While the food was enjoyable, this location is in desperate need of a renovation. The floors are greasy, the paint is peeling, and it feels like you are sitting in a restaurant from the early 90 s. There were a massive amount of fruit flies at our table as well, and given that it s mid-November, it s not really expected. I would likely choose take-out next time.

I ordered a simple quarter chicken dinner online an hour and a half ago and they have deliberately ignored my order. EDIT: They replied to my review with a link. I contacted that link and they told me my complaint isn t legitimate because I ordered on Uber eats. It s a sad world we live In.

We had an amazing experience at Swiss Chalet today, and a huge part of that was thanks to wonderful server Kelly. From the moment we arrived, she made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude and genuine care for our dining experience made it truly memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and we couldnt have asked for a better service. Thank you, kelly, for making our day special.We definitely will be back!!!

Smiling Jurate makes sure that we always feel welcome and fully enjoy our early dinner during weekdays. She takes time to crack a joke and laugh not only with us but with the other diners as well.

Our server Joann was great and the food was great also . The only complaint I have about this restaurant is the condition of the washrooms . My wife came back from the women s washroom and said that it was dirty and in her words trashed . I went into the men s washroom and it was dirty , the dividers between the stalls are all rusty and the whole bathroom looks like it needs a huge overhaul. Parking: Lots of parking out back

They seemed either hopelessly understaffed or just disorganized. I ordered online and was told 15 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later to a zoo. Eventually got served to pay my bill. 20 minutes later, still no food. Asked and they said 20 minutes.... Which I pointed out was the same thing they had told me 30 minutes earlier. After another 10 minutes my food arrived. And I left. Food was good - we always have loved Swiss chalet. This location in Milton used to be very efficient... Not sure what has changed but it was disappointing.
