I had the pleasure of dining in Wild Wing last Tuesday and was happily surprised that it was the Tuesday special night. Julia was our server. She was attentive, polite and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our experience. The food was amazing and Julias service made our experience that much better.. We will dine again. Ordered wings tonight. Pick up time was 7:10. Couldn t find my order after some time realized it was sitting behind the bar. Didn t get them till 7:50. Came home and everything was COLD. Called the restaurant to let them know they put me on hold for 10 mins and then hung up on me.

We got 5 different kind of wings. On a scale of 1-5, they were anywhere from 1-4. Good service and atmosphere but I wouldnt go back. They do have halal wings option.

Over an hour waiting for a couple of burgers. When the food finally arrived it was cold and well below average. You can see the kitchen every time employees come in and out, and it s absolutely disgusting. Garbage and grease all over the floor, dirty dishes and counters, music way too loud, slow service and overall ambiance is terrible. I m pretty sure that if food inspectors were to come do a surprise inspection, this place would be closed. I just wished I peeked into their disgusting kitchen before ordering. Oh, men s washroom is out of service and woman s washroom is absolutely disgusting . First and last time here

Ive been here a few times. Im still trying to figure it out. I think wings are the only play. Ordered the cajun chicken sandwich last night - terrible!! Chicken breast was cold. No real cajun spice taste. I peeked under the bun to see what appeared to be a frozen chicken breast, which I assume was warmed in a microwave and brushed on one side with some cajun sauce. The servers at this store do a good job managing an odd clientele. Bar stools full of people drinking, swearing beside a table with a family with a 3 year old. Kudos to Brooklyn for managing all that reasonably. All to say, probably my last visit.

Look, I LOVE wild wings. If you re from Niagara and get it in St.Catharines you know those wings are amazing. This was some of the most disgusting food at the Burlington location. These cannot be the same recipe, it tastes like you threw franks red hot on a wing. And the dipping sauce is watery and tastes sour. I order dirty Nelly and sweet escape, I know these off the back of my autistic hand. They are my favourite- but by god they were rancid at this location I d rather starve <3

I have visited this location many times prior, but recently, I believe they are new owners and staff, and the service is now much better, friendlier and tasty meals. I will be back.

TERRIBLE service with server named Gabie and unsanitary conditions! Do not recommend coming to this location unless you want to wait long wait times for your food and not be acknowledged by your server. Very unprofessional service here. We encountered significant delays of over 40 minutes to place our order and receive our food and drinks. It was nearly impossible to receive our server s attention. Several of us would make eye contact with her or try to call for her attention, with which she would just turn away, ignore us, and begin talking to some people by the bar. When we requested for refills, she said they ran out of cups and so she d have to use our current cups for the refill. I m not sure how sanitary this process is, as she took 2 cups at a time and did the refills but when she came back, we were all unsure whose cup was whose. Not to mention, I saw they had an inspection checklist from Halton Region and their sanitization section wasn t checked off. Regardless, we carried on with our dinner and when it came time to ask for the bill and takeout boxes, we faced the same issues of failing to get her attention. At this point, we were very frustrated, as she was super inattentive, even though we were one of the few people left in the restaurant. We even noticed that other people in the restaurant were facing the same issues of not being able to get her attention, as they would also have to stand from their table and walk up to her. We eventually received our bills and then, to what we thought was an error, we asked our server about a double charge for a drink. Gabie never clearly explained their wing + drink special from the start so we were thought to believe one thing. Despite remaining calm and respectful when raising our concerns, we were met with undermining, sarcastic comments and attitude. The situation escalated further when the server was saying things like oh if you didn t know you should ve asked, thats not my fault . This whole experience was very unprofessional and inappropriate and not once were we offered an apology for this misunderstanding. Very disappointed in this service.

Food was good, but will not visit this place cause of the horrible service. Just one lady to serve. She was full of herself and busy with the men sitting at the bar counter. Server name was Brooke. Even got our order wrong. Just to get her attention it would take us atleast 10 mins as she was busy laughing n fooling around. She then gets our order double portion of wings and says sorry not sure which flavour each basket is. Got us pepsi that was flat with no fiz. They dint even have ice. Please do not keep servers that dont want to do their job. We regret going there.

