem too happy to be working here. Something worthy of looking into. I felt uncomfortable and I didnt feel like my business was at all valued here. And I should also mention that the associate at the front, handled cash and food without washing his hands. A huge Red Flag for me. If I wanted that, I would have gone to Subway, as they are famous for handling cash and food with the same dirty hands. Up the customer service and I think business would improve and lean to impress those of us looking for a great burger experience. If youre in the burger business, you definitely have to be over and above the competition. There are too many burger places, to not pay attention to the smaller things, in which matter to customers. Should this change, I would consider a second visit. As it stands now, Heck Nooo. Definitely not for the price of your burgers.

I had gone there for dinner with my brother and noticed the place was not clean and the food wasnt that great either because later after eating I was sick to my stomach from the burger I ate and the service wasnt that great either

Food was great but customer service needs serious improvement. Placed an online order and when we arrived we were told our order didnt get sent to the kitchen so we had to wait. They also were trying to close up before close time of 10pm. Lady was mopping right beside us as we were trying to finish our food at 930pm. She was also too busy trying to impress the Uber Eats driver with love notes on the bag.

Good experience. and my jalapeño chicken had just the right amount of spice. Would go again. The washrooms and restaurant was clean. This was important since I had my kids with me. The staff was friendly and delivered the food to the table for us which is unusual for a fast food restaurant.

Enaya is so full of energy and always smiling. Issy looks to genuinely enjoy the job. A welcome and pleasant experience, especially for a fast-food restaurant. Most arent like this.

Went for iftaar with my sisters and ordered through the website and there was a burger we ordered that had bacon on it. Big shoutout to the manager at the Milton location for letting us know that they have pork bacon and chicken/beef bacon (which they make on two different grills). I had no knowledge about this, I had thought the whole restaurant was halal. If he hadnt been working that night and knew in our special instructions that it was for iftaar, one of us would have had pork without our knowledge. There needs to be more people like him! Thank you again!! Also food and service is always 10/10.

Been coming here for a while and it s always amazing service. The owner is really nice. I ordered the smash burger and didn t realize the bacon would be pork bacon instead of halal beef bacon. I called and explained how I didn t realize the bacon was pork and he told me to come back for another burger. 100% recommend !!

My first time here after hearing a lot of good things but what a terrible terrible experience. I ordered 3 burgers as visible on the receipt. Upon reaching home, we found only 2 burgers in the bag. We called the restaurant, Mr. Seth, who also took our order, picked the phone, accepted that there must have been a mistake. Offered to give us a free burger as compensation. Seconds later, he retreated from his offer and offered to come back and just get the missing burger or get the refund. Absolute rubbish behaviour and very casual attitude for ruining people s dinner.

And I was amazed by their amazing Customer service from Hafsa, who was so welcoming, She was so humble and genuine, She took my order with a big smile on her face. Although I took too long to decide what to get, she remained calm and helped me With such a positive attitude. I really enjoyed the food and would definitely visit that location for the burger but also for that kind girl, Hafsa. customer service employees should learn a thing or two from Hafsa, on how to provide exceptional service, She definitely captured my heart with her attitude. Ordered one of the smash burgers and it was not at all a smash burger. It was clearly just a patty. Smash burgers start as meatballs and then are smashed into the flattop grill and have some caramelization on them. This was not that and barely an average burger for a place that is supposed to specialize in burgers. The onion rings were very good though. The people working were very friendly, polite and helpful.

I ordered online veggie burger for pickup. Went in few minutes and the person at the counter handed over me a bag and I did not chk what was inside. This guy did not bother to ask for my order receipt. After some time got a call from this shop and the guy called me siad bag given was wrong. Then I found it was a wrong item when I was explaining the guy what happened, the guy called said, was thinking I was an Uber driver and gave the cover. Very judgemental. They dont care about the checking receipt but decide on the look of a person. Grt guys. Correct your error and learn to talk. The first time came into your shop and this will be last.

Second bad order in a row. Paid $27 for an Uber eats delivery and what I got was half my order missing, cold food on what I got and an owner who doesn t care to fix his business. Even the uber driver told him items were missing and he still didn t care as he is obviously a thief. Last time I was there he told me uber orders rob him of money so I guess he just want to rob the customers instead. Do not go here. As a local I can surely see when a business is going under and sadly, this place will be the next to go.

Amazing Service and Food , I just wanted to say that today I experienced a bunch of kids making nuisance as i guess they got outside food and drinks even though it is clearly stated that no outside food and drinks were allowed , the manager politely asked the girls to take the drinks outside , but the kids kept on mocking him and started recording him as well as the staff. I don t know their intention behind it but i don t think it had a good intention. The manager handled the situation quite well and calmly.

Me and my family have been coming to this location for over 8 years, and ever since they began with this management, the food has never been better! We travel from a different area to come to this specific location and feast on their burgers and poutine. The owner is a great person as well, and coming here is an overall wonderful experience. We ordered a beef burger combo. The fries were great but the burger smelled bad and was raw. We told the staff about it and they offered to throw it out for us.. no refund nor did they gave us the option to choose another one.

