Great breakfast . Delicious food and fast service .

This is one of my favorite breakfast restaurants. Great Food, Great Service and very friendly atmosphere!

Great spot, food and service. Our server Gunjan was very polite and prompt.

This restaurant has a nice atmosphere however I was there a few times (to rule out an isolated bad service/food day) and every visit was disappointing. The pancakes are the biggest disappointment. Dry, not fluffy or in any way special. The staff was nice but inconsistent and the food came out (finally) incorrect, partially cold or missing components every time. This restaurant lacks greatly in quality of food and customer interaction. An unimaginable wait for a simple bacon & eggs with pancakes. I m so sad this place needs so much help. They need to get sometime in to train the staff properly in everything. I don t understand why there s a wait at the door to get a seat.

This was our first time eating at Stacked, and probably our last. We arrived about a hour before close on a Saturday. The staff seemed disorganized and it seemed like they didn t know what they were doing. The servers were had were pleasant but not personable. It took over 30 mins, to get coffee and drinks which arrived after we got the food. The food was good overall once it arrived and it was plentiful. The restaurant was dirty with food, crayons, old receipts and dust on the floor. This was not a good experience for us, and I wouldn t recommend to others.

I had a great time at stacked today. This was my first time here and my Server Sanjana was great. She always had a happy smile on her face, very quick service and attentive. Also food was delicious . Will definitely come here again.

I always go to this place at least once a week since it opened. I notice most of their server are not being attentive or maybe needs more training. Usually coffee is served before the breakfast come so a customer can enjoy their coffee while waiting for the food but most of time they are serve together. Today it s like that again. And I have to keep reminding the server again and again for coffee and they served it in a cup with lipstick stain. And ask for mayo and she went around to take orders and sit the new customer. I also asked for a well done fries but Today the fries was hard. It s warm but seems old.. This place was only good In the first few weeks. I don t usually write a review, But I have been noticing it for the past few weeks but trying to understand maybe they are busy or the server is new but it s happening more often than not. And for few times, They are not even that busy but service is not good but I just let it pass but today is disappointing. The service and the food is not great

Served by Niharika K. Poor slow service from her. She seems like she doesnt want to be there or just poor customer service and general manners. Also...theres a kid thats most likely the son of a worker who takes a whole booth to himself, even on busy days. I didnt know they had a personal day care service inhouse. My review above was left back in August 2024. Below, I am leaving an updated review: October 2024. Just want to say that the auto response from management means nothing when thats how you respond to each comment. So please, stop. Luckily we had a new server, she was great as usual as she usually served us in the past. Do not want Narihaka again. As for the kid Im his own booth...again...he is there...but then why did I have to wait 15 mins for a table for my family of 4 Along with the the other families that had to wait for tables, waiting outside. They literally let this kid have his own table.so he has somewhere to stay occupied. Again, not sure how that is fair to the customers. Find another way to have this kid cared for...last I remember you guys served breakfast not daycare services .

Ive been there 3 times and its been consistent. Very slow service. Food always takes over 20 minutes to get to you. Easily. Also, food is okay tasting. Nothing amazing that would make the wait worh it.Other breakfast places are far better

Went here for breakfast Sunday morning with my wife, 2 young kids, and two friends. Weve been a few times since they opened and it was OK. Most of our visit went well however within 2 minutes of paying our bill, our waitress asked us to leave because there was a wait list! We werent loitering and had literally just paid the bill and two of us wanted a second mug of coffee. Ive never been asked to leave a restaurant before and understand they want to turn tables quickly and would certainly like to claw back the amount of tip I left after this experience! My wife and I agreed we will go back to our normal breakfast spots over this one.

