First time here! We got takeout, I called ahead and my order was taken very efficiently. We got the pork sausage (nem nuong) fresh roll, veggie spring rolls, banh mi boss, and pork belly banh mi. Spent $37 for all four items. Seriously... everything was a 10/10. Our fave was actually the veggie spring roll which we were shocked by because we usually prefer our Vietnamese spring rolls to have pork or just any meat in general. Hands down one of the top 5 best spring rolls Ive ever had. The nem nuong tastes so savory and better than other sausages Ive had at other places. The boss banh mi was so full of different grilled meats, wow so good. The pork belly was perfectly seasoned and caramelized, not overly fatty, just the right amount. We will definitely be back! So glad to have a good banh mi place in Milton!

Excellent Vietnamese food -- as fresh and flavourful as I remember eating in Vietnam last year. Prices are very reasonable and staff are friendly + helpful. Very convenient location right off hwy.401 at James Snow Parkway exit.

I m crying because I found this really great Vietnamese restaurant and they only have this one location. I ordered the grilled chicken and it s absolutely amazing. They actually use lemongrass and you can actually smell it but not overpowering. The salad on the side is super fresh and the rice they use is actual broken rice. Did I mention the price was so affordable too? I ve been to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants and this is by far the best grilled chicken. I wouldn t mind driving 30 minutes to try this again

One of my favourite pho & banh mi place in Milton. Owners are hard working, very fresh and authentic, cash discount, decent pho broth! Serving speed isnt fast but they care about what they are serving. I hope to see some more complex pho menus but its good as is. The rice sticks are cooked differently every time I visit (al dente to soft) but I dont event want to complain. Its very homey place for my family.

Much needed Vietnamese food in Milton!

Kind of expensive for what you get. Really small. The sandwich itself is not bad. The bread is fluffy and crackling and the fillings are not bad either. Just really small for the price.

UNBELIEVABLE! So good and so cheap. We use James Snow as a stop on our trips up north, and we will definitely be stopping here for food everytime. Fast and super delicious. Come here!

We ordered a signature vermicelli and a beef noodle soup. I would have given them all 5 stars if the grilled meat of the signature vermicelli was not as dry.

My friend and I stopped in for a quick lunch and were pleasantly surprised by this new spot. We ordered the avocado rolls and each had the pho and Vietnamese coffees. Everything was excellent! The pho broth was light and flavourful and not too oily. There was heaps of meat also. The rolls were fresh and crunchy and the sauce was the perfect addition. The coffees hit the spot at the end with the tart sweetness of espresso and sweetened condensed milk. We doubled back for a mango salad to go and the mango was delicious and fresh. While we were eating, another customer came in and ordered the special vermicelli and thats def going to be my next order when we go back! It looked delicious!

It s our 2nd time at this place and we tried their Phõ and was very pleased with the taste. It didn t have the MSG taste that you usually get at other Phõ restaurant. My only advice to the restaurant is provide more condiments with their dish as it s a bit lacking for the price Parking: Plenty right in front of the restaurant

we had the spicy pho and pork banh mi both dishes were exceptional- the banh mi had the freshest vegetables, and the pho was soo flavourful! we also got the viet iced coffee and it was very good. To top it all off the service was exceptional. Overall we had an amazing experience; can wait to come back

Finally tried out Banh a Mi and it was amazing. The traditional Banh Mi was incredible, the fresh rolls are made fresh and are equally delicious. Top it off with a Vietnamese ice coffee was perfect! Highly recommend! The staff are also incredibly friendly and overall great! If you haven t been you are missing out!

I went to shop at Toronto premium outlet and search for place to eat. Found this restaurant and went to have grill pork with vermicelli noodles. Very delicious and big portions. I couldn t finish it. Good price for that potion. If you go shop around there I recommend to support this restaurant. Nice and clean, very friendly service. A lot of parking space.

An amazing and authentic Vietnamese food experience. The staff were great, clearly explaining all the intricacies of the food. You can tell that this was made from someone with an authentic Vietnamese cuisine background. Super yummy and can t wait to come back. Great location too!

Tried the grilled bahn mi sandwich. Lacking taste and toppings, barely anything there, and was disappointed on the amount of beef that was in there, sandwich was small. I wanted to try the place based on the pictures and reviews when i read about it. To say the least, price wasn t worth it. Nothing beats Banh Mi Boys for sure!!!!!

Im so happy this place is open. The food is delicious, the owner is very nice and the service is amazing! Used to go to the old restaurant at this location, which I loved, but the new restaurant is even better. I had Chicken Vermicelli, which is my favorite, and it was even more flavourful than the old restaurant. Will continue to come here frequently as this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Milton for sure! Loved the Vietnamese ice coffee! Definitely recommend!

