Best pizza in town, by far

This place has been going down hill for a while. Look at how they cut this. Asked for light mushrooms not 1/2 inch thick carpet.

Had a great experience at this location today. I needed 7 pizzas for a kid birthday party and Maia (I hope I got your name right) was very accommodating and made sure they were ready asap. Was able to make it back on time and the pizzas were delicious. Will definitely be coming back!

They make the pizza fresh. Its really good pizza. Its really cheap as well, an entire pizza for under 20 dollars I unheard of in Richmond Hill!

This is the worst place ever to get pizza. I am really surprised by the front desk service. If the person I dealt with is the owner, I will never go back. If he is an employee, good luck to the owner. This is the third time I have bought pizza from Pizzaiolo in Milton. Every time, I have had bad experiences. I don t know his name, maybe it s Shawam, but his customer service is very bad. He is rude, has an attitude problem, doesn t listen, and doesn t understand. I bought two Casino pizzas last time, and both were burnt. I went back again because my son likes Casino pizza, so I took him with me this time. I told the staff about my previous experience, and the response was terrible. This time, I asked two Cassino pizzas and 4 garlic sauce, making it clear I didnt want them burnt. Unfortunately, his behavior was terrible again, and my son noticed it too. Im happy my son doesn t want to eat Pizzaiolo anymore because of Shawam, or whatever his name is. I don t want to waste my money here.

All I am going to say is that Shawam had the greatest customer service. Ignore People who have time to write non sense reviews because they want hand me outs Amazing pizza, great people and will always go back.

My experience with pizzaiolo isn t great. I tried it for first time and honestly it wasn t good. They gave me overcooked pizza that even basil leaves turned black.

My family loves Pizzaiola pizza and I frequent a few different ones. Today I went to the Milton location and was served by Maya. She was professional and helpful. It was great to see staff who have great attitude. The pizza was made to order the way I liked it.

Only thing better than fresh quality ingredients, is having someone like Shivam preparing our food. Even though he was extremely busy with 10 pies in the works, this professional pizza maker took care of us with extreme urgency. I am Very impressed with the service at this location.

Weve been going to pizzaiolo for some time as its been consistently good. However, last week when we got our pizza, the dough was too chewy, barely had any sauce or cheese. It was extremely disappointing. Reconsidering if we should go back anymore

Food was not bad....take a look at the glass in the window. Its filthy I pointed it out to the owner and she said its on the outside. I pointed out to her with a napkin that its on the inside....she said she had only been an owner for a week...wow what a response....an owner cant get time in a week to clean glass...outrageous. also you replied to me saying i am a window cleaner... that is incorrect we didnt even talk about careers. I am a man that works in construction. Take responsibility dirty owner and clean the window rather than respond to me on the internet. Also you were on the internet long enough you could have cleaned them while I was there. But no you dont have the time for that you only have the time to respond to me. Clean your windows before you open again. In your reply you said you took pictures. You are lying...I had no reason to lie unlike yourself. This was about 4 years ago..edited today

The brown guy who works here makes good pizzas and is friendly. We came from Brampton to have pizza here because the store is maintained and managed well. The taste is better than the Brampton branches. Overall would recommend this place for all pizza lovers.

This is my first time trying Pizzaiolo The order was not made right at the first time ( through UBER ) and i was disappointed so i called in the store and told them about it MAYA took a matter in her own hand and send me the replacement right away even though the weather was really bad and i told her SHE dont need to send the replacement , That is what you called a CUSTOMERSERVICE ! VERY PROFESSIONALY handled by MAYA i am extremely happy and will now always going to order from this location and I do recommend this place my kids also wanted to thankyou for an amazing service and wanted to say that cheese was so good it melted in the mouth

I ve tried basically every pizza shop in Milton and Pizzaiolo is the best pizza shop here hands down. Their pizza is always fresh, tomato sauce is delicious, toppings are tasty, crust is fantastic I could go on. They are a little bit expensive but it s worth it because the quality is top tier. They are now my go-to pizza shop. Keep up the good work @Pizzaiolo!

