Best pizza place in town! Actually the best pizza place anywhere. And not just pizza. Everything they serve is top notch and the service is great. Its hard to come across such local places these days. Its truly a local treasure.

Loved the food, it was only one person working and we were on lunch break and ordered 1 hour before so if they hire more people and people like us who were on lunch break will get food on time

We ordered pizza and waited for over 90 minutes. We called and they said they dont have any drivers available. Nobody had called me to let me know. I had to pick up the pizza, which was no problem. The problem is when they wont refund the driver tip, considering that I was the driver.

Pizza and garlic bread is very good. I will be trying their pasta next.

Bathrooms are rough but the food is great. Some of the best food Ive had in Milton and Oakville. Well worth multiple visits

After being a regular customer Im undecided if going to order from this Pizza or wings etc from this place again. I received a phone call about being charged an extra $2.00 for blue cheese dip as a substitute for all other wing dips that was not an option as dipping sauce online. I felt insulted for the restaurant management to call me when my last weeks order my blue cheese dip request wasnt an issue. I was trying to make a point and the restaurant decided on this order not to send any dipping sauce because I made an issue with paying an extra $2.00 Where is the customer service? Over the $2.00 dipping sauce? Not to mention Ive always been patient with there 45 min delivery estimate as it was always an hour or more Im hoping that the restaurant owner will restore my future business as this time Im thinking otherwise. Didn t want to serve us food. Ordered something then said it would take a ridiculous time. Said it was all right then they go back to talk to the cooks. Come back with It s gonna take two or three hours or maybe more, it ll take some time , couldn t give me a straight answer so we left. Lazy workers. Don t bother wasting your time you won t get what you want. Btw nobody talks about the lasagna in the reviews because they don t serve it. Liars

Not open 24 hrs as advertised. Called at 4am Saturday night/Sunday morning. Staff answered the phone but said sorry they are not open as their shift is over. Otherwise, from past orders, pizza is good.

Since Milton location switched ownership. Horrible. Always went once a week for veal parm. Ordered tonight for pick up in 30 minutes. Got there in 35 minutes. Said going to be 15 minutes. Waited and went back. Then said out of spaghetti can we do fettuccine it will be 15 minutes if so. Complete garbage restaurant now. Bring back original owners !!!!!

Ordered off uber eats. They charged a delivery fee even though they advertised $0 delivery fee with uber one. Then said they cant deliver so finding a driver. Called and they said it would be 10 mins. Driver arrived and they told him it wasnt ready. Driver cancelled. Waited almost an hour to have our order cancelled. Don t stay open 24hr if you can t provide food 24hr. Ridiculous.

Sam an employee of Luigi, was very rude with his body language and the way he treated my wife and she felt very uncomfortable with the pressure of this person working there. I used to like Luigi s but I will never come back there, so disappointed.

Regular customer here and we ve noticed quite a change in the taste of the pizza which makes me believe ownership or staff has changed here. Everything tastes different and the dough is thicker than before. It s less tastier than before thats for sure.

I was not all impressed with our experience with Luigis. I had pre-ordered 23hrs in advance for my daughters birthday so that it would be ready in time. The day of the party, I was called 5min after it was late, to be told it would be. I was told that the driver was almost there. 10min later, still no pizza. I called the store. I was told the driver was around the corner. I asked to find out where exactly. I was told Id be called back. I never was. I had 12 hangry kids asking when lunch would be. It was over 30min. I received no compensation or explanation other than were really busy. Well, thats why I pre-ordered. Thankfully, the kids parents didnt mind that the party had to be extended to accommodate the delay. I emailed the store twice to explain my disappointment. No reply. Not even a simple recognition. This was a $70 order, not just a $10 pizza. Despite the food being good, the service was too bad for us to order from here again.

Ive been going to Luigis for years. Its real homemade pizza and so much better than the pizza chains. Lots of toppings and I usually get a thinner crust. Ive actually only eaten there once and it was quiet and nice. I usually pick up and get delivery. Its our go to when we have the kids home or out of town company. I know they are also open later than other places. Staff are always nice. Thanks for always making great pizza. Some day I will try the pizza challenge. Dont tell my wife

Wings are called jumbo wings but very tiny, not worth the money at all. Pizza crust was fantastic but sauce isn t the best, although decent veg toppings.. the bacon looked like cut pieces of pepperoni. I would not order again.

