Great food and so much selection for burgers. What made the experience better was the girls working there. I believe our servers name was Leila a Lebanese girl. Keep up the good work.

Everything was tasty, top tier burger, fries and onion rings. The bottomless soda in a measuring glass was huge. So stuffed. A little pricy.

Daughter and I were craving a good burger and decided upon The Works on a Monday evening. The waitress was lovely, however the food was disappointing. With only two other tables occupied, It took about 40-45 mins for our food to come out. Both entrees were lukewarm. The egg on the Hamburger Mary was overcooked and the patty a bit burnt. The compliant to the manager was useless as there was no apology made. He only offered to recook our meals 10-15 mins later. Also, the temperature in the restaurant was pretty cool that we kept our coats on the whole time. I expected better quality food for spending $85 for two meals and two drinks. I did not expect any concessions made to our bill but also none was made. Next time will stick to Wendys, A&W or The Burger Factory which never disappoints.

Absolutely the worst service Ive seen... Food is as it always has been... But this location is garbage .. almost an hour to get our food... Waiter was extremely unknowledgeable.... Wrong food was brought out and had to be returned.... Its a shame as the works in general is usually a great place to eat... But this place is worth skipping...

Worst service I ever received at a Works restaurant. Orders mixed up. Extremely slow. Appetizer after meal. One person in our paety never got a meal. Children served last. Terrible over all. Left me angry never again

Massive waits when the restaurant is not dead. Ill revisit in 6 months hoping the kitchen staff is trained on how to handle any kind of rush.

Went to the works for dinner and it s sooo good everytime! The cocktails are all amazing and they have bottomless fries and milkshakes. I love the burgers and our server Rebecca helps us out everytime and it s the best customer service I ve ever gotten. Always smiling and super nice!

Dont make any plans after dinner as you will be in a food coma. Lots of choices, very generous portions,

Extremely bad service!! Got to the restaurant at 7:15pm. A server arrived to the table 15 minutes later, received our drinks quickly but never came back with our food, we asked at 8pm if food was coming and they said it would take 5 minutes. 8:25pm we asked again and food had not even been ordered in kitchen. We had 2 kids starving by this time! No apology! We ended up leaving! A very bad experience .

Too expensive for todays affordability

I got the wagyu burger and its was dry and almost unedited the cost was over 20 and completely not worth it. I also got a poutine which was huge and I wish the server told me it would feed a small family but aside from that the fresh were stale and hard, I ate three bites and didnt finish the poutine. I will not go back especially with the prices. The server gave a bit of a discount.

The veggie burger I just had was surprisingly delicious! Packed with flavor and a satisfying texture, its a great alternative to meat burgers. The patty was well-seasoned and perfectly grilled, complemented by fresh vegetables and a soft bun. A definite must-try for both vegetarians and burger enthusiasts alike!

Attempted to go for dinner and after waiting an hour and half we were told our order was never processed. They said they were going to get our order out to us but after waiting even longer nothing arrived. Management was non existent to deal with the situation. Instead of doing the right thing and just waiving the cost of the 2 pop and 1 beer we ACTUALLY received, they still charges us. Disappointed as The Works Milton was our regular place but after tonight we won t be returning.

We dined here with our family. Lovely ambience with pleasant servers and great food. Good layout with comfortable sitting arrangement. Food was served within reasonable time. Great taste. Lot of options for drinks. Perfect place for family and friends to hangout as well as for corporate outing. Overall a great experience.

The gourmet burgers at The Works Milton are delicious!! You get to choose what kind of patty and bun, and best of all how you like it topped. They have a huge variety of different burger toppings and combinations. Personally, I like spicy and the Kamikaze burger hits the spot perfectly! Its a great combination of peppers and cheese on the burger and comes with what they call hotter than hell sauce. Its very spicy and it brings out all the flavours! You can even ask for your patty to be peppercorned. This adds to the party in your mouth! There are burgers for everyone here and you will find what you like. The only disappointment Ive had with the menu recently is that the portobello mushroom is not on the menu anymore as a patty choice. But like I said theres plenty of other choices for everybody (even veggie/vegan). The sides are good too. A good variety to make your choice difficult but never wrong! I tend to lean towards the onion rings or the spicy chips. The fries are good too and its nice to know they are bottomless!! The atmosphere and decor at this location is pretty cool too. I always have a good time and delicious meal when I go to The Works Milton!!

Fantastic selection of burgers!

I didn t get the staff members names but the guy and girl that served us on Monday lunch time were great. This had to be the best Works location I ve been too with respect to the food and service. Everything tasted great and on top of that the beech house sauce wasn t an extra charge. Thanks Milton Works team, I ll be sure to eat here again.

Not impressive for a gourmet burger - very bland flavours, very lightweight and just not very filling. Fries were also OK, needed salt and were not as crispy as expected. Just Not worth the price. Service was just OK. There are a ton of way better burger joints out there in this price point .