Coming from a pizzaholic, this is my favourite pizza in the GTA, the consistency and the taste is a notch above your average pizza joint. Clean and friendly on top of a solid and affordable pizza.

This place always treats me and my family very nicely. Their pizzas are fresh, dining space is also quite large. Very close to my work as well. I m very happy this place is here in Milton. Definitely brings a beautiful touch to Pizza places in Milton.

Pizzas were good. Worth the price. Only complaint was the bacon on the meat lovers was a little under done, but thats something remedied by adding a request when placing the order. Good stuff, will order again **** its been a couple of years since this review. Weve enjoyed their product on a monthly basis. My only concern, or comment is that the staff take better care as far as the nonchalant approach to their handling of the food. Theres a lit of face touching, hair fixing, adjusting of glasses and its usually around or near the area where the food is being packaged

Got a medium meat lovers pizza last night, it was one of best pizza we have had in a long time. The crust was not soggy, sauce was delicous and meat fresh and tasty. it is little pricey but totally worth it at $24. Orderd Zoey Zaza last night and i am sorry to say it was disappointing . The sausage to rapini ratio was very poor , hardly any sausage and need little bit more cheese . But will be trying other pizzas

A flawless service was provided by MAYA, who also turned out to be a great conversationalist. Personally the experience was great, one of the cleanest pizza shops Ive seen, with proper precautions taken while handling food. Food was great, crust was just as authentic as it should be !!! Pizza is whats good here, I see alot of reviews debating the type of pizza crust. Its gourmet and authentic so crust wont be as doughy as pizza pizza or other places who claim to be pizza spots.

Edit. Over the last few months, we have given Pizzaiolo the benefit of the doubt and ordered it a few more times and they have more than redeemed themselves. Pretty much still one of the best Pizza places in Milton. Pizzaiolo is usually on point. But tonight we had a craving for tiny cup pizza and we were kind of disappointed with the pizza. The pizza dough was pretty much paper thin in the middle and half of the pizza was pretty burnt.

Undercooked doughy mess! Flavour ok. Added extra bacon which in fact were just strips of white fat. Undercooked

We ordered a Medium Canadian. I have to say, this was 1 of the very best pizzas Ive ever had. Prompt on-time delivery. If I have a complaint, it would be that I wish I had ordered a large, the medium went very fast. Highly recommend this pizza.

The house toppings combinations are unique but well balanced and some very healthy choices with top quality ingredients and no complaints with the preparation or service. Crusts tend to be above average.

Ordered via Uber Eats tonight. Order was placed before 6PM. It is now 7:30PM and the food hasn t arrived. Called the restaurant once to get an update and was told that the pizza was just coming out of the oven and was told that you re busy tonight; that was 7:20PM. I get that these things happen, but there is no way 90+ minutes is acceptable wait time on any food order. I feel that this was an extremely poor excuse. If someone forgot to actually make the order, it happens. I don t think if I walked in off the street it would take 90 minutes and you wouldn t refuse my order. This is just prioritizing walk in orders over orders placed online. As someone who lives in the area, I think you ve lost my business tonight.

I showed up at 7 PM, they are open until 10 PM, they only had four shrivelled up slices, I asked if they were going to have another pie out soon they said no.

Tried this place yesterday for the first time. While the overall taste was good - I have to point out the extremely long wait time (after 5pm, and only two employees working..really?). They also need to revamp their online ordering system. I received a confirmation email (as did the gentleman waiting behind me), but there was no record of our orders. The two young people behind the counter were doing their best, but were obviously swamped. The owners need to reexamine their business model - continue cutting down on staff, and risk losing more customers, or hire more workers to help during peak times.

I was looking for tasty vegan food options, and fortunately came across Pizzaiolo. The vegan pizza was delicious, will definitely order again.