Well we returned yo Milton on our twice monthly trip and called ahead for a dine in reservation. Were told no worries come on in. We arrived, put in our order at 8:19 pm and sat down. By 8:50 pm after watching numerous people come in and collect take out we enquired about our order only to see the guy grab our order off the tray and rush to the back. By 9:15 it was delivered in plastic take out trays, No cutlery no napkins no ordered drinks. We were never told that they only did take out. The food was barely passable. They apologized and gave us a piece of cheesecake to mitigate the none existent service. We went home snd were promptly sick, upset stomachs diarrhea and generally horrible night. They really don t deserve even one star. Take your chance!

The food at Luigis was great! We had the Penne Alfredo (unfortunately they cant substitute Penne for other pasta types for some reason), a salad, mozza sticks, and a large cheese pizza, all of which were very tasty and the portions were excellent. However, it was a hot day outside and we wanted to escape the heat... but Luigis didnt help with that at all since the place was incredibly hot and humid inside (even though its quite a sizable place so it wasnt proximity to the kitchen or anything like that), and when we asked the staff if they could turn up the AC they said not was already at full blast... And we were melting! Moreso when we got the food, too! Also, the place doesnt seem like a fast food place (which is why we originally went in), and the food didnt taste like it.. but the service was, so you would go get the food from the cashier counter, and just grab some loose paper plates and plastic cutlery to take to the table. All-in-all the food was definitely good, but the place was not so Id likely recommend it for take out and delivery, but definitely not for dine-in... Which is a shame with all that space and their location right off the main street with good parking.

Absolutely horrible service by the brown girl working after midnight food is always 20 minutes later then pick up time. She burns my pizza and also forgot to add dip I find out after making it home, just down right outrageous management ownership and service.

Tried Luigi s for the first time today. Took advantage of the 20% off online order offer and free delivery. Had 2 pizzas, 2 types of lasagna, garlic bread and 4 pop for around $56. Order was delivered within 45 mins. There was plenty of food for a family of 5 and had leftovers too. The food was great and seemed fresh. Happy they have Halal options. Will definitely be back!

Ordered delivery on Canada Day yesterday pretty late, we waited for the driver and he showed up but accidentally gave us the wrong order, I didn t notice until he was already gone. Went there in person, isnt open for dine or pick up 24/7 despite what their website and google say. Ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo for delivery. Delivery time was fine, but there was no utensils, napkins, or anything else in the bag except for a scalding hot pasta. Taste was not great, weird after-taste and portion wasnt great for 20 bucks. Overall not a good experience.

Food is good, but it is more of a take-out restaurant. It is extremely hot inside and they do not have proper cutlery to serve. You need to eat in paper plates and takeout boxes. Try them only for take-outs - enjoy the food in the comfort of your own house.

Ordered a large pizza toppings were very sparse and pizza was under cooked. Came home and added more toppings the flavour was very lackluster wont go back.

Pizza is baked well and meat toppings along with dough are tasty and soft, unlike other pizza places where their dough is quite tough and hardens within hours. Luigi s always remain soft as if it s just baked right out of the even even when microwaved for next day :)

Horrible experience speaking to the manager. I ordered 3 XL pizza and 4 drinks every drink I ordered came wrong. The margarita pizza came burnt and dry with barely any cheese. Once I called and spoke to the manger he proceeded to tell me I m wrong and there was nothing wrong with my order that he knows his pizzas and his quality. Very disappointed with this reaction.Horrible customer service. I didn t want my money back just wanted to know why this happened. Instead I was disrespected. Please save your money and don t eat it here.