The burger patties were super dry on all 5 burgers, the caramelized onions(were they burnt?) were drowned in some dark sauce, the fries seemed old and it was just not a good eating experience.

Completely blown away by the amazingly crafted burgers. Do give this place a try if you are looking for delicious food.

Ordered take out on 22nd December around noon. My burger was burned. Tatsed like rubber. Waste of time and money. Very disappointed

Ordered a burger combo for my 9 year old daughter through skip, she is very picky about her burgers even at 9 years old she insists it be a medium well, juicy burger which is why we pay the premium to order from a Burger speciality place. The burger was very well done and super dry. It is not worth the $24 for a burger combo, she ate 1 bite and we ended up ordering her a sub as she didnt eat more than a bite. We have left 4 reviews lifetime for various companies and only do so when service is either above and beyond or so sub par that the experience needs to be shared. When a restaurant is charging that much money for a burger and fries, there should be a lot more effort put behind the quality rather than pumping out quantity. We try and support local restaurants, unfortunately WORKS Craft burgers is now forever off our list and we will continue to share this experience with friends and family. Hopefully WORKS will get the message and put more emphasis towards quality control of the food they put out

Working from the east coast of Canada I always look forward to coming back and having the Works, juicy burgers with fresh toppings and the fresh cut fries are a must.

Ive been going to the works now for close to a decade and it is by far my favorite place to get a burger. The fries and apps are delicious and theres a type of burger out there for everyone! The staff have always been super friendly to me and my family. Ill be a lifetime customer for sure!

Good food quality

Looove this Works location! Every time I go, the food is great and service is excellent. The owner always goes out of his way for his customers and is genuinely one of the best guys around.

Havent recieved our food yet but we came in on Jan 2, 2023 and were the only ones in the place. Guy was nice seated us and took drink order. Another 5 couple groups came in 5 to 10 minutes after us. They all had there orders taken before us super confusing. Kids really wanted burgers or I would have left. Hopefully they take the feedback and figure it out. I would say we waited an additional 10 minutes longer so not an eternity but keeping track of your customer server was by himself and tried his best. Food was excellent even with the extra wait. Server was as attentive as possible with multiple tables.

Great food and service. I absolutely love that all the burger topping options are available on beef, chicken, vegetarian, etc. patty choices! Kid-friendliness: They have a good kids menu, and offer crayons and a menu they can colour on.

Delicious burgers of all types (chicken, wagyu, elk, veggie/impossible). A bit too much liquid dripping out of them and also makes the bun a bit soggy.... but the flavors will make up for that. If you like burgers come here. Had the greek side salad and it was top notch.

First of all, the moment we walked into the place, the place was very smelly. It stinks for real. Like musty rusted bathroom pipes. We considered leaving but wanted to give the food a try. For the price of the burger/combo and boasting about how they are in competitions, their burgers should be juicy and tasty without fail. My Burger was very dry. It really wasnt THAT amazing!

Have been to the works a few times. This last time was a disaster. I ordered a beef burger and the meat seemed off. I wasnt sure if it was the burger type I ordered or what, but something wasnt right. One of my final bites, I noticed that the meat was a pretty pink. Later that evening I threw up the entire dinner. Immediately once I had it out, I felt better. We spent $140 with tax and tip for 4 people and it was disappointing to see they didnt cook the meat well given that we went there at 5pm and it was no where near busy.

You can expect better service from a truck stop bathroom. Cold food and bad/unsympathetic service. Never again.

Great, big burgers. Lots of flavor. We had the get elked, Obi Wan and the pig bang theory. All three were really delicious. The pig bang however barely had any pulled pork on top. The tower of rings were great as well... Fries and spicy die cut chips were below average and so was the tragically poutine. Service was friendly but really slow. The burgers made up for it . Overall good burgers average sides.

Our familys favorite place to get takeout burgers. The Milton location never disappoints. The food is always hot, delicious and portions are big. When picking up the staff are always very friendly.

Pleasant place, well decorated and efficient and friendly service. The drinks are served in small pitchers, its original. On the other hand, I asked for my burger rare, it arrived way overcooked. 5/5 for their Gourmet veggie patty option and their beechhouse sauce. We order 4 different burgers, all were delicious. For side I will suggest everyone to avoid fries and better go for onion rings. Also avoid vegan bacon, it seems little salty. Ambience was very good, roadhouse theme maintained well. For vegetarian, go for Gourmet veggie patty instead of normal impossible meat. Chunky fried chicken patty was also very delicious and juicy.

The experience was honestly kind of disappointing. The burgers were a little dry and the salad was very underdressed, but overall was fine and the atmosphere is still mostly there, but its not the same restaurant we fell in love with a decade ago. The crazy stuff from the menu is gone; the burgers are more generic and commercialized. The fun and character is gone. Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible restrooms.

