If you are vegetarian you can go for there veggie options, I tried tuna rice bowl and broccoli cream soup. Both were superb and I paid 17 $ in total. For parking you can park your car in front of dollorama which is next to it. Over all good place to get food quickly in your lunch break.
This is the second time my order has been incorrect. I've seen the reviews for this store, and the feedback aligns with my experience. It seems the staff could benefit from better training, and the owner or manager’s responses to reviews are quite unprofessional. I always order the Italian BMT, yet my friend ended up with a Veggie Delite wrap—no meat at all, how is that even similar? Why do I need to write my order in detail, shouldn't your staff know what normally goes in an italian bmt, other than the veggies? They should be more attentive since that’s part of their job.
Delicious gluten free with tuna
I've literally not been to any Subway for a number of years, and today, due to a minor delay, I figured I'd take a lunch here! To my surprise, the selection has expanded to great quantities. I finally decided on a stampede brisket, with the help of the lovely lady's help, the sandwich artist! Well let me tell you, it was delicious! What made this lunch that much better, is the phenomenal atmosphere and highly positive energy! I give this location 5 STARS. I was welcomed with a very admirable greeting and it went up from there. Lastly,,, the best of all. The straws were plastic, wrapped in paper!?! YES!!!!! Finally, a plastic Straw!! It didn't go soggy on me within 3 seconds!!! I highly recommend this Subway! Thank you ladies, and thank you Milton!!!
I dont eat their bread, so I gave salad a try. It was delicious. Steak and avocado salad is worth trying especially if you aren't into subs but the rear of your friends are.
I ordered two subways on the app. June 16 9pm. Coldcut and iltalian but. Both separate orders. I showed up and only my cold cut was ready. The lady told me she didn’t get an order for Italian bmt. I showed her the order on the app and my bank statement for 8.45$ (seperate from the 7.50$ for the cold cut). She asked me to refresh the app which I did and the order disappeared. She then called her manager he was very rude on speaker phone with me and told me “it’s not my responsibility” and couldn’t help me. I have PROOF OF PAYMENT…. It definitely IS his responsibility. I left the store with 1 sub even tho paying for 2. I have reached out to subway customer service. I am a frequent customer to this location and this was my LAST time.
I ate a simple veggie sub here this week and the next morning I got severe food poisoning, non stop liquid diarrhea for 25-30 times and throwing up anything I ate next day . food safety protocols clearly aren’t being followed. My husband ate everything I did the same day, but he didn’t have subway , so clearly subway is the culprit. I’m guessing they’re not sanitizing and wiping down their work space/ counters , or washing the vegetables or preparing things safely. All I had on my sub was lettuce tomato onion and cucumber. Not even any meat. I would advise not to eat at this location. Not safe and I am 36 weeks pregnant.
Thank you so much for your hospitality. You might recognize me, I came in very late with another friend of mine at the end of the stores closing hours, and you still served me and I really appreciated that and still kept me inside and warm until I was able to warm up a bit. The food was also very delicious, and I was satisfied with my meal, and the chocolate milk was very good. I really appreciate the man that was sitting at the table and the lady at the front who was so caring and friendly. I will continue to visit this location, and am happy to know they provide good hospitality. Thank you so much for letting me stay even after closing ❤️😊

Over the past six months, I have attempted to place orders from Subway via Uber Eats on six occasions, each time without success due to the restaurant declining the orders. This recurring issue not only results in significant revenue loss for the establishment but also suggests a misalignment with the platforms service objectives. If participation in the Uber Eats platform is not aligned with the restaurants operational strategy, it would be prudent for the management to reconsider their listing. Moreover, feedback from several individuals indicates that this particular Subway location in Milton is perceived unfavorably, further compounded by consistent order denials through Uber Eats. It would be beneficial for the management or owner of this establishment to address these concerns to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

why i order a 16 dollar spicy chicken sub with cheese and vegetables and there is only chicken and bread inside..... who did this and why edit after managers response: if i order a 16 dollar sub off the pre-made menu which specifically lists the ingredients as part of the 16 dollar total, i think i can reasonably expect to have those ingredients put on it. i did not pay 16 dollars for just bread and chicken. my receipt clearly states i ordered from a set item (which i reiterate, cost 16 dollars) so i am not sure what information you are talking about. if i ordered a big mac off the mcdonalds delivery menu then logically i should expect to get more than a burger and a bun; the same logic applies here. i am not mad at the employee who did it but i think the manager should learn some reading comprehension skills. thanks!
I have visited this subway on Friday(02/09/2024) at 1 PM.I have waited in line for 5 minutes and that is not issue at all.Lady who make subway she is angry all the time while i am in subway with his colleague.I can understand young boy is new and trying to learn but she should not have any right to scream on her colleague(young boy) I feel very bad for young boy.He is great listener but lady scream her every 5 seconds front of all customers and customer is laughing as well.This is not good for business and owner should make sure keep enough employee so young boy doesn t have to suffer. Went to get a sub on New Year s Eve. Most friendly person was working and she was wonderful (sorry forgot to ask name ). Sub was prepared just as we wanted it and friendly convo went a long way. Food was fantastic and customer service just as good.