Food Always great, yet service is very slow, the server rather chat with each other than serve you. Simple Nachos took over 40min while there was only 3 tables has people in the store. Everything you ask for is 10min + before you get it.

Came to sit on the roof top but was told it s closed So we opted for the side patio. It was so dirty, we had to ask for the server to clean it. We were the only people there It took over 10 mins for a beer and Pepsi 20 mins for a side fry You had no kids cups, the server didn t check up on is after the food was dropped off. I had to go inside and ask for our refills and napkins There was no music on the patio too which was odd And no toilet paper or paper towel. The worst experience at a restaurant and we were the only ones there at 5:15

It was pretty empty on a Wednesday night but their rooftop patio is a really nice set up and they had karaoke going. Staff were so friendly but theres only one person running it for both upstairs and downstairs. I think theres different events on different nights on the rooftop so Ill definitely come back and check it out

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I placed an order for pick up through Uber. I went into the restaurant and they couldn t find my order. They gave it away to someone else. The person brought the food back and they tried to give that order back to me. I asked them to remake it and they said they would. My remade order came out in 5 minutes. It was so obvious they took the same food and put it in a different bag. The food was cold and definitely not remade. This is a huge food safety issue. RIDICULOUS! Avoid..avoid avoid!

Absolute AWFUL customer service experience. 2 of us came to dine-in and we received our waters after 20minutes of requesting them after having to ask for them many times, and didn t even receive our pop until AFTER the food was brought out. We ordered the triple with fries; fries were brought out AFTER we were basically finished our wings, and the BBQ wings didn t even taste like BBQ. when asked if we can sub it for honey garlic Syndey grabbed the basket went to the kitchen, came back out and was like there s nothing we can do about this and threw it on the table. When talking about this to Kat, she gave the excuse that Sydney wasn t on shift. (However, regardless if a server is on shift or not that is NOT how they should be treating their customers.) Sydney then walked away mid-conversation and started gossiping and laughing ro her other colleague about us behind the bar. All in all, these two servers were EXTREMELY disrespectful and they both seemed like they didn t even want to be there, customer service was absolutely terrible. I definitely would not recommended thing location to anyone.

Not a lovely experience at the wild wing. The service was very slow for a Saturday afternoon at 5pm. Our table drink order took 45 minutes for a table of 7 with only two patrons in the restaurant.

I pop in occasionally during the weekdays, and always enjoy my visits as the daytime bartenders are very friendly, warm, humourous, and provide excellent service. Food comes fast, and the prices for drinks are more than fair. Thanks, M and J !!

The owner of this establishment has zero people skills is very rude, disrespectful and has no idea how to run a business. Our kids entire basketball team filled up the restaurant and some ordered through Uber Eats for a promotion and we were allowed to sit there and eat since we asked. The owner came out and started to voice his opinion strongly and said hes charging $20 per table. Obviously he cannot do that so we all finished up and left. The experience was terrible and will never come back to this location again. The only reason there is a star is because of Sydney who was super kind, helpful and provided everyone was excellent service. Appreciate your incredible customer service and patience with our team. Thanks Sydney! We had only the intention of ordering the wings and taking out however since your restaurant had absolutely zero customers other than 3 people sitting at the bar, we kindly asked if we could sit and enjoy the wings we purchased at your establishment and your comment about bringing your own food to a restaurant has absolutely no merit here sir! Havent been in a Wild Wings location for years as we werent too pleased with our local location. Stopped at this location with a friend and we were pleasantly surprised! The wings were amazing! They were meaty, cooked perfectly, and sauced just right. The service was fast, the server was very helpful and friendly! This is the third consecutive time that we have had a poor experience at this facility. We went back hoping they had done something about the recurring issues, but unfortunately that is not the case. This location never has enough staff to wait upon customers even at less than a quarter of its capacity. Upon this final visit, the only person serving appeared to be either intoxicated or suffering from some sort of serious withdrawal. 45min wait to be acknowledged. 2 hours until we received our food, which was cooked well, but most of it was not what we ordered. We decided to cut our losses, eat and leave for fear of waiting another 2 hours for corrective action. I understand mistakes when things are busy, but there were a total of 4 tables this Friday night. 1 bartender and 1 person waiting tables. Would strongly recommend a drive out of town if you want to visit wild wing. Kid-friendliness: Would not recommend bringing your kids here.

