Vito's Pizza & Wings in Milton

The pizza the past two times were like how I had it when I was little I grew up eating here !! Now it s back to how I like it last year I got a slice from here and it was raw dough I couldn t eat it but now it s perfect!! I think new people work here and they know what they are doing also super friendly the guy that served us was super nice he make sure that he understood what I wanted so that he got it right the first time and I appreciate that!! It hurts my soul when I see people get mad at workers for that and I think it s because of the language barrier but for me I never have a problem with it here they are smart and know how to make good pizza!!

We have been ordering from Vitos for years however the last 4 or 5 times weve ordered, the delivery was more than 40min late. This time, its 45min late and apparently hasnt even left the store. I asked if it was free and the manager made excuses about traffic and told me to come pick it up. I told him to throw it in the garbage and that we will never order from Vitos again. Horrible customer service.

Just ordered a pizza and top layer of crust was raw called and complain and refused to do anything about, and speaking ignorantly to my wife and when correctEd about how his customer service and tone with customers was 100% inappropriate threatened myself then threatened to call cops. even tho we were being poliet. will never order from this place again absolutely horrible

If you order 1 slice they will always try to give you two in order to double the size of the bill. The owner is very arrogant and rude, pretends it isnt intentional but it happens every. Single. Time. I wish there was a closer pizza place to my work... Your response back is a joke with you admitting you serve everyone one order intentionally ignoring that they ask for 1 slice. On 6 occasions I have ordered 1 slice emphasizing the word 1 and sticking up a single finger. You intentionally serve two to every customer to hope they think they cant buy just one and to double the bill. You said I miss heard you and when I replied no you didnt you grinned at me you smug unprofessional clown.

Dough in the pizza was not cooked properly. I could smell the dough so had to throw half of it out. Tried it for first time for exploring new chain but I would stick to my previous one.

great place. Long time customer, wings are the best in town. I always order our pizzas with thin crust, light sauce, and whatever toppings, we are never disappointed. Last night small canadian, with thin crust light sauce, it was loaded, and hot when it got to the door. 4 stars for atmosphere only because its a pickup pizza store, but counter staff is always polite.

The pizza has slowly got worse in milton. This used to be the place to go. Not sure if its new owners or what but its not the same anymore. Sauce is bland pizza is never cooked enough and extremely doughy. Hopefully something changes i have gone to vitos pizza for over 20 years

They have the best halal chicken wings in GTA. They also offer desi pizza with halal chicken topping but you need to mentioned before placing an order. First generation owners are so sweet and taking good care of you. They are more generous than the new generation. This is my one stop shop for pizza and wing. Highly recommended

We Ordered 2 Large pizzas in the store spent $40 went to garbage . Tandoori Paneer was rotten and smelling bad Other pizza base was raw uncooked. We are feelinv sick in the morning. I wasted my time and money. Please work on you quality of foods.

I went with an online special that was a large pizza with 12 wings. Pizza was made well and tasted great but the wings were the real deal! Definitely will come back.

We ordered two medium pizzas last night. The food arrived after 1.5 hours and the pizzas were not made proper. We asked for thin crust and well done plus indian style. They dumped coriander on one side of the pizza only pizza was not well done crust was soggy cz it had been made way longer before it was delivered. This has happened for the third time. We have been letting the mistakes go as human errors but this is clearly a quality issue. The quality of the vitos pizza milton has gone down

My new favorite pizza joint in Milton. The Green is good! pizza is our favorite - even my kids love it, which is spectacular considering it has spinach on it. The wings are flavourful and juicy. The crust is soft and doughy - just the way I like it. 5

I order 1 Medium pizza from Vito pizza steels & ontario Milton when I eat they have lots of smell like they use expired ingredients I come back to the store and ask the man why u served expired food with lots of smell he denied and argue me that u can do some thing wrong with pizza very rude behavior he is not to know how to handle coustomer . We ordered the pizza thin crust Wings half with spicy half with sauce on side OMG I have not had fresh baked wings like that in a long time AMAZING even without the sauce Pizza was delicious We received extra blue cheese and a bag of carrots and celery I also order gluten free dough panza but I was so full and satisfied I didnt taste it yet. I will definitely go back and recommend

My family has regularly ordered from location since March 2020. Never are we going to order from this location ever again starting today Friday, May 13, 2022. Our pizza was prepared burned. After calling the store to let the employee by the name of Kulwinder know about it, he said he will prepare one. When I went to store to pick it up and showed him picture, he was extremely rude. He said I could have still eaten burned pizza. Like, are you kidding me? You want me to pay you extremely high prices for your burned pizza? I hope this restaurant goes out of business in this highly competitive environment. My family and I wont be ordering from here anymore. I have also informed my friends about my experience. I am attaching picture of burned pizza.

Ordered wings...with specific instructions for them to be well done. They were still pink and bloody and under cooked. This is not acceptable food preparation and the quality control is non existent. Do better, and be better!

Got 2 large pizzas with 3 toppings each. The online menus prices aren t what they charge at the store. They up the prices when you go to pay for your order. Pizza hasn t been the same quality in over a year. Gave it 3 star because only place open late for food that s not McDonalds.

