The place seems yellow, bad aesthetic, three hospital chair looking seats, took a long time to get pizza slices, pizza cheese was peeling off, half the pizza got stuck to top off the bag, asked for garlic dip but got some other flavor. Overall very bad. Do not recommend.

I have had Toppers pizza once before at another location, and the pizza is a solid 4/5. The issue I have with Toppers is their deal pricing and unresponsive online ordering system. The website was so atrocious we ultimately decided to order from Milton Pizza, which is probably the best pizza place in Milton.

This location has been frequently messing up orders for me and other patrons. The quality of pizza at this location has gotten pretty bad with a small amount of cheese and toppings being put on their pizzas while also having huge air bubbles the size of a pizza slice. Staff have been consistently unhelpful and unkind when serving patrons including myself when Im at this location. Enjoyed this location for years but has been going down hill for about a year now.

The crust is tuff but other then that its a good opinion i just feel is over priced.

Too slow, it took more than 30 min to prepare one large pizza , not recommend

***Stay away from this horrible place*** I cannot believe how RUDE and TERRIBLE these new owners/employees are! The pizza never has enough sauce or cheese and when told to them they refuse to do anything about it! Wish the old owners would come back, these people ruined Toppers!!!

Gluten free crust is excellent! I am also dairy free and they had the vegan cheese! I have been eating cheese less pizza for so long. It was really nice to have the option. We really enjoyed it! Good service too. Really nice guy who took our order, thanks so much. Tuesday night, April 11.

Aditya, you have a new staff member who is not just unprofessional but also lies. I dont feel like taking his name here. I just got pizza 2 hours back. In last three visits over one thing he has given me three different lies. He forgets his own lies.

My family loves Toppers pizza. They have awesome deals and pizza dough and source is delish. My only problem is with their customer service. I always find them rude or in a bad mood. First I thought maybe they are having a bad day but they are always like thats. They dont know about the deals offered online or in website. They did honour them after checking it several times but that condescending behaviour always puts me off. Ive started to get delivery now. Hopefully theyll customer service will improve in future. I ve had wonderful pizza from toppers before . But this time , just a huge let down. I ordered medium 3 topping pizza.. pepperoni , pineapple, then I asked the ladie if they can do half toppings. She said yes. So I asked for peppers on one half and sausage on the other half . Which would still be 3 toppings total. And well I don t blame her . She was distracted by phone calls lack of help. I just don t understand why I would order a 3 topping pizza and get half a topping on each side. I won t be wasting my money again.

Pizza has a great pre workout snack It wasnt extremely greesy like other pizza places and the prices are pretty good as well. Its nice that its situated next to a gym. The only reason Im giving it a 4 star is because there were no energy drinks, it all worked out though because theres a booster juice right next to it... It would have been nice if there were energy drinks I mean pizza pizza has them

Unfortunately, their service has gone down , used to order once a week for a few years , now with different people there , lots has changed . They dont honor promos ( or say they dont know how to do it). I miss the old crew . Sad to see them change like that.

Pizza is delicious delivery is fast however the app is very misleading who ever did this app development missed many steps in proper execution that services the needs of the customer as we are new to this franchise we already faced a few challenges that made us frustrated. For example when you redeem your points online for free birthday desert pizza no where dose it say you must select the cinnamon apple desert pizza it just says add to cart and nothing get added but it shows selected placed the order and nothing was added... because i was supposed to go select the purchase of the pizza and than select the promo in order for it to get discounted how is a customer to know what steps they need to take to redeem their free item when nothing is even explained in fine print why is this so complicated... Other issue we had we got a promo code emailed to us we wanted to use the promo code in app no section to put your promo code in... why email customers promo codes if you cant redeem them on the app... I had to place the order on the app choose pay at the door and call them for them to manually adjust for promo code whattt in the world why so complicated? And ill never forget how you made us pay at the door a $1.13 for a dipping sauce that wasnt added properly because of this glitch on the app that is not explained meanwhile its only 18 points to redeem and I had well over a 100 points on my account... that makes me eligible for 5 free dips and i had to pay for one. Management should be able to adjust points for customers also why your manual points card and app points cant be combined? I feel like this is a non functional application however your pizza is delicious its a bitter sweet feeling for sure. Satisfied with food but disappointing experience for sure. Shouldnt launch applications and codes if it will cause customers and staff headaches. I feel like this needed a manual to be used correctly.

disappointed with toppers in milton... ordered a pizza at 8:45pm, did not receive it until 9:57pm. have had a run in with a rude delivery driver in the past but i decided to care. But after this, will never order from toppers again.

This pizza is so good. I picked garlic bread crust and we all flipped on it. Its saucy and cheesy and the garlic bread flavor was so good. Crust is soft. This is my go to pizza place now. Also there house sauce is awesome. I loved this pizza.