We recently went to the Works in Milton, and it is definitely not the same as it was before- we were waiting nearly 30 min for our food, and the Tragically Hip Poutine was not the same as what was noted in the description (in fact the substitute made it more salty). Server that helped us was very nice, but I dont think we will go back anytime soon (sorry!). They want feedback, and yet dont want to follow up with their customers.

Plant based burger was good!

Dined here a couple weeks back. Service is good and food hits the spot. Ordered the vegan cheese burger and my boyfriend had the tragically maple burger. Our server made a recommendation to get the tragically maple beef patty with a peppercorn crust, which my boyfriend ended up really enjoying for his burger. Our booth could have been cleaner as the table was a bit sticky. However the food is fresh and quantity is really good!

I did not know they had a branch in Milton, but I was so happy when I found out! Just minutes from the coolest hiking places around like Crawford lake, rattlesnake point, etc. This is a great place to get burgers, especially because theres so many options! Both their beef and chicken taste amazing. Also very conveniently located. Definitely come here if you want food before or after your hike!

Spending few days in Milton, I checked out the local The Works. Burger, veggies, sides, all first class, The Works quality. Highly recommended! This is what I had this time: ***Bacon You Fancy, Huh?*** Kobe-Style Wagyu Beef Patty Sweet Potato Fries, White Bun Tomatoes x 2, Add Lettuce x 2, Add Pickles x 2, Add Onion x 2 DIP - Bacon Roasted Garlic Aioli, DIP - Chipotle Dip, DIP - Smokey BBQ Oh, and the portion size! Im a big guy, but it will fill me for 2 lunches. Just try it! :)

***FOOD POISONING*** Thats right, Id like to thank the staff working on the evening of Nov 11th for a truly unforgettable night. After eating The WORKS, I performed The WORKS in my bathroom for much of the night. I have never vomited more aggressively than I did then and had my weekend ruined as a result. It would be one thing if this was a cheap, dingy burger joint, but I paid almost $40 for a burger meal. Even pre-tipping didnt save me! I narrowed down the culprit to either the burger (elk), blue cheese, or milkshake. Although Im not sure which is to blame, Ill certainly never return to The WORKS and if youre reading this, you may want to give it a second thought. Halton Food Safety has been notified. Edit: Unfortunately food inspectors cant determine what went wrong 5 days earlier (e.g., if an employee happened to leave milk or meat out too long).

Stopped in for dinner with friends, first time here! The atmosphere is very much like youre at a mechanics. We were seated near a roll-up door - bit chilly, but the staff had a portable heater they offered to turn on whenever we wanted it so we didnt mind. Our server was lovely, present but not hovering. The menu has three options - make your own burger, craft combinations, and the Chefs signature burgers. Our orders came out from the kitchen in a reasonable time, and had a great presentation. I went with The Tragically Maple, a Chef signature creation. Absolutely amazing! Burger was great, bacon was perfect, everything had a wonderfully fresh taste. No stale buns or soggy fries here! Absolutely would return and recommend if youre looking for a great burger. Parking is 3 hour street parking, and can be hard to find. The restaurants bathroom is down a set of stairs and could be problematic if youre mobility challenged.

I love the works it is my go to restaurant, the food was great during my visit. The restaurant was empty but still we had to the waitress few times to bring the drinks refills.. Different of the Burlington location Im used to go that you are about to finish and the waitress brings you a new one. We also requested the heating to be increased which never happened. The other 3 people with me were wearing their winter jackets the whole time.

Do not ever come to this location during the day! My partner and I waited at the door for about 5-10 minutes to be seated. There was only one table occupied in the entire restaurant. We were seated with the menus, and then our server never came back! We waited around for about 10-15 minutes, as we were both pressed for time for lunch. We did not even get a chance to order food, let alone drinks! I always heard that the service industry was dying, and this place proves it. I used to love going to The Works franchise, but not anymore. Please train your staff on how to work in the service industry.

Im not a big burger person..... but husband is and we went for his birthday. Burgers were amazing..... portions are enormous and only complaint is that we all ate too much and were terribly uncomfortable afterwards.

Always a great variety of burgers. I like how the menu changes every two or three months. Some of the new Burger menu items are quite different from previous menu items. Well worth trying.

Bestest Burger and onion rings ever..

Went to another location long time ago and didn t like the food so I was very hesitant to try this location, but my husband was craving a burger. Service was excellent, the guy that served us was so patient and explained everything I asked. Burgers and sweet potato fries were very good. The only thing we didn t like as much was the poutine, but it was still ok. Also I was enjoying very much the music in the background. I have to say it was an great experience

We were surprised this place wasnt packed for lunch! So many great options on the menu, with alternatives for those with dietary restrictions. There was a significant issue with one of our orders, but it was appropriately handled.

Great for gourmet burgers, easily one of the best in Milton. The burgers we got were perfectly cooked, and not dry nor greasy at all, which is a great combination. We try and try something new everytime we come. Our server was great, very fast and made great recommendations. I had a sautéed Mushroom Burger with bacon, 10/10. Will be coming back!