This was my first time here and i absolutely LOVED it. I loved the variety of the menu, the food came quickly, the portions were a huge value for my buck, the food was so tasty i had to order some to go for the fam - and they loved it. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend and i definitely will be coming back!

I had a Banh Mi sandwich, which was excellent. I wish the portion size was a bit bigger, like at other Banh Mi places, but it was very tasty. Excellent customer service and super clean dine in restaurant. I will come in and try other dishes soon.

Got pho and pork belly banhmi. Overall its too expensive for what it is. Banhmi costed $11 but it was very small, with little substance inside. Taste wise it is ok. I did find that its a little unbalanced and not satisfying. Pho was great actually, however, same thing - not enough noodles and meat to be $16. Considering this place is more like a take out place, very over priced. I dont think I will be returning as its not worth it at this point. Service was great, very friendly.

We would like to give Banh a Mi a shout out for a warm, delicious dinner we enjoyed last night. The portions were huge & sure it was value for your money. This is my go to place when I am in the area. The mango salad is always so fresh. I always get the signature vermicelli bowl which is always light but filling. Not a lot of places to sit, but there are a couple tables.

We ordered bbq and traditional banh mi for dimner. I rated it 5star because all ingredients were fresh and the flavor is soulfull. I find it healthy than eating burgers and the price is reasonable. I will come back to taste their pho. Well a second ago i just rcvd a call from the store to apologize. They are so professional and they truly value their customers. Apparently I was given beef and chicken bbq. Regardless it taste amazing.

Exquisite food! Crispy bahn-mi baguette super crispy on outside, soft and pillowy on the inside. Thoroughly marinated meat delicious with rich umami flavour. Pho broth light and tasty! Generous beef, rice noodles, sprouts, etc. I haven t tasted a bowl of beef pho this perfect in Milton, until now. Optional satay chilli paste gives it a nice kick. Fresh spring rolls freshly made with top quality ingredients - very generous size. Rich peanut dipping sauce. As other local pho restaurants seem to be cutting back on portion size, quality ingredients and seasoning in their offerings, Bahn a-Mi is my new go-to. Very tastefully decorated with pleasing natural colours. Friendly service. Wishing them all the best!

My husband and I are always looking for good Vietnamese restaurants and this place does not disappoint. Pretty sure we have eaten here almost every other weekend since they opened. We recently went to a trendy spot in Toronto mentioned in the Micheline Guide and the bahn mi sandwhiches are way better at Bahn a Mi. The Bun (vermicelli bowls) are the best I have ever had. I especially like the signature bowl since it has red Vietnamese sausage which is authentic and I feel most places don t offer. I m excited to try their Pho now that they have started offering it. I recently took my parents and sat inside. The restaurant has limited seating so I normally take out. This place is a real gem fresh delicious food, great portions and friendly staff. My recommendations: App: pork roll or avocado roll Sandwhich: grilled pork or traditional Vermicelli Rice bowl: signature Drink: Viet cold brew with condensed milk

BEST BANH MI IN MILTON - its so easy, quick and delicious! I pick up lunch from here all the time and even got my family hooked. Its hard to find great Asian options in Milton but this place really hits the spot.

Walked in - dirty plates on the tables, and a small child in the kitchen touching food. Very unsanitary. Walked right out.

The coffee with condensed milk shouldve been thicker but was similar to how it would be with water, too thin in density.

Sandwich is good but pho is normal

Had the Pho and Pho with Satay and three banh mi, Grilled Pork, Traditional and Banh Mi Boss. The Pho was a delicate and savory broth, meat was excellent texture and taste, noddles were cooked perfect. Banh mi bread is nice and crispy a little bit spicy with fresh ingredients. Definitely we will come back again. Great Job!

Banh a Mi is a hidden gem in Milton. More people should go here. We ordered their Pho and Banh Mi (signature and pork) - it s delicious. Their service was kind and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable.

I ve tried a lot of different banh mi places at various places in the gta but this place hands down, has one of the best banh mi I ve ever tasted! The fried spring rolls are also delicious! The owner is a friendly person as well.

This is my new place for Pho Soup. I had their P1 Special (lean beef, brisket, meat balls) with extra beef. The broth was amazing!! what I really enjoyed was the brisket the cut was thick and meaty thats what wow me for this reason the soup for me was a 5 stars. I also went back and had the BBQ Pork Banh Mi for me it was a first time trying it. The size of the bread and the amount of food thats there including the bbq port is good. For me the only thing I didnt like too much was the soy sauce was a bit salty but other than that I enjoyed it. Perhaps they should have add a low sodium option for their soy sauce.

