I cant say enough great things about Deonna! She greeted us with a big smile, was super knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Met up with friends for dinner this weekend. We always chose TJ s as it is midway between our homes. The service last night was excellent. Amanda did a great job looking after us. Super friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We had fried pickles to start (reviewers note - bring back the edemami). My wife had the blackened chicken wrap - really good. My bud and I had our go-to Bison meatloaf - pretty good last night but the gravy was a tad cold and gluey (the meatloaf and sides were excellent). My bud s wife is a veggie and had the veggie Classic Burger and fries. She said it was yummy. All told a great evening out with our best buds!

A sheer five stars for service alone, our christmas party was hosted at this turtle jacks and we were served by ernelo! Let me start by saying thank you Ernelo for your fantastic recommendations and a major thank you for handling our chaotic party of 16 with perfection. Not only did she make fantastic recommendation, but she made the whole table come to life, she made sure everyone has happy and had a smile on their face, she asked numerous times if we needed anything to ensure our day went great. If you are going to this turtle jacks ask for Ernelo. I must say we loved the christmas decor really tied into the holiday spirit. Food recommendations: Blackend chicken on naan, roaster wings, blackend basa, New York chicken dinner.

I must say i am fairly impressed by this turtle jacks and the service provided to our party. This just set a new bar for christmas parties in a bar setting. We were served by Ernelo and she did a fantastic job serving us. She made sure to attend to each guests request with such care and hospitality that we felt like we dined at a michelin star restaurant. She brought all the drinks together, she paced out our food without us having to ask. She was 5 steps ahead and you could tell shes great at what she does. She did an impeccable job describing dishes and guiding us through out the menu and making great food recommendations. She even introduced us to rasberry peach fizz and asked us about our sweetness level. Highly recommend this turtle jacks and ask for Ernelo if you want great service. The newyork dinner was really good and so was the hell of a burger. The christmas menu looked good but did not get to try. Only one thing i would say is they need to do some renovations compared to the newer turtle jacks.

First time at this turtle jacks and i have to specify this is the best location of the 4 other locations ive been to singly due to the service we recieved was bar none. Ernelo was genuinely interested in our tastes instead of trying to just upsell a menu to us, she listened attentively to what we like and made the perfect recommendations. She was precise, and most certainly a pro at what she does. If you go to this turtle jacks ask for her and you will not be disappointed. 5/5 for service. 5/5 for remmendations. 5/5 for hospitality

Popped in for a quick date and drinks with an old friend of mine on my way through Milton earlier this week. Tj s used to be the best spot to stop off the 401. Our server was Justina she was friendly and brought us food drinks and food promptly. Food was delicious, I had a Buffalo chicken wrap and house salad and my friend had a steak that he said was cooked exactly right.. went to the washroom and my friend requested the bill, while I was gone from our booth she brought the bill right over and as he reached for it she quickly pulled it away and said you can t have it until you leave me a 5 star google review. At this time I was returning from to the table and she passes him the bill and rolls her eyes and then makes a comment that she didn t want to ask but if one of us could just write a good review she wouldn t get in trouble for not having enough, her once nice demeanour was not rude, snarky and sarcastic. She looks at me and asks me if I do google reviews? ..what she was doing must have been for commission. Heard her on the way out yelling across the bar to another table begging them for a review as well. Phoney, awkward, and weird.. next time we will check out Keenan s or Boston pizza.

TJ s is up the street from me so it s super convenient and my go to on an almost regular basis, sometimes with the kids or with friends. I have been attending this location for a number of years now, pre covid, during and post. Yes like any restaurant/pub you get your ups and downs, but it is quickly corrected and we move on, if it persists time to back away. I ve had the pleasure of being served by different staff members and management, each with their own techniques working in a people business. Its been sometime since I visited TJ s and decided to pop by earlier this week for happy hour, I would like to give a shout out to CAS in the bar area, she has been a staple for us each time when returning as she is on the ball with our drinks, food, has a great personality and you can tell she has been working in hospitality for many years now. Cheers and keep up the good work Team!

Review about the food (ordered the same dish within a few days and was absolutely disappointed the second time). Visited this location on a Thursday night and ordered the beef short rib rigatoni, it was excellent (sauce was thick, rich and very tasteful) other than my side Cesar salad coming to my table twice with bacon even though I requested no bacon (decided after the second time there was still crumbles of bacon on the Cesar to not have the Caesar). Went back in hopes to enjoy the same beef short rib rigatoni on the Sunday night and was very disappointed with the tasteless, watery version of the dish. The colour of the sauce was not at all what was served on Thursday. My boyfriend and I specifically came for the feature dish and it was nothing like what I had enjoyed a few days prior unfortunately for us. I left only eating half of the pasta ended up being a waste.