I had to deliver an instacart order to this location. They did not provide adequate information to inform me that I could deliver out the back. And they ordered it on a very busy Sunday during a festival. It was incredibly difficult to find parking. They did not tip for this order. Which I find agree just considering. They understand how service industries work in this country. The only reason I had to deliver here was because they were hidden in a batch with others who did tip. Its very uncouth to rely on others who do the work you should be doing.I will not eat here because if they cut corners in paying their Service laborers I assume they also cut cause on their food

Really good pizza first time i got it, i got bbq sauce and chicken with read onion and mozzarella Cheese...so good will definitely be going back!! EDIT: went back again to have just a cheese pizza and styll was really good definitely a new favourite! Edit: after three times of ordering double cheese and getting less the regular?!? I like the pizza but not when it has barely any cheese! EDIT: unfortunately ordering this again looking at it right away was disappointed to the point where I dont even want to eat it last time Im ordering from here!! Im sick of pizza that has no cheese and burnt toppings and for the price its very upsetting!! I tried one bite and tossed the entire pizza in the garage!! Legit no cheese and I ask for extra every time I used to enjoy it and now its trash! Cheese is like the main ingredient why would you not put cheese?!and when I asked for extra shame on you!

First of I must say this location and its staff are the BEST! My family loves Pizzaiolo but by far Miltons staff are ROCKSTARS! Maya and Shivam take so much care in ensuring their pizzas are perfect. They keep the location clean, organized, calm and efficient! They are always kind and welcoming. I have picky kids and they only want the pizza when the good guy is working! Sadly we have been disappointed a few times... especially on Fridays at lunch, the quality is not the same the ingredients are skimpy and the pizza tends to be burnt. IF you have experienced anything negative at this restaurant previously I urge you to try it again when the DREAM TEAM (Maya and Shivam) are working! I promise you they will take great care of you! To the owner... you are so lucky to have such an amazing staff! GREAT JOB!

Pretty disappointed. Pizza took an hr to deliver and was barely cooked when it finally arrived. $38 for nothing special. Veggies on half, cheese on the other. I wont be ordering from this location again. Weve had a good experience in store previously, so this was a huge let down.

My go to has always been pizza nova. Something about their sauce and dough but I think after having this pizza, pizza nova is a thing of the past. Nice and crispy and their tomato sauce was really good. Not tangy like most places. I recommend.

Top-shelf chain pie. Best in Milton, hands-down... which, I understand, is not saying all too much, but it really is quite good. A proper crust with a good crisp and fluff. Tomato sauce you can actually taste. What more do you need?

I dont think its fair for him to be penalized for previous reviews from me. Ive order twice now from this location and the pizza and service is MUCH better! I would definitely order from them again! ============= My 2nd time ordering, thought I could give it one more chance, NEVER AGAIN: This is unacceptable!! I ordered online and receive confirmation, food said it would come around 7pm. I tried calling numerous times at 730pm and no one picked up! I am NEVER ordering from this location again!! This is my 2nd and LAST time ordering from here as I received just as many issues!! VERY DISAPPOINTING! If there is an issue, I should be notified!! I SHOULD NOT be calling after 1.5 hours to find out something was wrong!! At the VERY LEAST I should have been notified after I placed my order! We called back to get my refund back (since I didnt get my delivery), I couldnt even get a confirmation of refund! Mark my words, if I dont get my refund back, I will be calling back. I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR FOOD THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE!! I originally wrote a poor review because of a slew of issues at the Milton location such as them forgetting my order, wrong pizza, waiting extra long, ordering a special and being charged full price etc. The president of the company reached out to me to make it right and gave me a pizza, so I started to order from then again. They asked me to take down the poor review and I felt like they tried to redeem themselves so I deleted my original review. Tonight I ordered a pizza online and come to the shop only to find that they didn t have my order and my pizza wasn t made. This is the last straw and I am no longer giving them a penny of my business.

We got a party size whole wheat pizza today.. Overall it was an awesome tasting pizza.. 4of us pretty much finished the thing.. But, the crust was very very thin in the middle.. It was like a crape with toppings than pizza crust. Sides were just fine.. Overall toppings were also comparatively less.