First off, I want to say this review isnt about the food, dining experience, or anything of that nature. This review is more about the critique of their ordering system when it comes to ordering past 1am/overnight. So, I was passing by Milton the other night, and I just wanted to grab something to eat. Google told me they were open perfect! I get there, and it turns out the doors werent open, but they were open for business. What I mean by this is, past 1am, they still operate for pickup and delivery but not for dine-in. Google had the business hours listed as 24/7 so I was not aware of this. The typical person would think the doors to the restaurant would still be open. Anyway, a worker was kind enough to come out and tell me what I had just mentioned, as well as the fact that in order for me to place an order, I would have to go on their website and place an order through there. He also told me I wouldnt be able to call in. After realizing you have to go through the typical steps of placing your order online, as you would at a pizza place such as filling in your contact info, putting in your ordering method, and payment method etc. was the point I decided I would rather go find another food spot nearby that I could just go in, pick something from the menu, and eat. Mind you, my intention this whole time was to quickly grab something to eat. You wouldnt be aware of the fact that you have to order online if you were a passerby just wanting some quick grub overnight. I would hope Luigis can find this review useful and see if they could make their order processing more seamless for the consumer. For example, being able to call and place an order wouldve really made it much easier as a customer, as I really wanted to try the food because the food looks really great!

Lasagna and Raviolis Rose are my favorite dishes

Had to wait over an hour for ONE order of extra large pizza. It was just me and 4 of my friends who were hungry and wanted something to eat. The store was completely empty and all the staff (around 4 people) were often seen messing around and talking instead of working on our ONE SIMPLE ORDER. When we were finally served, the quality of the pizza was poor, all the toppings were falling off, and the cuts werent deep enough to actually separate the pizza, so we had to rip the pizza slices off ourselves. Poor customer service, and poor food quality. Overall disappointing experience. Wouldnt recommend, and definitely never coming back.

Ok before Luigi s, I thought any lasagna was just ok. Nothing to write hone about. After Luigi s tonight man alive. My whole perception of lasagna has changed drastically. Best. Lasagna. Ever. EVER. We ordered lasagna and pizza for a kid-easy Mother s Day meal. The delivery was free, the pizza was great (as was garlic bread). Nieces and nephews loved both. But by gum. The lasagna was a game-changer. I would eat it for breakfast, it was so good (note to self: eat it for breakfast). I am glad Luigi s has opened up a second restaurant location , and any time I don t feel like making dinner, Luigi s will now be at the top of my list for take-out. Keep up the great work!

I ordered from here for the first time tonight on Uber eats. So happy to find an affordable local place that has pasta!! The food was delicious and it s clear they put a lot of care into everything. Can t believe I m only finding out how close they were to me now!! Also delivery is handled through their own staff rather than Uber and they were wonderful and very quick.

Excellent pizzeria in Milton, definitely worth the drive from Oakville. Always get the extra large with pepperoni, ground beef, bacon, green peppers, mushroom, and red onion. Always leave Luigi s well satisfied with a few slices to take home.

I d give this restaurant 0 stars if that was an option. No respect for people s time or knowledge to run a business. I order almost daily and I have to call this restaurant 15-20 times to beg them for my order first to accept it then deliver it. I will never order of this restaurant again and will make sure strict action is taken against them for false advertising of 24/7 Open PFA the screenshot which shows 23 times I called them and no one answered.

Best garlic dipping sauce Ive ever had in my life. By God I could drink the stuff. Favourite za has to be the BBQ Chicken with extra cheese , great Hawaiian too! And yes pineapple belongs on pizza!

Guilty of being a regular customer here, they open extremely late basically 24 hours. I primarily do takeout and everything we order from pizza, wings, especially lasagna!! The lasagna taste better and better each time we order it, the sauce is fresh and extremely addicting. Our friends who live outside of the city are very hooked on this Milton pizzeria, and they serve halal meat!

How can I put this? The pizza is good in a way so are the wings. However the salt is extreme. Everything is very flavourful which would be good in a sense but it is over powering. I can t handle eating more than 2 pieces. If you like a lot of salt and tons of spices then this is the place for you.

Had a great experience. The spaghetti and garlic bread where just like Mom used to make. Customer service was super friendly. I shall return often.

We ordered ravioli rose and it was the best pasta we have had in a long time, super fresh and yum, compares very very closely to the pasta at the old spaghetti factory.

Amazing menu and hands down the best pizza. From pasta to burgers to churros to Morrell sticks to salads all our favorite! Best thing is 24 hrs open so its the most convinient for late night eats!