The best surprises are those within your community. Since the change I had not been in here. I ordered the pho and 2 banh mi bbq pork sandwiches. The pho was a huge portion. Their portion sizes are so fulfilling. The flavour was better than I thought and my dad felt the same. The flavour was exactly that freshness you needed. The portion of the soup was huge by most standards. The sandwiches, wow. Fresh flavours. The bbq pork was so delicious I told my dad I wish I got another. I will have to try the different types next time. The value of the meal was exactly what you d want. Around $30. It was prepared fresh, you can tell the ingredients are high quality. Definitely recommend this place.

First visit to Bahnmister. I will DEFINITELY be back. Had the Pork belly Bahn Mi. It was really delicious!! Pork belly was well cooked and seasoned. Came in for lunch after being so excited to see a Bahn Mi place in Milton. Was not disappointed!! We ordered the signature vermicelli bowl and pork belly Bahn mi, and two mango smoothies. Came out to just under $50 (smoothies at $8.99 apiece). Portions are huge, I couldnt finish my bowl! Crispy spring roll, plenty of meat and veggies, great flavouring and texture mix! The pork belly sandwich was equally impressive, large and juicy pieces of pork belly, great fried egg combination and the fixings. Looking forward to trying the Pho and other sandwiches!!

Been to all kinds of bahn mi shops all over Toronto and really happy milton has a shop now that holds up or is better than most others the portion sizes are great and prices are very reasonable. Will be going back for sure

I picked up the V1- Signature- Vermicelli Bowl for lunch today. WOW amazing, the taste was great , the crispy spring roll,soooo good,, and so much food, I had 1/2 today and will save the rest for lunch tomorrow. Amazing and Ill be back for sure! :)

Got the BBQ pork banh mi and it was delicious. Good size too! My wife had the Vermicelli bowl (V1) and she thought the pickled jalapeno was a little unusual but overall it was good as well. One less star for the service as she wasnt very friendly. That being said, well definitely be going back to try the other banh mi choices.

Its about time Milton had a restaurant that offered a decent banh mi! The grilled beef banh mi is excellent. It is a lot more expensive than the average banh mi at other shops, but you wont regret it. They pile on the meat, which is deliciously seasoned and perfectly grilled. The restaurant itself is pretty chill with limited seating and a casual playlist cycling in the background. Its the perfect spot for a quick bite to eat. As a bonus, there is ample parking available.

Listen, my wife and I are hardcore foodies. This place is hands down the best spot to eat in Milton. Might be one of the best Viet spots in the GTA. I am willing to challenge anyone on that. The Pho is top tier. The Banh Mi is also top tier. Their iced coffee is to die for. If I could eat here everyday, I swear to God I would. If you see any review for this place that is under 5 stars, ignore it.. those are the people who can never be pleased in life and they are better off eating McDonalds. Service was also great and very friendly. Inside the restaurant was incredibly clean and very appealing to the eye.

Unsure if today was a bad day for them but I had a very disappointing experience today with this establishment. What went awry: 1. I ordered on uber only to have them cancel on me 5 mins prior to the delivery time...So I drove to the store. 2. My order was incorrect (I ordered a BBQ pork banh mi, chicken banh mi and spring rolls). I instead got a beef banh mi instead. 3. There are very specific things that make a banh mi, a banh mi. Those being...crusty french bread, pate and vietnamese mayo, and pickled vegetables and cilantro on top. Both my sandwiches lacked all of the aforementioned prerequisites to banh mi. The bread was traditional portuguese bread, there was no pate and mayo was sparse, and for some reason the pickled vegetables were put into the sandwich first, so by the time I unwrapped and ate my sandwich it had completed soaked through the sandwich bread leaving me with a soggy sandwich. Overall I would recommend against this place as I had to go out of my way to get the food and it wasnt worth it. Im sorry but thats the honest review.

I was craving Vietnamese food and there really isnt any options in North Mississauga, so I did a quick search and decided to give Banhmister a try. I went on a weekday shortly after they opened at 11am and I was the only customer. The corner unit of the plaza gave ample sunlight to the clean white space. There was a QR code for you to scan and place your order, but a girl came out from the kitchen to take my order after I walked in. I ordered the Signature Vermicelli and it came with bbq pork (thin slices that were juicy and not dry), pork sausage (this came as 4 meatballs on a stick, super flavourful), spring roll (nice and crispy), peanuts and fish sauce. It felt like there were more meats and toppings than vermicelli noodles! My only 2 cons are the large leafy greens (think mixed green salad, they shouldve cut them up into thinner pieces as it was hard shoving large leaves into my mouth with chopsticks) and the fish sauce was too acidic and sour for my liking. For $14.99, this was definitely a win. I will have to go back and try their banh mi and pho.