Picked up dinner on a rainy night. It was very busy and you could tell the ladies working were under pressure with in store customers and online orders. They remained friendly and the subs were made perfectly. Bread was fresh, ingredients were plentiful. Was given cookies because there was a long wait which was a nice surprise. Although not needed, it definitely made me feel cared about as a customer.

The staff was rude to my son (8 yrs old), threw a bag at us when we asked for one, provided no napkins, and tried to say it wasnt possible to upgrade our combo items from a juice box to fountain pop. Whoever was working during the day on May 10th for the lunch hour should undergo some customer service training, otherwise, she will only continue to treat customers poorly, providing a terrible experience, and ultimately resulting in the loss of customers. I know we wont be back to this location after this interaction.
Older lady working at this location is unbelievably slow and just looks like she doesnt want to be there. Unfortunate that customers have to pay for that... Do better, especially when Mr. Sub is down the street and Firehouse Subs is in town...

Oh, I get it, theres a multi-million dollar franchise to protect. But really, are we still doing the whole smoke and mirrors routine? Typically like Subway however my visit today was disappointed. Some of the toppings were not fresh and some of the lettuce was rotten. Maybe the lady was offended by my mentioning it but was very stringy with my toppings. Still love Subway but will go to a different location next time.

I came in to order and the lady working didn t even turn around to acknowledge me, didn t even look at me. She was busy cleaning the oven while having a phone conversation with a family member or friend. Why hire employees who won t even serve customers but would rather be on the phone talking during their shift. I left after waiting three minutes

5 of my friends came here for lunch today and only 2 of us would actually be eating. In showing our vaccine proof one of our phones died and it took us a while to find a way to get it. During this, three of the women were talking about us (in a negative way) in another language, thankfully one of our friends kind of understood. Then when I finally got to ordering, the women making my sub was on the phone making a personal call. Overall it was just a very unpleasant experience.
Since the new owner has taken over this location I have become a regular customer. They always greet you and serve you quickly.

Terrible service and employees...there is absolutely NO professionalism in this franchise. We came in and waited 10 mins and there was one employee on her phone apparently talking to the manager in Hindi. Now as someone who has worked in the food service industry, it is common courtesy to help the customer but NOT HERE. Instead the girl working was arguing about how she was on the phone with her manager and not a friend and how she wont take any nonsense and told us to get out of the store or else she would call 911 for harassment?? We will never be coming into this Subway, so sad that they have people/employees like this representing them.
EXTREMELY disappointed with the standards of this Subway joint. We came in today and the employee was chatting on the phone with her manager and didnt even care for us waiting on her, she was SO BUSY on the phone, chatting away in Hindi. After a while we decided to leave but came back to ask her if we could speak to her manager and complain about her unprofessionalism. So my brother spoke to her manager who tried to diffuse the situation and during that time the employee was arguing with my brother. Later I came in from the car and she started arguing with me about how I need to calm down, how she doesnt care about customers like us and about how I was harassing her. She later even had the audacity to tell us to get out of the store and threatened to call 911. She caused such a big scene and wouldnt stop arguing with me despite her mistakes. I will NEVER come into this store ever again. This is not the first time they have let me down. To those in charge: Please get someone who is able to speak and comprehend English and is trained in customer service satisfaction.

Got a salad. One handful of lettuce and Th3 rest veggies. Every bite was just Onion or peppers or olives. Asked for the chicken on the side as I dont eat meat and my friend does. They kept it aside till the end then threw it ontop. Will not be going back to this location.

THIS is by far the best subway in town! A lady by the name of Evelyn works there and she is what all subway employees should model themselves after. She is friendly and efficient and her customer service is top notch. Her sandwiches are the best!

Only ever has 1 employee working on dinner and lunch rushes. They have infant children in car seats in the back and basically hide in the back taking care of them. Waited 15 minutes just to be served when I was the only person in the store (this has happened multiple times), doesnt restock cookies during lunch and dinner rushes so you are out of luck if you end being 10th in line. One time waited 20 minutes for a sandwhich only for the employee to make a mistake on the register and then tell me she could only take cash because she could not unlock the mistake she had made even after repeatedly telling her I only had debit, after the 4th time asking me if I had cash I just left the store. The store seems to be under new management (second half of 2016) the staff on hand has been cut to one employee who constantly needs help. Ive been late from lunch so many times because of this place even when the store was empty. I dont even know why I still come here.
