The worst restaurants are in Brampton and this is one of them. I have moved from Quebec but i can say that the authentic restaurants are in montreal. The food i ordered was not fresh and the naan was soo thick.

I was doing order for pickup . This store closing time is 9:30 and im doing call for order at 9:05pm to 09:15 pm continue but no one pick the call. Post it on your website of phone lines are just for show off Very embarrassing service. If someone needs the food and only your store is open. But you re not picking the phone. Then why u open the store. Please close your store at 9:00 . Like your type people visit to grocery store when they were closing time at last 10:59 and you guy s say on that time still one minute left don t close the store . If u guys do this thing on that time . So why rules are not same for everyone.

This is an underrated Indian Restaurant. We ordered Chilli Paneer, Amritsari Kulcha and vegetable curries. It was quite flavourful and super tasty. They ve been consistently great and we regret not trying this place earlier. Thanks to Bombay Grill, we don t have to travel all the way to Mississauga/Brampton to have a great Indian meal. Although I do wish they had more vegetarian options on the menu otherwise we ve been very very happy with our orders.

The worst food I ve ever ordered. Quality - terrible. Taste - horrific. We couldn t even eat the slop that they sent us. Naan was so stale and burnt. This place should be shut down. I ve complained to Uber Eats as well.

Pathetic food, worse service and no sense of customer appreciation. We ordered paneer butter masala, baingan bharta. It made me sick, couldn t sleep. Bloated, too much salt, and after letting them know. Nobody changed anything, we had one spoon of baingan bharta dish, still they charged 16.99 and it s a good way to brush aside that s how the recipe is We wasted our time, money and health ..we were so bogged down, couldn t do anything in the evening Strongly suggest to avoid this place ..there are better options for sure.

I absolutely love this place. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. They always help me carry stuff out of the car if I do a big order and are so kind. The food is always fantastic, their homemade samosas are my favorite but every is great here!

Their Chicken Tikka masala is one of my favourites, but honestly so many great dishes here! Wonderful flavours and my pick up order was ready when I arrived a few minutes early.

This place has great food. I usually get take out so I cannot comment on the atmosphere and service but the meals I have had with chicken and the desserts are very good!

Took my wife here after attending to some business. We enjoyed a nice lunch. We had biryani, paneer, and a potato dish that I do not recall the name of. My wife also enjoyed a mango lassi. Everything came out hot and well seasoned. We asked for it mild as I have stomach issues and they honoured that. There was still some warmth to the spice but nothing I would regret later. Our server was friendly prompt and accurate. It was not busy when we were there but we also came at an unusual time. I have been once before the renovated. Very much the same experience. The next time I am in Milton It will be my first choice.

Have used Bombay Grill for catering and take away for years. The food is virtually always delicious and the service is always good. If on the rare occasion it isnt spot on, they do their best to rectify. Genuinely really nice people. We are an Indian family and this is our go to Indian.

They are always on time with their deliveries and the food is always fresh, and tastes amazing. The delivery person is always kind and cognizant of the lunch time for our students. They always include all cutlery and condiments. It has been a real pleasure having Bombay Grill as one of our hot lunch providers. Thank you to the Bombay Grill team for all their hard work and well managed and organized restaurant.

Usually order takeout. My menu favorites are beef korma, beef bhoona, beef Madras curry and tandoori chicken.

Finally decided to try this Indian place and no regret. The food is very great. We had lamb biryani, butter chicken and aloo Gobi. The service is also good but the interior could use a little bit of improvement for a better dine-in experience.

Always order chicken tikka, this time we ordered reshmi tikka as suggested by deepali and its good and fresh.

This use to be our favorite place to eat in milton for years. Its seems each time lately we order its always a hit or miss, if the food comes to us good or not. The butter chicken comes soupy the last 2 times and just tastes like tomato soup. The fish Masala was my favourite, I ordered tonight and the fish was chalky tasting and done in tomato soup sauce. What a disappointment with the price of $70+ dollars you would think the order would be right. we even gave the heads up that last time we were disappointed but we didnt want to complain but could we makesure this order is right . My husband had to drive back after paying the delivery fee to talk with someone. What a disappointment

One of good indian restaurant in GTA area, food is delicious especially paneer tikka, staff is very professional and great customer service offered by Mr. Jay. Delivery is very fast especially by the one who put on henkey on face, he must be driving fast. I highly recommend to try their food.

Absolutely love their food and they care about their customers. This is one of my top restraunts for Indian food.

Recently had Karahi Paneer and Dal Makhani with Naan. It was an absolutely amazing preparation. It reminded us of the food at some of the highly rated restaurants in Delhi. Much better than any Khazana. They are the real deal if you want authentic Indian taste.

Had a vegetarian platter with Paneer curry and channa with naan, rice and a samosa, and a chai. The curries were delicious, naan was freshly made. The chai could have been brewed more with more tea leaves as it felt super diluted and watery, making it even more bland than the one you can get at a Tims. Good experience with lunch platter though.

Terrible food. Frozen items taste better. Butter chicken was undercooked. Naan was rubbery. We tossed it in the trash. Ive ordered before but this time the food was really disgusting.

