Thank you good taste good price and good service thank you i live in Toronto Downtown and i traveled to greet my friends at the real Canadian super Store and now this is a very good place to eat

Aidan was amazing. We were a huge group, a volleyball team, and he calmly took our orders, and we all got what we ordered. Totally impressed with his a group of 40 was handled.

Aidan was great we had a big party and he made sure we were taken care of!!

Service was a tad slow, but the manager stepped in the help out which was nice to see. My only complaint is the smell. There is a very noticeable smell in the air and it s not a pleasant one. I couldn t put my finger on what it was but it kinda ruined our appetites.

I had Gavin as my hostess and he was very kind, he brought out our drinks in under a minute. This man needs a raise, ask for him as your hostess.

The food and service was excellent as usual. Great place for family dining with an Italian flavor. I love their all you can eat bread and salad.

Excellent food, amazing waitress Chy !! A little loud but it s Saturday night so not really a problem.

Love the food. Spaghetti with parm chicken needed more sauce BUT everything else excellent. And our waitress, Chy, was absolutely outstanding. Running everywhere and always at our table when we needed her with a big friendly smile and really cared.

Havent been to one of these in a long time. Some greats are still on the menu! I had excellent service here. Very kid friendly.

Party of 15 for my son s Confirmation. Atmosphere was great, seating and food delivery was timely. Food was delivered fresh and hot. Most of all our server Shay was on the ball!! She watched out for our party above and beyond. She made us comfortable and was always there when needed. I d also like to say, with the number of food establishments in Milton we picked East Side Marios due to their community involvement. Halloween, kids magic shows and the Milton Santa Claus parade to name a few. Thx for making our afternoon a hit!! Thank you again Shay!! C ya soon

Went tonight ordered the triple threat and sausage penne which were decent. I got a Budweiser on tap and was skunky had to send it back, asked for blue moon but they were out of it on tap. Got the potatoe bacon soup which was the worst soup I ve ever had. Tasted like the entire bottom of the pot it was cooked in had an inch of burnt soup at the bottom. It even smelled burnt the server agreed it stunk burnt. The 99cent extra dipping sauce for the bread is just plain ceaser dressing.

Excellent experience. Our server zubair was extremely kind, took care of all our needs and made excellent recommendations. The manager Waleed made sure to check up on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant evening. Most ESMs and other restaurants dont show this kind of customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this branch in Milton. We drove from Woodbridge as it was recommend to us and we were not disappointed! Parking: Affordable EV charging next to restaurant! Bonus points! Came to this location because it was highest reviewed location within 15km of us. Kyle looked after us, and exceeded all expectations. Checked in appropriately, was ready with more bread and salad when we were getting low, super friendly service and added to our dining experience. I highly recommend dining at this location and hopefully you have the pleasure of being cared for by Kyle (no shade on the other staff). Perfect score. Parking: Lots Kid-friendliness: I saw Kyle bring out cotton candy to a child seated at a different table in our section. Bunch of kids but it wasn t noisy. Wheelchair accessibility: Saw a customer in a wheelchair. No steps. They appeared to be comfortable but I didn t interact with them, just reporting an observation.

Waited 20 mins in our booth after being sat for a server and no one came after multiple employees saw us sitting waiting to be served. Decided to just get up and leave. Unfortunate because past experiences have been pretty good.

Oh wow, where do I begin? East Side Marios truly outdid themselves if youre looking for a lesson in how not to run a restaurant. We walked in with high hopes, but they ran out of practically everything we ordered. Who needs food when you can just sit there staring at a menu full of unavailable items, right? When the food finally arrived, it was like a masterclass in awful presentation. Ive seen leftovers look more appealing. And the taste? Oh, let s just say, if blandness were a flavor, they ve perfected it. To top it off, they tacked on an 18% gratuity because apparently, terrible service deserves a bonus! We tried talking to the manager about it, but he couldn t care less. He might as well have shrugged in our faces. In short, if youre into disappointment and overpriced mediocrity, East Side Marios is the place for you! Enjoy!

Ordered takeout. Got back to eat, come to find out no utensils provided (you have to select to get them, didnt notice as I was just trying to get food as I was starving) no butter provided for my bread, but plenty of cheese was provided after stating NO CHEESE. It tasted like cheese was also added to my pasta which is not supposed to come with cheese, and I also had stated no cheese as well. No answer on phones X5 TIMES, had to waste another 15 mins there and 15 mins back to get butter and utensils as I was staying in a hotel, had to reheat food. Nothing offered for the inconvenience. Couldnt finish the pasta, it tasted disgusting. WILL NOT BE BACK EVER. By far the worst experience Ive had with this chain. DO NOT RECOMMEND, especially for takeout. Dietary restrictions: They dont always follow the restrictions you give them.

Ordered a build your own pasta with chicken and added mushrooms. I received 6 small button mushrooms for the added 3$ and the chicken was cold and soggy. The pasta was slightly undercooked and had several pieces stuck together that were far less cooked than the rest. On top of all of this, the portion size was tiny and wouldnt satisfy a 10 year old, let alone a full grown man. Sure there is all you can eat bread soup or salad, but we dont go for the bread soup and salad. We go for the main course. All in all, dominos pizza chicken alfredo for 9.99 is a better value than the build your pasta from east side marios.

We went today to have a good supper but to our disappointment first there were 2 hair in the bread Later the server came very late with the cold chicken and mushrooms plater and forgot to bring parmesan to sprinkle on top . The salad had no lemon flavor in it A totally worthless trip Will never go there again This place needs lot of maintenance, the smell f the place sucks and paint ripping of the door Manager is not so professional as it seemed , writing paychecks on one of the tables !

Had a great experience at this location of East Side Marios! The food was great, the service was incredible, and the atmosphere was lovely. The pastas had lots of sauce, and we were able to get many rounds of the all you can eat soup and salad. Zubair was a friendly, attentive, and helpful server.

Upon arriving at my reservation, my wife and I were seated at a table that had been reserved for us. However, we had to wait approximately 30 minutes for our table to be ready. When the table was finally ready, the waiter took an additional 15 minutes to arrive. After the waiter arrived, it took another 10 minutes for drinks to be brought to our table. Once the drinks were served, I ordered food. When the food arrived, it was found that there was no cutlery on the table. To further compound the situation, the waiter had forgotten to bring my children s food out with ours. Consequently, we had to wait another 15 minutes for the kitchen to prepare my two children s meals. Additionally, the dessert that was included with the children s meals was not provided. These issues have left us deeply disappointed and have caused us to decide that we will not return to this establishment in the future.

I havent been to ESM for quite a while. I brought my daughter tonight and enjoyed a fantastic evening. Out server was Fab, who made our dinner exceptional. Professional, courteous, and respectful.. Shay was our waitress for our daughter s birthday dinner. She was extremely pleasant and very patient with all of us, despite it being the busy time. We never felt rushed and she always took her time when she was serving us and following up with any additional requests. Shay came over with a smile each time she checked up on us. Kid-friendliness: We had 3 kids and 5 adults for our evening at east side s. Unfortunately soon after the kids got their special drinks (they love from here), one of them dropped it all over the table and floor. Within seconds Shay was there consoling him and letting him know she will ask for another drink to be made and started cleaning up the mess. They never made you feel as an inconvenience. It can be hard to go out and eat dinner with kids - but east side Mario s and Shay s service made us feel comfortable and want to come again.

We come here for family dinner as often as we can, which isn t that often as it s hard to get family together! Though when we do we come here, the atmosphere is amazing and our server abby was awesome! super friendly, very helpful and had incredible customer service!!