Trying to find places that do gluten free crusts is hard, finding a place that offers more a wide selection of vegetables is even harder, well it WAS hard.....until I found this place. I gave Pizzaiolo a try for the first time and I dont think Im going to go back to any pizza chains. Had the Capri thin crust. Was delivered in no time. The wife and I absolutely devoured it in complete silence. Cant wait to try some of their other stuff! Yummmmmm.. Edit: Tried their Magherita pizza over the weekend. So good! The fresh, cooked basil was the star on the pizza.

First time customer and simply loved the pizza. Mediterranean style but added Roast Chicken, Parmigiano (no charge), Fresh Garlic (no charge), Oregano (no charge) and made it thin crust. The crust was perfectly cooked and slightly chewy as it should be. The garlic was killer. Everyone loved it. For sure, I will be back.

I stopped ordering from here a couple of years ago because more than half the time my order was wrong, I recently ordered from there thinking things would have changed but NO, I ordered thin crust, with hot peppers and green peppers instead I got regular crust with hot peppers and OLIVES.....I guess nothings changed. This error has happened multiple times hence the reason I will stop ordering feom here again. Cooks need to pay more attention to what theyre doing not to mention pizzas are always over cooked even when we ask it to be less cooked.

Over the past several months we ve made a game of trying the circuit of all the pizzas available in Milton. Pizzaiolo - you ve placed #1. Soooo delicious. Our only advice is go up a size - you ll want leftovers.

I feel like this may because the staff is a bit inexperienced still, but the pizza wasnt as good as expected. The cook was uneven with some borderline burnt areas and undercooked crust in the center. We ordered three pizzas and none had slices that were cut app the way through. Will probably try again at some point, the sauce is great and there is a good selection of toppings.

Canceled my order after it was waiting forever. Guess they hate money. Never again will I order here.

Ordered through UBER EATS. Restaurant delivers instead of uber driver. Waited an hour and 20 minutes for them to cancel my order at the last minute. I was trying to order pizza so my 2 year old could eat something. If you could not fulfill the order cancel it from the beginning. Worst experience ever!!!

The Milton location has never disappointed. Great customer service, from the phone to in store. The pizza is delicious...the Capri is my fav.

Worst 20$ ever spent. Small pizza with almost zero toppings cost me 20$ and theres no option to not tip so 21$ including a tip they didnt deserve. Absolute garbage. And its overcooked, cold and gross.

Waited over an hour for a 30 min delivery. Called twice and was kept being told it will be there in 5 minutes. Owner argued with me blaming the driver. Told the driver was going to give me a refund because he wouldn t do it himself. Driver left order and said he would be right back. Instead he just took off. Food was cold when it finally arrived. Lots of pizza places to choose from.

The pizza here is amazing but after the new ownership the prices went up so its become a little more discouraging to go. The only upside is that every once in awhile they do give away free slice of pizza for customers to sign up for their emailing list.

Good place with a very good pizza

Went in to order 3 Pizzas for a group of my work Colleagues. Before ordering, I had to use the facilities when the lady behind the counter advised me that the washroom is closed. I can appreciate the precautions for covid however if it s safe for me to walk into your establishment to hand over my money, it must be just as safe to use the facility prior to ordering. Keep your pizza and learn to treat customers better. Won t be going to this or any other Pizzaiolo anytime moving forward. Walked to a place 2 doors down, used the washroom then ordered almost $200 worth of food. Thank you to THE WORKS for having a better alternative and being in this together during this and not just taking money from people like pizzaiolo! Health board going to be getting a call from me too!

Its good, more of a 3.5 IMO, cook the pizza a little bit longer and youll be at least a 4 and close to the best pizza in town. Looking forward to trying more Items but definitely keep pizza in the oven longer, the middle was doughy but every pizza place has the same issue.