I really like coming here to satisfy my burger carvings! Even though the portions are relatively small and the price a bit high, the food isn t disappointing. I think this place could improve portion quantity a bit more; compared to the price but otherwise, the food is delicious!

Great beef burgers prepared with care and fully customized. However I tried their spicy chicken sandwich and was disappointed. The chicken was dried up and didnt have the same care given as the beef burgers. Hopefully it was a one off. Will update on other experiences for the spicy chicken if I decide to try again. Otherwise you cant go wrong with the beef burgers. Always prepared fresh and with care.

Disorganized counter staff did not respect the order of customers waiting. Caused disagreement between customers. Not a pleasant experience. Quality of food was ok but experience negative.

The burger was quite good and so was everything else. It was filled with enough sauces but it still didnt hide the fact that the burger itself was a bit dry. And I had taken the signature 8 oz burger, so it did not feel perfect. But it was still good and next time, Ill go with a 4 or 6 oz burger to keep the ratio towards moistness.

Food and toppings are always fresh and tasty. Been there a couple times in person recently and honestly was really impressed with the staffs communication and hard work. My orders have always been timely and accurate. Admittedly it is a little pricier than some of the more fast food burger joints in town, but I am willing to pay for the quality.

This Hero Burger location is one of the best Ive been to. The burgers and toppings are always fresh and well prepared. The burgers are never sloppy and always made with the appropriate amount of each topping. Ive also tried the chicken burgers and chicken strips and again was very pleased. The location has a clean seating area and the service is always really friendly and welcoming. Ive never had an issue with this location and will continue to visit!

Very disappointed on the amount of fries that come with the 3 pc chicken meal and to make it worse there is no drink included. $15.95 for 3 pieces of chicken and maybe 30 fries ... I could have gone to Popeyes and got 2 x 5 pc chicken strip meals for the price of my meal on May 28th 2022. Hinestly do not recommend this place sadly i hate to rate it 1 star. Also had to pay $2.69 for a medium fountain drink that should allow me to get refills.

Every burger aaa incorrect even tho they were all labelled to match our order with specific instructions for toppings. Plus all the fries were undercooked. I can honestly say this was the worst chicken burger Ive ever had based mostly on the quality of the chicken. I had the Italian Chicken Deluxe burger...Grilled chicken, blue cheese, portobello mushrooms, red peppers, mayo, ciabatta bun. I don t know how they managed to find a chicken supplier so cheap and bad to supply them with chicken breast meat so full of gross rubbery cartilage, but they managed to do it. I know breast meat can have a tiny bit of cartilage maybe on the edges, but this one had it throughout, inside ALL the meat. And it wasnt even a single patty of chicken, it was two pieces fit in the burger. I ended up having to take the meat out and tearing away about half of the chicken - the cartilage parts. On top of that the edible parts of the chicken were tough and tasteless, bland. The mushrooms are supposed to be portobello, but they were the size of, looked like, and tasted to me like just canned button mushrooms. The bun was OK, the blue cheese dressing was OK. But the rest was just yuck.

Been here twice in a week already. The plant based options are awesome. Had the plant based chicken and the pea protein burgers. Both were great.

It was a friendly experience and they were amazing at handling my food. They went in depth with the variety of options that were available. The food was fresh and straight off the grill. The owner was friendly and helpful as well and it was an amazing experience would come again. Vegetarian options: They had beyond meat options and vegetarian options as well. Dietary restrictions: There were so many varieties and options for whatever dietary restrictions that people may have. Parking: There were alot of parking spots available. Kid-friendliness: They were amazing and talking and friendly with all the customers that were present Wheelchair accessibility: It was wheelchair accessible and friendly for people with needs.

I loved it! I ve been going here for years and it is definitely one of the best places to go for a burger in the GTA. Would recommend. The employees are nice and the owner is great. The menu can get a but difficult to understand but the cashiers are always willing to help out. Five stars.

Our go to place for Crunchy chicken strips for my son. Good burgers too. We even won a contest on one of our visits.

We ordered combo burgers to go. We did not checked the orders before we left, when we got home we find out they did not give us fries. We tried calling them to let them know but no answer... I just hope they are mindful of the orders

A little on the higher side compared to McDonalds or Burger King, But then the quality also is better (talking in terms of taste), The Beef burger is tasty, and the fries are also good. Chicken strips were surprisingly short in size and that makes them a little dry but that may also be because I had them a couple hours after the order was prepared. Revisit - Yes.

Terrible customer service. Manager / Owner have no people skills and should not be in the front line dealing directly with customer. Please note that this location opted out from participating from Hero Burger Corporate promotions and deals. Any promos and special advertised by Hero Burger Corporate & Hero Burger App will NOT be honored at this location. Instead of just saying nicely to customer that they dont honor deals advertised by their franchiser, they do responded in a condescending way - truly degrading. Customer simply asking for what is todays special from Hero Burger? dont deserve to be treated rudely as such. Granted, franchisee have the right to opted out from the franchisers program, however, Hero Burger Milton location as the franchise holder of Hero Burger, did not live up to the standards of professional service to which we are accustomed.