My first time at this particular turtle jacks, i have to say i enjoyed my experience there and will be going back. The service at this turtle jacks stood out to me more then the other turtle jacks ive visited in the past. Went with a party of 4 and we were served by Ernelo. She was fantastic, warm and welcoming from the get go. She made great recommendations and brought a lovely, friendly, and happy go lucky attitude that the entire table loved. She asked for allergies, she didnt just upsell to upsell. She got to know us and asked what food we like when we are at bars, she started with asking if we like wings, the crazy part is i never knew about the roasters and thanks to her that is my new addiction. Not only did she make great food recommendations but great conversation, shes knowledgable in not just the menu but in football and we really enjoyed that along her beautiful bright smile. We ended up ordering mostly wings and drinks. The place could use a renovation, more lights and some bigger tvs for sports but its not a sports bar per say. Staff was great, food was good, wings were better. If you go ask for Ernelo.

We dined on a friday night. It was our first time at this chain. The food was great and we did not find it to be a long wait. Our waitress Laura D was attentive & entertaining. We never had to ask for refills or extras. The dad jokes we requested were great. Thank you for the laughs and meals. Our only feedback was that we found the restaurant to be dark/dim so it was slightly difficult to read our menus (maybe we re just too old hehe)

Clean, simple menu. A tad spendy for what your getting. Restaurants REALLY need to ditch the silly little bowls of French fries. Service was great. Restaurant was quite nice. Seats were a tad stiff. $80ish For a couple sandwiches, a hand full of fries between the two of us, and 2 drinks, I think well be moving along.

It was ok, lunch service took awhile for fairly straightforward food for my wife and I. Not cheap either but for what we had I think it was overpriced $5/entre

We came around 830 and it was a unforgettable experience. Food was tasty and our service was amazing. We sat at bar and received our drinks quickly and were made amazing. We gave a shoutout to our bartenders because they did a great job. We ordered wings which we found very good in their house sauce. Will visit again soon!

The options are expensive considering the product they offer. I ordered a Blackened Basa (I think its the cheapest fish on the market) and it only came with two small pieces that were almost the size of a fish stick each. The lobster on the dish was conspicuous by its absence and in general the portion is very small for the price of the dish. The portion of fried calamari to share was also very limited. The wines were not very good and the prices were quite high for their quality. Either they improve the wine or lower the price and they will surely sell more. The service was not like a tortoise but they were not hares either, they took their time with everything. Parking: There are parking spaces right outside the restaurant, as it is in a square where there are several businesses it is quite easy to find a space. Kid-friendliness: Children are accepted, they are given a sheet of paper with figures to color or draw. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible place for people with reduced mobility.

Food was prepared perfectly, very delicious. Service staff was great, attentive, and professional. The manager was very helpful at the end as well. The atmosphere was a little dark for me. The washroom was especially dark.

Came in for lunch on Saturday afternoon, got greeted by a young lady at the front door who ended up being our server named Ernelo. From the moment we walked in service was fast food was great I had a turkey goat cheese on naan. The turkey is actual turkey! Not cold deli meat it was so goood! Overall great experiance

Ribs were delicious, juicy and tender. The green salad with goat cheese and blackened chicken was delicious. Dessert was scrumptious. The service was very good. The prices were reasonable.

My wife and I along with her brothers were in Milton from the US (Kentucky, Indiana, and Georgia) for a family wedding at the Erin Estate in Orton and decided to go to Turtle Jacks for lunch, very nice place with a terrific vibe and well decorated .. we were immediately greeted and seated in the bar area just inside the front door as requested by her brothers .. the server who also was the bartender was very friendly and attentive to our party .. we ordered some appetizers before our entrees (I believe Fried Calamari, Whipped Feta, and Roasted Garlic Chicken Rolls) and they were very tasty .. my better half ordered the Garden Burger made with Beyond Meat and I ordered the 4 Cheese Cajun Chicken Penne and it tasted fantastic so I boxed up the leftover for another meal but was very upset that I had forgotten to take it with me .. it was a terrific dining experience in Canada .. we were busy catching up with each other and I completely forgot to take photos of the food and restaurant

My husband and I visited over the weekend with our baby - our waitress D was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, personable and professional - she also ensured that our baby was comfortable during dinner; because of her, we will return and recommend to our family and friends!

Turtle Jacks Milton is one of the best restaurants in town. Mani is one of the nicest managers, friendly and super accommodating. The staff are super friendly and the food is just simply amazing. I recommend this establishment 110%!

Simple menu, but didnt see anything that caught my attention in particular. It is very dark inside, we came on a sunny day, but it was like inside a bar on a Friday night. We requested to seat outside, which is a good thing, they have a nice summer terrace. The service was good. Overall, a decent place.