Update: I am changing the rating to 3 stars (from 1) because upon contacting them, I felt the owner expressed sincere apologies about my experiences. - My wife has had positive experiences during her previous two visits to this establishment, and this was my first time accompanying her. Upon our arrival, the restaurant was quite busy, with several servers actively working the floor. Like any breakfast establishment, we expected a quick and efficient experience. We were seated promptly, and shortly after, a server approached us, informing us that she would be attending to us shortly. However, another server (Server #2) arrived within a couple of minutes, stating that she would be taking care of us, and proceeded to take our order. We requested the two eggs express, prepared like an omelette, along with coffee and water. She explained that the eggs could be made over hard, which was acceptable to us. In a short time, a third individual (Server #3) brought our plates, but the eggs were prepared over easy rather than over hard. We informed her of the mistake, and she promptly took the plates back, leaving the bread behind. After a few minutes, she returned to apologize for the mix-up and took the bread as well. At this point, we kindly reminded her about the coffee and water, and she assured us she would check on it immediately. Several minutes passed without the drinks being served, so we approached another staff member, who appeared to be a floor manager (Server #4), and inquired about the status of our beverages. She responded politely and said she would follow up. Despite this, more time passed, and we were still without coffee or water. We then approached the server who had taken our order (Server #2), and again she promised to check and get back to us. By this time, we were increasingly frustrated, especially seeing other tables around us being promptly served. There was still no update on our coffee, water, or the status of our food. After several more minutes without any progress, we decided to cancel our order and leave. We informed the floor manager (Server #4) of our decision, citing the excessive wait time for even the simplest request coffee and water. While I understand that restaurants can be busy and that food preparation can take time, the lack of communication and coordination between the staff members was concerning. A breakfast establishment is expected to provide timely service, especially when it comes to beverages. Had we received our drinks promptly, we would have been more than willing to wait for the meal. Unfortunately, that wasn t the case, leading to a disappointing experience.

First time the place there and we found the food to be very greasy, the waitress was nice but we asked if the chicken sandwich could be crispy instead of grilled and she said she would ask. The food arrived and we got the crispy chicken which was good but then on my bill there was a $4.99 dollar charge for Open Food which I inquired about and was told it was for the substitute crispy chicken. I was never told there was going to be an extra charge for that much and so I won t be returning ever again. Customers be weary of what you re being charged! Also the place is small, crowded and very lowed on a Sunday.

Good hostesses and servers here at stacked, food was incredible! We only waited 20 minutes for our table of 10 during rush-hour on a Friday morning. Best pancakes Ive every tried, better than Louies and Sunset Grill. I got the Cinnabun Pancakes and chicken fingers on the side, super yummy! Our hostess Evelynn was very welcoming and our server Willow was very nice and got all of our orders right. Will be returning here after going to church with the fam!

The food is great (large portions too), ample variety to choose from, weather it s a sweet breakfast or a traditional breakfast that you re looking for, they treat the little ones very good (our 3y/o loves it) and if you have an opportunity, ask for Gunjan, she s Great and attentive. Parking: Huge parking lot (well lit) Kid-friendliness: Lots of selections for kids along with fruits and healthy choices not just sugar bombs. Wheelchair accessibility: We saw a few wheel chair accessible tables and accessible parking is just in front of the restaurant

My husband and I come to this location regularly over the weekends as a nice treat from the week and they never miss. The atmosphere, food, and most especially kind staff make coming here a wonderful experience. A doll of a server, Gunjan, helped us today and she was marvellous. She was caring, punctual, attentive, and had charming humour. You can see that she loves helping others and is a very hard worker. She will excel in whatever ambitions she pursues. Really popular location! But so worth it! If you know you re going to go, get on the waitlist ! They are so organized and food arrives so quickly. My 2 year old loves it here! So many options for kids. My favourite is the French Toast Stack and their strawberry jam is to die for!

Check out the menu. Its hard to decide what to order. The selection is an abundance to choose from. The little darling that served us was a gem. (Im sorry, I forgot her name.) Service with a smile. She was on top of everything. The only thing that we were annoyed with was the music was too LOUD. You have people speaking louder because the music being loud. The music should be a back drop not a focus. I would not going back. Other people felt the same.

Used to be a great spot, now the customer service is missing. I have ordered on Uber eats and they cant seem to read instructions properly. When you call them, there is nothing they can do to help. Only thing they say is I cant do anything. Do not recommend and will not be going there anymore