Walked in to get take out. Waited for over 50 minutes for 1 order of wings. Food was ok and staff was nice.

I wish I can give them zero star. Food came after 45 after we ordered. Waiter didnt bring plates, napkins, ketchup and on the top of that she didnt even bring the sides with the wings and charged us for them until I had to ask. She showed me attitude when I asked. Table was not clean and sticky.

Wish there was a zero stars. I have never had this kind of experience and its hard to put into words. Went with my small children for dinner on Saturday, around 6:30. There was only one table but some people at the bar, who all seemed to be very intoxicated, including our waitress. Wings took 40 minutes and they were terrible, definitely not worth the wait. Beyond the bad service, bad food, long wait, I was genuinely concerned being there with my young children. I will definitely never go back there but I am worried about whatever is happening at this establishment.

Wild wings is one of my favourite restaurants in milton. Because there wings are so good. However, last day i tried appetizer platter, which was so delicious and made by manroop kaur in kitchen. I love the presentation too . Ill visit it again for sure as its my favourite restaurant now.

We had to go to Milton today, and this place was on our way home so we stopped in for a early supper, and would never go back to the place! Too many things to mention, but the food was probably made by a teenager!! Prices are unheard of for horrible food, and it`s a dive!!

Not a very welcoming environment. The place is cold and dingy and dirty, and the person who was working the bar and serving seemed like she was having a hang out with the male customers and loudly, and calling them inappropriate names/teasing them in a joking manner which still isn t appropriate in a restaurant we felt very uncomfortable eating there.

Recently ordered using Uber Eats. The wings and flavours were delicious and each flavour was legibly noted on separate vented containers. So many places throw all flavours into a pizza box which makes them soggy and it s a guessing game to figure out what is what so this detail was greatly appreciated. They also provided extra sauce at no additional charge. Each order of fries was also separate which was great for a group sharing. Fries and veggies portions were generous. Would definitely order again.

I have to say, I m super disappointed. If you can drive a little further for better food and service. The server greeted us right away, took our order quickly. Then disappeared. We ordered mozzarella sticks, and received garlic bread. We both ordered doubles of wings with fries. My boyfriend got bbq wings and fries, and I got 1lb medium, and 1lb southern fried spicy wings. I pointed to the one that I wanted (the dry ones), and a poutine with extra ranch. We asked for extra ranch. The food came out.. my poutine was cold. The cheese was not even melted. The wings came out, and I only got one flavour I asked for. After waiting almost 10 minutes for the server to check in, I let her know I asked for a different flavour. She says, oh ok the dry ones and walked away. I thought she was replacing them? She was actually just avoiding us. She came back over to ask if we wanted the bill. She presents the bill like I never mentioned the issue. I was kind of hoping she would bring replacements so I could eat. She did discount our food in the end, but now i just left hungry and disappointed. We will not be back.

I rarely walk outta restaurants and normally put up with mediocre service but this was one of 3 times in last 20 years I walked out without ordering anything.... BECAUSE nobody would walk up to us to take our order. Me and my wife stood there for 5 minutes and the two servers made eye contact with us 2-3 times and ignored us instead of asking us if we need to be seated or not and just out of common courtesy ask if we needed help. We approached one of the girls and they said you can sit anywhere so we did. Again sat there for almost 6-7 minutes with no one approaching us letting us know if they will have a server serving us or do we just order stuff ourselves at the till. So in the end walked out after waiting 11-12 minutes to figure out whats going on. Oh and they werent even busy since it was a Sunday evening. Great job with the poor service!!!

Portion size has decreased specially if it s takeout

My guess is this Wild Wings is next to close. Ive been buying wings here bi weekly for the last 3 years (yes I love wings, sue me!) and I can honestly say the quality and attention to detail has gone downhill. Perhaps its new staff and loss of seasoned cooks or just overall loss of quality in all aspects. Tonight really sealed it for me, and Ill have to get my wing-fix elsewhere going forward. A summary of tonights (April 5 2023) screw up, whilst leaving out the many previous months screw ups: -Gar par was basically watered down ranch -medium wings were buffalo wings. They were clearly the more orange tinted sauce, opposed to an actual medium sauce...which is not orange . -fries tasted hours old. Like sink your teeth in and they stick to them type of old. Not crispy or crunchy. -blue cheese dips are also just 1/8 blue cheese, mixed with a ton of ranch. -veggie sticks are always stale and look like theyve been sitting out for the day. Id bet theyre left over veggie sticks from the dine-ins -cashiers work hard to handle the take outs with the obnoxious crowds at the bar. Theyre the only shining light. Ill be taking my money elsewhere. Not here. Never again.

