Excellent food and great service

Unprofessional Service I placed a $1,000+ order for a corporate event on December 17, with a promised delivery time of 11:30 AM. The restaurant failed to respond to calls until 11:50 AM and repeatedly delayed delivery, citing excuses about phone issues. The food finally arrived at 12:20 PM, with some items missing and delivered later. This caused significant embarrassment during a crucial management meeting. As a frequent high-value customer, such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Punctuality and reliability are essential, and this experience was highly disappointing.

We had a great dining experience @KhanaKhazana Milton today. This is one place where we like to come when we are looking to eat good food. Their taste has not changed ever since we started coming, 5yrs!! They constantly improve and innovate their menu and service, which is commendable. Ayushi was absolutely wonderful serving us with a smile today. We would be looking forward to coming back with friends soon!

Amazing experience at Khana Khazana! The Puran Singh Chicken and Railway Mutton Curry were delicious, and the appetizers were fantastic. Our server, Jaspreet, was super nice. Highly recommend for great food and excellent service!

Lovely food and a variety of options. Very baby friendly, even some of the food options were suitable for our baby. We had the Hara bhara kebab with mango and broccoli it was delicious and different. The tandoori fish was cooked to perfection and their breads are soft and fresh.

We had an amazing dining experience.The ambiance was warm and inviting, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Khazana Milton. We had food catered for our Diwali/housewarming party and spoke directly with the manager while placing the order. Prior to the event, I called again to confirm the details and pick-up time, ensuring everything was in place and stressed on the quality of food to be maintained. Unfortunately, the food we received was far below the standards we have experienced before. The 24k Dal was overly sour and had a foul smell, making it inedible. The Reshmi Kebabs were dry and lacked flavor. These dishes were supposed to be the highlights of the menu but instead turned out to be major letdowns. To make matters worse, I called the restaurant the next morning to share my feedback and was assured that the owner would contact me to address the issue. However, no one ever followed up, which is incredibly disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service. For a restaurant that prides itself on quality, this experience showed a complete disregard for loyal, repeat customers. I had high expectations based on previous visits, but this experience has made me reconsider returning or recommending Khazana Milton to anyone.

My wife and I went to have dinner at Chef Sanjeev Kapoor s restaurant at the Milton location. I was completely disappointed with the taste and quantity of the food. It saddens me even more that Sanjeev Kapoor is no longer with us. If he were alive, he would have personally shut down this restaurant.

Booked reservations well in advance for tonight (Nov 2nd for 9 people at 630 pm) for a special Diwali dinner . We showed up to our reservation only to find out it had been canceled. We are absolutely disappointed as the staff working failed to even acknowledge us. After waiting we finally had to look for a staff member and inquire what was going on, only to be informed our reservation had been canceled. We received no prior communication indicating this. It is very disappointing given the restaurant is meant to be a renowned place.

We had taken package 2 for the Diwali party for 20 people. They goofed up on the order, instead of chicken reshmi kebab, they gave us Bhatti murg. When I called them, they said I repeated the order and you confirmed, but we didn t ask for bhatti murg, quite sure of that. They agreed to replace but wanted me to bring back the bhatti and pick up reshmi. I was 1 hour away from the party and live in Burlington, it was too close to my guest arrival. I decided to keep it as I had no time to do the back and forth. We served dinner and one of the dishes was goat meat, and it was so embarrassing that the dish was not enough for my guests. The serving tray has so much masala/ curry and the dish looks full but no pieces. I called them this morning and requested to speak with the manager, and it is almost 9 hours since my call that the manager/owner hasn t reverted. I have followed up 2 times, before I have come to conclusion that the management doesn t care.

I am extremely disappointed with the management at this restaurant. We had a confirmed booking, yet upon arrival, we were told there were no available tables. This led to a complete waste of time and a frustrating experience, especially after traveling a long distance with a kid. The lack of organization and poor communication was shocking, and it was clear that the staff had no idea about managing the confirmed booking. We expected a much higher standard of service, and instead, we left feeling disappointed and let down. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values their time and expects professional service

We had a terrible experience at Khazana. I made a reservation well in advance, received a confirmation email, and drove 45 minutes to get there, only to find the restaurant fully booked for a private event. No one reached out to let us know, no follow-up email, nothing. We were left stranded, dressed up for a nice meal and nowhere to go. The lack of communication was astounding. How could they not inform us? If reservations mean nothing here, I can t imagine how they manage anything else. We had to turn around and drive back home, hungry and frustrated. I won t be coming back, and I wouldn t recommend it to anyone who values their time and plans.