Luigis Lasagna & Pizza in Milton. Ordered delivery of a large pizza with 4 toppings. Also the special for two deserts. Delivery is always on time! Our pizza was LOADED with toppings and so delicious with fresh ingredients. Selections of desserts are great as well. My first and only choice for pizza in Milton!

When visiting any Italian eatery for the first time (I typically favour non-chain restaurants as much as possible and therefore, I would have also expected a more authentic experience), my baseline go-to is a veal sandwich to get a sense of quality. I ve have had many veal sandwiches over 30 years the worse I ve ever had was only because it was too big, too sloppy and made a total mess but, it was good! Sadly, I tried Luigi s veal sandwich and for the initial price point, I found it to be: (A) Skimpy on the veal, it was ok, but not great. The breading could have been more refined and crispier, sized at least to appear to hang out over the bread etc. The menu says 4oz so, probably should have known better, as it was small, really small but I was also not that hungry. With that being said, for similar price point, veal sandwiches I ve had always have two slices, on occasion three, this had one. I almost always bring leftovers home, this time, none. (B) Everything other than the bread, veal, sauce is extra, including cheese. It started adding up quickly. (C) The quantity of topping were disappointing. Hot peppers seemed like they were store bought, jarred . The mushrooms had no characteristic favours from being sautéed in olive oil with garlic, very boring/plain. (D) This is the first time (and last time) having a veal sandwich on ciabatta bread in all fairness, I actually asked what bread they use and thought, that s odd, but let s give it a try. For me, it just doesn t work.. a basic kaiser would definitely been better but then that would mean, more topping because a kaiser is much bigger and topping are $0.79 each so given my previous points, either same amount would be used to maintain profitability but it would even be more disappointing or, most likely, a higher price per topping cost! Don t get me wrong on pricing I have absolutely no problem paying more when you re getting better quality, something uniquely special/authentic, personalized experience this just didn t have any of that vibe! I cannot speak to anything else on their menu. I have been told their pizza is great, sadly, I m not a huge pizza fan too greasy and salty for me however, I certainly hope this is the case as I d hate to see another local eatery disappear into history and watch homogenous, dull, fast food chain take its place. So, I m rating 2 stars because (1) the staff contact was fine, (2) the veal sandwich was eatable.

Love the pizza and pasta combo! Everything was really delicious. I definitely want to try out their veal parm next time I order from them. I love how you can order online. Makes everything so convenient. I got it delivered to my house and everything came still piping hot.

Ordered luigis last night. Ive ordered a few times and food has been good. Last night they delivered , the time i was given was 45 min. After a little over an hr im wondering whats taking so long. I start looking out the window and realize they had just left the order on the front door step. They didnt even knock on the door! I was in the living room the whole time. There is no possible way the delivery person knocked on the door to actually delivery the food. Had to reheat everything, must have been out there for quite a bit. Food was good, not impressed with the delivery.

Last night, I placed an order at 2:28 am through UberEats since I work late and eat late. Luigis is known for their 24-hour delivery service, and even when ordering through the UberEats app, they use their own delivery system. This means that they are solely responsible for ensuring that your food reaches your house. However, the downside is that there is no tracking available for the driver. Several hours passed, and the app still showed that my order was not complete. By 4:50 am, I decided to go outside and check. Unfortunately, just like Pauls recent review, they made absolutely no effort to inform the customer that the order had been dropped off. I found my order sitting at the end of my driveway, completely torn open as skunks had rummaged through it. To be fair, I had included specific instructions not to ring the doorbell or knock on the door since people were sleeping (although this instruction was intended only for Uber drivers). However, Luigis has always called my cell phone when arriving with my order, but not this time. Additionally, it is standard for the driver to indicate on the app when the order is complete. Unfortunately, due to the complete incompetence of the driver, I ended up spending $23.63 to feed a hungry skunk, and I went to bed without having anything to eat. I have consistently chosen Luigis as my go-to place for ordering food over the past year. While they are on the pricier side, I have had both good and mediocre experiences with them. However, this particular incident showcases a complete lack of professionalism and effort on the part of the drivers. I refuse to pay for such laziness. It seems like its time for me to find an alternative to Luigis, especially considering the consistently bad experiences others have been reporting in recent reviews. Its unfortunate because they used to offer decent food.