The best biryani in all of Halton region. The boneless chicken biryani is second to no one. Non greasy and full of flavour . The samosas are also unique and the owner a pleasant person who accepts criticism as much as he appreciates rave reviews. Be here if you enough time to wait for your order. Food was not soo delicious. Can say just below expectations. Wait time was too much even got the starter with the main course.

The place seems understaffed. The lady at front seemed too occupied. Our total waiting time was 45-50 minutes + 20 minutes (waited 15-20 minutes to place the order and 20-25 minutes for the order to come plus an extra wait of 20 minutes for the rasmalai). Bhindi masala was watery, chicken tikka masala was nothing special and the mix veg was tasteless. Indian food is otherwise so much better and their recipe definitely needs some spices added. Overall, the food was pricey looking at the quantity and the wait time was exceptionally stupid.

This place has amazing food! Love the quality of every dishes. Shahi Halwa is delicious, perfect sweetness. The quantity of the food is also adequate! Loved it. Definitely will revisit this place.

Excellent spot in Milton if your craving Indian Food. We ordered the Madras chicken (suggested by them) which was delicious . In addition, they have two varieties of butter chicken ( sweet and spicy). Ordered the Delhi butter chicken (spicy with bone) and it was super flavorful and excellent. Will 100% be ordering from this restaurant.

The lady at the front is utterly disrespectful. I am pregnant and came at the lunch hour from office, after looking up the great reviews they had. She refused to give me a table just because I was just one person. A table of 6 was empty but she did not offer a seat there as well. I understand restaurants have to cater to bigger groups but on a weekday, giving a table to someone for 20 minutes wont kill your business. She didnt even ask what I wanted or how long I would stay, it was a no from the outset. Shame on you! I am pretty sure youre not getting 6 guests this afternoon, but youre definitely getting a big thumbs down for your inempathetic and lackluster customer service. Shameful!!!!

This has been our go to restaurant for Indian food for years and has never disappointed until today. A dinner for four now only comes with 2 samosas so you have to purchase more. It also no longer comes with tandoori chicken even though its listed at being part of the dinner for four(I spoke with a woman at the restaurant and they said they will update this). Overall Im most disappointed that the same price is being charged even though they have taken things away from the original meal I understood the price increasing during the pandemic because of inflation but were now being charged the same price for less items. Im not sure well be ordering from here anymore.

One of my BFF s and I will never eat at a different Indian restaurant. Not only does this place have the BEST food (their butter shrimp is amazing, try it!) but the owner Jay is just the sweetest man. My friend told him it was my bday when ordering tonight and he not only gave me a wonderful dessert but wrote me this sweet message. You just don t get service like this anymore. Portions are a good size and great value for money. Thank you Jay to you and your staff for always providing great service and wonderful food all around!

They butter chicken used to be so much better. They got ride of the dark meat option and now the white meat is always dry and honestly lacking the flavour the dark meat gave. Shame because they used to be the best butter chicken in town.

This is my favorite Indian cuisine place in milton. I am most impressed by their food quality. I have tried many of their curries. I personally did not like all of them but some that really impressed were paneer tikka masala, saag chicken, chicken karahi, vegetable jalfrezi. However quality wise they are good. Their chicken biryani may not seem like regular chicken biryani you get at other places but does not have any bad after effects. Moreover they have really improved the chicken biryani from how it used to taste before when it was more like pulao.

We ordered a catering service, including trays of two non veg and one veg starter, goat biryani and butter chicken delhi style ( as suggested by a friend and Google reviews )The food was rather average with an overload of ORANGE COLOR in almost every dish( they didn t even spare the onion salad which was bathed in food color) Roasted chicken was exceptionally bland orangish looking pieces, I ordered 24 pieces and was left with almost all of it, as the guests didn t enjoy it . Fish pakora was okay but again with off putting orange color. The spring rolls were huge but totally tasteless, the filling was barely noticeable. For main course , butter chicken again was nothing but insipid curry with not so well done chicken pieces but generously orange coloured. The only saving grace was the taste of rice in goat biryani, though the meat was passable. Ended up spending a big amount for an utterly disappointing meal. With such fabulous North Indian option around GTA, would never order again from Bombay Grill Milton.

I went to this restaurant last week alongwith friends after much received recommendations of good food being served here. It is said that first impression always the last impression and mine was a sure delight. Ms Neha on the front desk not only greeted up with a warm smile, she understood what all we wanted and how we wanted the preparations to be customised. For someone who wants food to be less spicy, I had Karahi Chicken and Paneer do Oyaza customised to my satisfaction. The breads especially the nan were yum and the icing on the cake was the gulabjamun in dessert. The pricing also seemed quite reasonable given the quality of food. Recommendations recieved were surely worth. Good job! Bombay Grill and Neha.

Food was literally terrible. Tasted like reheated leftovers... Staff was really friendly but service was lacking... Tried the briyani, two types of vindaloo and the lamb briyank. Dont know if chef changed or no other good indian restauraunts in the area as i was only visiting but would never reccommend. Sad because staff were really nice but chicken was tough and dry, lamb was also gamey at some points and mush at others which was super confusing. Vindaloo was sweet not spicy and briyani was bland with a wateres down raita. Only thing edible was the naan, but its garlic naan... Hard to really mess up but credit where credit is due. Naan was good. Regret spending 65 bucks here...
