Welcome to Community Living North Halton's Lunchbox Cafe & Catering! We are a unique full service cafe - open to the public - where adults with developmental disabilities(who are supported by CLNH) volunteer to learn a variety of skills while being supported by our experienced staff. Our volunteers learn hands on skills such as prepping food, serving customers, cleaning, restocking & taking customers orders. We also welcome students from local high school Life Skills programs to volunteer at our Cafe for their Co-op time to see if this is an industry they would like to pursue after graduation. We hope you will come by and enjoy our made to order meals, daily specials and made from scratch soups. We look forward to serving you!

The lunchbox cafe is run by Community Living and employs staff that would have difficulty finding work elsewhere. The food was very good, and the atmosphere was really nice. There is a nice menu with fantastic variety to suit anyone. They have a special that is very reasonably priced (everything was reasonably priced). What is really nice is they run a program for those who can't afford food. You can donate meals, and if you are in need, you can claim one of the meals that was prebought.
Very good selection of salads. Food is always fresh and prices are reasonable.
I just ordered 3 lunches for our company and honestly had the BEST and "freshest" Ham & Cheese sandwich ever. The cafe was spotless and the service was fantastic. One of our staff is already saying they are looking forward to their next meal from the Lunchbox Cafe. All details were perfect on our order. Will definitely return more often. Thank you to the great staff! You are all doing awesome!

Best, freshest breakfast! Served hot, great scrambled eggs, perfect potatoes and the pancakes were fluffy and delicious!! A must visit! Note not open on weekends.

Very cozy café tucked in the industrial area of Milton. Friendly staff, tasty food. Our table enjoyed grilled cheeses, egg salad sandwiches and Greek salad.

Cute cafe that has a nice ambiance. Excellent food and large portions. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Washrooms are fully accessible. Delicious cream of mushroom soup today. Turkey club sandwich was so huge I saved the rest for dinner. My husband said it was a Flintstone sandwich. Real Turkey too not processed slices
Had a great breakfast at the Lunchbox this morning. Very small but perfect and not overly busy. Very nice staffed well. It s great to have a place like this in the community that gives back to the community We will be back.

Came here for a biz meeting. Now I know why food is delicious!! Tiny place served by special needs kids, but the chef is talented. Wonderful community pit stop. I will stop here again

Really a good thing here. A sheltered workshop for challenged youth. Food is good, price is good. Gives a job and self esteem to some deserving people!

Great staff, great cafe, and easy to find. We were happy that we stumbled upon this place for breakfast.
Today was my first visit and I will be back and tell all my friends. The staff was wonderful and the food was delicious and well priced. My friends and I had a filling lunch and then splurged on sundaes and with tax and tip still spent far less than most other sit down restaurants or cafés. I cannot say enough good things about this place, absolutely wonderful!

Service is extremely slow. Waited 25 mins nobody came to my table. Ended up leaving. Not recommended at all.

My favourite spot for lunch in Milton - just wish they were open on the weekend. Fresh, delicious food with friendly service and great prices. The roasted chicken sandwich and the gourmet grilled cheese are amazing.

Great spot for meetings, we use the boardrooms for morning meetings once a month. Affordable, great food and coffee. Would recommend for any meetings or catering.

This place is fantastic. Such a wonderful idea getting young persons with disabilities to work, building their confidence and allowing them to make money and feel a part of a team. The Dill Pickle soup is better when it has cooled down a little and isnt piping hot.
The food is FANTASTIC! My favourite dish is the gourmet grilled cheese (it has tons of cheese and caramelized onions! Yum!) and my husband says hes never had a better BLT. Situated in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere and with great prices- I love coming here!
