Friendly cashier. Horrible burrito, somehow too dry and too soggy, no taste at all. Ive been to other Mucho Burritos that were fantastic, no idea whats going wrong with this one.

Absolutely unsatisfactory visit. Its been my go to burrito place but today was served by a guy who was the manager who had no name tag on, got two regular size burritos and the quantity was less than small burrito. Will not recommended this place any more. Not visiting again.

Great quality and super service

Worst mucho location iv been to. Rice was practically like dry rocks and tasted like it was sitting there for a few days. Portions were terrible on top of that meat was so dry and it felt like i was chewing rubber. Definitely not coming back to this location at-least! Save your money and time go elsewhere

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food arrived quickly through Uber Eats, but it was cold and not up to my expectations. The tacos I ordered came with flour tortillas instead of the requested corn tortillas, and instead of queso, I received sour cream. The Churro with Dulche de Leche the Dulche de Leche was also cold and hard. Overall, the food was cold and not enjoyable

Horrible. Went feb 14 2023. The chicken tinga bowl was small hardly any chicken or rice or corn came out to 15.65 I said no thanks and walked out. The lady started yelling at me and said mam you made this come back I just kept walking. Went to Mr. Dumpling and paid 12 bucks and they allways give allot of food. And freindly.. I got a reply from the lady. Regardless. When some one says no vegie no salsa Give extra .I did ask for corn I dont eat peppers You gave little rice I asked for extra she hardly put any on. Even extra corn . I saw 11.50 then she showed me 15 . Thats when I said i dont have enough and walked out she yelled said mam I made this. Im glad I walked out. Good bye. Please dont text me back .

Calling what they sell a burrito is an insult to Mexican burritos. Ordered two steak burritos, still trying to figure it out where the steak was, the little meat they placed over there was some sort of stew meat instead of anything you can call beef steak, they spread an avocado guacamole paste on the tortilla which seemed to be in the tray for a few days since its flavour was stale and well over its time, this sort of contaminated the whole thing, come on people, are you trying to poison people or what? Not, Im not a competitor trying to ruin your business, I was just trying to have a burrito and apparently I dropped by the wrong place. By the way if you email me asking to get in touch so you can correct it. Do you need me to get in touch with you to get things corrected, what is it, can you see what is wrong in your business?

The food is fine. They prepare it right there and the options are plentiful. The meats are dry and relatively unseasoned. I would also opt for a little more cheese, or some queso as most of the meat options require a little more depth. Food

Ordered Quesadillas on jan 23 at 8PM. Quesadillas had no filling at all, not even one bit. See picture. Very disappointed and very poor service from Mucho burrito.

Food is tasty, prepared fast. However, prices are expensive.

Should have trusted the bad reviews. Felt cheated on ordering online. The bowl is half the quantity. Looks like they are giving samples of items in a $14 bowl. Never returning to this location. If you are still dying to eat from here, go in person to order and have them assemble it in front of you, don t trust them on online order.

food prep quality has gone down hill. Ordered a chicken burrito, the rice was stale, the chicken bits were charred, and the choice of hot sauce was even more limited then before. Disappointing.

The steak bowl was awful definitely not worth $15 , I went in around 4 pm the steak was hard and not fresh and hot, the rice and quinoa were hard and barley warm, obviously that food had been sitting around since lunch time the girl was scraping from the bottom to pour.

Today we had a bad experience in this place. The attention was horrible and as if it was less my family of 4 we all got sick with stomach issues. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Everything other than the beans, grains and meat were empty. My burrito bowl has one, yes one piece of onion and one capsicum as if it added by mistake. There wasnt any in the counter to even add and the ones vegetable strip added was after scraping the vessel. Very bad outlet.

Went to pick up 2 burritos with chips and queso. The chips were well past stale and inedibly hard. The mucho burrito was fine, well made and wrapped. The regular burrito was extremely soggy, unwrapped, and leaking all over the inside of the bag. The bag was also covered in sauce on the outside from the individual who made the wet burrito. Ended up going to grab a second dinner for the other person.

It was okay. I am not a fan of burrito but this is a huge burrito. I wasn t able to finish it in one sitting. We also ordered nachos and I liked it. The place was empty when we went, the staff wasn t friendly, the girl never made eye contact and didn t smile.

So we are burrito addicts, and have tried EVERY burrito place in Milton and haven t been satisfied. Last night we got Mucho from this location and it was SO good. Great flavours, good portion size and decent price.

This is the first time I get a Burrito Bowl and was still hungry.The portion was not like Im used to at other locations.not impressed for something thats $15 alone.had to go next door for a slice of pizza after.

My wife and I have been going here for the past 6 years. Every time we go our average bill is $38. I usually go when the owners aren t here, but the past two times I went when the owners happened to be there (Indian guy, who had iPods in and Indian lady). I was charged for extra cheese which I am fine with, since she told me it would be extra, but the past two times they charged me for extra sauce on my burrito bowl... yea extra sauce. I could care less about the $1.50, but they didn t tell me I would be charged and I ve never in the history of me going to any sandwich or burrito place, have I been charged for extra sauce. Hope they are happy with the $3.00 they got off me. I will NEVER eat there again. When will cheap people learn? Your customer service is trash.

Order a mucho burrito. Very little chicken, very little Cheese and no black beans. ALL RICE and sauce. I wont bother eating there again.

Topping selection is very minimal compared to other restaurants, I agree with others toppings quantity is very less... They even removed onions from toppings, overall below average comparing with other Mexican restaurants.

Wednesday the 12th, I had these two lovely ladies help me figure out what Id like to order. As someone new, I was unsure what to get, but their recommendations were amazing. This was the best burrito Ive ever had!! Will definitely come back since the food was so great and the customer service was top notch.