Today In the evening, I was passing through. I was very hungry and I saw Pizza iolo as my friend recommend to try it. It was too busy but the Indian guy was so helpful and friendly. He told me try Capone Pizza. It was so tasty and healthy too. I appreciate the guy who was working there at that time as in the busy hours he helped me a lot. I will definitely visit that wonderful place again.

Well it s my first experience with pizzaiolo and i loved it so much. The south asian guy working at the front is real professional with great customer service skills. I will love recommending this store to my friends because of that guy. Keep up the good work pizzaiolo you guys got the best staff.

We ordered the Capri and Toni Roni and both were delicious! Delivery was fast, no contact drop off and the quality was excellent. Cant wait to try the Bianca next time!

Everytime I come here Im always greeted by the warm smile of the lady at the front cash. The pizza is one of the best in town, my boyfriend and I come by all the time!

Yummy pizzas with all fresh ingredients. Very friendly staff, Ample parking. Very ideal for kids birthday party as they have a seperate party space too!! Tried it first time but will definitely go again!

Visited first time yesterday with my friends. Place is big and clean. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. This is not a regular pizza store, its a Premium one where we pay for the quality. Tons of vegetarian choices too. We had the Primavera and Bianca Veg Pizzas, loved the taste. Will definitely visit again.

Visited this weekend and was amazed by the size of this place. We ordered the Bianca, Primavera and Sonny. If you are not a fan of crust, trust me, get ready to convert. The quality is great. They have a separate area to organize kids Birthday party. The staff is very friendly and this place has ample parking facility. Honestly, they served up real quality pizzas.

Had a ladies luncheon at this place. It had a nice separate section for us to sit, talk and enjoy. The ambience is relaxed and pizzas had thin crust and were amazing (tried it for the first time). The side crust for once did not need a sauce.

Amazing pizza, welcoming staff, lovely place.

Went there with a bunch of friends expecting it to be just any other Pizzeria. Was pleasantly surprised at the big and bright place right in the heart of Milton. We tried a few different ones and my favorite was....actually I had 2! THE SPINOTA AND THE FREDO. Even though there was no sauce and cheese on the FREDO, the taste was not lacking at all! I think it is because of the never frozen dough , the crust is delicious in itself. A GREAT place to eat in with family and friends. The friendly staff made the tasty experience that much better. Glad to have this place in my Milton!

Pizzaiolo Milton was very welcoming, yummy pizza choices. My daughter loved the Cheese slice always her all time favourite. It was very well made and great size for a slice. Enjoyed the ambiance and efficient service. Definitely will be going again soon!

Their slice options are slim, but staff are super friendly.

Horrible customer service. Rude employees. Have called orders in twice now for delivery waited over an hour half to receive cold pizza. When u call the store to find out where your order is all they say is it will be there soon. Delivery driver drives like maniac peeling tires in his V6 Camaro. Save yourself a big hassle and try one of the many other pizza locations in Milton.

Had Pizzaiolo for the first time at my office in downtown Toronto and I thought it was pretty good. So I decided to pick up a gourmet one closer to home in Milton: Boy what a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!! They were so skimpy with the toppings that even with the thin crust there was hardly anything there at all. And what WAS there tasted bone dry cold and hard. And it wasnt cheap either. Im sure Id never be coming back here again.

Its great pizza

We order the half cheese and half pepperoni for our daughters birthday. The girls loved it so much I had to go back and get another pizza. Having vegan choices was awesome too.

The pizza was OK but, nobody in there yet all the tables were filthy while the guy was just sitting around. Makes you wonder about what you cant see...

I really like coming here - either eating in, or taking out. The pizza always tastes good, and isnt overly salty like some other pizzerias.

Their regular crust pizza was great! Toppings are fresh and better quality than most chain pizza places. However, tonight I tried their deep dish. I knew something was going to be wrong when I took the box and it must have weighed over 5 lbs! IT WAS HEAVY. I ate one slice and could not eat any more. It was too filling. Also, I had gotten Parmesan cheese on this one- they do not use REAL Parmesan. The pizza was ok still, but I will not be ordering deep dish again.