Amazing yet quaint restaurant. Went for lunch and ordered two banh mi sandwiches (steak and pork belly) and chilli wontons. Our sandwiches were amazing. The buns were light and fresh tasting as were the fresh condiments in the sandwich. However the star of the show was the meat. My steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly and paired great with some hoison sauce and sriracha. The pork belly was unctuous and melted in my mouth with every bite. The only item that was just OK were the chilli wontons. The pork/shrimp fillings did not stand out like the sandwich fillings. Would highly recommend coming here for lunch. My wife and I will be returning.

Service can be a little slow, though not surprisingly as there are only one or two people working over the lunch hour.

First time ordering, was excited but ended up a little disappointed. Got a few bahn mi and a vermicilli bowl, and the chilli wontons. Pros: bahn mi bread was decent. Meat portions were good and acceptably flavourved. Fresh ingredients were just ok. Vermicilli bowl portion was better than expected, good amount of everything Cons: bahm mi sauces were overly sweet. Pickles had no acidity, just sweet (bleh), and didn t provide the crisp crunch factor you d expect. Can make better at home. Chilli wontons were grissley, didn t enjoy texture, but flavour was good. If they re making them in-house, they re cheapin out (at least for the batch I tried to eat). If they have a supplier, that supplier is doing them dirty, texture wise. Nobody wants unchewable bits in their wontons. I make bahm mi at home when I can find the bread, and homemade version is better. Not worth it to order, for me anyway.

Ordered the roasted chicken bahn mi and a green smoothie, it took 30 minutes for the bahn mi for take out and the roasted chicken was all just chicken fat not proper chicken pieces. To top it off it was over 20 dollars for the sandwich and green smoothie. Smoothie was not good either, both were not eaten.

Although they are named Banh Mister we expected the Banh Mi to be the best on the menu. We tried BBQ Banh Mi, the Signature Vermicelli bowl, ribeye and brisket pho and Nem Nuong rolls. The Pho is definitely recommended. Broth was very good for a small take out kinda place, good portions of beef provided. We are not blown away or it s the best ever . Definitely a Fusion Vietnamese fare- but everything is very good. Don t expect full blown authenticity- but a very good place to add to Milton. They have a couple small tables, and high top counter/ stools for dine in. They package the take out items very well, your vermicelli comes with fish sauce, peanuts in separate containers , Pho comes with sriracha/ hoisin sauces neatly packaged. Clean place, and a great place to grab a lunch/ take out. Overall I would recommend and would go back again.

I tried the Jackfruit smoothie, it was sooo good! Its an uncommon flavour, I was excited to see it on the menu. Will be coming back, whenever I pass by the area!

We ordered 2 banh mi and 1 smoothie. How did the total equate to more than $30? The prices for everything is quite overpriced. The banh mi bread was very crunchy and the meat was plentiful but I feel like it was missing something cant quite pinpoint what it is though. I wouldnt come back unless I had an uncontrollable craving for banh mi and dont want to drive uptown for it. Even then Id have to be really desperate to pay $10 for a banh mi.

This place is awesome. Love their Banh Mi traditional and bbq pork. But no accountability it s closed when it says closes 9pm. I came here at 7:58pm. Need to find a system in place for operations.

Finally, an authentic Vietnamese experience in the heart of Milton! I think they just opened. We tried the chicken banh mi and my daughter couldn t stop talking about the grilled beef broken rice. They even have bubble tea - all without breaking the bank. We will be back to try their mango salad and Viet coffee.

Banh mi s are so good!! We tried every single one. Coffee was really good too. Can t wait to try other menu items. Everything looks delicious! Restaurant is clean and decor is nice. Convenient location right off the 401. Plenty of parking. Owner is really friendly. Definitely coming back.

Ive been eating Vietnamese food for over 20 years and this is one of the best places I have eaten. By far the best Vietnamese in Milton. They just reopened and its still fantastic. Their iced Vietnamese coffee is the best ice coffee in town

I bought two sandwiches on opening weekend. It was nice to see the owners friends and family there to support. The food was okay.. Some constructive criticism.. The bread was over cooked and dry. The sandwich lacked filling. Very very little pate and meat was on the sandwich! It actually all fell out when we got home, and was obvious there was only a few pieces of cold cuts in it. Milton is a small town, quality over quantity guys! Best of luck on your new business.