We were looked after by Brook today, and she was an absolute sweetheart! Made sure our food was exactly as we wanted it, but also very kind and considerate of us and the other customers who came in.

Visited last week. Wings were very good and our server (a petite blonde girl) was good. However, she seemed to be running the whole show, as the other staff there only seemed to be there to socialize while this poor girl ran around. Also, the whole place had a creepy vibe - my wife suspected that some of the clientele there were up to no good. Really didnt feel welcome there.....so we arent going back.

Hands down the perfect restaurant if youre looking to enjoy a delicious family meal! We have been here too many times to count, the food is so delicious, and it has become our go-to spot to eat out. The staff and owner are very understanding and kind! We have always been served very efficiently, and had all of our needs taken care of! Anyone can find something to enjoy on the menu. i came in here about a month ago and was served by hannah. she immediately greeted me with a smile and was very polite and welcoming the whole time. she gave me a menu and told me to take my time and she came back and checked on me quite a few times throughout my time inside. i felt very welcomed and really enjoyed my experience, thanks again hannah! i will definitely be visiting again.

Best place for wings in Milton, a large choice of flavors to pick from

I ordered by phone at 5:58 pm and they told me order will be ready in 20 min. After more than hour , the order is still not ready and when I ask when it will be ready the answer I get we don t know. Then she say it is not my fault it is the kitchen fault . All what I was asking is to know when the order will be ready to wait or to leave and come back. Very bad service I got

Overall a great night. Our server was on point. She was very pleasant, personable and always present. I think she was even training a new server. Impressive! Food was cooked perfectly and was hot and fresh. Only BIG downside is it appears that the AC was not working. My guests and I were all very uncomfortable while sitting there trying to enjoy our dinner. Fix your AC!!! I don t need to sweat while I eat dinner inside.

On Saturday July 8th at 10:57 I called to place an order for pick up they close at 11:30. I called 4 times no answer. So I decided to drive 5 min down the road to place the order in person. The poor excuse for a waitress would not except our order because she closed just minutes before we came in even though they didn t close for another half hour. Then she proceed to agknowledge that she knew we called 4 times but didn t want to answer. This service is absolutely ridiculous. She need to be fired for sure. The worst service I ve ever had

Went on Wednesday September 6th at around 3:30pm, there was one waitress working she was nice but we could see her openly vaping and eating behind the bar with 3-4 customers sitting at the bar. Food was good and tables were sticky. Do not get the Mac and cheese bites. Definitely have had better experiences at other Wild Wings.

Saturday i went to this place, and ordered hot honey wings which was outstanding i loved it so much.

Very simple. The tables were dirty. The glasses that our drinks were served were like they weren t even put in a dishwasher. The condiments provided were like they were left outside also dirty and grungy. Everything seemed sticky. Also they happen to not have any ice. To be constructive, I am not mentioning anything about the food or the staff. When this place closes down, I will not be surprised.

We recently visited Wild Wing in Milton. We loved the options they had for flavours. Very enjoyed spicy sweetescape. Gar par Rings was excellent. Good service We go back again.

You have to try their appetizer platters, . Combine with a pint ,you wont be disappointed. Friendly environment.

I went to this amazing restaurant and had honey garlic and gar par wings which was surprisingly so good. Apart from that I had gar par rings which was also amazing. The staff of restaurant was quite friendly.

I think if you are looking for fabulous wings then you should visit this place, as they have amazing wings, and my personal favourites are bubba s backfire and sweet escape. I also love the swiss cheese & mushroom burger of this restaurant.

Not worth it, slow service! They got the order wrong as we arrived home and opened the take out and the place feels dirty!

Had a very pleasant night at Wild Wing Milton, Wings were so tasty I had to order the second one. Try their garlic trio sauce. Well go back.

I went to this place which is one of the best places for wings, and my one of the favourites was gar par wings and spicy bbq. Really in love with this place.