Everything went well until we got the pizza home. Ordered a large from the menu, no specials or coupon ..and got the most stingiest toppings ever. Almost like last 1.5inch if the outer circle was missing toppings. Why topper why ? A topper pizza missing toppings! Perhaps use a measuring cup for a large Pizza, because certainly the fingers picking the toppings didnt like to pick any ! Not returning back. Pizza Nova, Pizzàville are better choices around here.

We got a tip from a woman in Mississauga about the Milton Toppers. She said the pizza is so good she travels here to get her pie. We ordered the Meat Mountain April 26/20. The chap that delivered it on time was very friendly. Wow, best meat pizza we have ever had without a doubt. We will definitely be trying other pies before to long. Next Margarida . Just had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with the supervisor of this location. Refused to deliver to our location only 6 km away.When asked about the radius the supervisor said no clue . Bottom line : the costumer service was extremely sub -par. As Sudbury residents with connections with the Toppazzini family ,this is not the service that we are accustomed to the toppers family . Very disappointed.

Fraud Alert ! Ordered pizza, made payment Couple of days after I saw some suspicious credit card payment going to Topper s pizza $80 That is too TWO TIMES that s $160 I am talking to my bank and if required I will take legal action against them

Our go-to pizza place! We re out of their territory for delivery but it s worth the 40 min drive... honestly it s that good! Only downside, they send out frequent emails but rarely offer any discounts or promos (at least ones that appeal to us). Love Topper s Pizza!

First time trying out this chain, drove all the way from mississauga about 40mins back and forth and lets just say well worth the trip!!! One thing we loved was that you could get your crust brushed with garlic butter for no extra charge!!! That is unheard of!! Make sure you get the pizza well done ( if youre a pizza counisour you already know this ) check out their website as they have GREAT deals. This is now our go to place for za... Oh ya and we also got the calzone but havent tried it yetttttt

I love that you get a sticker with your receipt that you can use towards their loyalty program - Collect 10 stickers & receive a FREE Medium, 3-Topping Pizza. This is my familys go-to when we need something quick or when we have friends coming over and havent had time to prepare anything else.

Sure: i went there one afternoon last fall and there were no slices to sell me. Not sure why but that is what happened.

Staff is very friendly and pizzas are quick. Quality between a 241 pizza and dominos. Online ordering system needs some work, it doesnt let you edit anything. I put special instruction comments on my order to not include bacon on my deluxe pizza and they put it anyway. Not my favourite pizza spot but the popcorn chicken is pretty good.

The pizza is great, far better than Pizza Pizza, Pizza Nova, etc, and less greasy than Ginos. Although pricing is a bit on the high side for full pizzas compared to other similar pizza places, they still have one of the best slice deals in town with $3.50 for a slice and drink.

Fast, friendly service. Wish the pizza was loaded with toppings as the store name implies and also less crust (hence the 4)... I got a special( large 3 topping deal). This pizza taste much much better fresh, even slightly warm causes it to loose a lot of its zest and taste appeal. To my surprise the pizza was perfectly cooked and the dough /sauce tasted great in comparison to competitor franchises such as pizza pizza, 241, dominos, and some local pizzerias... The owner or whomever the main female with blonde hair is who normally cashes/serves customers up front is absolutely amazing, she is very very sweet and inviting! I do recommend trying this location out. The pricing is comparable to most other pizza chains but I find toppers has less lower end specials (ex. A lot of the main specials were 20+), would love to see a couple more added in the 15-16$ and under range. Once again, awesome customer service here!! Thumbs up!

This franchise fell into the wrong hands. I went to toppers because of how much ingredients they use on a pizza and how rich is the flavour for the same reason. Well this cheap people use the most minimal amount of things on theres + it was burn and deform on one side

Ive ordered here a couple times before and have got to admit that this is the best pizza joint in Milton. They have awesome tasting pizza, I heard from the owner of the store that they make their dough fresh in the store everyday which assures me that Im not eating frozen junk like the other pizza joints. Also, they have awesome customer service, very friendly staff and seems like everybody enjoys working there. I will be coming here more often for sure. Definitely worth each and everyday penny spent. I would recommend this to everybody.

Pizza is really good, pepperoni is decent. Wings are meh, but very good pizza (as long as its not just pepperoni).

I found this place randomly when I was eating at a restaurant nearby and was glad I did. Their pizza is amazing with their garlic butter crust and a variety of pizza sauce bases. And, their house dipping sauce is amazing. The only thing they can improve on are there wings, they are tiny and not enough sauce on them. The customer service is great as well with friendly staff. Highly recommend it!