Had a wonderful experience at the Grand Opening of Bahn aMi today! The food was delicious, the staff was so welcoming and homely and the service was great. We got the grilled chicken Bahn me, grilled pork Bahn mi, grilled beef Bahn mi, the signature vermicelli bowl, and the spring rolls along with an avocado shake and the cold brew viet coffee. Honestly everything tasted so fresh and the flavours were so vibrant and seasoned. Im so glad to have a Bahn mi place so close to home! Will be coming in more often!

I stopped by this week, it is their grand opening so they are offering a 20% off walk-in special. I got the grilled pork bahn mi which was full of flavour as well as the iced viet coffee, they were both delicious. Total came to about $12, absolutely worth it. Great spot.

Went to the shop and saw they had a Bánh mì with pop combo and Vietnamese Vermicelli Noodle Bowl combo with ice coffee combo which I thought were of great value. Ordered one of each for take out. The food came within 10 minutes of waiting. I took a can of drink from the fridge which was not on their pop list but they were nice enough to allow it. And they gave me an extra helping of the noodle sauce which I requested for at no additional cost to me. Needless to say, I was very delighted with the service. And just as important, the food was excellent. My wife was very happy with the Bánh mì as she found the grilled pork and fillings to be very tasty packed into a nice baguette and of sufficient quantity for dinner. I enjoyed the Vietnamese Vermicelli Noodle Bowl with a generous helping of grilled pork, Vietnamese roll, sausage, vegetable and vermicelli soaked in the tasty fish sauce. We plan to visit the shop again later this week to check out the other items on their menu.

as a guy who has tried many banh mi s i can confidently say that banh a mi serves some of the best banh mi s i ve had. great bread, quality fillings with good portions, the vegetables are nice and fresh and all together make a great sandwich. my favourite is the pork banh mi but ive tried the other sandwiches and they re all very good! i look forward to trying more of their dishes and would definitely recommend to anybody who enjoys viet cuisine.

Came here with my wife and ordered 2 rice dishes and 3 banh mi sandwiches! The food was delicious and the ambiance was top tier! I ve been waiting for a tasty Vietnamese restaurant in Milton and now I ve found one! Definitely will be coming back! Vegetarian options: The spring rolls are super tasty and a great vegetarian option for anyone to enjoy!

Bahn aMi is a local gem! Their bánh mì is a flavorful masterpiece, and the vermicelli bowls are simply perfection. Authentic flavors, warm vibes, and top-notch dishes. If youre after genuine Vietnamese cuisine, this is the place!

The atmosphere here is great and they have the best grilled meat banh mi around the gta, would definitely recommend the beef banh mi and viet coffee!

Catering for a work group of 15. Everyone was happy with the taste, portions, quality. Ordered a variety of Banh Mi and spring rolls, plus cold brew coffee and smoothies. The staff was very helpful for making the selection to ensure it was a hit. Will definitely order again.

I ve tried both the classic vermicelli and pork banh mi so far and have been very impressed with both! Quality Vietnamese food and the prices are reasonable. Definitely worth a visit!

Finally a place in Milton for banh mi! The grilled beef banh mi is SO delicious!! Weve been back a couple times now, since its reopening, and its definitely going to be a staple for us. Its a family-run place, and you can tell that they take care in making your food. Theyre very welcoming and friendly. Will be back soon!

We ordered a grilled chicken and meat lovers bowls and they were fresh and fantastic. Really loved the flavors. The service was great and both the lady and the gent served us were really nice and friendly. Loved the setting of the restaurant with a lovely ambience. Would definitely go back.

Best Vietnamese food in Milton, hands down! My husband and I have eaten at most of the Vietnamese restaurants in the greater Toronto area, and we have to say that this is our new favourite spot to go to! Food: Everything that weve ordered (Traditional Banh Mi, Grilled Pork/Beef Banh Mi, Shrimp Rolls, and the Signature Vermicelli) has all tasted fantastic. My favourite dish is their Signature Vermicelli, I highly recommend it! The pork sausage was marinated very well, probably one of the best Ive had in a while. 11/10 Price: Their prices are great for the portion that you get. I can never finish my whole bowl of vermicelli, so I end up getting two meals out of it haha! 10/10 Service: Aside from the great food, the owner is always extremely friendly! Her and her husband are so sweet and always make sure that youre happy with your order. 10/10 My husband will continue to order from here often! :)