The wings are great (obviously its wildwing) the beer bottles are cold and cheap so you cant go wrong coming here with some friends for wing night

Been going to Wild Wings for 3 Years now ...Use to go to one On James Snow but since they close started going here..Last time we went suppose to be half price but problem is they charge almost 4 dollars a pop ..that how they get u ..They are way over price and after reading all the reviews about the cleanliness and handling of food will think twice about going back there.St louis is our new place and of course Ivy Arms.

Lady had my food in her hand and spent time talking to the other staff while I stood there watching her and waiting for my food. I do not appreciate that lack of self awareness.

This is probably my favourite wild wings, the staff was so nice and the service was good!

Our first visit to Wild Wing on our anniversary and it was awesome. The food was delicious but the person who made our evening so much brighter and happier is Julia. She was absolutely amazing and Wild Wings is lucky to have such a wonderful asset in their restaurant. Thank you Julia for making our evening so special

The service from the hostess was excellent and the food was average. Unfortunately the kitchen staff and manager care so little about their jobs that they allowed chicken feathers to be cooked into their wings. This isn t something you can just pass over by mistake, they must have seen this and decided to ignore it because they re lazy. I had to argue with the manager to get the wings taken off of my bill, explaining that I expect higher quality food from a restaurant I m paying to eat at. Unbelievable disrespect from him and I will not be eating here again.

Had the most terrible experience today! Placed an order today for 6 pounds wings and was told to pick up in 25 minutes. 35 minutes after placing the order when my brother was there to pick up, I was informed that they have no wings available!!! This was literally at 1:30 pm in the day time. We were so annoyed that why weren t we informed when they were taking the order. The lady Morie who took the order had nothing to say!! Very disappointed.

Two entrees missing from order (no fault of the equipment). Need more people on hand in the kitchen, pick up order was supposed to take 40 minutes, ended up taking an hour and twenty mintues. Brutal. Wont be coming back

The inside isnt very inviting or clean but the food is really good. Tried 3 different things all really good.

1/5 because we paid $125 for everything and the side portions were so small. How much more does it cost to add in more French Fries?!?!?! Haha

Went with two kids. Server was initially good then disappeared. I had to retrieve napkins and cutlery myself. No follow up at all. Missed a portion of our order. When advised never followed up to rectify. Waited 20 mins for bill which never came. Finally a server took us downstairs where the original server said she was moved to and therefore couldn t attend to us on the patio. I don t really blame the servers, they seem hung out to dry by absolutely clown show incompetent management. I rarely write reviews but it was so bad I felt I had to. Only reason for two stars, the wings when they came, barely warm, were decent.

This place suppose to close at 9:30. We got there 8:30. First server tells us to sit anywhere. Then 5 mins later tells us kitchen is already closed. What s the point of having the place stay open for an hour without serving any food. Would never go there again.

This place is unbelievable. I will not be going here again. Waited 45 minutes and didn t even get a menu. Very disappointed, the service was terrible. Replying to wild wings owner- i did not get to order food because i did not even get a menu. You are probably mistaking me for another group. Very disappointed.

Service was not good at all. Do not go here. I came there at night and decided to sit up on that patio. For 30 minutes I sat there without a menu. I was listening to two other tables complain about the service and how slow it was. There was a larger group and a smaller group that were also not getting served. After hearing those tables complain and watching one of them get up and leave I did the same thing. I wouldnt be surprised if the larger group left as well as it seemed like they were there for a a bit before I even got there and they still havent received any food. The place was also a mess, a lot of the empty tables had dirty dishes and garbage still sitting on them and I noticed on the way out after 30 minutes that they were the same tables from when I arrived.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. NO SERVICE AND DIRTY TABLES EVERYWHERE. WAITED MORE THAN 30MINUTES TO NOT EVEN GET SERVED THE MENU.WILL NOT BE GOING HERE AGAIN. Another colleague who was with us wrote a review and was accused of eating and getting free food. I guess they don t read well as we clearly mentioned that we didn t even get the menu. How are we to order the food? Thanks for also not being apologetic for our disappointing visit please accept the critical feedback to make you a better business.

Not the same quality of wings it used to be.