Low lighting in the restaurant. Chef burnt my salmon, had to get it replaced but they were kind enough to give a complementary meal.

Excellent service. The restaurant was shortstaffed at the time of my visit, the manager personally apologize for the longer weight and applied to 25% discount to our whole bill. Many many other restaurants can learn a thing or two about how to treat their customers from this staff. the poor customer service at many other food establishments has lowered my expectation, these guys reminded me what it should be like.

The food at these places will always be what it is so you hope the serivce will make it better and in this case it did. It was pretty good.

Midday visit. Pretty chill vibe. Service was nice but the wait for the food was a tad longer than Id anticipated given the lack of crowd. Was hot and tasty when it did come. Id return and try a few more menu items.

Visited Milton Turtle Jacks a few nights ago and had an amazing experience. We planned to go to the movies right after and our server Justyna was great and made sure we got everything with time to spare. Highly recommend!!

Just visited here for lunch. We ordered Pineapple Mango Salmon and New York Dinner (crispy chicken breast with mashed potatoes and veggies, ranch sauce). I m really disappointed with the Pineapple Mango Salmon. However, Salmon was well pan seared but the whole portion was so off. There were hardly any pineapple and mango on the salmon, Salmon was way salty that made the whole dish so off, and it hardly had veggies. The dish is for $31 and it didn t carry the value at all. I have been to Turtle Jack s several times before (various locations) but never had such an experience. This was really a put off. NYC dinner was okay except that the ranch sauce was again way too salty. I m the last person to negative feedback but this whole experience was not nice at all. I hope you share this feedback with your head chef. Thanks!

The restaurant felt like a cheap and noisy cafeteria I wouldn t go there again.

We made a reservation for a larger group, Mani and his team went out of their way to make this a great birthday celebration. We all were pretty much served at once, quite a feat for 40 of us along with the regular guests. What a great place to grab a bite to eat with an inviting atmosphere. The staff were fantastic and food was very good.

Nice location, conveniently located near a theater and other amenities. I ordered takeout, and it was ready upon my arrival. The salad was good, the chicken was cooked perfection. What else could a person ask for?

Had 3 children with us and the server was great. He was very attentive when needed.

If zero stars was an option I would select that. Decided to get some takeout at the bar, ended up sitting there for 10 minutes without being greeted or shown a menu. Terrible bar staff and idk why I even went the food isn t good. What a joke.

Blackened Basa was delicious. It was the 3rd time I been to this place. Great vibe , amazing food and good service. Male staffs are more friendly I would say. Definitely recommend to anyone. Parking: Lots of parking spots.

Burger was so greasy. I had to spread my napkin in the plate to rest the burger on. Service was horrible. No one came to check on us. I would never go back to this restaurant

Ordered chicken wings here on Monday night. Ate some in the restaurant and took the rest home. When I got home I had some more and discovered that some of the chicken wings were fully raw inside. Never going back here.

Restaurant could increase the lighting a little. Floors need a refresh, very sticky. Food and service was on point.

I ordered the power bowl and after it arrived realized it was missing the sweet potatoes. After I asked about it, someone from the kitchen (or possibly the manager) came out to say they actually ran out of the roasted sweet potato and asked if there was something else they could give me instead. I suggested a few sweet potato fries instead since they would be similar. After leaving the restaurant I realized they charged me for a side of sweet potato fries. First of all I do not understand why the kitchen sent out an incomplete dish without mentioning one of the main components was missing and secondly can not believe that I was charged for their attempt to fix their mistake. UPDATE - The store owner contacted me to apologize for their mistake and provided excellent customer service. thank you!

Ordered from Uber Kung Pao shrimp that doesnt have any shrimp in it. Its 95% sauce 5% noodles like someone doesnt know how to portion or get the ingredients right. Its disgusting to the point it will go to the garbage and Uber terrible customer service gives me 5 dollars back on a 25$ meal fit only for the trash can. Will not recommend, will not order again. Wish I could give zero stars. My friend also got a wrap thats pretty gross and now we must spend again to actually get something edible.

Was with a friend who is visiting from overseas and needed a good meal after a busy day. First time visit to the Milton location and was not left disappointed. The recommendations and food was first class (3-Cheese Dip/Chicken Wings/Burger) and Dee was an absolute pleasure. Great service is not easy to come by these days but Turtle Jacks always seems to hit the spot. Thanks again Dee for service excellence! Next time Im hungry and find myself in Milton, I know exactly where Ill be heading.

I was pleasantly surprised that the menu had an assortment of dishes that could satisfy everyones pallet. All employees are so polite. The food was delicious, the portions are more than generous. Dont take my word for it, experience it yourself. Kid-friendliness: We had a child to feed and our waitress (Who I forgot her name) placed us away from other patrons noticing our child was being fussy. That in it self was a great observation. No complaints here.