We ordered the veggie burrito bowl and veggie burrito wrap (with the beyond ground meat) through skip the dishes and it was extremely delicious! :) I wish they added more rice in my burrito bowl, but overall, the food tasted very fresh and wholesome. A good place to go if you are craving flavourful food.

Very poor service from the guy behind the counter. No greeting or smile from him, very uninterested employee, just a plain cold dont care look on his face, he didnt go over any options for the burrito. Dont know if this guy was just having a bad day for some reason. Felt very unwelcome. I would not recommend this place to anyone. EDIT: So every negative comment will receive a response from the establishment asking you to email them with your experience. The email you send them will be met with complete silence and you will never hear back from them again. Stay away from MUCHO BURRITO.

Very small portion size. I saw the positive reviews and decided to give this place a try. I ordered a chicken bowl, the bowl was barely filled and it there was so much sauce that it drowned everything else out. I ve ordered chicken bowls at many other restaurants, this was easily the worst one I can remember.

Worst food poisoning of my life. Went here with 2 buddies from work. Which we do regularly. The last time was not the same. In 2 days I lost 6 pounds. One of the other guys like 5 and not sure about the last. Couldnt move eat or drink. Just puked and had liquid diarrhea for days. It was the worst experience of my life.I wouldnt wish that on someone I hate. Normally the food is great. But I dont think I have ever been that sick. Especially to lose 6 pounds in 2 days!

My family and I ate here on Saturday Feb 16 2019 for lunch. All of us had food poisoning afterwards for 2 days. I wouldnt recommend this location nor will I ever return.

I absolutely loveeeeee the build my own bowls here. They have so many gluten free options here. They have a great selection to bad the staff seem very confused here . I am not basing this review off the staff only the food. Amazing love it. I would highly recommend this place for a quick turn around time. A lot more healthier then the fast good burger places.

I ordered a burrito bowl. It had literally two table spoons of rice. A small bit of chicken... Literally four bits of peppers... A table spoon of salsa... And three shreds of cheese... Terrible portion size and they charged me 13$. When I eat a bowl at Chipotle it lasts me for two meals... This didnt even feel like a snack. NEVER GOING BACK

Only complaint is the servers go through filling options so fast its hard to make decisions quickly and I felt rushed. But they are efficient. And food tastes great.

Best much burrito in town

Very tasty...a bit on the pricey side, but totally worth the taste. Place is clean, staff are friendly. I recommend it for singles, couples, and even families. Works for those who want a quick bite as well.

Whenever im craving for buritos, torillas ot anything mexican. I go here since this is close to my work. Sometimes, they gave you small portions. It depends on the staff who works there i think. Food is okay and the staff is okay.

Not a recommended place to have Burrito at this place. They have 5$ promotions for burritos on 05 May and worker who was preparing it advised me that he can t give extra scoop of fillings as today is promotions of 5$. Staff is so rude and they are behaving as they are doing any favor by providing us 5$ burritos. He said as its 5$ burritos today he will charge 25 cents extra scoop of fillings. Store didnt have white rice not lettuce. Looks like knowingly they didnt keep all fillings and toppings on promotion day. I would say better muccho burritos franchise dont offer such these promotions as store people s are not cooperating with offers and they are considering customers as cheap and baggers who are dieing for food. I would hightly advise people not to go here atleast.

First time going to a mucho burrito. It was so good! Not only was I happy with the food, but service was amazing too. Having worked retail, I know how much deal days can suck the soul out of someone, but although they had $5 burritos, all the staff was pleasant and super sweet. Ingredients were fresh, service was quick and they were sure to notify us if something was of additional cost before they tossed it on. Definately recommend and would go back.

This place is extremely stingy when it comes to food. For a $10 bowl you get $2 worth of stuff. Total waste of money!!!

Their ingredients portion is so tiny that it can only feed a 5 year old. The price is so high for what you get. When I ask why the veggie burrito bowl is half full- the lady said they serve by the spoon- when I explained other locations give a full overload bowl, she just smiled. She wasnt even willing to asd more toppings especially knowing its a vegetarian bowl Quesadilla was half empty and I also asked for double toppings.

Expensive for a fast food spot. Got a burrito and a beef quesadilla, the quesadilla was super salty and the person was very light with the burrito toppings. The place was pretty empty even though it was a Saturday at lunch and the ingredients were dry and old. Altogether it was about $40 for the 2 items. Would not recommend this location.

Food is decent. I noticed the staff were touching money and food with the same gloves. Not at all sanitary. They couldnt give me cilantro because they were out but the other employee reached under the cold table and got more out for the customer behind me. I had 2 chicken bowls and one was smaller because they ran out of rice.. not really sure how you run out of rice at 7pm on a Saturday. The employee I was dealing with was extremely rude and gave me the impression he was annoyed to be serving people. That being said not sure if come back.

As both an ex employee and a long time customer I think its a good restaurant. People need to remember that it is fast food. If you want something cheap go to McDonalds but if you want food that isnt ground up garbage then Mucho is great. Consider also as you read these comments that most people will not review unless angry. These are 15 and 16 year old kids, give it a rest and consider that this is probably their first job. If you are rude they will be rude back, give a please and thank you. You will get the respect you give. The food is fresh, I used to make a lot of it. Sometimes stuff gets left out longer than youd like but if it isnt busy it can happen. Prices are not the fault of the employees, they have no choice. That is the company, dont take it out on the employees if you arent happy, take it up with the company. It is clearly written that guacamole is extra, pop is 2.50 for most bottles or 1.50 for most cans, however premium drinks such as Jarritos and pureleaf are 2.95.