I booked a table today for my birthday at 7:00pm and when we got there it was booked for a wedding and I was told that they do not take reservations and they could have called and told they had to cancel the reservation. The food tasted good overall however there were things that stood out to us that are worth sharing. We enjoy a wide spread of Indian cuisine and are always excited to try new local restaurants when we re out of town. My husband got butter chicken, and the saltiness of the sauce really stood out which took away from enjoying the rest of the flavour of the dish. We asked if we should get one or two naan bread for two of us and were recommended to get one order because it was two pieces. When the order came it ended up being one and maybe a half based on the way the naan was stretched and then cut in half. So I recommend ordering one each for anyone wondering. My vegetarian dish was wonderful, the spice level was fantastic and the paneer was cooked perfectly. The only thing that really spoiled the overall experience was the long wait time for food. Everything was so spread out that we didn t get to enjoy the meal together. The staff was receptive when we shared this feedback, and accepted it however it did not change the long wait time. Overall we came to this restaurant because of the large number of reviews, and once we had our dinner realized why that might be. Feedback is solicited at the end of your meal which is definitely valuable. It also reminded me to not take the volume of responses as a result of a place being outstanding. There are still opportunities for things to get better. Vegetarian options: A wide spread of vegetarian options, which is always exciting when looking for a new restaurant to try. The menu was well laid out which made finding these options clear and convenient.

I have been to this place a couple of days ago being a little skeptical about the place since I haven t heard much about it. To my surprise I have experienced something I haven t before. The first dish we ordered was chicken platter where the malai chicken tikka was served raw( uncooked meat) on the plate and upon asking they exchanged it with a cooked starter. Followed by chicken dum biryani which hardly tasted like a biryani and chicken curry with naan. We have also ordered some desserts and a veg tikka but since they totally forgot about it or probably was too late to serve them they were on the house. The veg tikka we ordered had batter visible on the inside which was pretty uncooked as well. What surprised me was inspite of the unacceptable mistakes made there wasn t a single staff from the management who approached us or apologised for what happened except the sever who served us the food .! I definitely not recommend anyone such unhygienic uncooked food and unprofessional staff. I wish I had the pictures taken but nevertheless will leave it up to people s choice. Hope this gets better!

Yesterday, I ordered takeout and we waited for 45 minutes. When we went to pick it up, we told them our order number and that s when they started making our order. They didn t even know at the first place that we order. We had to wait for another hour, and when we got the food, 2 of our dishes were missing. Then they took another 15-20 minutes just to make 2 dishes. When we came home and opened the food, the food wasn t properly made and all of the dishes tasted the same. The gravies all had the same taste even though we ordered different ones, even our guests didn t like the food. This wasn t our first time ordering from here, we had ordered many times before too. But this time the food tasted really bad and looked rushed. The service was really bad too, when we were ordering the main server talked rudely towards us. Before the food and service was amazing and all our guests used to compliments the food, but I don t know what happed know, the food and the service was horrible.

I recently dined at this restaurant and it was a delightful experience. The ambiance was cozy, the service attentive, and the dishes were exceptional perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. I highly recommend it for a memorable meal! Our server, Jaspreet kaur was outstanding. She was attentive and friendly, providing excellent recommendations that made our meal even better. Her warm demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience!

Me and my sister were there today for the first time. We came all the way from Stratford. Really loved the food which gave us the real indian taste after over 3 years being in Canada. There was not much of a crowd. Special thanks to Jaspreet Kaur for giving us the best services!! Super polite and attentive. The presentation and the ambience was the best. To top it all, they offered us a free dessert (Gulabjamun). The price is reasonable. I would definitely go there again if I am around.

This is the best restaurant in Canada for fine dining. You have all the elements of a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is romantic, the service is exceptional without being over-bearing and the food is always great with a beautiful presentation. Nivea @Milton location and her assistant will do anything to make you comfortable. They truely strive to make you go home feeling well taken care of. Lastly, if you dont feel like dining in the restaurant, the bar is almost more romantic with a great menu, too.

The food was amazing, we ordered food for 3 people, Dal was super delicious and gazar halwa tasted very pure. Nivya hosted us very well. I really appreciate liked the hospitality.

I ordered chicken biriyani ( bogo ). But its the worst ever i have tasted so far . please change it to some other name instead of biriyani. Only 3 small piece of chicken which is over cooked. Full of fried onions only. Seems like they have packed left over biriyani.
