Ordered in. The Saj wraps were a bit dry and not consumable without the garlic sauce which was not bad. The chicken and rice were okayish. Something in the seasoning was overdone (I dont know if it was nutmeg or what). Overall ok but nothing crazy.

Unfortunately, the shawarma I received was not up to the standard I was expecting. The sandwich was mostly filled with fries and had very little chicken, which significantly impacted the overall taste and quality never again

I called in for a pick up it was my first time so I told her I want a family platter and to give me a minute while I look at menu because I wanted to add side phone hangs up I call again. No one picks up so I go into the place and she says we haven t started yet.. I dk what s going on but this place is garbage . My main concern is if you can t treat your customers right imagine how you they treat the food behind closed doors.

It was my first time to visit this nice take away restaurant Milton, the Shawarma was so good , all sauces tasted amazing and the fries was so crispy and tasty. My 10 years old son enjoyed the atmosphere and the theme of the restaurant.sure will visit the restaurant again.

Okay Lets be real, This should not be called shawarma, maybe chicken wraps or something!! Its s far from shawarma and far from authentic. Everything about it screams bad and wrong, from bread used, seasoning the chicken and even the toppings. Will not dare to eat here again. Sad how anyone can open up a shawarma shop nowadays without knowing anything about it or having background experience.

This is my usual Shawarma place. This past weekend ordered Chicken Shawarma Family Platter and Beef SAJ Platter for a small get together. As usual, awesome food. Even people that ate first time, said that this will be their new go to place for shawarma. As usual the staff there, very friendly as well. Love supporting this local place

Ordered the saj family platter. The fries were good, everything tasted good and the quantity was pretty good value for the money. My one complaint is that the shawarma was wrapped too loose making it difficult to eat, some of the pieces fell apart within a bite. If they fix that then I will give them 5 stars.

Lamb Shawarma tasted like it was made with ground meat. Wasn t actually pieces of lamb in my wrap.

Great service and staff but please leave the shawarma to the Syrians/middle easterns. Shawarma chicken should not be in bits form. It should be thick pieces right off the spit. My saj was falling apart and I didn t mind. It was the end of the day and the staff was nice. I just didn t taste the true authentic flavor of a shawarma. Won t be coming back here unfortunately.

Update- 8 months since my last review, food quality has gone downhill. Barely any sauce in my chicken on fries and the fries were dark brown due to the oil not being changed. Changed to 1 stars for now. Best chicken on fries in Milton and they dont cheap out on chicken or fries like shawarma corner. Hopefully stays that way. On top of that, guys are super quick, was in and out in 5 min

Visited this place last night and ordered Shawaram Pizza recommended by our friends but somehow the order got wrong and we received Shawarma Poutine instead of Shawarma Pizza. Ashu the cashier guy realized we got the wrong food and he apologized. We were disappointed and was in rush but Ashu and other guy Faraz was so nice and made Shawarma Pizza. The ambient was nice and the customer service was great. I really recommend others to visit and try it.

Ive been eyeing Shawarma Alley for quite some time, and for various reasons, my visit kept getting postponed. Finally, I managed to go there around 8:00 PM one evening, and to my delight, I found parking without any hassle. The food at Shawarma Alley truly exceeded my expectations, both in quality and quantity. I ordered the Alley Chicken on Fries and the Chicken Nimbus Wrap, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, the fries were crispy, and the wrap was packed with flavor. The portions were generous, ensuring that I left completely satisfied. Ordered Door Dash, didnt get to the actual location, yet. Food was awesome! I had the chicken shawarma pizza, added some typical shawarma veggies to it. Crust was great, toppings were fresh and not light! Lots of toppings. The rest of the family said theirs were all great as well! This is THE spot. Food is always amazing, great quantity for a competitive price. Workers are always chill and it s a great chain. Only complaint is lack of seating as it s only for pickup and parking is quite bad. However it s worth the compromise as the food always slaps.

Great Shwarma here in Milton. Amazing taste, and fantastic service by Ashu and team. Worth giving a try! We ordered Shwarma on sticks and Shwarma Salad.