The pizza and wings from Vitos are delicious, consistent and reliable. We had people over who had never had Vitos before and they were still raving about the food the next day. My favourite wing sauce is hot honey (basically sweet and spicy)- highly recommend.

i made a walk-in order this past monday and had a very terrible experience due to their extreme lack of customer service. we ordered a walk in special for an xl 3 topping pizza and was told it would be around 15 minutes so we waited in the parking lot. when we went back in to grab our pizza that we had already paid for, a new employee said that our order must have been picked up by someone else and that we would need to wait for a new one so we went back outside. about 3 mins later i went in to cancel the order and ask for my money back as we didn t have time to wait, and the woman refused to refund me as she had already started the pizza (i saw that there was only cheese and sauce on it) and when i suggested that she could use it for another order, she continued to refuse to give me my money back. honestly nothing like this has ever happened to me, and although their pizza was okay, i will never order from here again to support their lack of customer service.

Horrible customer service at this location. Ordered two medium pizzas for delievery because I couldnt get out (kids). When I got my order one pizza was wrong. When I called to explain the gentlemen just kept telling me thats what the order stated. I kindly explained that the site took it wrong and I didnt even touch it and if they could just place a new order and exchange it. He mentioned to me that he could for pickup... If I could have done pickup from the start I would have. I explained that I cant and he kept saying thats what the order said. When I asked for his name he refused and said no Im not giving you my name. He told me to call back the next day and speak to the manager.... What good would that do? The order was wrong the day of. Like come on... Its a $15 pizza people! Terrible service and never will order here again. Too bad as I did like them. Take your business elsewhere if you want great pizza and service. Youve been warned.

The staff here seems to get the orders confused sometimes as they are always busy. The food is fantastic though. I have never had a bad meal from here.

Honestly the worst pizza experience of my life, we wanted to try a new local place to support the community and made the wrong call. Wings were undercooked, and bland. I ordered red pepper flakes on the pizza and it was like they dumped the bottle on, I like heat, but it was ridiculously spicy and overpowered any other flavour. The meat does not look fresh. Then to top it all of, the whole family got food poisoning. There is some really good pizza in Milton, incredibly disappointed with this place and well never be back.

The pizza was slightly undercooked, also noticed additional fees on the receipt. Staff failed to provide a reason for it and refused to adjust the bill. I live 5min. Away but rather drive to the Mississauga location, better customer service and the food is way better.

Im a cross border truck driver and all I had was American Cash and all I called other pizza places and said they dont want it and wont take it. These guys are smart and accepted my American cash. Pizza came right on time hot fresh and delicious. Thank you.

Their wings are sooooo flavourful and we eat them without any sauces. Pizza is great as well but a few time they forgot to sprinkle cilantro but still amazing place to get pizza and wings :)

Worst place ever! Ordered here last night. Came in 1.5 hrs. Then the driver, Parminder, forgot the machine and told us to call the place to pay with credit card. We called them to complain and get compensated for being late. Staff said the manager, Jaswinder, will call us back. Instead we get a call from the DRIVER Parminder threatening and HARASSING us to pay or he will call the cops or he will come to our door to force us to pay! UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR! LAST TIME WE ARE EVER ORDERING FROM THIS PIZZA PLACE. We were always going to pay but was just asking for a discount for being so late and being cold. We have been ordering here for years and this was the last!!!!!

Ordered delivery for a large group of people. Pizza was delivery FAST and the pizza was very good. I was very pleased with the quality of my order and will most certainly be ordering again from here. No complaints from anyone eating the pizza either.

We ordered the 2 for $30 special and it was well worth it. For me and my husband it lasted 4 meals! Were ordered the butter chicken and Vitos spinach special. We really liked that the pizzas tasted very fresh and wasnt too oily. This was actually the first time after eating take out pizza where I didnt feel bloated afterwards. Very high quality and tasty.

My go to pizza place whenever the kids want some pizza night. Yummy as always.

Great tasting pizza, but pick it up! Delivery took over an hour and pizza was cold! We are literally down the street...called and was told the driver only had two orders but yet my order was still cold! Called and they offered me 50% off next order...don t think I ll be ordering again, too much effort for a pizza just to be disappointed!

Ordered pizza and wings from them for pick up order. Picked it up and was one minute away from home and they called because they gave us the wrong order. Had to drive back to return their wrong pizza and pick up the correct one. Didnt offer anything for our troubles. They took the other pizza back even though we took it out of their store - unhygienic in these times.

Best wings I ve ever had! The only problem is the lady in the store who is also the manager there.. Every time she s in the store the wings are either burnt or not cooked properly! She always messes up our order and talks very rudely.

The wings are amazing at this place. I found in the last year they have cut down on cheese and other toppings its not what it use to be.

The pizza here is nice. It has a good thick, soft dough which I love. Hard to find in other pizzas. They also have very good wings, youre better off getting wings here compared to other pizza spots or even wing spots. The wings here are very generous sizes, non breaded and tastw good. For deserts they have ben and Jerrys ice cream and cheesecake from cheesecake factory. The staff here are also good and polite. Ive been coming here for over 1yr and would continue to do so. You should check it out.

Overpriced pizza - their pie is more on the level of Pizza Pizza (Little Caesars) and should be priced better. Wings were decent but the sauces were just bbq sauce and franks extra hot for their hot sauce. Not much imagination.

Best wings Ive had in a long time! Ive been disappointed so many times but theirs are AMAZING! plus points for the delicious sauces and veggies! Will definitely be the place to go for wings from now on!! LOVED them!