Come on. . The first time I ordered from here on Uber eats for pickup at 9:00 p.m. the store closes at 11:00 p.m. and I was supposed to pick up my order at 9:15 p.m. . By the time I got there at 9:15 the employee was locking the doors and turning off the lights and rushing out even though they saw me approaching the door and they didnt say anything. And they saw me standing there with my arms up looking through the window trying to find out where my food is. My second experience with this restaurant I called to make an order for pickup and they said that my food would be ready in 35 minutes. I got there within 30 minutes and the server kept looking at me wondering why I was there but wouldnt approach me and ask me so I had to flag her down and tell her that I was here for my pickup and she told me that there were no orders. I was not at the wrong location. And it was her voice over the phone. The girl was rude and told me she didnt know what to tell me The third occasion I went there was tonight. Again their website says they close at 11:00 and Im not sure if its due to covid that they havent updated anything but I walked over there and of course by 9:00 they were closed

Ive been coming here for years despite increasing costs and smaller portions, all because Im slightly addicted to the sweet escape wings. I came for a pick up on the weekend and I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of covid protocols in this restaurant. There are customers sitting at the bar that remove their face masks (obviously to eat) but they are sitting maskless within 6 feet of the pick-up counter, no plexiglass or nothing. Whats worse is that the waitress who was cashing me out also was NOT wearing a mask. The lack of enforcement leads me to believe that the workers who are preparing our food are not wearing a mask too. No matter how much I crave wings it is definitely not worth catching covid.

Was told that the rooftop patio was closed because of the rain which was fine so we were told that we can sit out on the ground floor patio. No big deal. The same waitress changed her mind once we sat down because she said it might rain and covid protocols prohibits her from serving us in the rain. Went to St. Louis instead down the block and everyone was enjoying the patio rain because umbrellas exist. Called the next day and was told that the patio was open in the rain. But when i complained they said its up to the servers discretion. Its misty rain. Umbrellas were open on the patio. But the lack of consistency from the staff is confusing. Save your time and go to St. Louis where the staff at least tries to be accommodating.

Very dissappointed in the service I received yesterday. We got in around 5, and waited over 15 minutes just for our orders to be taken. We also waited over 45 minutes for 3 pounds of wings. Not only did we wait very long for our food but it was not prepared well. The sauce was not mixed on the wings properly because enough sauce was not used. We sat to the set of tables close to the door and all we enhaled was cigraette smoke. People were smoking directly outside the door and as the door opened and closed that all we enhaled. The restrurant was packed for business which is great, but this location is clearly short staffed as only 2 servers were observed working. When finished we had to ask our server twice for our bill. The server was observed entertaining guest/friends at the bar. My husband got impatient and had to get up and attend the bar just to pay our bill.

LOVED the food here. First time at a wild wings and now the only place I will go for wings. Reminds me of the ones we would get from the 90s and early 2000s. Great quality and amazing options for flavours. Great level of service especially considering having one server for the whole restaurant! Definitely would recommend this place!

Very bad experience!!! My boyfriend and I went there for a date night and will never ever be returning. Our visit started out okay, but quickly went south when it was obvious our waitress was more interested in friends than service. Our drinks were empty for 10 minutes while she was very close to us and could have easily looked over to check on us. Eventually I went to the bar to get my own drinks. If it was busy I would not have been mad at all, but there was no reason for this other than a lack of caring for us because we weren t regulars. We ordered 3 pounds of wings, all of which were under cooked!!! The chicken was completely pink and we could not eat any of them. We told our server and explained we could not eat these and don t want new ones made, we just wanted to leave. She said she would take 1 pound off the bill... we were so confused and explained we cannot eat any of these because they re under cooked so why are you only taking 1 pound off the bill? Eventually she took all 3 pounds off and discounted our appetizer and a round of drinks which was appreciated. We didn t receive any plates or napkins with our appetizers or our food until finally we called her over to ask. (Again would not bother us if it was clear she was busy, but she was not). Such a disappointing night!!! Would never return or recommend this place...

Highly disappointed. I ordered from uber eats. I ordered double wings and 8 beer. We received only 7 beer. When I called the owner I was asked to come pick up the missing beer. I called the driver and they wouldnt go back and the owner did not offer to bring the missing items directly. Food was ok this night as well. I did not receive the missing item. Do not recommend, there is nothing worse than feeling ripped off, especially during this time.