Ordered chicken over rice which does not come with salad, quantity was not good for 17CAD, you have to add salad and add some more rice . Chicken poutine sauce was salty, I was not happy with the fries .. my kids did not like it.. but chicken was soft and quantity of chicken in both the dish was satisfactory.

This is my favourite shawarma place in Milton. Quality of food is great. Flavour is great. Amazing service. I recommend this for everyone who wants the best shawarma in town.

I ve ordered from here 3 times in the last month after being impressed the first time ordering. All three times I had ordered SAJ wraps. The first time everything was great, generous portions for the price. The second time ordering, the wraps were filled only 50% as much as my first order. Third time appeared even less than that. The SAJ wraps the final time ordering appeared to be 75% bread, 25% toppings. Even the lettuce was skimpy the final time. Figured the issue with the second order was an outlier and surely my next order would be comparable to my first, but was sorely mistaken. To top it all off, one my wraps was burnt so bad it had charred bits falling off and into the wrapper. Surely won t be back for a 4th time P.S. what has happened to the pickles? Not that I received many on subsequent orders, but the ones I did receive taste of nothing but salt, like to the point you need to spit them out. Just disgusting.

We have also tried their regular shawarma chicken wraps and they were made clearly, and with LOADS of flavour. Also like the cute homage to Harry Potter. Keep it up guys!

Really cool place! The theme and the menu are wicked and the staff is very kind. When I got home, I found out they screwed up my order, putting my shawarma on fries when I ordered rice, but even though it wasnt the usual go to, I actually liked it! I usually dont do shawarma on fries and wouldnt eat it at all if I was at an Osmows or Lazeeze, but the fries are crispy enough here that it wasnt actually bad! I plan to come back to try out my regular order, I have a feeling it will be fire!

Ordered the Alley special plate. It should have chickpea salad, pickles, turnips, and potatoes. My order had no chickpea salad, no pickles, no turnips and I received coated French fries and a lot of parsley. I am allergic to the coating on the fries and I really dislike parsley. A phone call or even tell me when I picked the order up that you substituted or didn t have the items in my order would be have appreciated. First and last visit sadly

The only thing I tried at this place was their chicken shawarma rice, which tasted great. There was a buy one get one offer on Uber Eats. Uber messed up my order and gave me just one (i.e., I didnt receive the second one, which was supposed to be free with the purchase of the first one). The owner was kind enough to fix it when I mentioned this to him. Great customer service and hospitality. Wouldnt hesitate to return.

I was excited to hear about a new shawarma place opening up after my girlfriend and I favourite spot closing down earlier in the year. We asked for the medium dish to be half rice and half fries, and the large dish to be all rice. We were told this was not a problem. He then spent over 5 minutes trying to figure out how to ring the two meals in. He then made both of them with rice and left the fries on the counter, when my girlfriend said something about it he got angry, blamed her for not knowing how to order properly and tried to make her pay again. Its a shame because the food was good but I refuse to support a business that treats their customers this way. EDIT: I ended up going back several times... Have had a great experience every time. Shame that first experience was so bad, but Im glad I went back.

Beef shawarma saj: bread was kind of chewy and although the beef seasoning wasnt bad, the meat was chewy too Chicken shawarma: this was one of the best chicken shawarmas Ive had from a fast food place, top tier for sure. Fresh chicken, well seasoned, toppings seemed fresh. Fries: My absolute favourite as they seem like Costco fries. Will definitely be back, want to try the pizza when I go next. Side note, Their hot sauce is very spicy but delicious The Harry potter theme is a pretty cool touch as well.

The food was decent. The chicken didnt have the traditional shawarma flavor. The pricea shown are for the medium sizes. I got the large and it was 4 dollars more. The quantity does justify the price but not the flavor. If you want just a meal sure but there are better shawarma places.

Been twice, Ill definitely go again. Prices are great, employees are very nice, and service is quick. Even though I think the sauce is a little bit sweet for me personally, its still really good. A lot of the guys at work say its their new favourite place, so check it out if you havent already.