The line up was long, phones were ringing off the hook and email orders probably coming in by the dozens. Customers were also very kind and patient. Was really nice to see people at their best during what looked like a very overwhelming situation. Thank you for the special and Happy Anniversary!

Really a wonderful staff manager, super calm and kind. We visited on a deal day and it was unfortunately suuuuper slow to get orders out and seemingly unorganized. Still I was impressed by the smiles and calm behind the counter despite being insanely busy. Pizza was good too Small size of wings were meh for us this time, we had ordered jumbo but they ran out. Flavor was nice. Wings are not breaded which is great for anyone avoiding the gluten.

Previously left a 5 star review because I used to love the food here, however recently I got my usual order the plain tomato sauce spaghetti which had alot of tiny pieces of meat in the sauce. Ive had the same order from here so many times so I know how the sauce is supposed to look. Really sad that this happened because I truly loved their food.

Ordered delivery meal came hot and ready to serve. Extra large 3 topping beef feta and cheddar on thin crust. The sauce was very nicely spiced and the crust cooked perfectly. 2 meat lasagna were nicely layered hot it is American style lasagna made with tomato sauce and meat. I much prefer authentic made with ragu and cheese layers. .Having cooked authentic Italian 8 course meals in the past Luigis gets 2 thumbs up from me on presentation, flavor and freshness of ingredients. Well done.

We ordered takeout and the lasagna was best ever. When we ordered wasnt asked if meat/veggie but we did get the right one. Service was great. Place was ok but the food was soo good.

I usually order take out from this place. On two occasions my paper bag ripped and landed on my driveway. The first time was from the delivery option which they replaced the order and today i had my bag rip on my driveway and was told i should support the bottom. I think the issue is their bags and having to much weight in the bag causing it to rip. So there is my money thrown in the garbage and little empathy from the owner. When i told them they lost my business, he said thats fine. Beware of their bags since they are too cheap to support the food.

Moving to Milton from Mississauga meant i would not have access to some of my Favourite pizza spots like Lucas or Marconi s, and stuck with chain pizza places. But someone turned me to Luigis and we havent looked back.. Great Sauce Great crust and they are never cheap with the cheese. So glad i found you Luigi s . Love the massive party size pies, it s definitely a crowd pleaser.

Best pizza in Milton. They have halal options!

We had ordered online pizza on last Tuesday late night. When we reached home and opened box we found the crust was burn from outside and had taken pictures. we complain to their Manager Sukh he was un ethical and idiot and he don t know how to speak with their customers and told us to wait for their owner to reply. After 2 days their stupid owner replied and suggested to refrain calling us for the complains as they are so busy to fool their clients. My suggestion is that to check your online order before paying them and sure your pizza crust is not burn. I will never go these third class pizza store again.

Their Pizza are solid but maybe the best wings I had in Milton. Also their pasta dishes and lasagna was surprisingly good.

Paid 53$ for a pizza with extra toppings. Received it and it barely had anything on it. I called a few minutes later and the manger was just disrespectful and rude. This is not the first time that something happens with the order. I m not sure what happened to Luigi in the last two years. But this place does not deserve support from the locals. Rip off !!

Pizza was not so tasty, i was disappointed

Ordered a Mergherita pizza thin crust online. For those that don t know, Margherita is made of 3 ingredients - marinara, mozzarella and basil. We got 2/3, the basil was subbed with spinach and the pizza was absolute garbage. Wanted to give them a shot because my S/O recommended them, but first and last time.

This is one of the best pizzerias in Milton and it s 24/7! The owner is a pro! His staff is friendly and the pizza is BOMB! You guys have been a great addition to the Milton food game and I will always order from you guys and have been introducing my family and friends! Thanks for some quality food. I ordered 2 smalls meals and was told 40 minutes for delivery 2 hours later and no food. So disappointed with the service of this place didnt even seem concerned when I called to ask whats going on. I finally told them to forget it and dont bother coming. Absolutely outrageous.
